I have been watching the nest now for almost 2 hours live. The oldest ill call him "Thriller" is now perched very close to the edge and i found myself trying to move him back with my curser and talking to him/her..lol This is so great watching these magnificent birds live. Thanks for all the other sites posted also from all over the world. I am at work and watching them makes my night go faster. This is awsome!!!!!!!!

Shortly before 7 pm tonight the poppa bird brought what looked like a snake to eat. Thrill is giving me a heart attack here staying that near the edge of the nest. Oh going to the bathroom doesnt seem to be a problem neither they just aim and shoot their business off the edge of the nest. I laughed when i saw it flying thru the air..lol The video is so clear i can see bugs crawling in the nest and small feathers blowing in the air. My gracious they have long big feet, i hope Thriller uses those feet to hang onto when he is that close to edge. Sharon i am at work also but my own boss, should i fire me for watching this so much? LMAO

I have internet through my cable company and cannot get the live video to work. Everytime I click on the link it only brings up an empty page and locks up my computer. Any suggestions?

Congratulations! We add our thanks to all the others - it is so wonderful. Absolutely mesmerizing.

I would like to make a contribution in thanks - is there some sort of fund?

I may be guessing here (and totally wrong) but this may be the single most important piece of avian/eagle research currently in progress! Other eagle nest webcams I've found out there do not have live feed and are not as close up and clear. I think you're going to need more server space! Thanks for allowing me (and I'm sure the rest of the world) to watch along. I'm hoping as the days progress, someone who is an expert in bald eagles gives us a some insight...like, I loved it when I read about how the parents walk with talons tucked! Very COOL!

Emily,
You may want to try downloading the free software called 'Real Player' from their website and then install it on your computer. Then go back and and click on the link. This particular commercial site requires Real Player software to play the video.

I enjoyed watching this this afternoon for about a half an hour but then had to go somewhere. I tried to get it back on now and The real player tells me the link is no longer active or something like that. I sure hope I can figure out how to get it opened up again...It is WONDERFUL. I watched all 3 eaglets enjoying lunch. It was like sitting in the tree beside them just enjoying the experience. I absolutely loved every minute. Thank You so very much.
