Thursday 4/6

It's a beautiful day here in Shepherdstown, and our eagles continue to do well. Early next week we will have some big news regarding the eagle cam program. Can't quite tell you folks what we have up our sleeves yet, but stand by--the wait will be worth it.

More later.

I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled I am by your website and webcam of these amazing creatures. I work from home in front of my computer every day for hours and I've now made your site my homepage and have the webcam up at all times. I share it with my children daily and anyone else who enters my home. Thank you for blessing us all with such a wonderful gift. It is truly amazing and appreciated more than you'll ever know. :)

I work with physically handicapped children and have been showing the eagle cam site to them. They really enjoy watching the young eagles as they are growing. Thank you. Jo Anne T.

Okay, who's going to inform "Mr. Spidy" this isn't spidercam. It's a little hard watching the eaglets between spider legs. But. . . .since I love nature. . . .I'll have to look at this guy as an extra added attraction. I thought maybe the first time I saw him it was just a one time pass through. Obviously, he must live in the area. So, let's enjoy him too! Have a wonderful day all! :-)

Okay, the spider is a little scary. It really is hard to see the eagles or anything else for that matter through the white legs and body. Nature is a wonderful thing. Okay, did you guys make provisions for things like this. Like -- how are you going to get the spider away from the camera?

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to witness such an amazing thing! I am truly mesmerized by these beautiful creatures. I am totally addicted to watching their progress everyday. The fact that they are pretty much in my backyard, and I never realized it, just blows me away! Can't wait to see what changes are in store for the web-cam!

Not such a beautiful day today - Friday April 7 - it's chilly and rainy and it looks like Mom and Dad are playing umbrella to shelter the little ones. The caretaking by these eagles is amazing!

I also watch while at work.. Thank God i am my own boss and cant get fired..lol I even show customers as they come in and have many who are now also watching at home. The eagles are such good parents. I have a nest of birds here at work under the porch roof , just noticed they are back again this year. Thanks again, cant wait for the real time.
