Good morning,Was reading the posts when I decided to check the cam. I do not see anything there--no eagles and no eggs. What is going on?
Okay, not I see the edge of what looks like an eagle tail.
Maybe some flugg has been moved or something.
I meant, NOW I see the edge of what looks like an eagle tail.
Can't see the 3 eggsAdults not thereLooks like an empty egg cupWhoa I'll keep watching
What do you think ShirleyScary
OK I do see tail feathersYou think they really covered up those eggs
KARLA so happy you have decided to join us I was teary eyed reading your comment I am Judy Eddy I live in Fl and was up there one time in 2011 to the nest and got to go to your parents home and meet your daddy Also I am the one that posted the flower pictures on your dads Guest Book wanted to post other pic but was uncertain to do so I so remember when you sweet baby passed I my heart goes out to you and your family Its hard to see the eagle but there is one there I see the brown of the side of the eagle looks like more moved up Flugg is deep around on the side also Watch as they pulled it up like a blankie MARGY getting stitches out soon Great news I see the them at the nest is a balmy 28° We are still getting rain and storm rumbling and a cold front is arriving with it 65° out now but just a mild front this time not like the last ones thank goodness BIG CAMERA SHAKE
Now, there is a head. Maybe I was seeing some white around the neck area. Hard to tell. Big shake. I think someone landed on the cam.
Adult back Would love to see an egg roll
looks like BELLE turned around as I sent that can see part of headand so the spiny arrow begins tooo
Looks like all is well, Jo. It really looked like an empty egg cup there for awhile. Had me concerned.
she was there but sideways the whole time I watched her tuck the flugg around her before she turned around she doesn't see to be able to get comfortable
Me too Shirley
I didn't see the eggs at all when she got off the cup because I think the flugg was so hi it hide them and I was also concerned She blended in with the brown of her feather to the flugg lucky we have white head now to see
She really blends in with the nest materials ------ BBL
seems to be looking at soemthng maybe Shep
I wonder why we loose SOUND she is looking sideways weird
Headed out after lunch for Haircut...It is cold but the sun makes it look warm.
We saw the cam shake I wonder if he is up there still teasing her LOL
I wanted to clean out my truck so much but the silly storm and rain If it wasn't storming I could do it on the carport but don't want to risk it with the tallest tree on the block hanging right over my carport So I will have to wait to see if storm subsides some and can do later
snuggle wiggle wiggle back down she is
she is pulling flugg all around her again
Just found my birthday thread! Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes.
Good Afternoon Eagle Buds !!!♫♪♫ HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR SHAR, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU ♪♪♥♫Thanks to STEVE for reThreading us and to MARGY for calling us over as she placed another feather in her cap !LOLLY, you are well on your way to Flagstaff by now ! Are you stopping over at any of the magnificent National Parks AZ has to offer---Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, The Grand Canyon ? Love my 'Home State' and would love to be riding along with you and JACK !MARGY, did you get some phys. or occp. therapy after the last carpal tunnel ? If so, do you expect that this time ? Always a happy day when stitches come out !Sunshine, glorious sunshine and up to 37° now. The thaw is well on it's way ! Yeah ! Penny has been delighted with the two walks we've been able to take today.
I think Shep is in I see a shadow at 12 and its not Belles or whomever is on eggberts
JO, that's a beautiful Lenten avatar. Enjoy your salon time--I'll follow your lead next Tuesday.Julie just called. She's seeing a tax preparer half way twixt our two houses and she doesn't teach on Thursdays. So, she'll be here for a visit after the taxing event. Always love our mother-daughter time !Oh, and LOLLY, I know you're greatly relieved to find that Laurel is on the mend ! We mothers all understand the worries that don't end just because our kids grow up.
We have a inch and a half of rain so far under the gun for sever storms and a little time left on the tornado warning on lap top so don't have to worry about puter
Looks like the shadow of a limb to me, JUDYE. Loved you KFC senior discount story. There are some advantages to letting one's hair go grey !
I still see the shadow mover so it must be the head casting the shadow 31° at the nest now
Oh my, hang in there, Judy. Sounds like a pretty bad storm for you.
not mover but MOVE silly fingers
Tornado warning until 1:00 PM, I believe. Stay safe, Judy!
Happy Birthday, Sharon! Seize the day!Karla, the Bird People are where it's at! LOLLinda, you have a way with ministering to people that is special. Hope everyone is healed of their infirmities, whether of the heart mind or limb.
they said on the news my area is clear all moved over us to the east Tampa is getting it now Angie is in the area of the bridge but she is ok safe now
returned from haircut - feel "Not so shaggy" anymore.I really need a nap - I'm not used to waking up at 6am and then trying to go back to sleep for and hr or two.
Afternoon all.Jo, glad you got out and returned not so shaggy. lol Very pretty avatar.JudyE, hope the storm is not so severe for you. Stay safe, please.Kay, have fun with the Julie visit.Still being quiet. Did shower, wash hair, etc. Feel better but still a bit tired and very sore. BUT, I am up and moving.Bright sunshine here. Nice. BBL
Good to know you are up and about, Judie. Sounds like that surgery takes a bit of recovery time. Keep on taking good care of yourself and letting Frank help you.
Hi Jo, Welcome back!Enjoy your nap.
Past Flagstaff, almost to Ca! No, Kay. We have seen the Petrified Forrest and the GC. Though would love to go to the GC again. But, that is another trip.Getting hot. In the 70's. It was 33 this morning. Have AC on!
About to stop at a rest area and have lunch. Amusing story.....we remember this rest stop. Last time this way I had a rose from my garden . It was in it's last days. I left it on a tree branch! Wonder if anyone ever saw it and smiled?
Happy birthday, Sharon!!
good afternoon all!HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHARON!THANKS STEVE FOR THE NEW THREADJUDIE: please, I hope I did not offend you! I appreciate your input....and I wish it were something I hadn't tried... I am open to just about anything to motivate and get this kid where she needs to be! I apologize if I came across snarky or rude!!! I didn't mean to be so. Beautiful sunny day, warmer...nice. HOWEVER: went downstairs to check on Ashley only to find the heat not working down stairs! I double checked....nope. I turned the infrared heater on and called Tom. Ugh. I hope it is something we can fix....but it sure isn't kicking on. This unit is older than the other...so I am concerned...Tonight is our vegetarian meal. We are trying this one night a week. I have made garden pasta and have a loaf of bread in the bread maker. Olivia is not a fan of this, but its fun to try something new. Maybe it will have a positive impact on her at some point???????Well school was back in session today. They will have their first make up day March 17. I opted at work to take on a few extra shifts. I was planning on taking ten days off, the 21st thru the 31st and we were going to Va Beach to see the gal pals, BUT, if this heater is kaput......we shall see.Gotta take the kid skating. Later gaters! ((((hugs))))
Late afternoon all,Glad to see missing eggs aren't missing. And everyone seems to be on the mend.Hoping child issues can be resolved where needed.Doc visit today. Just over shingles attack. Now have to start therapy to try to avoid surgery for partial rotator cuff tear. And warned BP is high. Have 6 months to become stress free & lower BP. And lose weight. Should have stayed home - not fun visit. LOLHave a great evening all. Off to celebrate 12 year anniversary!
Stopping by on the way to the scullery.Janet, I was not in any way offended. Just the opposite as I thought I might have offended you. Looks as if Shep might be tending the eggberts. Raining at the GA nest.Tonight's menu: shrimp and grits with salad. Yep, feeling some better.Later.
LOLLY, the Grand Canyon is my favorite spot in this country--I could not get that close without going there--but do understand your need to push forward. By now you're well into CA. Hope you find a beautiful spot in which to bed down for the night, though with the time difference you aren't ready for that yet!JANET, hope that heating problem turns out to be simple and cheap to fix ! I'm kinda the opposite from what your family is attempting in that most of my meals are meatless and I might have "real" meat once a week. Even that is usually chicken, turkey or fish. Can't remember the last time I bought beef or pork. Once in a blue moon I crave a good steak or hamburger and satisfy that need during a meal out with someone. JO, I'm sure you feel better with that nice fresh haircut ! Lookin' good !JUDIE, so glad you're up and about, but realize you're going to have to take it easy for a few more days !The time with Julie was grand and she took Penny for a nice brisk walk---the kind of walk she doesn't get with me. She also hauled my trash to the dumpster. Spoils me rotten ! After she left we took a nice nap. A perfect day !
Time to fix my chef salad and head for the TV room. I suspect there will be no Doc Martin for me tonight as the PBS station is fund raising. I know the need, but hate the process and most of the old, old programs they run whilst they beg for donations. I'll probably end the day with the good book I'm reading--"Instructions for a Heatwave" by Maggie O'Farrel. A British family saga with strong Irish overtones. Lots of intrigue.Love and prayers for all in need. JUDYE, have you any update on the little preemie boy ?♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
But before I leave...HAPPY ANNIVERSARY CAROLANNE !!! Go out and enjoy yourself. You can buckle down to those instructions the doc gave you starting manana !JUDIE, that dinner sounds good !Bye, Bye again dear, dear friends !
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY C/AHave not read back.Great ski! Rained in town all night.Snow is almost all gone.Different story up hill, Mountain Station, winter wonder land!Awesome ski with three dogs, and three humans. One is a Medecin Sans Frontiers, a Doctor without Borders. Fascinating man... So many stories about food and wars and survival...Came back down to town for my first yoga class today and saw some people from Alaska in shorts!!! I laughed!!! Such joy it brought to my heart.Every thing IS relative rather!!!Will have an Omlette for my late lunch before I head out to my second Yoga this evening...Life is sooooooo good!
Hi all - too busy to give a rundown of my day right now - will try to hop onto the blog after dinner and grocery shopping and doing laundry. Just want to check the box so comments go to my email.Later!
Hmm, just had a glass of wine. Feeling very relaxed. Need to put dinner together. Hope I cam figure it out. Cold and feeling like rain here. Hunter thinks he will not have school tomorrow. Maybe some freezing rain. Oh, I do hope not. BBL.
Need to find a way to wash socks for Hunter. He will need some more pairs. Not good to walk around in your socks outdoors and then wear them the next day.
Weatherman seems to think some winter stuff is possible, but not sure.
Kay the Doc Martin for me would be a 2005 and I'm sure I've seen all of those.Enjoy your evening celebrating 12 years CarolAnne. Tomorrow you can plan a program for yourself and accomplish all those Dr's requirementsJudie I see your appetite is taking you into the scully.. Checked out some TV and there really isn't anything that interests me. I need some jigsaw puzzles. Will return later - dinner time
Evening all. I see eagle rearranging fluff. Kay, I'm a big Doc Martin fan. I'm lucky enough to get two PBS stations and one of them has it on Saturday night. The other station has it sporadically on Thurs. I went to a woman's club meeting this afternoon that normally begins at 130. As I was on the tea committe, I got there at noon to help set up. By 1245, nearly everyone was there. We think everyone must have been sick of being housebound with the weather so they came very early. And most lingered afterwards too. My birding neighbor and I plan to go to Dunkirk Harbor NY tomorrow to check for ducks. We may even go on up to Niagara Falls to maybe see the falls partially frozen. And also bird the Niagara River. SED to all.
Dinner over.Happy anniversary CarolAnne. I meant to say so earlier but lost my thoughts somewhere between the computer and the scullery. Hope you've had a wonderful evening.Shirley, do I detect a ploy on Hunter's part to acquire more expensive pairs of socks? lol Hope you've had a nice dinner.Lynne, have a wonderful birding day tomorrow. Full report, please and thank you.Ah, leave it to Hoda to find some exciting and interesting man out on the ski trail. You go girl!Janet, hope the heating problem is not too serious and easily repaired.Okay, off to channel surf. BBL
We have stopped for the night. Today was a struggle for Jack. The wind really affects you when pulling a trailer and the wind is fierce here in the Mojave Desert. Were in Barstow, CA. 250 miles tomorrow and we will arrive in Paso Robles. Plan to stay there for a few nights. Will visit some wineries. Drive to Ragged Point for a dinner out and just relax and enjoy.
Anniversary???? HAPPY ANNIVERSRY, CAROLANNE!!! ♥♥♥♥
Just walked over to another trailer. The man has 4 birds from South America. Two are beautiful parrots. They are outside on a stand and making lots of noise. LOL
Standin' on a corner in Winslow Arizona, she's such a fine site to see....yep, that's Lolly!Happy Birthday Sharon!Happy Anniversary CarolAnne!(I am AFRAID to go to the Dr...I will get yelled at. So I feel for you!)Lynne, can't wait to hear of your birding adventures tomorrow!Janet, let's all just pray that at some point, EVERYTHING will start "clicking" with Livvy and it will all be just fine! Happens all the time! You are doing a great job, even though it's frustrating...hang in there!
No recent post from Judy...hope all is OK....Don't move around too much Judie....take care of YOU!BIG territorial dispute happened earlier today at Lucy and Larry's nest. Lot's of worries.....
LynneDuh.....I was NOT in a fladbed truck! LOL
well, Lolly, I KNOW you were not in a flatbed Ford....just TAKE IT EASY, will ya?
good evening all. Let's see:CAROL ANNE HAPPY ANNIVERSARYJUDIE: so glad I didn't offend you. Emotions are difficult to read via text only.KAY: we are eating more chicken lately....but the no meat meals are completely new and fun.LYNNE: thanks. I do hope the lightbulb kicks in in several ways...but with the teenage years beginning in a couple of months....Lots going on tonight. The heater/ac guy will be here tomorrow. If we have to put in a new unit we may have to put off the RV. Sigh. Not sure. We have only signed papers that we agree to the deal we put together. We are scheduled to close on Saturday morning. Not sure at this moment what will happen.....Everything for a reason, right?Picked up some extra shifts over the next couple of weeks. I have vacation from the 21st thru the 31st. Need/want to pad that pay check a bit.Okay, blabbed on enough. Later ya'll.

Found the above announcement when I was checking for weather conditions at the nest. Hope the young girl will be found quickly. Looks like Shepherdstown will not get the worst of the weather.Looks like we might get freezing rain and sleet tonight and tomorrow. Hunter came home from school saying that he thinks he might not have school tomorrow. Oh good grief!
Judy, I am going to say that I have a feeling Jordyn is better supplied with pictures of all of her "firsts" than anyone else in the class. She has one picture-taking grandma.
Judie, I think Hunter just really likes those socks. Pretty soon, he should be able to set them on the floor and they will stand up by themselves. At the rate he is going, they will be worn out soon. I think I will check the on-line availability tomorrow.
Remember the wind problems with the trailer, Lolly. And I remember driving through blowing sand somewhere out west--Wyoming, maybe. We ended up with sand in everything. And, the wind would blow out the pilot light in the refrigerator as I recall.
Whoops! Meant flatbed Ford. LolDinner is over, had papas con juevos. Door is open, certainly not cold tonight! Presently 65.
SHIRLEY and the apple doesn't fall from the tree Angie is a pic nut also and we know where she got that from LOL we all were confused with me being there on a Thur night Angie was thinking it was Fir nite and I had to work tomorrow I also got confused once LOL disrupt a routine really messed with our minds tonight LOL

A little congested tonight. On tv they talked about the high pollen count with the wind.
Shirley, most of the staff at work got that emergency Amber Alert at the same time today via their cell phones. Complete with the BEEP BEEP BEEP that comes with weather warnings. That child's mother was found murdered. Very sad. I hope they find her.
Didn't know that about the mother. I hadn't seen anything like that on a weather forecast before. Prayers for the little girl and for the father as well.
Kind of hard to imagine pollen problems right now, Lolly.
Time for me to say good night. SED, everyone. Rest well tonight.
Happy Birthday Sharon !Happy Anniversary CarolAnne !Judie glad you are feeling better.Larry got his stitches out on Wednesday . Got more appointments set up for next week..first visits with radiation and chemotherapy doctors. He is eating better..and more too. He drove for the first time today. Went to grocery store. Goodorming my eagle friends.Paula, good news about Larry driving and eating better - one day at a time. I wondered what you would be doing with your other house - good solution for you and your brother. Sad to hear that things aren't working out for John and Ajay.Kay, I hope Penny is back to her frisky self!Things are still tense with Mom and my sister. For the record, Mom has never been mean and nasty to me and I don't think she's capable of being mean and nasty to anyone. I DO think she's angry with Lisa and is letting that show. They really need a break from one another - hope a weekend is long enough. I may have to take a Friday and Monday off from work to spend a longer amount of time with Mom - we'll see.Not seeing much improvement with Bandit's leg yet - MTBR.Have a great day all - will check in from Mom's this evening.
Thanks for all the anniversary wishes. Our first marriages were 23 yrs (mine) & 17 yrs. Kids in the first marriages, none in this one. Just the two of us & the dogs & cats. Life is different but still fulfilling.Enjoy your day

Good morning, I cannot get the live cam feed right now. Tried refreshing. No luck. Delayed opening this morning for Hunter. I found the socks and they are in the washer. Something to consider: If you can locate your socks by smell, you should not wear them. :)We have had a minor dusting of some kind of winter precipitation. I don't think there is going to be any issue with school.
