Home from school to a new thread. Thanks Steve and thanks Thelma for the call over!!
Good grief - Bev with the injured foot is taking Sharon to see about HER injured foot!!!??? Seriously? What's with those girls and their feet??? OK, prayers going!
Jo, prayers for you, and Michael, and Sammy - how scary for the family!
Wondering how Dana's dad is doing?
Got an email from Kay. She said she saw the neurosurgeon today FOR THE LAST TIME!! How's that for some good news??
Thank you all for the praises for getting my feather. I haven't had a feather in a long while. I think I also need an accolade for being up at 1:30 AM. : ) (((hugs)))
MEMAJO: sending light and love and healing.....keep us informed, please.
been a long day. ticked off first client when i refused to give her a massage. someone must have tinkled in her corn flakes before i saw her...she was upset that she had to update a client intake form (it was over a year old). it includes medical information and when she told me she is on antibiotics, i had to decline the massage. she was HOT...stomped out of my room and went up front and demanded to cancel her membership. they obliged her, of course.
it doens't reflect on me, and no one was upset with me, but sure made a rough start to the day.
and yes, i still got paid for it.
the rest of the day was okay. i did some busy work and then settled in and read a book until my next client came in.
hoping for a nice quiet evening. figured out how to use the kurieg coffee gizmo thing. now, to be lazy.....hopefully.
Speaking of feet, I have a huge black and blue bruise on my big toe...have no idea how it got there, not even sore. So, with Bev and Sharon and their feet problems, might I suggest: no more stumbling or dropping things on our feet...along with the rule of NO FALLING! :)

I am glad there are no broken bones tonight....and hopefully that sandman will tread lightly!

Last Friday, late in the day, just when you think there will be no drama....
the phone rings. It's bustling, and a bit noisy at the desk. I hear a woman say something in a very calm and rather nonchalant tone that sounded something like "I just ran over my dog's tail and it broke off".
SO nonchalant was she, that I was certain I misunderstood what she said...after all, it WAS noisy on my end, and I could have been mistaken.
Nope.
After some quick questions, regarding the condition of the dog, I advised her to come right away. She was still very calm...almost disturbingly so.
She arrived with her air of calm, and with the dog, Waffles, a small and fluffy 10lb peke mix, also calm, with his broken off piece of tail in a baggie.
OMG.
Waffles was bouncing around as if having his tail broken off was just another part of his day. Mom is very calm, holding the bad of tail. I'm freaking out on the inside. But all was good. He got a bandage on his tail, some pain killers, and was to be dropped of for surgery the next morning.
I know you are all thinking that since she had the tail that it was reattached. But no....not doable.
Waffles had to have more of the tail amputated due to the severe damage to the bone and nerves at the break site. And now he has a "nubbie"!
I really have to hand it to Waffles' mom...she was the epitome of calm, cool, and collected in an emergency. If it had been me and one of MY dogs, I'd would have lost my marbles!
so funny you can hear me pour coffee I have the cam on the counter with the lap top that way the keys aren't so loud but you sitll can hear them sound traavels big time open kitchen to living room
Well I'm calling it a day SED ♥AOYP See ya in the am ☼ at Sycamore Sunrise Cyber Cafe Bless this Nest and all ♀ ♥ ♂ whom watch it at Sycamore Palace Healing thoughts for those in need
"Be kinder than necessary, for everyone is fighting some kind of battle."
My avatar is a picture of Will and Susan at their 4th birthday celebration. If you look closely--you may have to make the picture larger, you can see Will's blankie.
I still have that blanket, or a remnant of it.
When he was in first grade, his teacher asked me to make sure that he did not take the pieces to school. It seems that he was taking a small piece in his pocket. He would rub it and go int a trance.
Shirley , it's a Great picture... I see that blanket! My stepdaughter had the same affection for the soft edges of the blanket and I still have a piece of hers
I totally remember now that NC Suzan posted a week or so ago of having witnessed H-P on the nest, right in the middle of the afternoon, and a few "passersby" had heard it as well I sure apologize for my CRS !
Closing down shop here, going to try to start getting a little more sleep at night.... Glad to read that Jo got a night-ful of it last night, and hoping that you are feeling better today, Jo Prayers for all good things for the All your Family, including YOU.
And Prayers for Wellness All Around, there are so many needs amongst us
G'NIght, Precious Pals, and God Bless Us, Every One xoxo ♥
PAULA I am not sure how much fell today but I would think 8 to 12 inches in town next to the lake...Uphill and Rosemont had more. Some areas the snow banks are high and they are doing their best to clear them off...I heard them that up on the ski hill there is 55 inches...so it depends where you are...it seems like a lot to me and I do not drive unless I hear the snow removal folks and the sanding trucks. If they do not go out I do not go out either!!! Grateful to the landlord and his family for clearning the sidewalks and the parking lot... all I have to do is clear the car...and move it around so they can clean my park spot...
JANET are there not rules that prevent you from doing massage therapy to people with fever? It is on the forms here and they too refuse to do massage if a person is with fever as it could cause it to become worst.
Yoga this evening was very good...embracing dissidence...finding balance even when we are not in accord with all that is going on...good practice...
MARGY OAS cheque amount is very sweet and it is actually not something that bothers me that they call it Old Age Security...they do sweeten the deal in the amounts paid out and in the reduction of costs in other areas. It seems every one is trying to make sure that my turning 65 brings me a smile...so it is all good. I will get past the forms and it will be fine...they can call it what they want...LOL
Have not read back on the blog. Tonight I am just so very tired. Got home late from Denton and I am exhausted.
Thanks Hoda for Texting me. I am fine, just worked hard with the boys, unpacked boxes, did laundry, cooked supper and then helped Laurel put up wallpaper border in both boys bedrooms. Oh, and cleaned a few windows, too!
And, I think I feel a little over whelmed with the task of taking down decorations here. mmLOL
Good Tuesday morning Lori, Shar, dana (to come shortly) and all my eagle freinds! Warming up to almost 50 degrees here today - great January weather!
Shar, good news on the non-broken foot. Too bad that news doesn't lessen the pain!
Janet, I didn't know you couldn't get a massage if you're on antibiotics - explain please.
Great horned owls are really loud and close by this AM!
Got an email from my mom that she is finally feeling better from the flu!
Prayers continue for all - Jo, Michael, Samantha, little Isaac, Dana's dad, Lori's dad, Thelma's brother-in-law, Glo's mom-in-law, Bev and her foot, Shar and her foot, Bev's mom-in-law, Jim's sister Ann Marie, and those I forgot to mention.
To beat it all WVU's basketball team lost their game. Again, I can't get over the sting of the Skin's loss. I need a hug. : ) I have to find another thing to be passionate about. Do my eagle momsters and dadsters have any suggestions? (I'm serious) : )))
Finally got the page to load but the screen is black but the blue spinning circle is still spinning maybe it will come back after the suckers stops spinning YEP THERE IT IS I have the still cam back
OK MARGY I see you have no still cam so I know its not just me I also need to start shaking a leg for work I know the moment I walk away the eagle will show up
Hey did you hear that the FtMeyers nest has had over 3 MILLION hits so far was on the news just now There is something almost daily on the news about the nest
On facebook there was a picture of DAD Norfolk rebuilding another nest at the park That is so sad knowing that they will just tear it down I wish I lived up there I near the park I would build a platform for then and a nest and that way on private property they couldn't take it down is what a lot of people are saying Good thought huh
Nest empty now. Have just a little time before I have to finish getting ready to head out to bowl this morning. We have had the past two weeks off, so it has been awhile.
An attempt at HP...whirling arrow interrupted the action, so I don't know if it was accomplished. He DID have the right end this time:) Earlier, he brought in a beak-full of fluff, and they both scattered it around. Looks to me like they are preparing this nest and NOT another.
SOUP KITCHEN looms in a few minutes. We are having some High School girls to come in and help. Don't need any help in the kitchen today, but Clothes Closet does...hope they can handle that chore:)
Rough morning... Jan 8, 2013 12:45 PM In need of prayer...it's been a bit of a rough morning for Isaac. He threw up quite a bit this morning and has been fussy (not Isaac-like at all) and VERY clingy to his Mommy. I'm enjoying all of the hugs and loves but I wish it was for some other reason than him not feeling well. His feeds are on hold for now and I've requested they hold the wean on meds for today (not that I think it's necessarily withdrawal related-just to give his little body a break). I'm sure he will be fine...just need to slow things down a bit. God is good ALL the time...it's in His time. Love you all & hope you're having a great Tuesday :)
PRAYERS for ISAAC'S and all who are dealing with medical issues.
Good to see you on here LOLLY. You are an awesome MOM and GRANDMA.
PAULA I thought Janet said that the lady was warm to the touch and this is why I said fever...usually if there is an infection massage therapists say no to a massage as it could release things...
THELMA...is there an organization close by where you can volunteer for a couple of hours a week? I am thinking of you looking for something to be passionate about.I find my volunteer work very helpful in using up energies that are outwardly directed. Just a thought...
What about HOCKEY is there a team you like? Do they broadcast hocky games where you are? It is starting again now from what Canadian news says...frankly I think it is all very violent and I do not watch it...yet I know people who get very passionate about it...
I have returned from the Yoga - I am now a Yoga Warrior and I stand tall. Good session - I need these exercises for my 'balance'
Now I shall nap - taking Michael to the Outback this evening. Around 4:00 we are to call UMMC to be sure he is still on the schedule for tomorrow morning at 7:00 to have his craniotomy ! I'll let you know!
YAY!!! WAY TO GO MEMA JO!!! A YOGINI in our midst... So happy you liked it JO. It is awesome that you are now also my YOGA friend... YAY!!! WAY TO GO MEMA JO!!!
Oh, yes, Hoda, big Dallas STARS fans here! Jack likes hocky better than football. Watch on TV if broadcasting and occasionally go to games. In the past Michael has had season tickets and we go with him.
good afternoon eagle peeps! i over slept this morning and didn't get my check in with ya'll...
just reading back
LYNNE2::oh my stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have got to be kidding!!!! your day sure tops my lousy start to the day...kudos. wow. i don't think i could have handled that one!!!!!!
HODA: there absolutely ARE rules on massage: no fever, not sick, no antibiotics...and other medications can be contraindications as well. people are uneducated as such and most of the time, they understand that we are looking out for their well being. they may be disappointed, and some do get upset, but i tell them to always call and ask in the future.....but this one just made a total you know what of herself....the front desk staff are the ones i felt badly for...they had to deal with her cursing and yelling and overall bad attitude.
SANDI: Massage moves fluids, etc thru the body. So for example, if you have a glass of wine, then get a massage, it can double the effects of that wine as it pushes it thru the body faster. If you are on medications, such as antibiotics, they need a specific amount of time to be in the body...so the thought seems to be that pushing them faster through your body would not allow them to remain in your body and work as well. Also, there is the contagion factor....your massage therapist does not really want to be exposed to whatever you have....and if a doctor has prescribed antibiotics, then we respect that you are too ill for a massage. We ask that you finish your medications then wait an additional 7 days before you receive massage work.
Further, if you receive massage while on these medications (ie you don't admit you are on antibiotics) you may experience nausea, headaches, and other maladies from doing this.
Same thing if you have (for example) heart problems, or kidney problems. You don't want to push fluids through the body faster than the body can handle. Patients like this are typically on certain medications, such as (another example) blood thinners. People like this need to get a medical doctor's note stating that massage is okay for them. I know of an instance where a man came out of the hospital, had congestive heart failure....went got a massage and died on the table. It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that the massage killed him, but given his medical history, knowing that massage moves fluids through the body and that the heart is already over taxed, massage was NOT the best idea....and certainly did not help him any.
I have spent the day running errands and working on my website, getting ready for this trip to Michigan in August. I am teaching a class up there!!!! I am excited about this. :)
It has been a lot of work , though!
Before 9 a.m. I had Olivia in school, my house cleaned up, dishes washed, laundry ran, washed my car (yes it was 29 degrees, thank you but my car was dirty!) and a trip to the walmart!
Since that time, I have been on the computer, but working on Reiki stuff. Now to get ready to pick Miss Olivia up from school @ 4, make dinner and get ready for massages tomorrow!
Hope everyone is enjoying their afternoon!!!!!! ((((HUGS)))))
the following simplifies my answer: Contraindications Massage Antibiotics
Antibiotics are prescribed for different types of diseases. They are prescribed to kill the bacteria or to cure an injury. Massage is a taboo when a person is taking high dose antibiotics for some diseases because the body is already infected with a virus. This makes a contraindication and if any of the part is massaged it may release harmful chemicals from the muscles. This may be overload for the immune system and the viral infection healing process may get delayed.
Only one long visit today no sunsrise or sunset like they always have done Good go see they were doing nestoration today I keep thinking of what Steve said
Tomorrow is the big day. Dad goes to University of Maryland Medical Center to have his skull put back into place. They have stored the part of his skull in the bone bank since it was removed on Octobet 9. So tomorrow exactly 3 months later they will perform the crainoplasty. Dad will be so glad to get ready of that helmet and be able to do many things he enjoys. His surgery is scheduled for 7:30am. As soon as I have any word that he is out I will be sure and update everyone. If I could have extra prayers for my Dad and to guide the surgeon's during the procedure.
Weather advisory here and snow fall warning in effect. I have not heard the snow removal folks so will not head out to yoga tonight. I had a wonderful hour walking today earlier the day...snow fall then too...was lovely.
Excellent explanation JANET.
Glad SHep stopped in for a short visit.
That is a lot of work you have done today LOLLY...I am sure supper will be yummy and taking down the tree and clearing the den from decorations will give you new space to enjoy...such a beautiful home you create...BEAUTIFUL.
I did two short video today at work of a little duck in the retention pond at work He seems to have been deserted by his parents have not seen adult ducks in the pond for days just him I spliced the two video on youtube tonight with their editio pretty cool and I added music The reason I did it when I frist turned on the cam to tape her the lens tapped the fence and lens error showed up on my camera view finder and so I started another one so I put them together Its only 58sec long little duck at work in the pond having a good time by himself
WOW you got to watch this video of a owl sitting in the eagles nest at night and the eagle comes home in the middle of the night
""For several weeks now the Harrison Bay Eagle Nest has been visited by a pair of owls during the nighttime hours. We have been wondering what would happen if both the owl and the eagles encountered each other in the nest at the same time...well I guess we know now.
We are patiently waiting on Charter Communication to install our cable internet before we can broadcast from the Harrison Bay Eagle Cam for this year. The high definition cameras we purchased for this year produce a massive amount of video information and our phone internet simply will not upload the information.
Please bear with us. We are hoping for an interesting and successful nesting season this year. """"
Not too far away from the SPLIT - Tomorrow at 7:30am Michael will be at UMMC for the skull operation. Tomorrow afternoon Christine will get the results of Sammy's second MRI on the tumor on the pituitary gland. Praying for best procedure known to be done. I am also awaiting word of our new great granddaughter's birth - Rebecca is due on the 14th of this month - but she may as well come on out into our world.
This was on facebook on the Eagle Alliance page fighting for Norfolk nest
""Sharon Marquis Carry-On Whippets Here is a little something I wrote the other day....I hope you like it.
They flew into our hearts.... And feathers settled in our souls.... And talons, unknowingly pierced our hearts.... And droplets fell.... And they were immersed in our very beings.... And we became wiser, stronger, kinder, determined.... And we were made better than we were.... And we were led by Eagles.""
I thought that was pretty cool and thought you all might like it tooo I don't think who ever she is would mind me posting this after all its on facebook public page

Happy Anniversary on the birth of your twins Shirley!

[I've missed a lot of the watching]
I have to share a work story.
Wow Lynne, what a story!
Wonder how Waffles got his name?
I asked her and she said one of her former boyfriends talked about a dog named Waffles and she liked the name.
WOW loved the story Lynne Maybe she and the dog were on doggie downers LOL

Oh, Judie, we will not tell the Sandperson that you spilled the beans.
off to bed soon, good night and prayers for all!
I totally remember now that
NC Suzan posted a week or so ago
of having witnessed H-P on the nest, right in the middle of the afternoon, and a few "passersby" had heard it as well
I sure apologize for my CRS !
Closing down shop here,
going to try to start getting a little more sleep at night....
Glad to read that Jo got a night-ful of it last night, and
hoping that you are feeling
better today, Jo
Prayers for all good things
for the All your Family, including YOU.
And Prayers for Wellness All Around,
there are so many needs amongst us

Thanks, Margy. I like that picture, too.
Good night, Margy. I will not be far behind.
I bowl tomorrow morning.
Can't stay up all night playing Scrabble.
Margy,
Fred is my father's name, too. And I have a brother named Fred.
Whitewater says the snow pack is 84.6 inches on the mountain...
Time for the Sandperson to begin rounds to the Momsters and Dadsters. Mumbling about those who have disrespected him. Hmmmm.
The night light is on and sleep is near. Restful sleep for all.
JUDIE I HOPE AND PRAY The Sandman does not think I disrespected him...he is required to arrive to Nelson BC in two hours spot on!!!
PLEASE!!!
I do not think LOLLY has been on at all today...I hope all is well...
Goodnight.
PRAYERS♥
Hoda, I was wondering the same question to Janet...but didn't see Fever...I saw antibiotics...does that preclude one from getting a massage?
SED, love and hugs to all ♥
So the sandman is a Lurker! I remember we often used that word on those that watched but didn't want to comment.
Off to bed I go - a little later then I had planned.
Prayers for all - Isaac is doing well.
Dana, prayers for your dad.
I love us ♥
LOL, Jo, Lurker, Lurker!!
And, I think I feel a little over whelmed with the task of taking down decorations here. mmLOL
Heading to bed!! SED!!!
My, my, my, Soup Kitchen tomorrow and I am not in bed...gonna be dragging tail!
Goodnight to you all...needed prayers being sent out♥
And I thought LOLLY was up way late...WANDA, you are, too!!!
Good Tuesday Morning everyone!
HODA, you can keep all that snow up your way. Glad you are safe about driving in it.
Great news about KAY! Now if we can just get her back online...
JANET, sorry about your crabby client. Sounds l ike you did the right thing.
SHARON, I hope the radiologist calls and all is well with your foot and you're not in pain anymore!
Prayers for DANA's Dad, Sammy, JO, Michael, SANDI's MOM, Ann-Marie, GLO's MIL and all in need. Hope WV Jerry is feeling better.
LORETTA, I'd have cried knowing I missed seeing a Golden Eagle like that! Maybe he'll be back and you can get some pictures!
Today is my long, meeting day at work...URGH. Hope it goes fast.
OH, nest is MT right now.
Foot is not broken but boy does it hurt. Just took more Tylenol and woke T-bird up to get more ice.
Make it a great day!

I don't know JUDY E. I can't get mine up at all.
Still cam is not up for me either...FWS page is down again.
http://dickpritchettrealestate.com/eagle-feed.html
Here's the copy and paste link, Tbird. It works in IE
That's for the Ft Myers nest.
Just heard a laughing duck!
Nest empty now. Have just a little time before I have to finish getting ready to head out to bowl this morning. We have had the past two weeks off, so it has been awhile.
Good Morning - I am up and about - Getting ready to leave for my first Chair Yoga - I'll report early afternoon!
I love us ♥
Still Cam and FWS Site is Back UP
Good thing, because I can't get any streaming video sites today
Hello More Eagle Pals...
EAGLE!
2 EAGLES.
Wow
I see That !
So I am using the 7-10 second rule on the Still Cam
almost like real action ☺
Did you see the eagles fly into our nest a minute ago??
By the way, Magpie, I just updated my flashplayer this morning. You might check on that if your streaming video is no longer working.
C(°Ù¿°)D Jim
Thanks Jim !!!....
at home is okay, I am at work, and some things have been changed around here :(
Waaaaaaah!!
An attempt at HP...whirling arrow interrupted the action, so I don't know if it was accomplished. He DID have the right end this time:)
Earlier, he brought in a beak-full of fluff, and they both scattered it around.
Looks to me like they are preparing this nest and NOT another.
SOUP KITCHEN looms in a few minutes. We are having some High School girls to come in and help. Don't need any help in the kitchen today, but Clothes Closet does...hope they can handle that chore:)
Good morning! I see two beautiful eagles!! Great way to start the day and, yes, I am just starting my day!! I slept til very late!!!
Both eagles just looking around.
Is Shep's spot getting fainter?
Shep poofed!
Belle following him with eyes. Shep back with a stick!
he is placing it and Belle is going to "help". Oh good action. Belle has her own thoughts on furniture placement!!!
Beaking...or argument about furniture.
Nestorations in full swing. Belle now has her back to Shep and working with another area of the nest.
More beaking!
Shep's spot is now clearly evident. Guess I just could not see it earlier.
Nice long visit...do not know how long as they were here when I got here.
Good morning, wing nuts! :D
Both Shep and Belle are in the nest at the moment, keeping an eye on something.
I see Sharon's post so I guess about an hour.
Hi Delphia!
Do I hear people talking? At the nest, not in my head LOL
I could hear birds or maybe it is the children on the playground and the day school.
at the dayschool.
Both eagles still just looking around. Nestorations came to a halt.
I keep hearing vehicles and voices, maybe they're doing something on the property, so the eagles are just watching.
OK that was kind of neat, hearing Belle scratching LOL
Shep poofed!
Belle poofed!
And away she goes too...but at least one of them is near, chattering
Hear eagles in the attic, so they are not far off. Maybe hp?
Lolly is now going to poof. Need to eat breakfast before noon! lol
So noisy at the nest today! No wonder they're not working on decorating.
I should probably go as well, nothing is going to get done by itself!
Will check in later!
Rough morning...
Jan 8, 2013 12:45 PM
In need of prayer...it's been a bit of a rough morning for Isaac.
No news from Christine on Sammy's MRI.
Happy that God is in the driver's seat!
BBL
YAY!!! WAY TO GO MEMA JO!!!
A YOGINI in our midst...
So happy you liked it JO.
It is awesome that you are now also my YOGA friend...
YAY!!! WAY TO GO MEMA JO!!!
SAMMY and her MRI and her Diagnosis are all in my prayers. Hoping for a good outcome.
Glad that you are going to go out to supper with MICHAEL JO.
PRAYERS for MICHAEL tomorrow the 9th...hope it is a go. He has done very well and Blessings come his way.
Good afternoon.
Almost time for Hunter to come home. I had bowling this morning. Not a particularly good day at bowling for me. We did win one game.
Oh, yes, Hoda, big Dallas STARS fans here! Jack likes hocky better than football. Watch on TV if broadcasting and occasionally go to games. In the past Michael has had season tickets and we go with him.
Prayers for Isaac. Prayers for the whole family.
Kitchen is undecorated and cleaned. Pot of beans and ham cooking for tonight.
Now to start on the den.
It is 49 and raining, but not hard. Waiting for the hard rain to start. Bring it on!!!
good afternoon eagle peeps! i over slept this morning and didn't get my check in with ya'll...
just reading back
LYNNE2::oh my stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have got to be kidding!!!! your day sure tops my lousy start to the day...kudos. wow. i don't think i could have handled that one!!!!!!
((((HUGS)))))
excuse my delete pls:
from: http://massagetherapy.ygoy.com/2009/10/22/massage-contraindications/
the following simplifies my answer:
Contraindications Massage Antibiotics
Antibiotics are prescribed for different types of diseases. They are prescribed to kill the bacteria or to cure an injury. Massage is a taboo when a person is taking high dose antibiotics for some diseases because the body is already infected with a virus. This makes a contraindication and if any of the part is massaged it may release harmful chemicals from the muscles. This may be overload for the immune system and the viral infection healing process may get delayed.
Good evening eaglebudlets Home from work just started to read and I see we had a HP attempt

Margy, glad you can at least get the still cam at work!
Wanda, glad you had some extra help today.
Hoda, great suggestion for Tbird on volunteering.
Tbird, you have to remember, it's just a game. I know there are other implications, but it should be for enjoyment.
Jo, how long will Michael be in the hospital. Any ideas on when he'll be able to return to work?
Janet, thanks for the info on massages...makes sense to me.
Just in from Caring Bridge
Tomorrow is the big day. Dad goes to University of Maryland Medical Center to have his skull put back into place. They have stored the part of his skull in the bone bank since it was removed on Octobet 9. So tomorrow exactly 3 months later they will perform the crainoplasty. Dad will be so glad to get ready of that helmet and be able to do many things he enjoys. His surgery is scheduled for 7:30am. As soon as I have any word that he is out I will be sure and update everyone. If I could have extra prayers for my Dad and to guide the surgeon's during the procedure.
Choo choo!!
I heard fireworks
Firecrackers!
Prayers for sure for Michael. I was wondering how they did this...stored in the bone bank, interesting.
I heard something too, but you certainly have better ears than me!
Great news on Michael Road to recovery
Sounds like a fox barking now.
What a myriad of sounds tonight!
more firecrackers
More firecrackers...might have been a small dog barking and not a fox.
3 eggs this year for Derek and Savannah Eagle at CRC !
PRAYERS for MICHAEL and surgery tomorrow...
I did two short video today at work of a little duck in the retention pond at work He seems to have been deserted by his parents have not seen adult ducks in the pond for days just him
I spliced the two video on youtube tonight with their editio pretty cool and I added music The reason I did it when I frist turned on the cam to tape her the lens tapped the fence and lens error showed up on my camera view finder and so I started another one so I put them together Its only 58sec long
little duck at work in the pond having a good time by himself
Geese!
this is the brief visit after sunset the pop in after sunset
well folks, its late evening and we are speeding towards the split...
glad the massage stuff made sense. its does to me as well, but not everyone wants to hear it i suppose.
heading for sleep time....another busy day tomorrow. SED to all...watch out for the sandman...don't let him step on toes....lol. good night!
Eagle attacks owl for squatting rights NO court needed here
I left a comment on the blog It is with blogger and I clicked to follow for updates when the cam goes live to
Sandperson is departing.
Prayers for Michael and Samantha.
Restful sleep for all.
Stopping by to say good night. See you tomorrow.
SED.
That was a scary sound...maybe a fox or something screaming.
God is good all the time - I know I will sleep well just knowing that.
Good night and God Bless
Prayers for Dana's dad and our little Isaac
I love us!
This was on facebook on the Eagle Alliance page fighting for Norfolk nest
""Sharon Marquis Carry-On Whippets
Here is a little something I wrote the other day....I hope you like it.
They flew
into our hearts....
And feathers settled
in our souls....
And talons, unknowingly
pierced our hearts....
And droplets fell....
And they were immersed
in our very beings....
And we became
wiser, stronger, kinder, determined....
And we were made
better than we were....
And we were led
by Eagles.""
I thought that was pretty cool
and thought you all might like
it tooo I don't think who ever
she is would mind me posting this
