JudyE---I respect Dave Hancock's knowledge and think he knows a LOT. But the poster who shared his info is rather presumptive IMHO....he/she doesn't know our Belle the way he/she thinks she does; saying this "And you look at Belle - really look at her. She is going through the motions, but IMHO, she knows it didn't work and won't work. She is experienced and has had many broods before. How long now has Shep been jumping her bones, and still nothing. Of course, I watch all your posts. Whenever Shep gives it the good 'ol boy try, the comments reflect everyone's joy and expectations of eggs any day now. There just may be more bad news this year, too - and maybe even next year. I want to see this nest succeed as much as anyone, but something is wrong, and this may be exactly what it is." IS only his/her opinion, and I think off-base.
Steve has notified us that, due to budgetary constraints, NCTC has cancelled the Open House this year.......again. We will still be allowed access to the grounds, and can watch the nest from our normal vantage point with the Eagle Express. Unfortunately, the cafeteria and gift shop will not be open. We can pot-luck lunch in the EE, while we visit and watch. For out-of-towners, any little snackie-things you want to provide will be fine, and those of us locals will provide hot foods and perishables. We will see if there are any other Earth Day activities happening in Shepherdstown that may be of interest.
Our Friday Apr. 20th night gathering for those in early enough will be at The Rumsey Tavern in the Clarion at 7pm. We will have our usual Sat. Apr. 21st evening (starting between 4-5) in the private dining room at The Clarion. We will be getting the menu options for Sat. soon for you to peruse and see if you can decide what you want, but we don't have to know what your selections are!!! They just limit the menu size to make it more manageable for the chefs to serve us in a timely fashion. We WILL need a headcount, though, of who and how many in your party will be attending both meals. So as soon as you know, please email me that info.
While it's a shame that those coming for the first time will miss out on the NCTC activities many of us have enjoyed, the gathering of friends is the most important part. I can guarantee that you will have a great time. Be prepared to laugh and cry, to hug, and talk yourselves hoarse!!!!!
Remember that many of us contribute items for raffles during the evening. Monies collected are then donated to various causes. We have given to Friends of NCTC, WCV (Buddy's fund), Days End Farm Horse Rescue in MD following the tragic horse neglect and abuse case here (they took in the 8 most critically ill horses and saved all but one), and another one or two that I don't remember.
Hoping this glitch does not deter anyone from coming. WE are the MOMSTERS/DADSTERS, and we gather to honor not only our eagles, but our friendships!! Love, Lynn
So glad to hear that Wanda at last has had her knee sorted out, I know wht she must of been going through,, poor Gene,, from now on he will have to hold her down,, laughing,,, if you feel like going onto the blog give her my love please pet,,
I've just been to look and can only see an empty nest,, they both must be roosting in the trees somewhere,, it's still dark but I can see the nest clearly and no eagles,,,
Belle will lay eggs soon I'm sure,, and then she will really shape that new hubby of hers to her will,, can't wait to see babies,,
My Blackbirds and Bluetits have already started here in my garden you know,, been watching loads of nesting material going into trees and holes for a good few days now,,, and I wou ldn't ever want to cross a Bluetit small as they are,, smaller them the size of your thumb and full of fight,,
I've also got a lady song thrush who is stunning and she comes for her breakfast every morning,, she has no fear and comes into my kitchen and sings to me,, beautiful, such a rare treat,,, My lady magpie is a love too, she still brings me pressies even though now she has a boyfriend and isn't alone any longer,, empty crisp packets and old dried leaves, she has even brought the top off a ring pull can all neatly places on the back door step in a neat line,, bless her,,,
This morning we have woken up to white everywhere, not snow but a layer of thick frost, makes everywhere look fresh and clean,, but it's so cold, we went down to 10% below last night,, doesn't feel much warmer this morning either,,
So Punxatawney Phil saw his shadow.....6 more weeks of winter. :( Of course, by the calendar, he's right....just hoping he's wrong in the winter weather department!!
Hi all - got a break from the meeting and wanted to check in b/c I'm bothered/confused by Judy's post from this AM. JUDY, who made the comment that "IMO, Belle knows something's not right?" Was that Dave Hancock or your Youtube friend? Based on what I've seen and the observations of others on this blog, I think things are moving right along with Belle and Shep. I don't see any indications that we won't have eggs this year. LORETTA, I looked at the new eagle pics on your blog! I've said it before but I'll say it again, I want your job!!! JUDIE, I'll take more spwinter, all the way through February, even though it will mean no snow days off from school!!! LYNN, I'm disappointed about the open house but, at this point, coming is more about face-to-face meeting the people I spend so much time chatting with online every day. So, I will still be there on Saturday. But since I'll be driving from Bethany to Baltimore on Friday evening and then from Balto. to WV on Saturday, I won't be in Shepherdstown on Friday night. OK, back to work!
According to the twitter feed on the webcam page, there were eggs in the nest as of 335 days ago; I'd say that she has another 30 days before we start to really worry...just my semi-educated guess.
I am so excited. Andrew is getting me (I have to pay him back) a Dell laptop from Staples that is on clearance. $450 with a 2-year warranty. Nice computer! Whoohoo! He sent me a text and told me to not put it on Facebook. He can't tell me to not put it on here! LOL!
I drank the 2nd half of the bottle of citrate of magnesia over an hour ago.....so far, so good! No G&T, but it wasn't bad....fingers and toes crossed!!
DanaWV, EE schedule will be pretty much up to Wanda and the Capt. More specifics in that department as the time gets closer.
Lori.....you better get to bed!!!
Wow, Sharon...what a great son you have!!! Know you are excited! Make sure you "order" American/English speaking Help Desk accommodations!!!! LOL!!! Just read a complaint in the paper about the Dell help desk in India! Obviously, a Peggy issue!!!
Belle and Shep are in the nest. Shep was there when I logged on onad I saw belle land. Some beaking but mostly standing and he is doing rail nestorations
Really want to try to eat, but afraid to.....not particularly hungry...but need nourishment. Haven't eaten much of anything since Sunday AM. Just feel like there's no place for it to go....HELP!
I'm not sure anyone brought Bev FB comments from Robyn over (this could be a repeat).......... Beverly Crisco Riffe Update from Robyn Ann Schonhans: Tori had a good night and they are slowly weaning her off some of the meds and hopefully will be able to close her up within a few days and start on her PT. They have her sedated as long as her chest is still open so to speak. Once they close her up they will take the tube out and her throat may be sore for a while since she had it in 5 weeks. Dame, her dad, said she was interacting with him last night but she is uncomfortable so they zonked her again. Posted 2 hrs ago from Bev
Have to go get ready for my appointment with the lawyer this afternoon. Please keep me in your thoughts as I fight the SSA over the termination of my disability benefits....
Good luck with this battle on your diability chequqes. I am so very TIRED big time of govenrments and co-operations ballancing their books on the backs of seniors and the disabled. I make this statement because right now in Canada the Government is reviewing the Old Age Security to balance the budget!!! Touchy subject with me...I figure I already balanced the Canadian Budget twice in my career when I took forty percent cuts in pay twice!!!I know there are many who abuse the system...I am sorry you are caught in this battle and I hope you get your disability cheque back.
Oh NO!!! Very dark yorkshire tea is not good for my teeth!!! UGH more acid...I love dark Yorkshire tea...quick finish the cup and go rinse my mouth...LOL
Jo, thanks----hadn't gotten that far back on FB yet. Sounding good for Tori!!
Good luck, Delphia! Hope the lawyer has some good tricks up his sleeve to beat this nonsense.
Hoda, how about drinking your tea with a straw? That helps some! Of course, I drink mine iced, but always use a straw to try to help the tooth staining.
THe baby food might be a good idea, CarolAnne. Am not feeling up to going out to get my potassium script filled, so hopinng that Carolyn can do it for me after she gets off work. Also need Gatorade if in a flavor I can stand....or Pedialyte, which comes in grape! I can handle that. I'll have her get me some baby food. And I'll have her get the Omega 3!
Had a little result---barium! Cramping a lot, so maybe the c-of-m is working!
Not to worry Jordyn eats the nasty chicken nuggets that they have to me that isn't a nugget but she likes them I would rather go to Chick FiL a now those are really good nugget looks like real chicken also Now I need to go start laundry while she is down I will be back I didn't click on the link yet just started reading and say WVDana comment will read it when I get back from laundry putting in washer Hard work but someone has to do it LOL
Hi.eaglet dearies! there are some thing I saw when I cuop.... 1-prayers to all who need them! 2-Like the saying goes: It Is What It is and What Will Be-Will Be. I,for one, am not going to get my knickers in a twist over whether there will be a brood or not. We should just wait and see. 3-SPWINTER is a good word and so is SPWING...spring with a little winter in it!
HODA - I love to do research, so naturally I looked up teas & teeth and their relationship. From the www.intelligentdental.com website I found the following:
Tea – all tea leaves contain fluoride which helps strengthen tooth enamel and protect teeth from decay. It may also protect against osteoporosis by strengthening bones.
Wow the tea info is great I guess that includes Ice tea Yeah I love my ice tea
Baking soda is great for stains on teeth taste nasty but good on stains
LYNN banana in baby food is sooo good
JO thanks for the update on Tori I have caught up with the email part of the blog now to go read the part on the blog from the new thread till I got home
DELPHIA good luck with the appt
YEP GUELA spwing is a good word hope we don't sound atarded LOL saying it
More tooth info (more than you want to know, I'm sure):
Tooth enamel is extremely hard, but can dissolve in acid. You can get acid erosion from:
Soft drinks, and also juices, sports drinks and iced tea taken too often
Sour Candies Chewable Vitamins espec. Vit. C Stomach acid due to reflux problems
NOTE: for the drinks the key words are TOO OFTEN. Using a straw is a good idea, along with not swishing it around in your mouth - something teens often do with bubbly soda.
while I was at the park a beautiful Hawk was flying over us from tree to tree I got a video but is is dark will try to lighten up on youtube was carrying stick back and forth to the trees couldn't see a nest just the hawk meet a nice lady with her granddaughter and she watching lots of wildlife like the bears, eagles etc
I see we had another eagle encounter this am with our regal pair and more calling out I got the one on video this AM also and spent quite a bit of time in the nest HUH
After I watched the one video I couldn't hear the eagle calling out like we did this am when they were both in the nest
Judy - the eagle calling out could be our little intruder... just saying...
No I have been sharing with some family members - I didn't eat all 11 especially not more then 1 a day. They sure do fill the craving for something sweet.
I am home and sitting here with dilated eyes. Hate it! Cataract surgery is scheduled for March 1, which I hate. I want it NOW! However, the doctor is going to be gone two weeks, probably skiing. LOL There is a possibility it can be done next week on Thursday. Office attendant was going to talk with the doctor, also possibility of cancellations.
Emma & I slept in late this morning, and it felt GOOD.
WV Dana, thanks for the Jamie Oliver video. I LOVE Jamie Oliver for what he is trying to do to wake people up about healthy eating!
Lynn, hope the cramping means there will be action soon! Think the baby food idea is a great one!
Thanks for the prayers about our overheated car. Pep Boys did a test on the cooling system, and they say they can fix it for $275. We're also getting a quote for new brake pads. Not bad! So grateful it's fixable. It's been a really great, reliable car.
Well, gotta get going and get some stuff done here. Will be checking in as often as possible. HAGD, everyone! Keeping our prayer list handy, and praying without ceasing. Emma says, "Woof!" :o]
It is too bad the Open House was cancelled. It is such a great activity for the kids and the adults. However, they are going to allow the Momsters on campus. Wow, that is going to be FUN!!!! Those of you have not been, get ready for a fantastic time with a great group of loving folks!!! So jealous I can not be there this year.
A friend from Bedford just called to request prayer for a mutual friend who is in Lynchburg Memorial Hospital on a ventilator. She was just diagnosed with emphysema and not doing well. Her name is Karen. I told him I knew exactly where to go with that prayer request!
I would need to be home after I did it I want to go get a CAT at the pound and I would have to be home with it for a day so it would get use to me don't want to bring a new family member home and just go to work We will see
Nope tomorrow will be a cleaning day I don't get to many free days to clean working till 7 and 530 puts a damper in the cleaning mode tooo poop to pop when I get home so I will clean
I have a litter box and litter left from my last cat from years ago never had the heart to get rid of it Just need to but food will check it out in the am I guess I was going to go to my vets because he always has cats but will check out other places first
I see Shep! How long's he been there? Feeling a little better.....going to try to eat a little something. Maybe it'll move things along!
Jo, didn't like the Key Lime yogurt---don't like any of them that have artificial sweeteners. I liked the Breyer's originals with blueberries or black cherries, but stores here don't carry Breyer's anymore. :(
Started a movie for Jordyn to watch I have got to get her dressed in her dance outfit shortly we are going to go and eat something before he dance class at 615 today and I hope to see the cell phone tower eagle down tere I did last week also wow the nest is a rockin
I have always had a cat until about a year ago when I had to put my cat down then I adopted a stray in the neighborhood and had to give him up because of the Live creatures he keep bringing me every day Rats, snakes, birds, on a daily basis he had no claws but still caught stuff He did have a mircro chip so I am glad I turned him in
Just got a call. Harrah! Cataract surgery is next Thursday!!!! I go in Tues for pre op and registration. She said the only thing that will change is I will go in later that the 8:15 I was scheduled for. I can handle going in later just fine!! Going to get this over with!!!
Our eagle pair have been tending to the nest and we are getting very close to the time that we could see some eggs. Nesting competition continues to be an issue here in Shepherdstown, as we have seen at least one intruder come through in the past week or two. The healthy population of bald eagles in the region is causing more competition for nesting habitat. You can see a video of the intruder being violently ejected from the nest by one of the resident birds at this link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ugWhmRW1bg
We will be keeping a close eye on happenings here at NCTC and will keep you posted as events unfold. We all hope for a nesting season that is quieter than last year, but only time will tell.
I spoke with her a few minutes ago. They took her catheter out today. She sounded so good. She wants me to bring her some paper and a pen. She said she has some thank you notes to write. Do they make stationery anymore?
Hi all - draining day! Found out that I have to go back and rewrite portions of the IEPs I already wrote earlier this year (including the one I just wrote a week and a half ago) in addition to the ones I still have to write. IEPs are such fun to write, why wouldn't I want to write some of them twice? Oh well, whining and complaining won't make the work go away, so I'm not going to waste time doing it. As Guela said earlier today with regard to possible eggs, "It is what it is!"
As for the b'ball game, 2 of "my boys" are starters on the team. One got injured in PE yesterday and came to school on crutches today (sprained ankle). The other acted like a fool in science class with a substitute and got himself suspended for the 2nd half of today and tomorrow. So, no need to stay for the game - no boys to watch!
So I'm here and now there is an eagle in our nest eating something so life is good!
I stay in touch with several of my former principals from MD. One loves to send me blonde jokes; I repay him by sending him short man jokes. Today he sent me a bunch and it's one of those days when I need a good joke! At the risk of offending anyone on the blog, here's one for today:
A blonde & her husband are lying in bed listening to the next door neighbor's dog. It has been in the backyard barking for hours & hours. The blonde jumps up out of bed and says,"I've had enough of this". She goes downstairs.
The blonde finally comes back up to bed and her husband says, "The dog is still barking, what have you been doing?"
The blonde says,"I put the dog in our backyard ... let's see how THEY like it!
LOLLY, happy to hear that your eye surgery will be sooner rather than later.
LYNN, don't know if Denny would want to come with me to WV in April but, since the open house has been canceled, I'm sure my mom won't want to join me. I'll ask Denny and let you know.

Good morning! I must say I do like the new way to get to the blog. Too funny that Hoda was doing this all along and we did not know it.
Going to do a quick read of the paper now. Have about 35 minutes before I leave for the doctor.

Good morning everyone. I see Belle is sitting in the nest cup again....but no eggs. Come on, girl! What are you waiting for?!?
Belle's in the nest!!
Hi all - got a break from the meeting and wanted to check in b/c I'm bothered/confused by Judy's post from this AM. JUDY, who made the comment that "IMO, Belle knows something's not right?" Still, I wish she'd get on with it LOL
Maybe those two calls were egg laying pains! :)
LYNN, how does it feel to be home and get to stay home now? ♥
sure seems twitchy
pacing the nest
time time time
sure wish I could HEAR here at work
She just called out twice again a few min. ago...and now, again, once.
Dalai goes crazy at the bird noises, but I'm trying to be your ears while I'm here, Margy.
More calling...think SHEP just landed on the cM.
Kids are also out at recess and screaming.
LOL!
Very cool, Sharon!
She's still there! Been flugging and moving some sticks, and just being queen of all she surveys!!
She is calling at something.
Concord Charlie did not see his shadow.
More calls from Belle who is standing in the nest cup...sorry should be using CAPS
Hi,
Back from errands. I see Belle in the nest and hear her calling out.
CAN HEAR SOMEONE ON THE CAM AND BELLE CALLING TO IT
Belle calls she knows Shep is up in the tree.
So I will be there Friday night at Rumsey. Yes I will be there April 21st. What time will the Eagle Express be pulling into NCTC on the 21st?
I drank the 2nd half of the bottle of citrate of magnesia over an hour ago.....so far, so good!
No G&T, but it wasn't bad....fingers and toes crossed!!
She does seem antsy today....
Neat Sharon Andrew is getting a good deal!!!
Wiggle, wiggle into the cup.
Nope, needs more work. Flugg getting adjusted.

Wow, Sharon...what a great son you have!!! Know you are excited! Make sure you "order" American/English speaking Help Desk accommodations!!!! LOL!!! Just read a complaint in the paper about the Dell help desk in India! Obviously, a Peggy issue!!!
Shep.
Shep is there now.......
Wonder where Belle flew off to..
Shep arrives.
Belle is back
Belle and Shep are in the nest. Shep was there when I logged on onad I saw belle land. Some beaking but mostly standing and he is doing rail nestorations
Good Morning all
I actually had a call center rep say her name was Peggy - NOT!
some beaking and soft vocalizing and they are back at seperate ends of the nest again.Belle is toying with the leftovers and piccking sticks
standing still looking at six for Belle and at eleven for Shep
more vocalizing and I think it is from Belle Poof she takes off
...poof Shep too!! WOW I heard a loud eagle shriek
See that both poofed.
Yep, Sharon....drinking, drinking...
Really want to try to eat, but afraid to.....not particularly hungry...but need nourishment. Haven't eaten much of anything since Sunday AM. Just feel like there's no place for it to go....HELP!
Oh Lynn, sure wish it would all work out soon. Have you tried sipping something like Ensure? Chill it and pretend its a Frosty.
Just little sips . .
On FB LORI said six more weeks of winter??? YEAY!!!not so bad really...that would be 2nd week of March.
BACK FROM PARK NOW TO PUT HER FOR A NAP

Have to go get ready for my appointment with the lawyer this afternoon. Please keep me in your thoughts as I fight the SSA over the termination of my disability benefits....
Bird Girl -- that is a nasty road to travel.
Have been denied benefits, even though I cannot drive, see detail, etc.
wishing you ALL THE BEST OF LUCK!!
Hmmm . . .Lynn, how about baby food. Lots of tempting things in that category. Nourishing, easy to digest, small servings
I am worried about you.

Enjoy your beloved teas!
Famous Hall of Fame boxing coach Angelo Dundee collapsed and died last night. COached Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, et al. He was 90!!
Great news about JOE not needing the additional equipment the pacing thing Never heard of that
Really a shame about Open House being cancelled
One load of laundry is in the washer now to do some reading lots to catch up on BBL
Dundee helped a lot of young men reach their potential. Bless his soul, may he rest in peace.
Hedgie, can you eat the yoplait
You could get Key Lime flavor! lol
Guela - now they are some good words
Spwing I liked the best!
Andrew is a very good son, Sharon - but then you've known that all along! ♥
Lynn - loved hearing from Chrissy! Thanks
YEP GUELA spwing is a good word hope we don't sound atarded LOL saying it
Jill Long said that
French creek Freddie says We will have an early spring!!!
That is whom I choose to believe!
Sorry Phil...
More tooth info (more than you want to know, I'm sure):
Tooth enamel is extremely hard, but can dissolve in acid. You can get acid erosion from:
Soft drinks, and also juices, sports drinks and iced tea taken too often
Sour Candies
Chewable Vitamins espec. Vit. C
Stomach acid due to reflux problems
NOTE: for the drinks the key words are TOO OFTEN. Using a straw is a good idea, along with not swishing it around in your mouth - something teens often do with bubbly soda.
while I was at the park a beautiful Hawk was flying over us from tree to tree I got a video but is is dark will try to lighten up on youtube was carrying stick back and forth to the trees couldn't see a nest just the hawk meet a nice lady with her granddaughter and she watching lots of wildlife like the bears, eagles etc
Last pan of rolls out of the oven - time to go do something productive.
Take care all - remember to have the greatest day possible.
Back later!
Off I go...See you all later.
Enjoy.
JO did you chow down all 11 at once
I see we had another eagle encounter this am with our regal pair and more calling out I got the one on video this AM also and spent quite a bit of time in the nest HUH
After I watched the one video I couldn't hear the eagle calling out like we did this am when they were both in the nest
Belle is in the nest.
EAGLE IN NEST
just sitting pretty BELLE
Judy - the eagle calling out could be our little intruder... just saying...
No I have been sharing with some family
members - I didn't eat all 11 especially not more then 1 a day.
They sure do fill the craving for
something sweet.
Hey there Sharon - Hope all is well ♥
I am home and sitting here with dilated eyes. Hate it! Cataract surgery is scheduled for March 1, which I hate. I want it NOW! However, the doctor is going to be gone two weeks, probably skiing. LOL There is a possibility it can be done next week on Thursday. Office attendant was going to talk with the doctor, also possibility of cancellations.
I see Belle flew in while I was typing.
A bit breezy up in the nest...
Hi, Everyone,
Emma & I slept in late this morning, and it felt GOOD.
Best of luck with an earlier then 3/1
scheduling, Lolly. Is it just the
one eye - right or left?
I wish they would get the egg cup much
deeper then it is.........
I will just have to sit at my computer, turn up the sound and wait to hear laughter. Have done that before and will do it again!
Yes, one eye, the left one. The right eye was done almost 4 years ago.
See that Belle is back! Wind is really howling!! Hang on, girl!
Heading for sofa for awhile.
Still no sound on this laptop. Oh, I have sound, just no sound from our cam. Maybe I need an update of some kind.
Okay, I am half blind due to the dilated eys and sitting here with sunglasses on. Is Belle sitting or standing? Help! LOL
I see her feet so I guess standing
just sitting doing nothing maybe she needs some time alone to think
she keeps looking back and forth like where is my mate
she decided to pick a little very little
Belle is looking down.
she looks down and looks up hmm what is going on Belle
she does sort of look like she is sitting but I do see her one feetsie
Her tail seems to be on bottom of nest she has a itch oh now she has Shep cooties LOL
Geula, we can only hope that all will be well with our season.
Right....it is what it is....but it's much too soon to give up hope.
Andy, glad the car is not going to have to go to the graveyard.
Lolly, hope they can work you in earlier than Mar. 1st!!
Go take a nap!!
Sharon or Sissy also posted on FB that another GH predicts spring, too!!
Okay....to sofa for a bit.
she keeps looking down like looking for something
maybe its labor bending her head down I know that helped me
she keeps doing it looking down bending head down and then looks up
And she keeps looking down. Wonder if she is laying an egg?
back to preening or itching one of the two she calls out I am recording it tooo cool just started and caught the call
iI thought the same thing Sharon
she is ever so still except moving of the head once in an while
heard a noise on cam could be wind
looked like the wind really blew her sideways a little
moving now
looks around
stretching neck
shakes her feathers
gets real puffy looking
and POOOOOOF
She is standing, did a big feather shake and took off.
AND NO EGG
Poof out she flies.........
Poof Belle.
No egg yet.

Another prayer request:
A friend from Bedford just called to request prayer for a mutual friend who is in Lynchburg Memorial Hospital on a ventilator. She was just diagnosed with emphysema and not doing well. Her name is Karen. I told him I knew exactly where to go with that prayer request!

eagle
shep this time
has food now where is belle to eat it
Shep is in the nest. Eating?
The youngun is still pretty selfish. He might not know that he is supposed to feed Belle.
I don't think I have ever personally witnessed him bringing in food.
306 is when he landed
Belle was in at 148 to 216 and now we get him why not together???

Good on you, JudyE, for making the decision to adopt a cat! Good company for you!!!
He had extra paws on his feet funny looking
Just picked Hunter up from school.
He said that his science class is watching our nest. I do hope they get to see some babies soon.
But first we need eggs!
He had extra toes, Judy?
Maybe he is a descendant of one of Ernest Hemingway's cats. He had six-toed cats.
February 2, 2012
Nila update:
I spoke with her a few minutes ago. They took her catheter out today. She sounded so good. She wants me to bring her some paper and a pen. She said she has some thank you notes to write. Do they make stationery anymore?
Exhausted. I just want this week to be over. I am done!!!
Yay! Lolly. Glad you have an appointment for your eye surgery.
Lynn-This week puts me behind every year. I will be reviewing for the first part of next week because this week has been so disjointed!
I hope Sandi's meetings weren't too awful today. I guess she is at the basketball game now.
Belle!
She is eating in the same area that Shep was eating earlier. Maybe he left her some?
But of course, this is her fav place to eat.
Shep just arrived from 12 o'clock position.
HP!
Posted a pic on my blog under "my wildlife".
I just woke up and opened up the cam and both are there. I see comment of HP.
Shoot, just missed it.
It's breezy and they are riding the wind in the nest.
I'd say, if practice makes perfect, then Shep should be just about perfect at HP right about now! Geez - enough already!
I just arrived and I am watching.
Belle is in the egg cup and Shep is moving sticks.
Looks like Shep is finishing up the nestovers and Belle is rearranging the fluff.
Wish she would just settle down and deposit an egg!!!
Okay, that joke got a snicker!!
LOLLY, happy to hear that your eye surgery will be sooner rather than later.
LYNN, don't know if Denny would want to come with me to WV in April but, since the open house has been canceled, I'm sure my mom won't want to join me. I'll ask Denny and let you know.
What is Shep trying to do, push Belle out of the egg cup. Geeesh!
Dam has broken!!! Hurray!!!!
My sweet Caro went to get my potassium and Gatorade, etc.....pharmacy is out of the K. Oh, well, there's plenty in the Gatorade!
