Well, Here I am signing in for the morning, and there you are Steve ! Thank You ! Hope you have nice relatively un-windy day xo I'll go see if anyone knows about this New Thread Yet
Happy Trails Paula and Nick ☺♥☺♥ when you head out, glad you will not be having to drive in too much wind...It's a beauteous day here today... cool, like early Spring.. ☺
had to laugh reading about JudyE's long-sleeve chimpanzee style shirts... I can't stand sleeves that are too long, especially if they have "cuffs" on them like seams on socks! irritating !!!
Thinking first thing when my eyes woke up, of Lynn ♥ and hoping that the night was restful, and that today is 100% + better than yesterday (( Hugs ♥ )) Lynn
I don't really know for sure about Horses being able to lock their knees when they sleep...heard it from somewhere, think giraffes and other animals do that also... I'll do my research, I bet James or Lolly's Jacob knows ☺
Thanks again to Paula and Sandi for this Wonderful Event for Lynne and Steve with the "new" razzle-dazzle computer...will be so helpful to them both, and US because we get to see Lynne again on a regular basis (( Thank You Hugs, Ladies ♥♥))
Hey there Morning GLori hope you enjoy this beautiful day off... xoxox
Blackwater cam has gone black, for about ten mins now... the chicks were there without the parents and somewhat separated from each other...at last look... waiting to see more....
Good morning, Sharon!♥ Hang in there!! Going to be a remarkable day!!! Do hope Lynne and Steve get their new computer up and running with no problems. Yea!!!!
Momster's Rock! So now we keep our collective fingers crossed as the eggs have been unattended for such a long time. Need to go back and check to see if Belle or Shep has returned.
Belle did some chirping and looking around before getting up and flying off. Like was said, it was not really alarming and fully expected to see Shep fly in.
Think I just heard someone in the attic. Hope so! Close to 30 minutes now.
Thanks MARGY for the heads up about Blackwater. After last season at this nest, we all know what something like this feels like. And, with the Blackwater nest, there were no signs of any problems since hatching. How sad!!
Heartsick describes it, Lynne1... ... hope they can get some resolution regarding what might have happened, definitely support Lisa's decision to turn off the cam...
Safe travels Paula! I bet you are more excited then Nick! He probably thinks he is going to Paula's Paradise and doesn't know beans about Puppy Play dates.......... WHoo Hoo!
Hello to Everyone, It looks like I have tons to information to catch up on... Shep? Wheres Trudy,.... Nobody watching the eggs... Things are going crazy around here and I'm in the dark...I have to to stay in touch better...
Hope everyone is well. I've have a major computer meltdown over the winter and am just now getting things back in order....
Blessed Sunday again on new thread. Hope ♥Lynn♥ has a good day. Sharon, tell Mattie H B!!! So very sorry about BW. Came back to see if there's any Paula, Lynne, Steve news! I know Paula's on her way!
Lynn is having a quiet day, resting, having some private family time; Carolyn and son-in-law Charley are helping with some things, she appreciates our well wishes and prayers but is not having phone calls or doing emailing right now
Welcome back, Donnie. Shep is the name voted on for Trudy or Truder from last spring. Same bird and is learning surprising well what a "Dad" should do!Think Belle is whipping him into shape.
Happy that we have exciting news with Lynne to balance the sad news coming from Blackwater. Watching these cams can be so addictive, so wondrous, and also so heartbreaking. Today's events at Blackwater take me right back to last March at this nest and to last April at NBG!
JO, thanks for the update on LYNN! Maybe she'll hop on the blog later - thinking of you LYNN!! ♥
O MY I don't watch the Blackwater nest at all, but just jumped over there to read the sad news that everyone has been talking about. That is really too bad and I'm sure they are all very upset like we were last year. So sad, but as we know it is part of nature and it's because of the growing population. Doesn't make it any easier and my heart ♥ goes out to those followers.
LORI So glade my instructions worked and anyone else out there can do the same thing I have had it like that and have had no issues I am just not for sure if all the blogs will change or just the one I will have to go check mine out and do it to all if not I know I did the nest one
Just had a AWWW moment with the cats Benny is laying and Jet is licking her and Benny has his eyes closed and off course it only lasted a few min and I did snap a picture Now to start reading the page here
Getting ready to go back to church soon. It is a beautiful afternoon and I noticed I really have some work to do in my garden at church. There is some blown in trash to pick up, some weeds to pull, and the Lantana needs to be cut back. Have mentioned it to Jack and he is agreeable to go now. So go we shall!
FYI I CHECK ALL MY BLOG AND JUST BY CHANGING THE ONE IT MAKES THE COMMENTS THE SAME ON ALL MY BLOGS TOOOO COOL Just thought I would pass that alone to one and all
I worry about our nest with our intruder and the facts that our regal pair left the eggs alone OK someone need to have a sit down talk to our eagles LOL
I didn't lie! Well ... maybe just a little distortion of the truth! And for the record, if you plan on eventually telling the truth, it doesn't count as a lie!
BWE - The video is very disturbing as was our video of Patty O Joy. Same story - INTRUDER. I wonder if the Lady or Lord Blackwater has been injured/chased off? Like our Lib... Remember that we here at NCTC also have an intruder trying to take over our nest. I am so praying that we have a quiet season - but you never know about Mother Nature. The intruder at BWE still had some brown feathers on it's head. The same as our present intruder has. Now let's get back to Happy Times with Lynne/Steve...
This is all I needed on top of me starting to get a cold is tears of joy and tear of sadness with BW nest My heart goes out to the regular that what the nest I would look on occasion as I do all the nest
LOL So excited. I was just outside waiting for Jack. Heard a hawk call just above my head. Looked up, and there it was, maybe 20 feet up. Another hawk flew in, calling, and then......HP HP HP! I laughed outloud!
JUDY, the video was on my FB not long ago. There's also a link to it on the cam site.
Sadly, as JO pointed out, we have the same potential. Why were both eagles off the eggs for 30 minutes today? Something was surely up. Eagle populations have increased - good news. But their habitat has dwindled - bad news. And so there is competition for the existing nests and nesting places.
It would be nice if we could say, "Hey, this nest had its share of hardship last nesting season, so they're entitled to a break!" Sadly, life doesn't work that way - not for eagles and not for people!
Some comments on my pics need answers. I use 2 cameras~~~my Sony that's like Paula's for closer shots, but about 2 years ago, got a Nikon w/lots more zoom.(Eagles made me do it☺) Learned the hard way, that more zoom can cause some blurry pics & you should really use the tripod. That's not practical with critters who may be moving & you have little time. The sunlight makes a big difference as you can see in the nest shots. I hold my breath & try to brace camera, push the button & pray for something somewhat clear.I almost crop every picture as much as I can if it's not too blurry, that's why they'll look like an even closer close up.The PM nest is the worst---sun is to left and behind nest. I can lighten some darker areas in photo programs. I am not a cam techie at all like Glo, Bob, etc.I don't know an f stop from a Stop sign! I just shoot and pray and edit! That's enough Photo 101!!
Yes very upsetting video JO on the Blackwater nest.
I will wait before I jump to any conclusions as to why the eggs in this nest were left untended today...it seems odd, but I am afraid I am jumping to conclusions because I am upset about Blackwater and fearful that it might happen here too...
Back from church. Prayer garden looks 100% imptoved. Forgot to take broom or blower, hopefully the wind will do a little clean up. Next I will need to take some mulch to the garden but will wait a little.
See that Lynne has not been back on. I am sure they are outside letting the dogs run! More fun!
We have missed you terribly!! Hope you're as happy as we all are today enjoying the fruits of the Spirit!!
We love you.....in case you were wondering!!
LYNN - Thinking and praying for you today!
So sorry about the news at BWE. That is always difficult to hear.
No time to visit with you fine feathered friends today, but hopefully will be able to check in this evening and chat more with Lynne. Lynne has a lot of blogging catch up to do.
Yes, her name is LYNNE, and her favorite color is CLEAR!! Love it!!
So happy you are back with us! God is Good......all the time!
WANDA, happy to hear the swelling is going down and that PT is going so well !
CAROLYN aka JEWELS, hope your dear Mom kept those pecan wheels down and pleased to know you, Charlie and the girls are with her today !
LYNN, hope you can feel the love and prayers. We're with you and look forward to your feeling good enough to blog very soon !
ANDY, wahoo on the ink find. I loved my Fry's store in Tucson.
LINDA, loved all that "sweet talk" of yesterday. Do you know where I can find a Sugar Free Maple syrup tree ? Log Cabin won't sell me any of theirs ! ☺
SHARON, that's an elegant pant suit ! Good choice and practical for re-use. Nice to have it and the new dress for those special wedding events !
LORI, glad Ann's happily installed with Kate's sister. Caring for someone with special needs would not be easy for a 90 year old. I'm sure they were all glad to have your help with the move !
Race Fans~~~just heard the Daytona treack is almost dry, rain is gone & they will end up having a night race! I just love the noise! LOL Gonna start din din preps..something I can chew w/my little bit loose "permanent" bridge! HA--lied and took my $$$$$. And I used to like the dentist!
LORETTA, thanks for the Daytona update. NasCAR is going to give OsCAR a run for it's money tonight ! Yeah ! I'll take racing over an awards ceremony any day of the week !!!!
So very sad about BWE. RIP little chick and hope the very best for the remaining chick and parents.
Agree with comments above... it's nature... good to see eagle population growing... so sad to see this outcome.
LYNNE2 welcome back. We are ALL so vey thrilled you have a computer and hope the Momster/Dadster conglomerate has put a BIG SMILE on your faces. Sometimes, it takes a village...
A little word from Belle, she is watching something. Calling out now.
Just had a nice chat with son, Lee, as he waited for his flight from Phoenix SkyHarbor to Newark International. He's been attending an Anthropolgy Seminar out there for a few days. Last night he and a couple of collegues were invited to attend a meeting of a bunch of Phoenix Fat Cats. Another Anthro prof was speaking and showing slides of a recent trip. When it ended Lee noticed Hugh Downs was among the guests. He says he watched as Hugh and wife got into their Mercedes and zoomed off. He reports that the 91year old is mighty perky and spry ! I miss him being on the air !
Oh, phooey ! I was looking forward to an evening of racing. Will be able to watch tomorrow, however. Do you know what time coverage will begin, LORETTA ?
Heading to the pantry to see what's gonna be cookin'. Then on to TV and a quiet Sunday evening. Hope you all have a good one and a restful night. Prayers going out for LYNN and all in need ! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
whew. OK, I'm composed now. I have just finished reading a stack of beautiful cards!
Words cannot express the emotions Steve and I have right now. I don't know when I have ever been so surprised, or felt so blessed. You people are AMAZING! I don't know how to ever thank you for what you have done for us. You can't even imagine what this means for us, this incredible thing you have done..... I wish you all could have been here with us so we could thank each of you in person with HUGS HUGS and MORE HUGS! It feels so inadequate to send this message of thanks. It's just not enough!
LYNNE2, saying thanks is ALL that is needed! No one was pressured or coerced - every single person who made a contribution to help you and Steve did so b/c we wanted to. I've only been part of this group for a few months, yet already, I know this is what Momsters do. They are there for one another - whether it's with rent money, with prayers, with encouragement, with well-wishes, or with a shoulder to cry on.
SHARON says it best, "We came for the eagles, but we stayed for the friendships we've made!" It's great to have you back online with us!
LYNNE2 I am so blessed to be a part. We do things for others all the time but THIS is so special. Your words bring me to that moment and I'm so happy to hear your smile. HUGS
Lynne2 and Steve I already met you and know the wonderful couple you are. I was happy to be part of this wonderful idea. You are loved and apart of us. We are to be (1) that means if (1) has troubles we help each other. We together; laugh, pray, hug, enjoy watching the eagles and eggs, love each other, share, and most of all forgive. "I am happy I came to watch the eagles but found many friends."
We are B A C K! I post with mixed emotions. So disheartened by Lynn's email news.
Yet so happy for Lynne & Steve!
Had exceeded the speed limit on reading the blog to catch up. Many things to comment on but may let them pass.
Travel was great - we headed there before the storms and came back a day early to beat the next storm. Sat (day of eagle program) was the only really nice day - sunny & great temps.
A couple of "unfortunates" about the weekend. 1) all the spokepeople said due to the mild winter the eagles were not in attendance as in previous years - only saw a dozen or so together at any one time as compared to the 50 -60 in the past. 2) I'm lousy as a photographer lol, and my zoom lens did not arrive here until after we left. So most shots are wee distant photos. But the experience was unbelieveable.
Have general eagle pics and another set of "Angel", the eagle at the presentation pn blog. That was worth the whole weekend!!!
Still have some landscape, etc pics to post.
Hugs to Lynne & Steve, double hugs to you all, and triple hugs to Lynn.
I sent BWE Lisa a personal ecard of support and she said: "I know the NCTC folks can understand what we're going through. Forgive me if this is a repeat: BOTH parents returned to the nest - they will turn the cam on tomorrow if the surviving chick is still alive. The other chick appears to be dead and is slowly getting buried in the nest material . . .
I began in 2006 when I could not even drive to the nest visit along the roadway. My wonderful husband "Ed" drove me. Stayed and when there was Open House. He drove me to it and stayed and then stayed for the dinner. Being the 1st eagle Dadster that came to things. This is my group and I will never leave it. I have wonderful Eaglet_Momster memories with my wonderful husband. The small group at that time had a ball with Ed and would tease him. He enjoyed each one of the women and respected them. ♥♥
IRENE, thanks for the word that both BWE parents have been seen at the nest today.
CAROLANNE, glad you had a great time! The photos in your memories will stay forever; there probably isn't a camera made that could capture the awesomeness of what you witnessed this weekend!

when you head out, glad you will not be having to drive in too much wind...It's a beauteous day here today...
cool, like early Spring.. ☺
I slept in too this morning Paula...
Sunday mornings are good for that...
had to laugh reading about JudyE's long-sleeve chimpanzee style shirts...
I can't stand sleeves that are too long, especially if they have "cuffs" on them
like seams on socks! irritating !!!
Thank you Steve for the new thread.
Thank you Margy for the call over.(:
Thinking first thing when my eyes woke up, of Lynn ♥ and hoping that the night was restful, and that today is 100% + better than yesterday (( Hugs ♥ )) Lynn
Praying that Lynn had a good nights sleep. One for Lynn and One for Liesl♥♥
Shep is on duty
I don't really know for sure about Horses being able to lock their knees when they sleep...heard it from somewhere, think giraffes and other animals do that also...
I'll do my research, I bet James or Lolly's Jacob knows ☺
Sliding in here for a moment, to say Good Morning to all and will be saying a special prayer in church, for LYNN.
HAVE A BLESSED SUNDAY♥
can't wait to see Venus, Jupiter and the Moon tonight, amazing how the relative positions change from night to night
EGG-Tending
I saw Derek and Savannah chick but the picture I took the sun was shining too much.
Thanks Wanda (: Love you Lady♥
Thanks again to Paula and Sandi
for this Wonderful Event for Lynne and Steve with the "new" razzle-dazzle computer...will be so helpful to them both, and US because we get to see Lynne again on a regular basis
(( Thank You Hugs, Ladies ♥♥))
Belle flew in from the 7
Shep took off from the 11
and perched in the branches briefly think he flew off now
heard his little big boy voice
saw Shep's shadow from the branches above...
Belle's on Roosting duty now
Thank you, Steve, for the new Sunday thread!
Thanks, Margy, for the call over!
It's a beautiful blue sky day that the winds left us today!
Hey there Morning GLori
hope you enjoy this beautiful day off...
xoxox
Blackwater cam has gone black, for about ten mins now... the chicks were there without the parents and somewhat separated from each other...at last look...
waiting to see more....
Morning Friends (again)
Thank You Steve for the fresh new thread
I didn't expect that call over so soon in the day - thanks Margy
That sunshine keeps calling my name....
Thanks Steve!
Back from Mass.
Plan on reading and watching the race later.
Mom is bringing dinner over tonight. Whatever makes her feel good...☺
Took 3 more online classes this morning. Three more to go in this "section".
New neighbors with "little people" are getting the Flying Labs all excited. Should be an interesting spring.
Belle chirped and flew off
Good M☼rning Jo and DanaMo, and all once again !
Good morning. Nest MT right now. Getting ready to head out on my day's adventures.
worry wart here, waiting on BWE to come back up and a Royal Parent to return to the Royal Eggs....
I'm worried, too, Margy!
Belle has been gone 6 minutes and there's no noise from Shep of any kind.
Good Morning Shirley..how is Hunter doing? Off the crutches yet ?
What are your adventures today ?
Good morning! Need to go back and read the blog, but carefully monitoring the nest. Get back on those eggs!!
way too still there for me, Lori......
maybe Belle spotted some local on the ground chow she wants to bring back to the nest...
At least there has been sunshine on the eggs. Getting close to 10 minutes!
Going back to read the blog.
Very unusual for Belle to leave without seeing or knowing Shep is right there.
Good Morning all coming in (:
I am watching Fridy night Blue Bloods.
BELLE HAS BEEN GONE, AND THE EGGS UNCOVERED FOR 15 MIN. NOW WITH NO SIGN OF SHEP.
I know the eggs can take sonme "cold" time, especially with sunshine, but usually there is a parent perched nest-side keeping watch...
oh dear...
bet Lisa at BWE is getting alerted to the black cam view there too....
Good morning to the eagle budlets that I love.
Heading out to Mattie's party today. May God be with us! :)
Some things are just nauseating to me this morning.
Will check in with you all later.
Who is the egg sitter?????????????
Have finished reading the blog. Neither Belle nor Shep have returned to the nest. It has now been 20 minutes. Yooooo Hoooo! Eagles come back.
I am ready for church, but need to go eat some breakfast. Will be keeping an eye on the nest.
MT NEST!!!
WHAT's UP WITH THAT????
Need to read back!! Hope nothing is wrong!!
Have a good day, Sharon....
enjoy the party ((Hugs ♥ ))
When Belle chirped and flew out, she did not seem overly alarmed...
not as alarmed as she has been in some past times...
I think Shep had flown off about ten mins before she flew out...
can't say for sure
I dislike big time seeing the eggs
unprotected......
NO BELLE & SHEP FOR 25 MINUTES NOW...
SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE LANDED ON CAM
Belle did some chirping and looking around before getting up and flying off. Like was said, it was not really alarming and fully expected to see Shep fly in.
Think I just heard someone in the attic. Hope so! Close to 30 minutes now.
Oh dear, 20 minutes the eggs have been uncovered! Even with the sun shining, that just doesn't seem right! No eagle sounds - this has me worried!!
I had my sound turned off - just turned on the speakers but don't think I have
any sound...........
This is very worrisome and a good
reason why we need that second cam
Just saw the cam shake. SHEP!!
SHEP LANDS AT 11.
Saw Shep flying in!
SHEW!!!! He didn't seem alarmed at all!! Guess he knows we'll do the worrying for him! =)
I seem to remember once in 2006
the eggs being alone for almost 45 minutes...
but everything turned out great that year....
NEVER SO HAPPY TO SEE THAT ROYAL SPOTTED HEAD AS RIGHT NOW !!
Okay, Momsters....Breathe....
whew!
Thank Goodness!
You better get your feathers in the
nest over your eggs Shep!!
And don't leave like that again without telling us that you would be right back!
You can go to Mattie's party now
Sharon....... BTW - what is this party
celebrating......?
Something is very wrong!!!!
both eagles in nest
Stay there and protect your eggs Shep
Belle is off and at them.....
BELLE & SHEP CALLOUT WHILE BOTH IN THE NEST AND BELLE TAKES OFF OVER 3.
This is finally Mattie's 14th birthday party!
Just saw Belle and Shep hollering. Belle flew off again. Heading out now.
Prayers for Lynn!!! ♥♥♥
Sharon hope you feel better and your nausea goes away.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATTIE !!!
Enjoy the party, SHARON!
Very sad update on BWE.....
you might need to refresh to get the link to the very sad news.....
Comfort offered to all those at Blackwater.....
All BWE followers you are in our thoughts and prayers. So sorry for this as yet unexplained turn of events.
MARGY, thank you for posting the info to head to Blackwater site.
So very sorry for all the BWE follwers and especially Lisa. For the lose of one chick. Praying the other chick can make it. ^j^
Thanks MARGY for the heads up about Blackwater. After last season at this nest, we all know what something like this feels like. And, with the Blackwater nest, there were no signs of any problems since hatching. How sad!!
Heart sick with the news from Blackwater.. I remember a similar incident last year with the Molly/McGee barn owl cam.

GooD MorniNG, aLL.

None too encouraging thing happening at BWE today, I see.
It looks like it will be a warm, mostly sunny day here in So Cal. Maybe some wind and rain tomorrow though.

OK folks, I am heading down to Lynne & Steve's...I'll let you know when I get there!
I am very saddened for BWE news.
I'm sure Lisa and all the followers are

Home from church, now to read about BW. That is so sad!
Boy, would I love to be a stinkbug on the wall at Lynne's right now!!
New update from Blackwater on FB - it appears that an intruder eagle came to the nest this AM and pecked at the chicks. Again, so sad!!
☺
Oh, that is awful for BWE, Sandi. Thanks for getting the message over here.
Is anyone having FB probs now? I can't get anything to post.
Thank you PAULA.
LORI I am good with facebook...I have posted several things and it is working for me.

FOR LYNNE2
Getting ready to go back to church soon. It is a beautiful afternoon and I noticed I really have some work to do in my garden at church. There is some blown in trash to pick up, some weeds to pull, and the Lantana needs to be cut back. Have mentioned it to Jack and he is agreeable to go now. So go we shall!
FYI I CHECK ALL MY BLOG AND JUST BY CHANGING THE ONE IT MAKES THE COMMENTS THE SAME ON ALL MY BLOGS TOOOO COOL Just thought I would pass that alone to one and all
Actually, Jo, not much lying. Mostly just half truths!
I worry about our nest with our intruder and the facts that our regal pair left the eggs alone OK someone need to have a sit down talk to our eagles LOL
Had to go wipe my tears. God bless us all!!
Yep LOLLY Is right no one lied at all just didn't tell whole story thats all and thats isn't lying in my book
So glad to have you back with us Lynne!
I didn't lie! Well ... maybe just a little distortion of the truth! And for the record, if you plan on eventually telling the truth, it doesn't count as a lie!
BWE - The video is very disturbing as was our video of Patty O Joy. Same
story - INTRUDER. I wonder if the Lady or Lord Blackwater has been injured/chased off? Like our Lib...
Remember that we here at NCTC also have an intruder trying to take over our nest. I am so praying that we have a quiet season - but you never know about Mother Nature. The intruder at BWE
still had some brown feathers on it's head. The same as our present intruder has. Now let's get back to Happy Times with Lynne/Steve...
This is all I needed on top of me starting to get a cold is tears of joy and tear of sadness with BW nest My heart goes out to the regular that what the nest I would look on occasion as I do all the nest
Good logic Sandi I like it ♂♥
Did Paula get video or pic of our surprises????? and wait !!!
Where is the video I must have missed it ??
I found it on thier page sooooo sad Why would another eagle do that
LOL So excited. I was just outside waiting for Jack. Heard a hawk call just above my head. Looked up, and there it was, maybe 20 feet up. Another hawk flew in, calling, and then......HP HP HP! I laughed outloud!
the youtube video says it was one of the parents I see a dirty head on the bird also
We do not called this place Hawkwood for nothing!☺
Ok time for me to head back to work 150 is when I punched out
JUDY, the video was on my FB not long ago.
Someone is flying over the nest. Belle puts up her head and vocalizes. SHe gets off the vup and flies off.Eggs untended
EAGLE in - NOT SURE WHO YET! OK, SHEP!
Shep lands on the railing and looks up towards the camera and approaches the eggs....all is well
This whole Blackwater thing and coming home from tennis to see an MT nest for 30 minutes has me on edge today! But all looks good in Shepherdstown!
Hey there Lynne. Glad to see that you are back on the blog with all your friends. You have been missed by all.
Again, hoping that we have a good year at our nest this year. So sorry for BW
Prayers still going out to you Lynn<3
Just woke from much needed nap.
See Lynne2 comment. lol gal we haven't told any lies....I just did not speak about it.(((((((hugs to Lynn2 and Steve))))))))
Welcome back, Lynne2. Enjoy!
More fun!
Heading out into my own yard now! Ta Ta!
LYNNE - Welcome Back, Girl!!
Wonder if this race is ever going to get underway.
Good Afternoon ! Happy to see Shep on the egg cup, especially after reading about the concerns earlier. Doubly tense because of sadness at BWE.
LYNNE2, it's a thrill for all of us to "see" you again ♥ ! Many thanks to PAULA and Nick for their expert delivery service ! ♫♪ We are family ! ♪♪♫
Shep seems a little up tight right now.
Jo, beautiful eagle owl at Pete's Pond right now. Good zoomie.
Our eggs are uncovered but eagle in tree.
Race Fans~~~just heard the Daytona treack is almost dry, rain is gone & they will end up having a night race! I just love the noise! LOL
Gonna start din din preps..something I can chew w/my little bit loose "permanent" bridge! HA--lied and took my $$$$$. And I used to like the dentist!
Shep had a two hour stint and must have felt the need for a change ! Belle in charge now.
LORETTA, thanks for the Daytona update. NasCAR is going to give OsCAR a run for it's money tonight ! Yeah ! I'll take racing over an awards ceremony any day of the week !!!!
Oh no Loretta your bridge it loose. Boy what kind of dentist is this guy???
So very sad about BWE. RIP little chick and hope the very best for the remaining chick and parents.
Agree with comments above... it's nature... good to see eagle population growing... so sad to see this outcome.
LYNNE2 welcome back. We are ALL so vey thrilled you have a computer and hope the Momster/Dadster conglomerate has put a BIG SMILE on your faces. Sometimes, it takes a village...
A little word from Belle, she is watching something. Calling out now.
Quiet again
New Race News. Been cancelled--run tomorrow. (I won't have to wear earmuffs!!!LOL)
Did you all hear my man, Pat Monahan, sing the National Anthem. He nailed it!!!! :)
Belle does the egg roll and boogey on down.
HUGS
SANDI, well said :-)
Lynne 2 and Steve....we love you and we loved doing this for you after all we are family....
SHEP is in the house with a fish. SHEP POOF
Belle is at 5 having dinner.
Sure did miss this place!!
I am "proud" to be part of the group....especially for those that want me to stay in the Eaglet_Momster group. Thank you and HUGS and Love to you.
I sent BWE Lisa a personal ecard of support and she said: "I know the NCTC folks can understand what we're going through.
Forgive me if this is a repeat: BOTH parents returned to the nest - they will turn the cam on tomorrow if the surviving chick is still alive. The other chick appears to be dead and is slowly getting buried in the nest material . . .
Belle is back on eggs with a wiggle.

Hi Irene I earlier sent Lisa a note about my sorrow for her and the BWE followers and the chick. Praying the other chick makes it.^j^
SEE? FOUR TIMES??
SEE? FOUR TIMES??
IRENE, thanks for the word that both BWE parents have been seen at the nest today.
CAROLANNE, glad you had a great time! The photos in your memories will stay forever; there probably isn't a camera made that could capture the awesomeness of what you witnessed this weekend!
SEE? FOUR TIMES??
