There may be a setting you can check go on dashboard there are tab click on the comment setting I had given Lori instructions to get the comment box just like the one we type in here I can copy and paste it here if you want let me go back and see if I can retrieve it That way no one has to do the robot codes either

Go to a blog and click on SETTINGS of your blog
there are tabs below the tabs are words basic publishing formatting and comments click on COMMENTS goddown the page and you will see the in black show words verification for comments just check NO and don't for get to save If you do for one blog it does it for all I only changed one blog and no one has said anything so I am assuming it changes them all
ALSO if you want the comment block to look like the the area we comment in on the blog to to the black wording COMMEMNTS FORM PLacement and check Full Page

Lynne and Steve, we were so happy to do something for you. It has made all of us feel so ecstatic and we have had so much fun planning this. LOL You would have gotten a kick out of all of our emails! We love you...and your simple thank you is more than adequate! We just pray that this is the beginning of good things for you.
CarolAnne, glad you are home safe and sound. Sounds like you have had a wonderful time.
I raked, weeded, mowed, edged and used the leaf blower. I enjoyed doing it all. Front yard is looking neat....if you look at it from a distance. Last year, being unable to water, we lost a lot of lawn down front and now it is full of weeds. Do not think I will ever again have the lawn that I did have in front. Oh, well, things could be worse!!☺

OK, so I got to Lynne & Steve's around 1:15, as I had a quick stop or 2 to make on the way down.
I brought the computer in and we got it all set up, I told her everyone was waiting for her to get on the blog and Lynne got on the blog to say hi....
So, I told her I had to go get the cd's from the car for the computer...that is when I posted on the blog that I was at Lynne's.
So I brought in a big envelope...and told Lynne I lied to her....
I gave them a card from all of us, with the goodies in it, and made her open it.
She and Steve were pretty much speechless, and then Lynne started crying, and Steve and I started crying...so we were all in the kitchen crying, and hugging.
So Lynne said we were sneaky ☺ I told her email was a wonderful thing!
After that, we took the dogs out for a romp...they had a blast! Lynne has a couple of pictures, and I took some with my phone.
I will send around pics of the computer, the card, and Lynne & Steve...I told them I had to take at least one!
It was a very wonderful afternoon, and Lynne and Steve couldn't say "Thank You" enough...they were very, very appreciative.

Okay, seems blog comment is working again for pics.
Angel, the eagle, was so regal during the whole presentation. She also was quite funny. After she finished a chunk of meat that was given to her out of a bowl, she kept looking into the bowl and then at the woman giving the presentation, like she was asking for more.
Even though the room was overcrowded, with cameras & phones going off, and people coming and going, she was never flustered and at times seemed oblivious of everyone there.
No JudyE - I don't think the taxidermy eagle will EVER be for sale.
LYNNE2 what do you mean subscribed to the pictures is it the astronomy link ????
Another interesting thing, the DNR had spotting scopes set up along the river, and each was focused on an eagle. And they were powerful scopes that made you feel like you could reach out and touch the eagle, it seemed so close.
Bubby now has a "wishlist" that includes several types of scopes lol

Read the article about Google Privacy~~~they can get at you if you use Gmail or Utube. I don't use either, but I know many of you use Utube for videos. I had thought about it as screen would be a lot bigger, but won't now.

Paula did you know that you have to have a photobucket password to see them??? I got mine in the mail and I did resend to DANAWVGAL two times but thought you should know that when you go to the blog it has two boxes to click on one say GET YOUR and VIEW All and when you click it takes you to photobucket and want you to logg in If people don't have photo bucket they can't view them just let you know OK and thanks for doing this for us you are the BOMB I am so happy we could do this

they said race willl not start at noon takes three hours do dry track more rain about 20 min away from the trace maybe in the late afternoon to evening keeping fingers cross just may have a nite race
Good Morning Eagle Family Lori, Sandi, DanaMo, JudyE, and WvsUSAn so far.
10 dryers now they brought in more because of the rain and with the newer track with the grooves in the track now they say 90 min to 2hrs to dry where as in the past 3 hours

That would be so cool because West End had 3 eaglets last year! Remember they were the first nest in many, many years to have 3 eaglets in the Channel Islands?

Good Monday morning.
I will never catch up with you all, so not even going to try.
I am doing better this morning.....Carolyn fixed me a scrambled egg and PB toast for breakfast before she headed home for a day's sleep before her 12 hr. shift at 6pm....I ate about half of it, and so far so good.
So happy that everything went so well yesterday with Paula's visit to Lynne and Steve. Love all you gals for the wonderful generosity!!
Still wish I could have been a fly on the wall at Lynne's!
Was heartbroken to learn of BW's loss.....nature can be so cruel, as we all know. :(
Gotta say that it is uncomfortable sitting here at puter....my bony arse feels better on the sofa. I have lost so much weight. :( So I'll check in periodically.

My cable also cut out for a while, so I'll probably check the video again later.
Looks like a strong chance of rain for us in So Cal today, and the temp will not get very high ... didn't get as low as projected last night either.

Lynn needs a nice comfy sitting pillow. Sure wish I could share some of my "padding" with her. I believe chocolate shakes (or any flavor for that matter) go directly to the butt. She might want to give it a try! :o)
