LYNN*****I hope you havn't gone to bed yet****Please don't give another thought to not hanging your clothes. The main reason I asked our people to have the clothes on hangers, is because they get very wrinkled if thrown in a garbage bag. Yours were very neatly folded and I have put the jeans on a table, as you had them nicely folded and that way, no hangers needed. I didn't put them out last Soup Kitchen day because I got dizzy and nauseated and spent most of the evening lying in Gene's van. I will put them out this Tuesday and they will go like hot cakes...guests have been asking for jeans! All the other items you gave me the first time, are GONE! Margy's T's are all gone, too:) THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH♥♥
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS SWEET DREAMS PRAYERS FOR ALL SPECIAL PRAYER FOR THE NEW LIFE COMING INTO THIS WORLD
Okay, Wanda, I won't feel bad! Sorry you had a touch of the punies....missing out on your fine meal is no fun. :(
Carolyn is on her first night of a new shift schedule: 4PM-2AM. Don't think I'll stick around to talk to her when she gets off!
Tub time now...will check back later----still need to see if Paula's link to Bob Anderson is different from the one earlier this week, as well as look at the nestcapade video.
Sweet sleep to those turning in. Prayers for many, and for all needs, but most especially tonight for Bev and family and the little preemie......
April 16, 2011 It has been confirmed that the dead eagle found at Antietam did not have a brood patch. This means this eagle was almost certainly not the long-term resident male from NCTC, given that the resident male would probably still have had a brood patch. We will do our best to confirm the gender once the bird has arrived at the National Eagle Repository.
Morning, just wanted to let everyone know I received an FB mail from Diane, Anne-Marie's grand-daughter. Anne-Marie is well and has been out of town a lot.
Just caught up and heading back to bed or attempting...
aaah...coffee. Now to look at lesson plans for the next 2.5 days. Thank God for Spring break, I hope the weather cooperates. I can't wait to get out into the yard and to work on redoing my cabinets!
Oh, DanaMO you are amazing to be able to think of redoing your cupboards at this hour! I've been making lists of all the things I have to do with the gardens and pots.
Good Morning Lori and Dana ! You both have industrious minds this morning ! I'm just thinkin' it's good to see the light of another day as I sip my cup o' joe !
Great news from NCTC ! Poor bird, but have to be glad it isn't Lib !
Good light on the nest now--let the Nestcapades begin !
Well I think the plan is for the boys and Monte to work out in the yard, putting the awning up and cleaning up and getting rid of debris, opening the pool and I will start on the kitchen. Hopefully, I will be able to get some help too.
First though, I have to get through the last couple of days of school before break. Then it's a glorious 11 days off and then it will be less than 30 days left!
Yes I get the whole summer off and we have a very busy one planned this year!! I will spend as much time as possible floating around my pool reading good books in between a number of trips and activities.
We are working on getting the yard fixed up for Graduation and my class reunion picnic...those are just 2 of the big events.
"They" are sooo right, Lori ! There are many days when I don't reach that 8. I love virtual hugs, too. This evening I'll get 5 when I go to Julie's house for dinner. Her sil and bil are coming through town for one evening only and they want to visit with me, too. Nice ! I'm very lucky in that all 3 of my kids in-law families are good friends and extended family for me.
My kindergarteners are very affectionate this year which is wonderful. It feels good to be appreciated, even if they are just little 5 and 6 year olds. I get more attention from them than I do from my teenage kids.
Morning:) Today's nest weather-Partly sunny this morning...then mostly cloudy with a chance of showers this afternoon. Highs in the mid 60s. East winds 5 to 10 mph...becoming southeast this afternoon. Chance of rain 30 percent. Truder just arrived in the nest!
Good morning everyone!! I woke up at 5 this morning and just could not go back to sleep! I am worn out from the weekend. Got the boat in the water and the popup off of our campsite. We will be putting in the "new-to-us" camper Saturday. Well, I say "we", but I will be in Greensboro with my Sis, Thelma, and a friend seeing Bob Seger! My brother is going to come down and help Tom get it in. It is so exciting! Never thought we would have the opportunity to have a camper like this. It is beautiful!!
Hope everyone has a great day today! I would give just about anything to see Liberty! TEAM LIBERTY FOREVER!!!
Lori, sweet peas can take full sun, although they don't mind some afternoon shade, especially when it gets hot. It depends on the weather how long they will bloom, they will last until the temps get really hot. Some varieties are more heat tolerant than others.
Sorry Kay, didn't see your question. Yes, everyone except my husband but he will take a few vacation days. We are off Wed, Thursday, and Friday, this week and all of next week! Catholic school advantage. :)
Good morning everyone. Golly its still so cold here but the rain might not fall so they say. We'll see. Got my winter coat out and heading over for coffee and dog treats. Anxious to hear word on the baby situation Dana asked prayer for last night.
Good Morning Everyone from me too... ...read backwards.... Robyn posted at 4:06 am: that she heard from Anne-Marie's granddaughter, A-M is fine, has been out of town, trying to catch up
Thanks Robyn always good to know that our Peeps are okay !
Happy Monday Morning everyone. Please forgive me but I just can't resist sharing this. Hope it puts a smile on the face of all who need one. http://www.terrisfp1.com/holidays/chick.html
PA-Lynn Linda saw your late night post...You ? talkative? Naaaah, it was nice to read what you said to so many ♥
I'm going to be considerate and hold down my blogging... headed for my day's schedule now taking my prayers along with me working on a double grandmother-single grandson visit in Shepherdstown, maybe we will drive by and see the nest from the road
Good Morning all! And a beautiful one it is! Nice long walk with the dogs this morning but didn't see anything terribly interesting.
Early birds who missed it last night...I have one egg in the bluebird box, (will check in a bit, probably a second this morning) and I saw an EAGLE yesterday in Baltimore City...flying over!
Please let everyone know that my Kristy just gave birth to a little boy. 3.3 pounds. Everything is good. He came out crying and breathing on his own. Not a bad weight for 29 weeks , 3 days.
We are not allowed to go till tomorrow but Kristy phoned just after her water broke and right after she delivered. She was calm as could be. Mom was a wreck.
Margy - did you say the other day you have never seen a red headed woodpecker? I have seen 1 and he landed on my garage roof peak twice on the same day - the most beautiful, glorious red on his head that you will ever see and will never ever forget!

Good night, Diann. Hope you get comfortable!
Shar-----how you doing?? Yep---TEAM LIBERTY!
Good video, Paula!! Interesting piece about Bob!
LOL, Sharon....let's hope not!! Maybe she's got the 7-year itch!!!!
At that, I'm going to call it a day. Prayers and peace.

Do you get the whole summer off Dana?
Sharon, "senile dementia" LOL ! Do we have an estimate on Belle and/or Lib's age ?
Yes I get the whole summer off and we have a very busy one planned this year!! I will spend as much time as possible floating around my pool reading good books in between a number of trips and activities.
We are working on getting the yard fixed up for Graduation and my class reunion picnic...those are just 2 of the big events.
If you have any extra of your Ambition Medication, I'd like some!
Dana, wonderful summer plans ! My daughter here has a pool and many summer meals and gatherings are planned around it each year. Great fun !
Kay, here's your daily hug!
(( BIG HUG ))
Oooohhh, that felt good, Lori ! Here's one for you {{{{{{{{Lori}}}}}}}}}
They say a human needs eight hugs a day to have good mental health.
And sometimes it's hard to get than many if you are alone. ♥
And another for you {{{{{{{{Dana}}}}}}}}}!
Been busy writing lesson plans. I didn't miss anything did I?
Thanks for the hugs and back at both of you! Come to my classroom and you will get lots of hugs daily. One of the perks of the job :)
no - nothing yet Dana.
"They" are sooo right, Lori ! There are many days when I don't reach that 8. I love virtual hugs, too. This evening I'll get 5 when I go to Julie's house for dinner. Lori-big plans, I hope I find the energy to get it all completed!
Dana, is the whole family on Spring Break this week ?
My kindergarteners are very affectionate this year which is wonderful. It feels good to be appreciated, even if they are just little 5 and 6 year olds. I get more attention from them than I do from my teenage kids.

Megan -
I'm planting Sweet Peas - saw where you did this weekend. How long will the be growing here? Do they need afternoon shade or full blazing sun?
Lori, sweet peas can take full sun, although they don't mind some afternoon shade, especially when it gets hot. It depends on the weather how long they will bloom, they will last until the temps get really hot. Some varieties are more heat tolerant than others.
Sorry Kay, didn't see your question. Yes, everyone except my husband but he will take a few vacation days. We are off Wed, Thursday, and Friday, this week and all of next week! Catholic school advantage. :)
Thanks FG! I used to grow them in Calif. and loved them. Last ? Which Market do you do?

HAPPY WONDERFUL NEWS!!!!!!!
Hi Lynne,
Please let everyone know that my Kristy just gave birth to a little boy. 3.3 pounds. Everything is good. He came out crying and breathing on his own. Not a bad weight for 29 weeks , 3 days.
We are not allowed to go till tomorrow but Kristy phoned just after her water broke and right after she delivered. She was calm as could be. Mom was a wreck.
Her fiancée got to cut cord and then he went with doctors to preemie unit. Everything looks good and I have all of you to thank. Prayers help move mountains. And yours helped bring us an EAster miracle.
God Bless You all
I hope to be back on blog soon.
Hugs
Bev
