OMG, I finally made it back here!!!!!
Lolly, so sorry I missed your call!
Had to run to the phone from the other end of the house, and just didn't get there in time.
I have had some kind of crazy computer glitch going on--got a really strange message when I went to sign on the blog, and it said to close everything out and not try to get to that website! Rebooted, and kept trying, and kept getting the same wacky message. Sounded like there was a virus or something, so gave up temporarily. Then got extremely busy with homework and an English final exam to study for. I can hardly believe I actually made it back here! So sorry that you all were worried. I apologize!!!

I just got home from school a little while ago, and am trying to read back and get caught up.
We are all OK here, but have been really busy over the weekend. Had to babysit the bulldogs on Saturday night through Sunday night. SIL and BIL went to Palm Springs for a Super Bowl party. We spent most of the weekend trying to wear out Emma--an impossible task. Took her for some walks, and went and got a Halti headcollar thingy for her. She is not used to it yet. Will take it along to her first puppy class on Wednesday evening. I had her running up and down our long hall today, chasing after tennis balls and toys. Seems like the more she runs around, the MORE energy she has! She DID take some long naps today, though, and I was able to study. THANK GOD, I got an A on my English exam!!!!!!!
I stayed late after class while my professor graded it! I had to tell him about my friend Danielle, too--the one whose breast cancer has recurred. No one else had told him about it!!!! He's praying for her now, too. I haven't checked for an e-mail from her, so must do that too. I sure hope my e-mail works! Golly, I sure haven't meant to worry all of you! I still have to finish some homework for my Tuesday class, and will have a test there, tomorrow. Wonder if I will EVER catch up! Still don't understand why I got such a crazy message about the blog website. It was from IE. GEEZ, if I can't get to this blog, don't know WHAT I'll do!!!!!!! :o[

I'm gonna go check out my e-mails (BOTH of them!) and see whether they're OK. I must have a couple hundred of them by now.

Today's nest weather- Mostly cloudy this morning...then becoming partly sunny. Blustery with highs in the lower 30s. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
Up and a quick egg roll. I can't keep the sound up today, wind is too loud, it's all you can hear.

It is windy here this morning as well!! Tom said the roads aren't great but school is on the regular schedule today. Mattie fell yesterday and sprained her ankle. She stayed with me last night and I am gonna let her stay home today and rest it one more day before going back.

Good morning everyone. Egg number 2 day is most likely here. Get ready to mark your calendars :-). I am off to coffee and dog treats. Its like 5 below but wind chill is 25 below. Some friends want to meet out at the dam today. Hmmmm told them I would decide closer to noon. They are meeting at 1. I am not quite acclimated to this bitter cold this year. BUT it is enticing. Time will tell.
Yeah, the wind is a bit of a nightmare here today, but the sun is trying to shine. Maybe Belle went to get breakfast.

Winds are fierce, as you can see by watching the nest....seasick yet?? UGH!
High wind advisory until 8 tonight.
Good evening Eagle buds!! Just got back from the doc a while ago. I have to have another EGD next Wednesday the 16th to see if I am a candidate for surgery to alleviate the reflux and reduce the hiatal hernia. Hopefully, there will be a solution in my future.
Sorry I haven't been on for a while. I am a slacker and have no good excuse. I love you all so much! Once I get on here, it is hard to leave such good company!
