I thought I heard a fox too, Megan, but wasn't sure if it was at NCTC or here. Our fox has started coming around again. The deep snow kept him away for a while.

We are having Turkey Salad, Turkey Soup, Sweet Potatoes and Sheet CAke.
I baked 4 turkeys today. My oven would only hold 2, so it took most of the day. I have pulled all the meat off the bones, but am too tired to grind it...maybe in the morning. Visited GG inbetween turkey roasting and she was feeling great...hadn't even taken a pain pill:) Guess she has been behaving herself:)

Some problems on the Outdoor Channel blog, too. I did log on there and sent one message. It was not easy to figure out how to log on, and I could not post a picture.
Trust me, they are not done. But if we keep posting useful info and ignore them, the mod will figure out who they are.

Right now they are asking if Belle will pull out her own feathers to line the nest. Someone suggested that Paula might come back and explain. I don't remember ever seeing our eagles pull out their feathers, but I didn't comment.

Falcon watchers have reportedly seen breeding activities at the nest ledge. DEP Environmental Education staff are preparing for another season of outreach and education on endangered species reintroduction with Rachel's falcons as the focal point. We're currently seeking approval to contract for the live streaming video (more on this later) and the annual teacher workshop is set for April 13th, here at the Rachel Carson State Office Building.

One of Christie's co-workers is named Arnel, too! Her company got bought out today by a company called Danaher. She doesn't know what that will mean for her job...since she's pretty much low on the totem pole. She's hoping they will lay her off (not likely)! She hasn't had any luck yet finding a full-time job anyplace else.....but does have a few irons in the fire. I'm still wishing she would just suck it up and stay put at least for 6 months...that will give her a year and maybe by then she will appreciate all the many benefits she has!
