Hi ya', Mits---thanks for the call over. Is it just you or all of verizon, do you know??
Brought over from old thread: Barn preservation effort by Campbells Soup and FFA's-----voting open until Jan. 5th---vote for your favorite barn. "Just Wait and See Farm" in Frederick Co., MD is currently 3rd in the polling. This is near Mema Jo! Cast your vote every day til the 5th!
Whew, I've had a bad day...really not feeling so good. Had to take 2 naps! SO glad we decided not to go to Terra Alta because I'd have been miserable. I have chills really bad, too. No fever though. Now they are calling for 8-12 inches of snow there so I'm glad we made that call!
Boy Lolly, we couldn't find Mitzi one day and I was FREAKING out...she had gotten closed in a closet by accident. I know that must have been scary for you.
I'm glad the little man is sleeping nearer to you...greater comfort for you both.
Thanks Mits for the call over. Yes, Hedgie that is a Union Bridge farm Lynne - your little barn owl came flying right at me when I enlarged it to make sure of what it was....
It is frigid out at 27° but when the wind starts up it is time to be inside! I hope all the homeless shelters are filled!
Casey the Dog will be arriving in Baltimore tomorrow and we are going to pick her up at 4pm....I'm so excited! I hope I am feeling better by then. Not to mention that I have a job interview on Monday!
Jo, I love owls...looking forward to the Barn Own nest viewing again this season!
I did get to watch the Rose Parade...what beautiful floats and horses and dogs and did everyone get to see the Hyacinth Macaw? It would be fascinating to see the preparation of the floats behind the scenes! The missing man formation always brings a tear.
Lovely pics, Lynne!! Sorry you aren't feeling up to par...get better fast!! Know you are excited about tomorrow! Can't wait to hear about the "meet and greet"! Take a hot bath and go to bed!
Jo, the barn is over 150 yrs. old---don't see many bank barns anymore. There is still on on the property that WAS the orchard my FIL managed. It has recently been rehabbed by the new owner. I hope Just Wait wins!
Evenin' again. Hope everyone had a great day and those not feeling up to par will be well real soon.
I'm trying to come up with something to take to a covered dish this Sunday at my sister's in Harrisburg. She usually makes the main item - sausage this year and cheesy potatoes but I'm at a loss for a side dish. I don't like covered dish thingys.
What about a cold salad like macaroni or fruit?? I don't want to go empty-handed. I'm open to any/all suggestions.

Golly sorry to read George is on his way back to the vets. hmmm
It is 7 below here with wind chills to 20 to 25 below and the camera club is meeting at the dam at noon. I think we could all qualify as crazy. Today I will take pictures of crazy people who come out in this kind of weather to take pictures of Gorgeous birds :-).
Glo, am I to assume there will be a self portrait also? :)
It is 25° in Bedford and with wind it is 12°. I did go fill up the bird feeders. I have white-throated sparrows, cardinals, dark-eyed juncos, chickadee, titmice, and a nuthatch out here now. Brave little souls for sure!
Oh yeah and I still have body aches, junked up head, cough, raw chest and stomach muscles that hurt from the coughing. Guess it is lingering for a little while.
Ha ha Sharon. Not if I am the one with the camera. :-) Although I might loan it to someone else briefly. I don't bring my tripod and there is no safe place to set it and get the timer to get us all in. My camera would slide off the ice into the river for sure. My proof that I was actually crazy enough to go myself will be my photo of other crazy people :-)
Good cold Sat. AM, Eagle dudettes and dudes. Sharon, so sorry you are feeling so puny! Hope you are dosing up with Mucinex DM and sudafed and tylenol! Shirley, hoping this is just a follow-up apptmt. for Geo and not another problem.
WHOA KIDS!---Check S-DIEGO!!---Weather looks a bit cloudy---but there is an adorable 'LITTLE PRINCE' climbing all over the limbs of a tree!!!---SURE REMINDS ME OF A LITTLE 'TAI'!!!----SWEET--HE IS SO SWEET!!---
I believe the San Diego cam is on Bai Yun and Diego, but they appear to have heavy fog there at the moment and it's hard to see. There is at least one white head dead center in the picture.
GRANNYBTL---I wanted you to know that I so enjoyed reading--"RACING IN THE RAIN" too---'we must belong to the same book club'--ho!--- I am reading a GREAT book now-!!--Dan Brown's--'THE LOST SYMBOL'--It's a long book---but oh--SO GOOD!!
MOVIN'JIM--I just saw S-DIEGO playing in the tree!!---Reminds one of TAI!!---Next to TAI---this little black & white is the CUTEST---SWEETEST--MOST LOVEABLE LITTLE PANDA ever!!
MORNIN' MEMA JO!----I am not as cold as GLO---brrrrr---we are still at 17° with out wind!!--I remember one winter---It was COLD & we all were making SOUP!---I was the only one without a CROCK-POT! ho!--In fact some of you folks had two!---I remember MITS & DANA did--maybe you did too!!--GREAT TO RECALL THE FUN TIMES!!---
HEDGIE---I had forgotten about reading 'RACING IN THE RAIN' until GRANNYBLT mentioned it!---It's a little about a dog--good--I should have it---if I can find it --will send it to you!! (I belong to a club that meets once a mo--& we meet at a book store!--She gets us all paper backs!---BROWN'S book is hard back!!
Hi, I'm home, and George is with me purring his little heart out. Doctor said he's okay. I was worried because he has rejected his litter box, and it's the weekend.
Also got the name of a different emergency vet. I need one who is not afraid of my cat. Nice man, but he really is afraid of a growling kitty. I can appreciate a healthy respect for growling kitties, but not obvious fear. George even managed to escape from him once.
Funny that you should mention soup. I'm having some nice, warm soup for lunch. No crock pot, though. I had some made up in the refrigerator, and I just nuked it.
Noon time already. I really only recently ate some breakfast food. I think it is time to at least 'think' about putting Christmas decorations away. Hubby said the outside lights are going to have to wait - maybe even until April or so......
Sharon & Thelma - I hope you 2 get your good health returned
Good morning! Or rather good afternoon to those of you east of me! Really slept in this morning.
I love the talk of books! Guess what Michael gave to both of us....we each have a kindle!!!! Jack has already downloaded a book. It came with Webster dictionary already on it. This is really going to change our reading habits! Wowser! (We have bookcases in every room and they are full!)
We drove to Dallas using Jack's new GPS that talks to us. We have named her "Bossie". lol And, I have my new i-phone.....technology has arrived!
Shirley, George seems like such a sweet kitty...and then he growls at the vet? Laurel calls Annie an EVIL cat, Jack calls her "Mad Cat", the kennel that keeps her when we travel has one man that will deal with her...BUT when we take her to the vet she curls up in a ball and is the mildest thing you ever saw!!!
It is 43 here and bright sunshine. I am thinking, just thinking of starting to take down Christmas. It is a several days project. Have I told you...I even take down regular pictures off the walls and put up Santa pictures. Yes, I know, I am crazy!
He growls if they poke him in places he doesn't want to be poked. Usually he is sweet, but he can get testy, even with me.
Wow, the wind is howling and whistling around here. I wanted to do some shopping, but I had to bring George straight home; would not leave him in the car and go into the mall. Once I am home, I will stay here.
Well I am all layered up. Dex goes with me just about everywhere I go now unless I leave him at neighbors. I only ask them once or twice a month as he and they are both getting older and he is lots more care these days.He has a nice warm sweater as well. And he will be out of the wind the whole time. . I will park him with the sun on the car . Warm it up often or even leave it running for him if I think I need too. I would much rather pay for extra gas than get a sick doggie so he will be fine.
So glad to hear George is home. Maybe he is just a little sore from all he went through and is hesitant to potty anywhere right now. he has a good and concerned mama :-).
Will check in and tell you ho wmany people eagles and hours we spent there. Might be minutes LOL. Enjoy your afternoon.
We are going to a surprise birthday party at a Mexican food restaurant this evening. Friend of 45 years, we were newly wed neighbors when we met, has turned 70 today. Her husband surprised her with a family cruise before Christmas. They just got back Thursday. Anxious to hear about the trip. They have three sons and two grandsons.
LOLLY---I was asking about a KINDLE a few wks ago!---DELIGHTED to hear you are enjoying yours!!---If the weather ever changes---so I can get to a book store---I am going to buy one!!---WHOA!!---I am so proud of you & JACK--you are keeping up with the grand kids!!!--IS THAT COOL OR NOT??? ho!
Lolly I do the same thing. Put things away and Christmas things in there place. Don't take Christmas down until after January 6th. Which used to be considered Little Christmas when the kings came. Church does it this weekend but I wait. Took too long to put it all up.
Oh, Norma, that would be so kind of you to loan me your book!
Lolly, not so sure about the kindle for me-----I'm would think it would be very hard on the eyes, and too much motion going form page to page or scrolling or however it works! Think I prefer to stick to the real thing!
Tell Jack NOT to take GPS too literally when going into unfamiliar territory---some real bad stories in paper today!! Program it to use only highways, paved roads, etc. NO SHORTCUTS!!!!
Well, dear friends, gotta go get ready to go out (would much rather hibernate!!!). Oldest SIL's family dinner is today----LARGE family!!----and his "wish" for Christmas was that I would come....so guess I'll keep the peace! Don't mind it so much when it's a summer gathering but SO many people in a house is a bit too congested for me----and have to pray that no one is sick! So will see you all this evening. Stay warm.
P.S. I take things down to put Christmas up, too, Lolly and Ceil. And, yep, it takes too long to do it to take it down already! I will wait at least another week, maybe 2!!!
Judie, let frank play chaueffer@
Shirley, glad that George is okay!
Glo, good that it's not illegal to leave your car run the way it is here! You're lucky!
I don't know anything about kindle but do think I prefer having a real book -- stories seem more real, somehow and I have books I think of as old friends. BUT, for those who enjoy the new technology I say GO FOR IT!
Well, it remains to be seen if I like the kindle or not. Jack has now down loaded one book and then he downloaded the complete works of Mark Twain....for 99 cents. He is learning how to use the text size key. Hee Hee He is learning and then can teach me!
I have gotten lazy in my reading. I have been listening to CDs on my commute, and I like it for easy reads. It took a little time for me to adjust, and I don't think I would like it for something complicated.
I have not tried the Kindle. I would still want a paper book for anything challenging--a textbook or something, because I like to underline and write in the margin. For something I am going to teach, I really need to underline or make notes in the margin. If you are going to do pleasure reading, you do not have to worry about that though.
Going to try to keep track of the 2:00 game CT and SC. Daughter and family (including SSG Ryan) are in AL to watch the cam. She & hubby & Son will be rooting for CT but Ryan and gal friend will probably be rooting for SC. They will have lots of fun if for nothing else then being together.
Want to tell you about a scarey incident we had in Washington. 6:30in the morning this loud alarm starts at first I thought it was a wake up call. This noise could have awaken a hibernating bear. Then we hear there is a report of a fire evacuate the building. I got may shoes on grab my coat ran to the next room to get Jim and Jennifer. They were dressed. Went back to our room and here is MM getting dressed for a ball. I yelled MM we have got to get out of here. We are on the seventh floor. Down the steps we start. I kept looking over to make sure there was no smoke down further. We got out and we were only outside for a few minutes when they told us we could come back in. Never did find out if there was a fire. Saw a few engines. Got back to our room and decided to take a shower. Heard engines in the distance. Prayed please Lord don't want to go outside in my birthday suit. Not for us.
GOOD AFTERNOON... Thank you all so much for our good wishes and ecards. It REALLY means a lot to us both! It boggles my mind when I think about being married for 51 years...I don't even feel 51!...Well, I did when I first rolled out of bed this morning:) We have actually been together for 55 years. We dated 4 years before we got married (all through High School). We were married 9 months and 20 days before our first baby (Denise) was born. Whew!! That is the ONLY thing that I would have changed in our 51 years...that was too soon to have a baby. It was a rough year, probably our roughest, but, we pulled through. We were going to Red Lobster for dinner and include Dustin in on the celebration, but decided that wouldn't be very romantic, so we've postponed til tomorrow or another day. He is going home tomorrow. We have had him since Christmas and will miss him. He has kept our bird feeders full all week, brought wood in and started our fires each evening:)
Bright and Shiny silver they were as they flew up so high and headed over the mountain into WV - Shepherdstown WV I think! We best keep our eyes on our nest. There isn't anything there yet! Wanda should see they go over!
I thought of the Jo. If it missed you then it would head to Wanda's or the nest. Lib and Belle could decorate. Wanda we were married 10 months and one day when Jim was born.
You wouldn't believe the emails. I have missed you. Enjoyed seeing our royal couple when Sharon would let me know they were in the nest. The snow has been beautiful. Makes me kinda worry though.
Susan and I had an unnerving experience a couple of years ago. Susan had had an appendectomy and I was spending the night with her in her room in the hospital when the fire alarm went off with loud alarm sounds and flashing bright lights.
I went out into the hall to see what was going on and a large woman in a nurse's uniform ordered me to return to the room. I obeyed, hoping things were okay, (after all she was still there.) We finally found out that things were okay, but they did not know how to turn off the system. (Not comforting.)
They got the sound off, but the lights flased for several hours. It must have looked very strange from the outside. Inside, it was impossible to sleep. I am glad I was there for Susan. It would have been worse if she had been alone.
If I had smelled smoke, I would have gotten Susan out of there, large nurse or not.
Thelma...Dustin has had a cold since Monday. When he first started coughing and sniffling, he said maybe he should go home, his Mom knew what meds to give him. I asked him if he knew what kind she gave him and he said CHICKEN SOUP:) Told him I knew how to make that:):) I have been giving him Benedryl and cough medicine and 3 boxes of tissues. He's pretty good now.
We're home. There are a lot more crazy people at the dam than there are eagles but I did see some. Good golly its a cold one and supposed to stay like this for days. Time to feed and walk Dex. Will look at photos later. Not going to be any spectacular ones I don't expect, but the number of eagles is continuing to grow.
I want you all to know that I have just had the laziest day ever! First I played with my kindle, have not downloaded a book yet. Then I played with my i-phone. I LOVE that thing! lol It is just fun! I am going to have to get cell numbers so I can send pics and test. Just listen to me! I really will not be doing much texting, but it does have its time to be used.
I have been too pre-occupied to notice my avatar...it is supposed to be sparkling or something, I forget which. I need to work on that the way PAULA told me.
Hi, Gang, Just a quick posting to let you know I'm still around! Spent New Year's Eve at SIL & BIL's, then last night fell asleep early & woke up late! Spent the day today shopping the sales (Hubby's Energizer battery is really working well!) Now must run & take care of the bulldogs. Promise to be back after we are back home from there! BBIALW.
I couldn't take my eyes off them Jo, the eagles at LW, were so busy, saw some beaking and a whole lot of nestorations, was hoping for some HP but I might have missed it while I was reading posts.

let's hope it continues
Prayers for everyone's wants/needs!

Dinner over, kitchen cleaned up, short nap over, also.
Lynne, do hope you feel super good by tomorrow. Maybe just nerves waiting for the big event?
Diann, I'm with Lynn and vote for deviled eggs with some little extra added attraction like an olive slice or parsley or bacon sprinkled on top.
Jo, did Shirley get a trash can for you?
Off to climb beneath the sheetz. Turning my light out but leaving the night light on for others. Andy, please set the alarm when you come in.
G'night everyone.
Good night, Jo.
Good night, Judie.
I am afraid they do not sell trash cans at Sheetz. I would have to steal one, and they are full of trash, so I think I will pass on that.
Dinner was fun...GG ate well and said the crab legs were wonderful. (they were good)
Karla was able to join us, which makes GG happy (me too!)
Need to lay my head down:

Nest Update
01/02/10:
We saw our female adult lying in the nest; when she got up, there was a little nest cup visible.
BBL.
I have to take George to the vet again.
Lib poofed a couple of minutes ago
there is an egg at the hummingbird nest....
Happy Anniversary to Wanda and Gene
Golly sorry to read George is on his way back to the vets. hmmm
It is 7 below here with wind chills to 20 to 25 below and the camera club is meeting at the dam at noon. I think we could all qualify as crazy. Today I will take pictures of crazy people who come out in this kind of weather to take pictures of Gorgeous birds :-).
Enjoy your day.
just laid about 20 mins ago, missed it, last ime I looked it was still to dark.

MORNIN' GLO--MOVIN'JIM & BLUEFIELD SHARON!----
Ha ha Sharon. Not if I am the one with the camera. :-) Although I might loan it to someone else briefly. I don't bring my tripod and there is no safe place to set it and get the timer to get us all in. My camera would slide off the ice into the river for sure. My proof that I was actually crazy enough to go myself will be my photo of other crazy people :-)
MITS!---That EAGLE was in the nest at about 8:30 this am!!---maybe soon!
Yuck, Sharon. Hope you feel better soon! Sounds like you need some chicken soup!
24° here...brrrr!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, WANDA AND GENE!!
Jim, did you attend the parade yesterday??
Glo, please insulate yourself well! Sure hope that Dex gets to stay home today.
WHOA KIDS!---Check S-DIEGO!!---Weather looks a bit cloudy---but there is an adorable 'LITTLE PRINCE' climbing all over the limbs of a tree!!!---SURE REMINDS ME OF A LITTLE 'TAI'!!!----SWEET--HE IS SO SWEET!!---
both osprey at Dunedin
PAULA---It is still 17° here---WITHOUT WIND!!--sounds balmy at your place!---ho!
BLUEFIELD SHARON!---I hope you stay away from T-BIRD!---Does she still have the flu???
Many, many more Happy Years Together to you Wanda and Gene.
Congratulations.
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
MITS---Thanks!---but I have tried & tried to get DUNEDIN several time---just gave up!!!
I believe the San Diego cam is on Bai Yun and Diego, but they appear to have heavy fog there at the moment and it's hard to see. There is at least one white head dead center in the picture.
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
T-Bird has had some kind of stomach something. She is still not feeling the best but is feeling better.
Happy Anniversary Wanda and Gene
51 years is a blessing of love and
togetherness. May there be many many more years ahead of the same
Good Morning All! If it gets any colder I'll know what Glo's weather feels like.
Need to read back and clean out emails.
Stay warm!
Not familiar with Racing in the Rain, but definitely have The Lost Symbol on my to-read list, Norma.
I also remember a broken lid for a crock pot and the hunt was on for a new one? Am I remembering that correctly?
Dana had a problem with her crock pot -
I think the joke was about seeing a crock pot lid flying around and to be on the watch for it!
That is good news - I was hoping there wasn't a new problem with George. Thanks for letting us know as he has been on my mind.
Funny that you should mention soup. I'm having some nice, warm soup for lunch. No crock pot, though. I had some made up in the refrigerator, and I just nuked it.
He appreciates your concern. He is happily lying beside my computer.
There is much purring.
Noon time already. I really only recently ate some breakfast food.
I think it is time to at least 'think'
about putting Christmas decorations away.
Wanda and Capt Gene.....Happy Anniversary! You must have been babes when you married!!!
All that purring is George's way of saying "Thanks for not leaving me"
Shirley, George seems like such a sweet kitty...and then he growls at the vet? Laurel calls Annie an EVIL cat, Jack calls her "Mad Cat", the kennel that keeps her when we travel has one man that will deal with her...BUT when we take her to the vet she curls up in a ball and is the mildest thing you ever saw!!!
Yes, Jo, he hid under the Christmas tree when I brought out his carrier. I had to fish him out of there.
I wish they would stop showing people jumping into cold water. Makes me cold just looking at it.
Glo, hope you enjoyed the outing and stayed toasty warm.
Shirley, happy George is okay and not having more problems.
Sharon and Thelma, hope you two get better NOW!
All others, please stay warm as best you can.
Off to a GWU basketball game. Playing Howard today. Not sure if I want to try to drive or have Darth provide taxi service.
Judie, get Darth to take you.
It is wicked cold out there, Judie.
It is wicked cold out there, too, Glo. Yikes!!
Jack is reading his kindle...I need to go play and see what I can come up with.
Finished reading Vanishing Acts by Picoult. Now going to read her book My Sister's Keeper. She is good but the subject is heavy in both books.
LOLLY---I was asking about a KINDLE
a few wks ago!---DELIGHTED to hear you are enjoying yours!!---If the weather ever changes---so I can get to a book store---I am going to buy one!!---WHOA!!---I am so proud of you & JACK--you are keeping up with the grand kids!!!--IS THAT COOL OR NOT??? ho!
Lolly I do the same thing. Put things away and Christmas things in there place. Don't take Christmas down until after January 6th. Which used to be considered Little Christmas when the kings came. Church does it this weekend but I wait. Took too long to put it all up.
Stay warm, Go. You just may have to join Dex every once in a while to thaw out! Brrrrrr!
Shirley glad George is okay. I call MM cat the cat from hell.
Ceil....I think you and I are apparently a lot alike. lol
Yes, in Fort Worth, this weekend, University Christian Church is having their Boar's Head Festival. We like to go, but it is early this year.
It is very cold here. Wind is really blowing.
I better get some lunch. BBL
Stay warm.
LOLLY---I GOOGLED your author--& I think I might try to read her later!!---She even has some movies---did you know that?
Bye!
HEDGIE---HAVE FUN!---I know you will keep warm with all the folks that you say will be there!---kiddin'
Lynn, enjoy the dinner but avoid all germs!
I don't know anything about kindle but do think I prefer having a real book -- stories seem more real, somehow and I have books I think of as old friends. BUT, for those who enjoy the new technology I say GO FOR IT!
CURSES---our paper didn't get here today-------
need food---
JUDIE---If I ever get a Kindle--will let your know!!---I have more books than I have MONEY!---ho!--Have loved books since I first learned to read!--
Well, it remains to be seen if I like the kindle or not. Jack has now down loaded one book and then he downloaded the complete works of Mark Twain....for 99 cents. He is learning how to use the text size key. Hee Hee He is learning and then can teach me!
I am off. Have a great day!
BBL
I must have our CAM on my mind. I meant to say 'game' and I'm sure that is how you all read it..
Judie - I did find my trash can - was right where I had left it! lol
Eagle in BWE nest. Did you see it?
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
Thanks Jim. Beautiful eagle. Picture so clear.
Well wind is so strong it blew the garland off the front window and broke the ornaments.
I was watching videos of the Rose Parade, when I got an error notice concerning Real Player.
Turned out to be Pete's cam and I can't get it up now.
Think I'll shut everything down and restart. Talk to you later.
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
Jo, I am glad you found your trash can. Maybe it blew away and blew back. Thought I saw something fly by.
George is considering climbing the Christmas tree. I do not need that. He weighs over 15 pounds. Tree was shaking like it might fall.
Whee, Ceil, I thought I saw a garland fly by here. Headed toward Jo's.
Watch out for the ornaments that are still stuck to it.
They were pretty and shiny.
Not for us.
Yep Shirley they were silver. Jo send my garland back.
Oh my gosh, Ceil. That is scary. Were you in a hotel?
Maybe she can just throw it into the wind.
GOOD AFTERNOON...
Thank you all so much for our good wishes and ecards. It REALLY means a lot to us both!
It boggles my mind when I think about being married for 51 years...I don't even feel 51!...Well, I did when I first rolled out of bed this morning:)
We have actually been together for 55 years.
Third quarter and the Huskies are hold the lead 13-0. I don't want to jinx them but they are looking good!
I thought of the Jo. If it missed you then it would head to Wanda's or the nest. Lib and Belle could decorate.
Wanda we were married 10 months and one day when Jim was born.
shirley we were at the Omni Hotel 7th floor.
Alert, alert, Wanda and Gene! Watch out for the flying Christmas garland headed your way!
Hello eagle momsters and dadsters.
I hope all has been well. I have been kinda under the weather lately. Not really feeling like participating in life, stomach problems.
Hey Thelma. How are you feeling?
You wouldn't believe the emails. I have missed you. Enjoyed seeing our royal couple when Sharon would let me know they were in the nest. The snow has been beautiful. Makes me kinda worry though.
Worried about Lib and Belle. He takes very good care of her. I remember that March storm. I thought she was a goner. He pushed that ice off of her.
Shirley I know the feeling. Would have done the same thing. Big nurse or not.
Thelma...Dustin has had a cold since Monday. When he first started coughing and sniffling, he said maybe he should go home, his Mom knew what meds to give him. I asked him if he knew what kind she gave him and he said CHICKEN SOUP:)
Told him I knew how to make that:):) I have been giving him Benedryl and cough medicine and 3 boxes of tissues. He's pretty good now.
I see a little blackbird at 11 o'clock on our nest!
I better get ready for Mass. BBL
Chicken soup is good for fixing lots of ills, Wanda.
But I am sure you know that.
Warm up Glo!
We got up over 50 today....while you are apparently blowing away!
I tried to post from my laptop but wasn't able (my own stupidity)grrrrr
Back from the desktop:
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY WANDA & CAPT. GENE!!
Lolly, congrats for keeping up with technology.
Lynne, if you're the one adopting a puppy - congrats! What fun!!
Shirley, so glad George is home and purring. It's hard to watch them suffer.
To those not feeling well, a speedy recovery! We need all our momsters & dadsters healthy!
later ...
Well, I offered to fix Dustin some chicken soup and he said he didn't really like it...but pizza would do the trick!:)
I have been too pre-occupied to notice my avatar...it is supposed to be sparkling or something, I forget which. I need to work on that the way PAULA told me.
Well, pizza is pretty easy to do, too!
It is very pretty as it is, Wanda.
Watching the East Carolina game.
Leaving to get ready to out to eat and surprise friend, Harriet. Shoud be fun. Taking her some pecans as a present.
BBL
Happy Anniversary Wanda and Gene!
Posted one picture from today's nest visit. Not very good with the lines, but the best of the ones I got.
It's on my blog.
Two eagles at Lake Washington....beautiful !
They are digging that way deep nest cup again like last year
Hello everyone, just starting to catch up
Shirley I moved it over into the Momsters album..The only one from today
Hi Margy. They are beautiful
I wonder if they are going to plan on moving the cam on the streaming to the nest area?
Thanks, Jo. I hoped someone would do that.
Exciting ball game:
ECU 17

Hi, Gang,
Just a quick posting to let you know I'm still around!
So maybe, HP at Wanda's and Gene's instead ☺ ♥
We are going to SPLIT soon
Good to see Thelma on here today, but I wish she was feeling better, it's about TIME !
Okay - I am going for the SPLIT....
bye bye
