Now i relly think i will not be out til Spring!!!! 10 minutes of diggin in pooped out gaspin for breath and looking for BenGay to rub on already aching arms...lol Nows a good time to bake my cherry pies...lolllll

Before mom and sis came last summer I had cut out a recipe I really wanted to use while they were here--had bought needed ingredients....and it suddenly disappeared and I looked everywhere! Just took roaster off of it's cart to clean underneath and there was the recipe! Can look forward to summer to try it, finally!

If you get a doc who doesnt think your feeling as bad as you are then GET A NEW DOCTOR... For along time i was having 1 stress test after another arms ached they said i was ok.. Well i wasnt ok i had 3 90% blockages and 3 heart caths and 1st cath 3 stents.. 2 after that...So if they tell you ladys breast get in way on stress test and nothing wrong... Dont believe it have a cath get heart checked... Only You Know Your Body!!!
A large limb fell out of the tree and cut the cable, I dug it out of the snow and spliced the cable. The batteries and solar panel look good. Have a great day.

It's kinda cloudy here, and we may get some rain later, but basically nice so far. Have over 2,000 e-mails to deal with--may be up kinda late tonight! I just about give up! Do hope to make SOME headway, though. Must run again--this time to Wal-Mart and the grocery store. Anyone going outside back east, please be careful! Lolly, you too--no slippy-sliding, please! Gettin time for the couple to appear in nest... Just cleaned living room moved Christmas tree into corner and furniture around..Gosslins divorce is final Jon has to pay a 5 figure child support.. Kate came out on top.. Jon said he cant work he is to famous..lol can ya beleive that..Son called he doesnt need surgery and has a ugly boot thing on his foot for now.. Need to hang all the stockings up and fix Rosa and i something to eat warmed up Chicken Pot Pie then make the cherry pies..
Wanda yes in fact Rosalinda and Dianna and her baby Brother 9 month old Ruben are going to be here tomarrow.. Daughter is picking them up.. They still live in town but the father Ruben was deported back to El Salvador from what i heard.. She is still a pretty child but very shy and doesnt speak much English :((
By tomorrow, Shirley it may look better. Must be frozen for the plow not to be able to scrape down farther. Hope they were dumping salt as they plowed.

a quarter of the kitchen floor is much cleaner than the rest, had to finish sloppy clean up of nearly a quart of cranberry juice which I spilled just before I went out :( just threw towels on it then and walked out!
Oh one more thing, big find at Rescue Mission today, a well-working but old looking hair dryer for 85-cents...now if the car doors freeze, I'm all set, as long as I don't keep it IN the car...

Yes, I do have a dishwasher. No, I do not wash dishes completely before I put them in. I have figured out pretty well how much I can get away with. I won't forget that once my mil saw me put a dish in the dishwasher with a little Jello on it, and she said, "Oh, I would not put a dish in the dishwasher with that on it." Jello melts and washes away just fine.
I later read that one should not rinse everything before placing it in the dishwasher because it wastes water. Too bad I hadn't read that before--but maybe just as well. Didn't need to say that to her. I just said that I knew it would melt and wash away. She was a nice lady.

Take doily and string very thin ribbon though it put over top of jar and tie.. Its Smells great and also works as a Night Light.. Most items u can buy at Dollar Store cheap... Nilla

I load the dishwasher with dirty dishes...not clean. We laugh...say were are going to give it "the test". They usually come out very clean. Just run them under the water to quick rinse before loading. These new dishwashers come with a food disposal to take care of stuff.

I use to have neighbors that were from Sweden and they baked a Christmas Bread or cake that is similar.. delisious.. i warm a slice in microwave and smear butter over it... I jst thought you had a dish washer..lol Thats 1 thing i never understood or used .. Since you almost need to wash the dishes before putting them in and closing door.. But i guess now newer ones you dont need to do that... If i worried about meds and this n that i be grey...lol I do worry how all those 20 pills i take each day know where to go to....lolllll

Yes, I do have a dishwasher. No, I do not wash dishes completely before I put them in. I have figured out pretty well how much I can get away with. I won't forget that once my mil saw me put a dish in the dishwasher with a little Jello on it, and she said, "Oh, I would not put a dish in the dishwasher with that on it." Jello melts and washes away just fine.
I later read that one should not rinse everything before placing it in the dishwasher because it wastes water. Too bad I hadn't read that before--but maybe just as well. Didn't need to say that to her. I just said that I knew it would melt and wash away. She was a nice lady.
Lolly thats great your tree is so full and looks great BUT i still would wrinkle my eyes up checking the lights to see they are even and spaces are covered...lol An move on to moving ornaments..lol Yes Marg we need to talk...lol Lynn has my number.. Cheap Beautiful handmade Christmas Gift i use to make:: Large Gallon Glass Jar ( kind u get pickles in) Small strings of Christmas Lights.. Scented Poporie.. a small doily.. Place small amount of poporie then layer of lights more Poporie and layer til full ...bring end of lights out over rim of jar.. Take doily and string very thin ribbon though it put over top of jar and tie.. Its Smells great and also works as a Night Light.. Most items u can buy at Dollar Store cheap... Nilla

I load the dishwasher with dirty dishes...not clean. We laugh...say were are going to give it "the test". They usually come out very clean. Just run them under the water to quick rinse before loading. These new dishwashers come with a food disposal to take care of stuff.

Have you ever had an Italian Christmas Cake called Panettone? Its a cake that has dried fruit and similar to a bread? I use to have neighbors that were from Sweden and they baked a Christmas Bread or cake that is similar.. delisious.. i warm a slice in microwave and smear butter over it... YUM YUMMM Would also be good with Dried Cranberries, Raisins and Nuts

Speaking of dishwashers....my BFF from college, who lives in CA, used to SCOUR dishes with COMET before putting in dishwasher. Her then-hubby also stripped beds and washed sheets and towels EVERY DAY......whew, talked about obsessed! Drove me crazy!
