stronghunter said... Funny thing, when I went to buy the kit for the colonscopy, the girl at the pharmacy counter said, "It's $54.38 beyond what the insruance company will pay. Is that okay?"
I said "I guess it will have to be okay." I wonder if it would have been less at Walmart. Wondered if she thought I would just decide to call off the whole thing!
I paid it with the card that takes money from my health savings account, but it does seem like an awful lot for what I got. Don't know what the full price is.

Returned from a shopping trip with hubby.... I just watched both videos of Bandit's release. Second one was very emotional with my favorite eagle song!.. Thanks, Paula.
Thanks Loretta for encouraging a visit to Glo's Glimpses. That was thoghtful and kind. Sadly I am missing one of us that always took time to stop by and give me some honest input on my photos with cam club entries in mind. The 2 sunset photos were actually taken that Sunday evening when MeMa Jo was sending out her sad news email. I came home to find the email in my inbox. It was the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen from that spot and has even more special meaning to me now that I realize we were all receiving the news that the sun had set on a beautiful life of one of us. I will miss Deb's visit and comments for sure. But I do appreciate each of you who take time to stop by. . Thank you very much.
Thanks for the Bandit videos Paula I watched them both. My Kleenex is right here :-). Timing for the music to the song was right one wasn't it. Gives me chills.
Well, good afternoon everyone. This has been a traveling weekend. We left Bedford about 8:30 yesterday morning. Went to Bluefield for a little while, then Thelma, Mattie and Justin traveled to Beaver, WV to Thelma's family Thanksgiving dinner. Me, Becky, Sissy and Tom went to Cross Lanes, stopped in Staples to see my baby boy and he got to take lunch and eat dinner with us. Then we had a great speaker meeting, got back in Bluefield around midnight. This morning, Sissy, Mattie and I headed out to Blountville Tennessee to visit cousins we hadn't seen in a while. It has been such a great visoting weekend!
!@%*&#@ 6-0 until the last 2+ minutes and then those 'Boys come back and win it...........ARGH! I'll be glad when football season is over, too. Sure hope my Georgetown Hoya's don't let me down in basketball!
Hello all:) Hope everyone had a great weekend. Pretty weather here. I've read nothing, and I'll have to catch up later, just got home from cutting cedar all day. 2 vanloads, and two trucks loads later, my hands are sore, too painful to type. Luckily for me I live next door to an angel who just popped her head in the door and said fried chicken will be ready in 10 minutes, so I am headed next door cause we were all starving.. and after that I will probably make wreaths for a while, so see you later:) If I left in all the typos that were in this paragraph you would see how stiff my hands are cause there were a million of em....
Megan, sorry you are in so much pain. Take some iboprofen and soak your hands in warm water----Epsom Salts might help, too. Old-fashioned, but it works!! Your MIL is very nice to have such a great dinner ready for you after your hard day.
Yes Lolly The pictures immediately took on something special for me as soon as I read the email and realized the timing of where I had just been. The strange thing is I often walk my dog at Sunset Marina and had walked him there earlier that afternoon. In fact we have been there this afternoon too. For osme reason though that night i was drawn to return for sunset. Its only about a 10 minute drive so I did decide to get into the car with Dex and head back to watch. There has never to my knowledge been a time I have gone to the Marina twice in the same day.
Bandit videos are fantastic---especially the 2nd one----so sharp and clear and the song is beautiful. Soar high and proud, Bandit!! Another wonderful success for OWL. Didn't you love their van??
Hi, Everyone! I'm back from the movies! "The Blind Side" with Sandra Bullock is a real keeper! A truly inspirational story, and it's about real people. FANTASTIC, but take your kleenex! Paula, thank you for the 'Bandit' videos! I love it when a plan comes together! So happy they were able to rehab him!
I had spoken with gd in Germany to wish her a happy birthday earlier today. Later this afternoon she called me back as they were having cake and ice cream and taking pictures. She told me Izzy (Elizabeth 17 mo old) wanted to tell me something. Well usually you can't understand her except when she says Hi and Bye so I thought on no I'm not going to know what she is saying......... I said Cheese Just as plain as the nose on your face! Beautiful happening!
Sharon, Sounds like you had a perfect day, with all the visiting and eating, and driving. Shirley, here's a big (((HUG)))--you're in my thoughts & prayers! When is your test tomorrow? Judie, I would LOVE to taste one of your cookies! Can't eat much in the way of dessert lately, though. Munch one for me, please! Well, gotta go help with dinner. Megan, hope you're enjoying yours! I would recommend Epsom Salts, too. Old fashioned but effective! Prayers for your hands' speedy recovery! Will BBL after dinner. :o}
Gene was in SPACE when our girls were born:) Back then, the husband couldn't be anyways near the delivery room. He kept trying to peek in the window of the door and the Nuns told him if they caught him one more time, he would have to go downstairs in the Lobby and wait:)
Well, now I can't get on momsters at all, either; tried several different ways....afraid to reboot in case I lose the blog, too!! Did aqnyone look to see if the pic is on my blog?
Yes, Wanda, isn't it a shame our hubby's could not be present when ours were born, When I was born, years ago!!!!, I was born at home and Daddy was holding my Momma's hand. Is that not special?!!!!!
Daddy was not there when my older sister was born at home and my younger brother was born in the hospital. No fathers allowed. My sister is named after Momma and Larry named after Daddy. My name was pulled out of the blue. When my brother, kidded me one time about that, said I was adopted. Daddy told me he was holding Momma's hand when I was born,. So there, Larry!!!!! lol
My husband was there when mine were born. We had Lamaze classes for Kathryn and the twins. The twins were c-scetion, so I had some c-section classes, but at the end I just could not make it to classes anymore. They weighed 6 pounds 6 1/2 oz. nd 6 pounds 8 1/2 oz. Good sized twins. Cy was at the c-section.
Okay, went looking and finally found Megan's post. Understand the soreness and stiffness and hope you recover fast. Glad to know it was not a serious accident. Whew!
I finally had the liver that I was hungry for yesterday. So good...don't eat it very often, but wish I could! I took the Venison that I cooked, thinking it was liver, to GeeGee's and she ate almost all of it! She said it tasted like I cooked it with my heart. She said everything I bring to her that I have cooked tastes like it was made with love. Talk about making me feel good!! And she is right, I try to fix everything just the way she likes it. Love my Mama:)
I hope Megan can wear gloves while she is putting together her wreaths. Cedar is very sticky, almost like thorns. Some people can't work with gloves, feels clumsy. When I work in my Flower garden, I don't wear gloves...I like to feel the soil as I pack it around the flowers I am planting. That way, I know there are no air holes.
Lolly, I was the first to hold my youngest granddaughter.....Dr. wrapped her in the blanket and handed her to me! Beat her daddy and my sister who was Carolyns' coach.
Oh, Lynn...me too. Nurse wrapped her up and said, "who want's to take this baby to the Nursery"...no one said anything, so I said "I DO!" I felt like I had died and gone to heaven, carrying that precious little girl!
PAULA...after having two sons and two grandsons (I know how much you love all of them), when you hold that little pink bundle of sweetness, you will feel like you'r on a cloud:)
I still can't get on momsters. Weird!! Got on my blog, but afraid to try to upload the pic again because I don't want to end up in time-out! Glad GeeGee liked the venison, Wanda. Of course it was made with heart!!! You love her!
CBS delayed by half-an-hour, Wanda. Football ran over---as usual! And don't go by our TV guide from the newspaper for tonight----it is wrong! Cold Case comes on at 9---now 9:30----and Three Rivers at 10--actually 10:30 now. Guide had them reversed.
I was in the room up until they decided that Kathryn would have a c-section, then just Tom was allowed. We had a bunch of people there for most of her labor.
Hubby and I went furniture shopping today - what a pain!!!! Never sat in so many beautiful couches and chairs. He likes plaids - not floral prints. I fell in love with a set that looked like tapestry. More stores to go to!
Paula when I get to Routzahns' I'll give you a yell.........
Jo, take you camera with you and when you see a couch or chair that you like, take a picture...then when you get home, you can look at it again and again.
Just sent Will out for laundry detergent. He got back from camping earlier this afternoon. He just told me that as he was coming home, he saw a huge bird flying and realized it was an osprey.
Shirley, all the best for an easy procedure tomorrow.
Megan, I really hope your fingers will heal and stop hurting. However painful, I know the results will be extraordinary.
Bacon pasta was yummy tonight.
Wanda, glad Miss Gee Gee is eating and hope she gets better quickly.
Shirley, I'm sorry George is sick. Maybe just sympathy for for you?
Jo, I love to furniture shop. I'll be happy to take your place.
Well, tomorrow will be here soon. So, I'm turning my light off but leaving the night light on for others. Hope Andrea will be by to set the alarm system.
Looking for sofa, matching chair and then another chair to complement them. I have enough good oak tables and I don't care for the ottomans. Not enough floor space for it. Hubby did take pics with his cell phone for us to look at later.
Evening Everyone. As soon as the Deadskins were done, went back to working on beef vegetable soup. Was Fubby's suggestion. I hope there's enough to last for awhile( I wish 'til T'giving!!LOL). Saw end of Nascar~~~Denny Hamlin won the race~~he's under Joe Gibbs, a super guy. Of course Jimmie Johnson won 4th Championship---a new record.
Shirley, I saw you mentioned to Jo about delivery!!!! Thought you all were still talking about babies!! Hope you can handle swallowing the yucky stuff and test goes well tomorrow. I was kinda knocked out, so it didn't bother me at all. The prep was terrible~~~was up t'il 4 AM trying to keep it in my stomach. Had picked my favorite flavor ,too~~cherry, but it was awful.
One good way to find out in a hurry about visits from the Royal Pair is to check the Momsters Album... I see that mid-day and dusk visit that Jo captured and recorded .... Nice ! And, I see Jo has already set up our album for December. Yay ! Thanks Jo .
Been out all afternoon, going to read back on all the "family news."
Good Night in advance to any about to head for the pillows. Be back in a little while.
Doesn't taste like any cherry I ever ate, Loretta. That is what I had 5 years ago. This time, I don't think they claim that it has any pleasant flavor.
This is my second time around in 5 years. I hope it will be longer before I have to do this again.
Goodnight, Judie!! Shirley, I , too, wish you well tomorrow. We'll be praying for an easy procedure with good results! Heading for sofa for Cold Case, too. Jo, got my newest couch for sunroom at Routzahns' during their Hagerstown closing sale. Love it! BBL.
Yes, Good luck Shirley, went through that last January, basically not so bad...Hedgie was my chauffeur, I took two days off work, caught up on rest, reading, and listening to NPR ☺
Loretta You can tell Frank that James and I saw an awesome white 1953 four-door Buick in Martinsburg last night. It was Boss ! My parents used to have one, I barely remember it, it was dark blue
I am very tempted to go ahead and say I won't be at work on Tuesday. No students. I would just miss professional development. I really feel run down. I have been forcing myself to go to work, to tell the truth. Got to find out what is going on.
Glo, if you come back, how ironic about your sunset views!!They are both beautiful. Lynn, if your pic is too large to post, you could resize it, like in the days of dial-up ☺
I was not allowed to drink anything RED, Shirley....got my timing off and was up all night dealing with the preparation...directions just too confusing for this Bear of Little Brain...
Hah, Shirley, just before I got the anasthesia, I asked them what I was getting....they told me, I say, oh, well, Good-Bye Then....and the next thing I knew I was in recovery asking for a warm blanket and something to drink
James and I had checked Pete's Pond and some of the videos on there Loretta before heading out, also some bird sites on the Thayer's Bird Guide I have on the computer, he loved all of that and it gave us plenty to talk about. He was really fascinated with the Galloping Buck we saw yesterday afternoon...! so was I !
You have a fine brain, Margy. I have been a bit off on the timing, too. I can't drink it as fast as the directions say I should. I have to get up early in the morning to do the second half.
Watching the music awards on ABC. Strange performance on now.
I also failed to realize that to add one bottle of some dry crystals to a gallon of gatorade I would need a larger container! Snooze, alarm clock, bathroom, snooze, alarm clock, bathroom, like that all night
Judie, we had Bacon Pasta tonight too, Cooked it last night and reheated tonight, I find it better to add more cream when reheating. Makes it like fresh!
Had a friend that had twins 40 years ago this past week. She did not know she was having twins. I was out of town. Jack called said Jo (not our Jo) had had her baby and she had liked it so well that she had another. They were around 6 pounds each. What a surprised! Identical and their heart beats were in sync.
Gotta get back to kitchen---hope pot is cool enough to go in fridge.
I assume someone posted a link yesterday for the Buck. I'll have to look it up----no 'puter yesterday. Also gotta try & get some mail ready to go out in AM BBL
Shirley, I do wish the doctors do find out what is making you drag! That is no fun! Will be thinking of you in the morning, but it will be a breeze compared to the prep. Will taking you? You will need a driver to bring you home.
Talked with Michael this evening. They now have new furniture for the patio of their new home. I will get to see it next Saturday. We are going over there to hang out for the afternoon and evening.
I am presently stenciling a sign. Jack made a wood stop sign and painted it red. I am stenciling "Santa STOP Here". This is a sign for the boy's front yard. Waiting for some of the letter to dry so I can finish it.
Kathryn will take me. I hated to have her take the day off, but it will be good to have her there. Somehow, daughters handle these things better than sons.
When Hunter was born, I rushed to the hospital as soon as school was out and spent the night at the hospital in my work clothes. Held her hand when she got the spinal. Now she is helping me out.
It was a funny day at work. My cell phone kept ringing with reports on the progress. (It was before cell phones were such an issue.) My students told me that they would be just fine, and I should just go on to the hospital. I didn't take their advice on that one!
Loretta No link posted for galloping buck. James and I SAW IT yesterday in Morgan County, must have been going 40-45 mph from right to left across the highway, I saw it coming, and luckily so did the car in front of us....
Paula... you just go right on enjoying your Youth! Don't fret with us "seniors" talking about "senior things !" ☺ But we DO get some discounts at restaurants and stores ☺
From working on the ambulance, I got very used to commandeering some latex gloves which I would use when working with things like plants and also doing housework, and I still get some freebies from friends...sometimes they get all torn up but all in all, pretty protective, a nice tight fit, and your hands manage to stay moisturized pretty good. This is regarding earlier comments about Megan's hands. Works for me... just a suggestion.
Yes, Lolly, it is hard to have to explain to an adult that there is a major difference between a boy and a girl.
It started in the delivery room. Someone asked the doctor if he was going to send the placenta out to be checked to determine if they were identical. He said that there was no need. I could have answered that one.

If I left in all the typos that were in this paragraph you would see how stiff my hands are cause there were a million of em....
BOTH
Spidey's web gets in the way at times.
Night light is on
I guess their day is done!
ONE POOF !
Glad your sweet MIL made you fried chicken, Megan ♥
One gone, one remains
POOF ! MT NEST
Poof...MT nest
JINX!!
Great visit!
Dinner time here but it's not home
fried chicken......
Enjoy Megan!

Well, drat, missed the eagles.
I was watching the Bandit videos. Second one brought tears to my eyes. Thanks Paula.
Paula, did you see yesterday where our eagles spent all afternoon at the nest. Could not figure it out.
Glo, your statement about your sunset pictures and Deb brought whole new meaning to those pictures. Thanks for the beautiful thoughts.
Have been doing online shopping. Was going to clean house. If I am going to accomplish any thing in the way of house keeping, I better get busy.
Just have one other thing to say......GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!!
BBL
Lolly - I did see where Lib and Belle stayed quite awhile yesterday....so nice!
Have started drinking the stuff for the colonoscopy. Yuck.
Doesn't taste the same as before, but not really any better that I can tell.
Yes, Lolly, the second Bandit video brought tears to my eyes, too.
Paula thanks for the video of Bandit's release.
Good luck Bandit.
Megan, sorry you are in so much pain. Take some iboprofen and soak your hands in warm water----Epsom Salts might help, too. Old-fashioned, but it works!! Your MIL is very nice to have such a great dinner ready for you after your hard day.
How nice of your neighbor, Megan. I had read over your message earlier. Hope your hands recover quickly. I would think your whole body is tired.
Dogs have eaten, but I don't know what I want...
Oh, I see your neighbor is your MIL. How nice. An angel for sure.
Your sunset pictures are lovely, Glo.
Your sunset pictures now have a very special meaning. Watching sunsets is a very special quiet peaceful feeling.
Bottoms up Shirley!
Right now I mean the glass full of yuck! Tomorrow it will have the real meaning!
Who is driving you?
ried to email you all the picture from NWF mag, but says file is too large....duh!....so am posting it on my blog. Give me a couple of minutes......
Kathryn is driving me. I have finished half of tonight's stuff. I have to do the second round in the morning. Different from last time.
I had spoken with gd in Germany to wish her a happy birthday earlier today. Later this afternoon she called me back as they were having cake and ice cream and taking pictures. She told me Izzy (Elizabeth
17 mo old) wanted to tell me something.
Well usually you can't understand her except when she says Hi and Bye so I thought on no I'm not going to know what she is saying.........
I said Cheese Just as plain as the nose on your face! Beautiful happening!
Cute play on words, Wanda!
Sharon,
Sounds like you had a perfect day, with all the visiting and eating, and driving.
Shirley, here's a big (((HUG)))--you're in my thoughts & prayers! When is your test tomorrow?
Judie, I would LOVE to taste one of your cookies! Can't eat much in the way of dessert lately, though. Munch one for me, please!
Well, gotta go help with dinner.
Megan, hope you're enjoying yours!
I would recommend Epsom Salts, too. Old fashioned but effective! Prayers for your hands' speedy recovery! Will BBL after dinner.
:o}
Lynn - is it the eagle one?
well lookie here, I missed the new thread!! hahahah! was wondering what happened to everyone! Haven't caught up but i put pics in Momster Album!
I ordered the Backyard magazine this morning for Cohen for Christmas...
Astronauts wife had a baby while he was on a spacewalk...how many kids can say "My Daddy was in space when I was born"
Well, I uploaded the pic and hit publish and now I can't get back onto my own blog!!!! On either computer......geesh!
Just heard only a total of 4 kids can say that!
100 Voices on MSNBC tonight at 8pm EST...Jeff Corwin show on endangered species.
Andy, supposed to be there at 9:30 tomorrow. Thanks for the kind words.
Has been a night. That is all I can say. George decided to barf. Not a good time. A test of my will power.
The pic didn't publish...maybe close IE and start over.
Hi Lynne! Which album - I am looking in the E_M photos and can't find them....
Ok, what happened to Megan's hands. Have not read back on the blog?
Shirley.....bless you!!!!!!!! Bottoms up!!! All will work out in the end! Sorry....the devil made me say that! ((Hugs))
Yes, Paula.
They didn't tell the astronaut until he finished the spacewalk so that he wouldn't get distracted!
Gene was in SPACE when our girls were born:)
Back then, the husband couldn't be anyways near the delivery room. He kept trying to peek in the window of the door and the Nuns told him if they caught him one more time, he would have to go downstairs in the Lobby and wait:)
Snowing in ORegon again!
You all are bad! Poor Shirley....I just hope everything comes out okay!
I found them Lynne. The others are in the Deb Palmer album. Can I bring them all together?
Lynn...I can't believe you said that!
Well, now I can't get on momsters at all, either; tried several different ways....afraid to reboot in case I lose the blog, too!!
Did aqnyone look to see if the pic is on my blog?
You all are so funny.
So there, Larry!!!!! lol
No Lynn The pic isn't on your blog
The last pic is of Wicked Wanda lol
LOL You are BAD too, Lynn!
Yep, I love that picture of Wicked Wanda!
Shirley, we have all had to go through that some time or other. If we did not love you, we would not give you a hard time.
Your time will come again!
If, as a father, you were going to be at the birth you had to take a class. Jack missed it.
My greatest reward and blessing was being at Laurel's side at the birth of Joseph and then Jacob. It was truly awesome!
Yes, Shirley, it will. But maybe I will not let you all know, so you can not make smark alec remarks. lol
Mine were both sections....and hubby wasn't allowed either time.
Well, guess I will try to post the pic tomorrow. Sorry!
Jo, do whatever you want with the pics! Better they are all together!
BBILW
Okay, went looking and finally found Megan's post. Understand the soreness and stiffness and hope you recover fast. Glad to know it was not a serious accident. Whew!
Yes, Shirley, they WERE good sized twins!! Bet you were glad to have them born!
I had to try twice to get on Momster just a few minutes ago...
I have that problem often, Paula. I know Lynn has had that problem too...was wondering if anyone else did.
Lolly, I was the first to hold my youngest granddaughter.....Dr. wrapped her in the blanket and handed her to me! Beat her daddy and my sister who was Carolyns' coach.
Shirley, did you gain a whole lot of weight with your twins? That's a LOT of baby 13+ pounds!
Almost time for Amazing Race.
Glad that venison didn't go to waste, Wanda.
Told Ajay I have no plans to travel after April 1st!! I was in Ocean City when Brensin was born...I told her not to have that baby while I was away!
I still can't get on momsters. Weird!!
Got on my blog, but afraid to try to upload the pic again because I don't want to end up in time-out!
Glad GeeGee liked the venison, Wanda. Of course it was made with heart!!! You love her!
It will be fun...LOL she'll probably end up being a tomboy!
I don't normally have any problems with momsters.
Okay, gang, no field trips in April!!! Paula won't be able to go!
Lynn, I gained less than 30 pounds. Don't remember exactly. At the last, I was losing weight. There was nowhere for me to put the food.
My across-the-street neighbor had twins, too. One weighed over 8 pounds and the other over 6. She beat me big time.
GD had the 2 boys and then Sophia was born. She holds her weight with those 2 brothers! But she really does like leotards and dresses!
My daughters have always been able to handle their brothers.
Shirley - how is George?
Hubby and I went furniture shopping today - what a pain!!!! Never sat in
so many beautiful couches and chairs.
He likes plaids - not floral prints. I fell in love with a set that looked like tapestry. More stores to go to!
Paula when I get to Routzahns' I'll give you a yell.........
Please do, Jo. What are you looking for?
Jo, take you camera with you and when you see a couch or chair that you like, take a picture...then when you get home, you can look at it again and again.
Yeah, and share them with us, Jo.
George has been sickly tonight. Will has had to help with the clean-up.
Just sent Will out for laundry detergent. He got back from camping earlier this afternoon. He just told me that as he was coming home, he saw a huge bird flying and realized it was an osprey.
Hi everyone,
Shirley, all the best for an easy procedure tomorrow.
Good night everyone. Sweet dreams.
Judie
Must be a late migrator, Shirley. Sorry to hear George is sick!
Good night, Judie.
Looking for sofa, matching chair and then another chair to complement them.
I have enough good oak tables and I don't care for the ottomans. Not enough floor space for it.
Hubby did take pics with his cell phone for us to look at later.
I'll keep you posted.
I'm getting ready for Cold Case at
9:30
Good night Judie and any others I may
miss
BBILW
Do hope you do not have to wait as long as I did for delivery, Jo.
Be back in a little while.
xo ☺ ♥
I'm not expecting to deliver any babies, Loretta! Don't think Jo is, either. But you will have to ask her about that.
Loretta
You can tell Frank that James and I saw an awesome white 1953 four-door Buick in Martinsburg last night.
Lynn, if your pic is too large to post, you could resize it, like in the days of dial-up ☺
Da Bears are playing, but lower score right now.
I was not allowed to drink anything RED, Shirley....got my timing off and was up all night dealing with the preparation...directions just too confusing for this Bear of Little Brain...
The procedure is the easy part. I already told them that I want to be unconscious.
Prayers for a Safe Hunt for strangers and family members alike...the woods and lands will be full of anxious hunters, many dealing with lousy weather.
Margy, you're back!! Was wondering about any wildlife adventures you two might have been doing.
Yes, I can't have red stuff, either.
Hah, Shirley, just before I got the anasthesia, I asked them what I was getting....they told me, I say, oh, well, Good-Bye Then....and the next thing I knew I was in recovery asking for a warm blanket and something to drink
The CA condors have their transmitters on their wings.
Whoa, I see that Shirley!
Thanks but no thanks!
I also failed to realize that to add one bottle of some dry crystals to a gallon of gatorade I would need a larger container!
Snooze, alarm clock, bathroom, snooze, alarm clock, bathroom, like that all night
ok I really need to go back and check earlier posts now...back soon
Glad you like your sofa, Lynn. :)
Gosh, what fun I will have to look forward to...not anytime soon, though!
Oh, yes, Paula.....,loads of fun!
My twins are definitely not identical, but you would be surprised at how many people insist that boy-girl twins can be identical.
Gotta get back to kitchen---hope pot is cool enough to go in fridge.
I assume someone posted a link yesterday for the Buck. I'll have to look it up----no 'puter yesterday. Also gotta try & get some mail ready to go out in AM
BBL
Shirley, I do wish the doctors do find out what is making you drag! That is no fun! Will be thinking of you in the morning, but it will be a breeze compared to the prep. Will taking you? You will need a driver to bring you home.
Talked with Michael this evening. They now have new furniture for the patio of their new home. I will get to see it next Saturday. We are going over there to hang out for the afternoon and evening.
Duh! Some folks just don't have the smarts, huh, Shirley?
I am presently stenciling a sign. Jack made a wood stop sign and painted it red. I am stenciling
"Santa
STOP
Here".
This is a sign for the boy's front yard. Waiting for some of the letter to dry so I can finish it.
Shirley
TAKE TUESDAY OFF !!!!
I am going to make bacon pasta this week.
Loretta
No link posted for galloping buck.
James and I SAW IT yesterday in Morgan County, must have been going 40-45 mph from right to left across the highway, I saw it coming, and luckily so did the car in front of us....
Paula I can picture you in the park with the dogs....sounds great!
Paula... you just go right on enjoying your Youth! Don't fret with us "seniors" talking about "senior things !" ☺
But we DO get some discounts at restaurants and stores ☺
Yes, enjoy your youth, Paula.
From working on the ambulance, I got very used to
commandeering some latex gloves which I would use when working with things like plants and also doing housework, and I still get some freebies from friends...sometimes they get all torn up but all in all, pretty protective, a nice tight fit, and your hands manage to stay moisturized pretty good. This is regarding earlier comments about Megan's hands. Works for me...
just a suggestion.
All kidding aside Shirley, you are in my Giant Prayers tonight and this week. ♥
Glo's thoughts on the sunset pictures and the timing, very profound...and lovely pictures....
Oh, you will love the Bacon Pasta, Paula. Have a glass of wine with it!
Yes, Lolly, it is hard to have to explain to an adult that there is a major difference between a boy and a girl.
It started in the delivery room. Someone asked the doctor if he was going to send the placenta out to be checked to determine if they were identical. He said that there was no need. I could have answered that one.
