Thanks, Steve, for the new thread.
Thanks, too, Megan, Sharon, and Paula! It has indeed been a good day! The full moon here is absolutely gorgeous! Just got back from taking care of the bulldogs. They're a couple of characters. Dinner is doing in the oven, and it shouldn't be too long....By the way, my BIL, Joe shares a Birthday with me! (Gee, what are the odds?) He and my SIL are spending the weekend down at the Lawrence Welk timeshare in Escondido. It's really nice there.

Nov. 2nd at 2:15 pm the moon is full, according to the alamnac. It's so close right now, 99% of full.

No problem, Lynn, see you survived your Spider Web Walk ☺

wrong number at his hour, gives me the willies. Not that late, just late for getting calls. I answer enough phones at work.

hedgie said...

I still don't see that beaver mooonie!

magpie said...

I saw it right soon after sunset, then the clouds gobbled it up, it's trying to peek through but not succeeding

A quick hello and good night. I finished the photography assignments and sent everything in. One of the two teachers said that she knows that we have much to do now with the end of the quarter and that deadlines are not written in stone, but I have always had a fear of getting behind. It would be so hard to try to play catch-up.

Anyway, my back is aching from sitting at the computer for so long this evening. I am going to call it quits for the evening. A few tasks to do around here and then to bed.

Funny, it does not feel like 9:59, but that is what the clock says.

Good night!

Sounds like the Southern Delegation had a wonderful time in Ripley, good to read that. Wonder how the bird-watching was

Good Night Shirley, good idea, get an early start on your rest..
I loved the Spirit Links pictures on your blog by the way xo

I saw the beaver moon about 6 when I was leaving Mom's...almost full!

Margy = John's FIL had a truck emergency, so they didn't come down today. He had to help him fix his truck...burned up some engine hoses...all fixed now...so maybe another day!

Mom's isn't completely done yet, son and friend headed down tomorrow and next day for sure...I am going down Weds to plant some pansies and get the yard trimmed up...

magpie said...

Okay, Paula...will be pulling for good weather for all this. Grrr vehicle problems, always come at a bad time

Prayers for wellness, comfort, strength and Peace.

No Silver alert for this redhead...
Lazed around this morning, went to church. Visited GeeGee and sent Dustin home with his Step-
Dad. Lazed around some more when we got home...sure is quiet...no customers and no Dustin. Tomorrow, I will probably have empty nest syndrome, or should I say "empty shop" syndrome?:)
GeeGee has doctor appt. Wednesday, so we can't get away til after that. Have to wait and check the projected weather report.

Good Cold Case, huh, Jo?

I liked it, Lynn. Didn't have it figured out before it ended - too many suspects!

But now I realize that my body thinks it is midnight and I have an early a.m.
wake up call.

Costume Lady said...

Lowreeda, just checked out your eagle pics. Wonderful!

hedgie said...

Cloud cover still too heavy to see moon.
Oh, well, maybe tomorrow night, when it is FULL!
Goodnight, fine fowl friends. See you tomorrow. Prayers for all.

Mema Jo said...

I think Margy reported that the still cam was down but it is up/running. Sometimes when it is refreshing there will be a black screen - just hit
the refresh key of F5 key and the pic comes back up rather than going the full 30 sec.

Mema Jo said...

Wanda, you and Gene have had such a busy OCT with the shop and also with all the time you gave for the Open House! You deserve some lazy time!

Good Night Hedgie

I am off to bed --------

IF anyone hears from Suzanne tomorrow, PLEASE post a comment for us

Oh my! Just a thought! I always made the comment when signing off of
Good Morning Suzanne I miss doing that!

Costume Lady said...

Yes, you did, Jo. And I miss having her commentary each morning and chatting with her and Candy:(

I posted a few photos from last Sunday when we went to Orr's Orchard to get a bushel of apples and some pumpkins and guords. It was a beautiful day, and for those of you who have never seen our beautiful trees in the fall...click on the photos to see the colorful trees on the mountain, in the background. They were past their peak, but still beautiful.

I guess I will join the others in a good night's sleep.
GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE
