Eagle Cam Note
We have an appointment with our tree climber for Friday -- weather permitting. If the tree climber is able to go up and perform maintenance on the cam, we should be in good shape to turn on the cam shortly thereafter.
today Wanda was what I read.
Norma that's great that the WC has programs on that! The body sure does change as it ages and balance, core strength and stretching should be a priority for everyone.
Simple balance test: stand up straight, close your eyes and lift one foot by bending at the knee. REST YOU HAND LIGHTLY ON SOMETHING STURDY BECAUSE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR BALANCE!!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR THE THUD OF MOMSTERS FALLING!!!! If you can't do it, or maintain it for 15 seconds, you have bad balance.

I have bad balance too Lynn! Going to start doing yoga. Best thing for core, balance and stretching which will hopefully keep me from falling down in the future!
I hope these BWO eagles get a better show going when the live cam is up! They have been sitting staring for a long time...not much for action shots! Beautiful though!

Good morning everyone. Sunny and nice here..but times they are a changing and winter is on its way. That is GOOD news for me. Bring on down that cold north wind.
I do hope Danas day is special in many ways. Seeing eagles will hug her heart for all of us.
Now I need bacon pasta. I have never had it but keep reading it on this blog. Send me a recipe I think honestly i have it on my brain now. Thanks :-)
