Good evening...?????? Not feeling like it's very good...this whole day has been a bummer....when leaving to meet daughter I got out of truck at end of driveway to get mail and found scads of roofing nails in my driveway. Picked up at least 30....I called to file a police report, and they sent out a deputy...he picked up a bunch more that I had missed...Oh, young eyes are good!!

We believe we have an egg; we're just waiting for a clear shot of it.
Here is a photo from earlier that appears to show her rolling the egg with her talon.
I saw that very shot when it was happening, but didn't think I saw an egg
he is very happy the team has done so well.....updates will be on WBALTV.com....the Super Plungers have already started today....they go in once an hour for 24 hours...there was a barge there today breaking up ice.

I remember watching this nest last year and thinking it was froze. It seems like she hardly moves, but we miss a lot in 30 sec.
I can't imagine jumping into water that cold. It would take me a year to thaw out

Red, think there might be some medicine for the plungers, if you get my drift....hubby didn't plunge last year and he was taking alot of medicine:)
It is a very emotional day for all of us.
I can't imagine how cold the water is. The coldest I have done is the Missouri River in May, January gives me the chills just thinking about it!

With my circulation system I have trouble staying warm even on a warm day. lol

I'm with you, Red....I have poor circulation, too...Tea in my veins instead of blood, I think!
Some warming medicine would taste good, and warm up the insides, but don't think it would help much on the outside!!

Trip is not thru school, they won't do any oversea trips becuase of liability. Her teacher is from Japan, and adores her students, and they adore her- it's a small class, only 8 kids.

Alfalfa left last Saturday night and the cow and calf left yesterday morning. So the web cam is now off for the season unless some one returns. Thanks for watching!

I went to Japan for a week to help solve a computer problem in 1974. Really enjoyed it.

OK - Oklahoma too - Their cam went down I think before anyone could be sure how
of the hatchings - or they just didn't have a clear view of the nest. I remember there were 4 eggs!
