I think the cam in Pennsylvania got bumped again...probably from a Mess O'Racoons... Glad a few of you saw some Action in OUR NEST this morning...I got home too late and computer had shut down....
Best Wishes and prayers for the Southern Delegation on their journey to Charlottesville today, and the surgery. Sharon has the Best Company Imaginable with her
Thanks Margy for the heads up. Hope your night wasn't too bad.
Steven ty for the new thread.
Many Eagle Prayers going up for Sharon and guiding of the doctors and people that will be taking care of Sharon. Hugs to Mattie such a SPECIAL young Lady..Angels be beside of Sissy as she waits during this time. SENDING ALL HUGS AND PRAYERS TO REACH THEM ALL there at the Hospital.
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!------MORNIN' STEVEN--MAGPIE---WANDA---& DANA!!!------SENDING ALL OUR PRAYERS TO CHARLOTTESVILLE WITH BLUEFIELD SHARON & HER FRIENDS!!! GOD BLESS!!
Good Morning and Good Night Eagle ♀'s and ♂'s! I think I am off tonight...always subject to change. Had a car fire call at the Days Inn in Martinsburg, that is where Deb stayed during Open House Week-end. Emergency that sent me in early was that one of our dispatchers went out by ambulance with sudden bad headache... Otherwise, things were not so bad.
Best Wishes for a Good Day Everyone...Catch you later in the afternoon
Good morning all! We are getting ready to head to Charlottesville. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes this morning. Will let ya'll know what is happening when I know.
Good morning everyone. Getting ready to head down the road. Back is feeling better but still hurting pretty bad. Just a little nervous but not bad yet. Thanks so much for all the prayers today. Love you guys!
Just talked to Sharon....getting ready to head out soon. Sissy's sister in laws father passed away yesterday, he was supposed to sing at Doug's funeral on Friday...prayers going out to his family
Charlottesville is the best place for Sharon to be. My first grandson was born there, weighing only 3 lbs. He is now 6ft. tall, about 180 lbs. and a Senior in Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va. His care in that hospital while his body adjusted to life outside the womb, was outstanding! My second grandson has been treated there twice. Each time he was sent there was with unknown ailments and it only took a short while for them to find out what that ailment was. So, I feel really good about Sharon's outcome. With our prayers and the wonderful care she will get there, she will be back home before she knows it.
Deb, I heard you were building a DECK for your birds. Sounds like a good idea. Next...you can build a roof over it to keep the snow and rain off the seeds. I guess holes drilled into the floor will help with drainage. I want one....GENE!!
Morning all. Oh, Helen, what a shame Did Sissy explain...was this Doug's widows' father? Wouldn't that be doubly awful to lose hubby and father in 3 days? Prayers winging their way to Charlottesville with our Sharon!
The blue jays are shopping at the peanut stand! So far it is just grab and fly. They supposedly stuff themselves full of peanuts, but I haven't seen that so far.
I did get my flu shot, just last week, Wanda. This time I followed the advice on a sign at the pharmacy and asked about the shot. They just gave it to me on the spot, didn't even have a line or anything ... did have to fill out a short form though.
November 11 Tai Shan has been consuming more bamboo and biscuits since the last update. Similar to last year at this time, he is consuming between 13 to 15 pounds of bamboo daily. During the winter and spring, this amount will increase to 33 to 44 pounds daily. Tai Shan currently weighs 160 pounds. Recently he has been spending a lot of time wandering in his enclosures.
Our large enclosures allow the pandas to wander and establish trails similar to what has been observed in the wild. When the pandas are rotated through all of the enclosures, they have an opportunity to investigate each other's scent marks. Rotation through the yards also allows them to interact at the mesh, mimicking chance encounters along the trails and stands of bamboo in the wild. These interactions are brief, as none of the pandas seems very interested in each other. Tai Shan and Tian Tian had a five-minute interaction at the mesh recently, and Tian sniffed him intently for a few minutes before wandering off. Mei Xiang showed no interest in Tai. After watching the adults for a few more minutes, Tai wandered off to patrol the yard just like Tian.
This is the time of year when testosterone levels begin to rise in male pandas in preparation for breeding season. Tian was observed pacing and scent marking recently, which is an early signal for what lies ahead! After the summer fast, Tian currently weighs in at a svelte 255 pounds. You can almost see his muscles ripple as he powers around the yard.
We collect daily fecal and urine samples from Tai for a study to learn about the onset of puberty and the associated hormonal rise in young male pandas. This has not been documented in pandas as young as Tai Shan. As Tai matures, he is losing interest in playing with toys and is beginning to act more like an adult. If we apply honey to his toys he will interact with them only for the treat. On one recent morning we found Tai’s cage completely wet. Water and snow never lose their power to elicit play! On these cool mornings we've been having lately, all the pandas are beginning to climb and play in the trees again.
Mei Xiang currently weighs in at a total of 241 pounds of beautiful. On these cool early mornings, Tian Tian always solicits play from her. These play sessions are fun to watch and make for fit pandas. Mei does decline Tian’s wishes on some days, foregoing the play session with a moan and a swat, for a much preferred longer nap time.
Hello everyone. I am sitting in the waiting room. Sissy and Mattie just left to go get something to eat. Lucky dogs. I am hungry and thirsty and just a tad bit nervous. Probably going to be another hour before they call me.
SISSY - Thank you for letting us know! Now things will start so that Sharon will have a better more comfortable life! What are you & Mattie going to do other then wait & pray like the rest of us?
That is pretty much it. Thelma is on her way, so when she gets here, I am gonna go get our room and get some supper. Just praying. Me and Mattie have set up camp in the corner of the waiting room, laptop, junk, snacks, everything.
Hello all our Friends in Eagleland. Thoughts and prayers for all w/ailments and deaths in families. You Go,Sharon. Remember, they knock you out, you know nothing & when you awake you get painkillers! Hubby got painkillers at hosp. one time & he started grinning and said, "I feel habby!!"
It is 2 miles up the road. Days Inn, I think. I made a reservation there a while back. When Thelma gets here we will go get our room. I wish it was closer. Mattie is having a hard time with this. Her little heart is so big and she is scared. But, we had no choice but to bring her. With me and Sher both here, there is no one else.
I am sure this is hard for Mattie just as it is for you. I wish there were some place in/or within walking distance of the hospital where you could stay.... Do you think the hospital has any place inside set up for teenagers like Mattie.
Once Thelma gets there you will be able to call home & check on Tom. I was looking at his brother's guest book on line - very beautiful remembrances for him from lots of family and friends.
SISSY, there is a place somewhere in that hospital for teens. Dustin went there often when he was a patient this Summer. I think it has computers and games. Knowing Mattie, she won't want to leave your side. Get her a book of jokes or something to read. ((Hugs))
Just got back from GeeGee's...cleared her garden and flower beds out and brought her fish and water lillies in for the Winter. She baked us a Zucchini Bread while we were outside. I never thought she would feel well enough to do that again. THANK YOU LORD! We sure do ask a lot of the Lord, but I think he likes us, because he answers a lot of our prayers!
SISSY Just talked to Helen and gave her all the info on Sher and also what you and Mattie are up to. She has the cams until 7:00 and will get something to eat on the way home. She thinks Sher won't be finished until 9 or so (back in a room - that is just a guess)
Mattie Helen did show you the Red Pandas JUST FOR YOU!!!
Hello. Back in the land of the bloggers!! Leaves are ALL done, except for 2 lines of pile which Mr. Bill is going to get w/ the mower Fri. Just no place to blow them any further to!! Boy, it is so unfair to keep someone waiting so long to go into surgery. Don't they care that they've been w/out food and drink since midnight???? And most get a severe headache going that long w/o. Don't get me started on how stupid I think so many of the protocols are!!! Glad that you are able to blog, Sharon. Doesn't the hospital have a family hospitality suite that you could stay in? Most large university hospitals do....
CEIL, I used to ask my grandmother if she thought God got tired of hearing our prayers, and she said that are prayers are like music to His ears. I loved my grandmother.
Okay, Dr. Drake just called. Sharon will be going to the recovery room in about 15 minutes, probably be there for an hour or more, depending on how long it takes for her to wake up. He said she remained very stable throughout the procedure and did very well. This is a good thing. Gotta go call the masses. Thanks for all the prayers.
I take a long time to come out of anesthesia. I usually wake up crying. Did that a few weeks ago. Nurse said why a you crying. I said I don't know. Husband comes in Why are you crying. I don't know Think I was glad it was over.
SISSY did just call and her voice sounded so joyful that Sharon was doing so well! Mattie is surely the Happiest little gal! She passed a milestone this evening - one that some adults have never been through.
I'm sure that at this moment, Sissy and Mattie are more relieved than Sharon. Sharon is probably back in the era of the '70's and thinks she is in WOODSTOCK. LOL
Oh, darn. I love those Hallmark movies...Capt. Gene is watching MIDWAY, which we have seen about three times. He says that this is a different one. NOT!!! I guess I will have to go to a different room. HATE THAT!
I'm ready to prop up and relax now that Sharon is out of surgery. I would guess that it will be a couple of hours before Sharon will feel like talking to Sissy. It will be ALL BETTER in the morning.
Actually, you don't have to have all that info, just her name, age range, and hometown. It is really cool. Click on Patients and Visitors, then contact a patient under Patient and Services, and then you will see the e-card. I sent her one a minute ago. I am not exactly sure how she will receive them but they must have a way.
So relieved to know that Sharon is out of surgery and waking up! The crying is not at all unusual....more people do than don't! It's a psychological reaction to the "assault" on the body. Too bad, Sissy, that the hospitality house has a limit like that. Cool way of keeping in touch....if they provide a 'puter for the patient!!! Will try it out.
I can imagine you are behind on stuff, Paula. Make sure you are taking care of yourself!! So glad to hear your mom is out of the hospital and back in rehab!!
Good evening everyone; I have DSL now and i can get on here better. I have a new blog on eagles 2009 but i can't get a link to my webshots site,i think i forgot how to so any help please. It's getting late and i am tired of getting this set up so i will be here tomarrow morning.
Hey ya'll. Me and Mattie are at the room. Sharon is doing really good. She is in a room in the Short Stay Unit for now, room #8. If she has to stay past Friday, they will have to move her. She is in great spirits, having some pain but they have her on a PCA pump, so she can get the meds she needs when she needs it. She said she woke up so grateful to be alive, had alot of fear before this surgery. She has 4 drains in her belly. Her vital signs are great, blood pressure really good and all that. I am so grateful. God is so good to us, it never stops amazing me.
lol That is such great news Sissy! The PCA is great - make sure she uses it and let her know she can't overdose it! All of us here on the blog can rest peacefully now that we know that our fine feathered friend is safely back in the nest! I know you and Mattie and Thelma will do the same. I'm sure Andrew is glad this is all over and that his Mom will be home soon.
Great news, Sissy!!! So good to hear that she is doing well. Yay for her navel!! That's pretty routine now to "preserve" it and put it back in place!! TOo bad that she was so scared....a famous guy once said "we have nothing to fear but fear itself" and I think that applies to the unknown! Get a good nights' rest. See you in the morning light.
Wednesday, November 12 The cub’s strength and muscle control continue to develop with each passing day. Currently his forelimbs are showing the most strength, and he is able to push up the front half of his body quite easily. Yesterday I saw him push himself up so that he was able to see over the nest box wall, which is 6 inches high. His back limbs have not yet gained the necessary strength he needs to crawl or walk, which is why he is still just scooting about. Once the muscles in his hind legs gain the strength and control they need, he will then be able to start crawling about.
Over the last two days, his increased muscle control has created some difficulties in getting accurate weights. We place the cub in a tub for weighing to limit his movement, but now when we do this, all he does is squirm, wiggle and try to scoot around. This makes the numbers on the scale jump around, and they don’t remain constant for long periods of time. When he decides to stay still (which is only for about 2 seconds!) we quickly write down the number that we see. We put his current wiggling weight at 3,444 grams. Kate Roca Carnivore Keeper II
Monday November 10, 2008 Stan has taken flight. The chicks have spent the last week venturing out to the very edge of the nest box and flapping their wings. This weekend, whether deliberate or accidental, Stan left the nest box to begin his exploration of the wider world. While they are in the early stages of learning to fly, employees around the power station keep a special eye out for the juveniles. Stan has since been sighted at several different locales around the plant with his protector Sheila flying above keeping a careful eye on his position. At this stage, Midnight and Rocket wait in the nest box for news from their little brother's big adventure. Thank you to Lucy from Poland of the image of Stan practicing before his first flight
Good news for Paula's Mom. Paula will rest better tonight. Sharon will rest fairly well with pain meds at her fingertips. I guess Sissy and Mattie are sound asleep by now (I hope so). It has been a tiring day for them both. God blessed Sharon with a wonderful sister! Glad she is a SISTER and not a PANDA. LOL
I am asking for prayers for my Grandaughter, who is having a Pilonidal Cyst removed from her tailbone tomorrow. The operation is not real serious, but the healing process is. I'm praying for healing for her.
GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE SLEEP TIGHT PRAYERS AND MANY THANKS
..And just before the Split I say Yahoo for all the Good News on Here, and starting new prayers for new needs, refreshing the old prayers with words of gratitude.
How nice we were able to stay in the loop all afternoon and evening with the Southern Delegation x o ♥
I saw a nice little cottontail bunny up in Morgan County this evening. Had a nice visit with the Grandson. Bought him one of his favorite toys: a Whoopee Cushion! And this one is Self-Inflatable !

Good morning all! We are getting ready to head to Charlottesville. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes this morning. Will let ya'll know what is happening when I know.
Good morning everyone. Special prayers are going out for Sharon and family.
Good morning, everyone, it is foggy here this morning. Most of yesterday's snow is already gone!
Sharon and all, safe journey into Charlottesville. You will be in our prayers today.
Deb, I found out during my 11 years living in Canada the fog forms when the snow melts. Guess you still have a long winter ahead.
SHARON.....get ready and GO!!!!!!!lol...

SHARON, YOU GO GIRL...WE LOVE YOU!
Deb, I heard you were building a DECK for your birds. Sounds like a good idea. Next...you can build a roof over it to keep the snow and rain off the seeds. I guess holes drilled into the floor will help with drainage. I want one....GENE!!
Wanda, I used screening for the floor so the seeds can drain. A snow cover probably isn't a bad idea though.
Red, you are right, melting snow brings fog. Today we have dense fog advisories out until noon.
Good morning everyone. Missed the visit again. It is what it is.
Prayers for Sharon, her family and the Drs.
Out and about today.
Morning all. Oh, Helen, what a shame Did Sissy explain...was this Doug's widows' father? Wouldn't that be doubly awful to lose hubby and father in 3 days?
Prayers winging their way to Charlottesville with our Sharon!
Wanda, and all...please include my SC friend in your prayers this week...she is having a brain tumor biopsy on Fri. TY.

Morning, all.
Sending more healing thoughts Sharon and Sissy's way.

Fluids, Vitamin C, Zinc and plenty of rest, Jim!
The blue jays are shopping at the peanut stand! So far it is just grab and fly. They supposedly stuff themselves full of peanuts, but I haven't seen that so far.
JIM, I hope you had your flu shot! In addition to what Paula said, sip on some Chicken Soup and crackers and rest, rest, rest!
Lun Lun just came into the den and picked up an armful of bedding and Little Lun. Looks like it could be bath time for a young Panda.

Believe it or not, Chicken and rice soup was dinner last night. And I was in bed most of yesterday, just because I felt so achy and feverish.
I'm not entirely over it, but I'm feeling much better this morning. Thanks for your curative advice, my friends.

Aaah, yes, chicken soup is the best.

Eewwiiee at BWO now....trying to sit pretty!
Hello everyone. I am sitting in the waiting room. Sissy and Mattie just left to go get something to eat. Lucky dogs. I am hungry and thirsty and just a tad bit nervous. Probably going to be another hour before they call me.
hang in there, my friend:)
The sister-in-law that just lost her father was married to Tom's brother that died in 1976, I think. This is the 4th brother that Tom has lost.
I am hanging in there. Trying not to let my mind go there much. Don't you just love modern technology that I can blog from a waiting room?
now if you could just e-mail from the OR...that would be unique:)
maybe Lib and Belle will come for a visit, before you go in;)
Hello There Helen & Sharon
Sharon can you feel our arms around you? Love you Lots!
Hi Jo:)
Hey, maybe I will try that - NOT!! I don't even want to know I am alive in there! ☺
Jo, I sure can feel your loving arms around me! AND so grateful!
SHARON...we will be with you ALL THE WAY! LOVE YOU!
106.9 For Sharon
FLY LIKE AN EAGLE.............
We're all with you Sharon. You are not alone. ♥♥♥
We are still sitting here waiting. There is a guy here who has been waiting since 9:30 this morning. Hope we don't have a wait like that.
And he is the patient, wonder what the rationale is behind that.
Have patience Sissy, Most hospitals operate in the "Hurry Up and Wait" mode.
Has she been admitted yet, Sissy?
fish crow...BWO
Since no answer to your questions Mits, maybe things are starting to
happen now for her.
The hummer on the nest now has a very brilliant red ruby throat.
Should have baby hummers hatching late this weekend or early beginning of next week.
probably, Jo
yes, hummer is beautiful
Closing my eyes for an hour or so..
Daughter has been here and just left for home.
Helen - call me if you get a call.
will do, Jo....remember I have zoo from 4 til 7
They just now took Sher to surgery, 3:15, said it will take 3-5 hours.
I am back - I'll need to watch the zoo cams to see how great you are at working them
Asia Trail: Good view of Fishing cat.
Beautiful view of both clouded leopards. Otters not in sight.
1B cam has both sloth bears in view.
SISSY - Thank you for letting us know! Now things will start so that Sharon will have a better more comfortable life! What are you &
Mattie going to do other then wait & pray like the rest of us?
That is pretty much it. Thelma is on her way, so when she gets here, I am gonna go get our room and get some supper. Just praying. Me and Mattie have set up camp in the corner of the waiting room, laptop, junk, snacks, everything.
Hello all our Friends in Eagleland. Thoughts and prayers for all w/ailments and deaths in families.
You Go,Sharon. Remember, they knock you out, you know nothing & when you awake you get painkillers!
Hubby got painkillers at hosp. one time & he started grinning and said, "I feel habby!!"
I sure hope Sharon can feel HABBY too. Sissy I hope there is a motel
close by for you gals.
They made her habby before she left the room.
No cell phone service in the waiting room though. That sucks.
I am sure this is hard for Mattie just as it is for you. I wish there were some place in/or within walking distance of the hospital where you could stay.... Do you think the hospital has any place inside set up for teenagers like Mattie.
Not that I have found. I wish the hotel was closer, then she could stay in the room but I can't leave her somewhere miles up the road.
Once Thelma gets there you will be
able to call home & check on Tom.
I was looking at his brother's guest book on line - very beautiful remembrances for him from lots of family and friends.
Hey the snowman cam is in color during the day....
And I just realized the thermometer is tacked to the side of a small table...thus the snow that seems to sit on top of it...is really on the table
I hadn't read the guest book yet, Jo. They really did describe him perfectly. Just so sad, so very very sad. He truly was a man of God for sure.
I think Helen is working the cams. She just had a great close up of Tai.
Mits just showed us the red panda, I think. That is what Mattie said it was, anyway!!
SISSY, there is a place somewhere in that hospital for teens. Dustin went there often when he was a patient this Summer. I think it has computers and games. Knowing Mattie, she won't want to leave your side. Get her a book of jokes or something to read. ((Hugs))
COMPARE the DC panda cam with the Panda Cam Atlanta......
I am seeing things........
SOMEONE TELL ME THAT THE ATLANTA PANDA CAM HAS A DIFFERENT PIC THEN THE DC PANDA CAM
BOTH EAGLES!
There is an eagle in our nest!!
EAGLE ALERT!! What a beautiful site. The people in this waiting room think I have lost my mind!!
NOW IS THAT A GOOD SIGN OR IS THAT
A GOOD SIGN! Yeah Sharon!!
GONE, they sure aren't staying long. They were both there for one refresh.
What are you seeing Jo? I see normal stuff, right panda in right place.
Well, that was a great site for sure. That is a good omen for Sher, ain't it.
That is a weird shot on the NZ cam.
SISSY
Just talked to Helen and gave her all the info on Sher and also what you and Mattie are up to. She has the cams until 7:00 and will get something to eat on the way home. She thinks Sher won't be finished until 9 or so (back in a room - that is just a guess)
Mattie
Helen did show you the Red Pandas
JUST FOR YOU!!!
(((hugs)))
My panda cams are back to normal or at least I am not seeing double anymore......
Cleaning up my disc space

NZ is just a funny flicker of a panda eating....
Whoops... meant Sissy, of course!! Don't want Sharon awake at this particular moment!! Hi Mattie!!!
Wanda I think that a lot. Like Lord it is me again, but I always thank him.

Nice report Jim. Lots of eagles out west and doing well.
nothing yet shes still in surgery
They do have a hospitality house but no children under 18 are allowed. We got a room at the Days Inn down the road a little.
Gonna go grab a bite to eat. BBL.
I'm back on line but still need larger hard drive.
Talk to you later Sissy & Mattie.
The deet was staring us down, Ceil!
lol He was probably licking the
cam!
Raccoons are starting already.
We have had a rain shower - drizzle to be exact. The temp has dropped.
Drizzle here to Jo. I counted six deer.
WHOO HOO!!!!!
Way to go Sharon !!!!
You keep setting the records !!!!
Ceil - there was a large herd of
deets there last evening.... About
6 is a large herd to be in front of
one little camera! lol
I am so happy about Sharon's surgery.
The Lord Is Good!!!
I take a long time to come out of anesthesia. I usually wake up crying. Did that a few weeks ago. Nurse said why a you crying. I said I don't know. Husband comes in Why are you crying. I don't know Think I was glad it was over.
Yeah, Sharon!! I am glad you are out of surgery.
Good news about Sharon.
LOL
Hubby just said there is a good movie coming on.... You know like a Hallmark Special or one like that.
I'll check it out and see what it really is.
BBL during commercial........
PS: Thelma is at the hospital also.
Ceil, my brother once was put under anesthesia to have a tooth pulled and woke up crying. I guess it works on the nervous system.
Oh, darn. I love those Hallmark movies...Capt. Gene is watching MIDWAY, which we have seen about three times. He says that this is a different one. NOT!!! I guess I will have to go to a different room. HATE THAT!
Wanda we always watch different TV's Jim watches the History Channel alot. I tell him it has not changed.
I'm ready to prop up and relax now that Sharon is out of surgery. I would guess that it will be a couple of hours before Sharon will feel like talking to Sissy. It will be ALL BETTER in the morning.
Ceil, the History Channel is Gene's favorite. Your right, it hasn't changed. LOL
Dr. Schirmer just called down. She is in recovery, waking up, breathing tube is out, she is breathing on her own. Nothing but good news so far.

That is the address you can send e-cards to Sharon. Need room number (which I don't have yet), nursing unit (which I don't have yet), and name.
I will let ya'll know the room and all that as soon as I do.
SASSY SISSY, what a good sister you are!!
Now, you know that Gene told me to say that!
Tell Gene that is exactly right, I AM a Sassy Sissy!!!
HELLO EVERYONE.... just got home and am going to fix myself some dinner...TTYL....Glad everything is ok with Sharon
Can you believe the very first picture on that card site????? Bet she gets ALOT of them!
I think we are all HABBY now. lol
Think Margy is either hibernating or got called in to work early and had to rush....haven't seen her this morning!!!
Check out the moose cam page and see who paid a visit to Pook's yard!! (just below the moose cam)
Moose cam

Thanks for the heads up on the visitor to MooseCam Deb. A very beautiful animal.
Sent Sharon a card. No room number but maybe they can deliver anyway.
I can imagine you are behind on stuff, Paula. Make sure you are taking care of yourself!! So glad to hear your mom is out of the hospital and back in rehab!!
Way to go, Paula's Mom!!!! Keep up the good progress! I'm sure that has brought a sigh of relief to you, Paula!
Good news indeed about Sharon. Looking forward to the emil info for ecards. That is absolutley awesome and she will love that.

Very healthy looking bobcat!! Thanks for the heads up, Red!
That bobcat had the face of a kitty cat.
Paula Good news about your mom.
I am calling it a night.
Pleasant dreams to all
Hooray, hooray for Sharon & Paula's Mom! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
I just missed seeing our big birds tonight--just turned off 'puter at work. Thank you Deb,for catching pics. Think they showed up for Sharon!
Wow, just saw the cute little kitty at Moosecam! Daughter had one a couple years ago in her yard. Got pics somewhere I should post.
Loretta - Would the bobcat pose any danger to the large moose?
Belated night-night, Ceil!!
Loretta, did you have to work late?? Did you have a holiday yesterday?
Hedgie - that 1st picture was
Unbelievable!
Just sent a card & hopefully she'll get it tomorrow.
I just had to say
WAKE UP SHARON !!!
Going over to check on Mason now .
We should be getting an update on Mason soon... Last one was on Monday
You all are keeping those candles
burning! 20 of them are now lit.
Paula - I am very happy that your Mom
is back into rehab. I hope her spirits stay uplifted & that she keeps improving!
God is so good to us, it never stops amazing me.
hope the e-card goes thru,,,it kept saying something was truncated, but sent it anyhow....guess you all will never guess which one I picked.
great news, Sissy...you and Mattie get some rest.
Mits, she still has her belly button. She got a kick out of that.
I left her cell phone with her but she didn't have a signal in there. It was kinda spotty at first but then went out.
TELL HER I AM SOOOOOOO JEALOUS... lol, I can get mine back, but would require more surgery and I said h#%& NO!!!!!
how many hernias did she have????
lol That is such great news Sissy!
I didn't think to ask the doctor how many there were. She will ask him tomorrow. She is cut like an upside down Y.
I got that truncated message too but I used a couple of them symbols we have been playing with on the e-card I sent her.
my scar is hip to hip...I can't where a bikini....ha.....like I would anyhow
I am gonna shut down for the night. See ya;ll in the morning light. Thanks so much ya'll.
yeah, I sent it too, she will know it is from me....panda:)
Good Night Sissy & Mattie
(I bet Mattie is sound asleep)
I sent an Eagle card, Mits.
Saw it and didn't look any farther.
Glad you found the Panda..
Wednesday update for Luney
Wednesday, November 12
The cub’s strength and muscle control continue to develop with each passing day.

Jo, you know Pandas are my 1st Love;)
Calling it a day!
Good Night Everyone
I am grateful that we can say so many prayers of thankfulness today.
I am remembering the prayers for our
needs.
((hugs))
Great News about Sharon...so glad to hear it...off to send a card...hmmm maybe an eagle, maybe not!
Monday November 10, 2008
Stan has taken flight.
So glad to hear Sharon is doing so well. Surgery is scary, I don't blame her for being worried. Thanks, Sissy, for keeping us so well informed.
My card went through just fine...
Night all!
The little guy just did a 360° turn...all alone, too.
Goodnight to all our fowl friends. Peace, blessings and a sweet sleep for all.
GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE
SLEEP TIGHT
PRAYERS AND MANY THANKS
..And just before the Split I say Yahoo for all the Good News on Here, and starting new prayers for new needs, refreshing the old prayers with words of gratitude.
How nice we were able to stay in the loop all afternoon and evening with the Southern Delegation

I saw a nice little cottontail bunny up in Morgan County this evening. Had a nice visit with the Grandson. Bought him one of his favorite toys: a Whoopee Cushion! And this one is Self-Inflatable !
