GOOD MORNING STEVE...THANK YOU!
It doesn't look as if our eagles are coming back this morning, so, I am going for coffee. BBL
SAFE TRAVELS FOR JO and ED.
Thanks for the New Thread info, Wanda...I'm headed for the pillows very soon. Yes, Second that Wanda...Safe Travels for all, coming and going, and Special Wishes for all the Lennox Family on their Journey to Romney. Good Night, All....or Good Morning, depending on your schedule today...x ♥ o
Good morning, Wanda. Thanks for coming over and getting me. Just wanted to jump on this morning and say thanks to all for the prayers. Getting ready to go down to Mrs. Riffe's this morning. She is just pitiful. This is the 4th child she has had to bury. She said last night she didn't think she would make it through this one. Doug was there almost everyday, would just come and have coffee and visit. Such a loss for us all but especially for her.
Sissy Special prayers for strength and comfort. You are a blessing for the entire Riffe family, we know that. Take Care.We are with you....xo
There are two Eagles in OUR NEST to give you comfort...
Just one now, for now...
I think the Eagle heard Sissy and came back to deliver some strength. ♥ ♥ ♥
Breakfast at Blackwater. And pillows for me.Sayonara....xo
I can't leave when there is an Eagle in our Nest !
Holey Moley I hope I am not the only one seeing our Eagle...
Wanda would you hurry up and get your coffee !!!
I see one there now Margy! Beautiful sight this morning. Will check in later today and see what is up.
Okay real quick, Sis, there are two again...
I see them Margy. Just got on and wow. So beautiful. Thanks for yelling so loud. Heard you in Baltimore.
I know you have to go..I'm saving some pics for Yahoo...xo
Hallelujah Hawaii, Ceil, as the Grandson says when he gets excited about something !I'm glad you heard me! ♥ ♥
Yes, I see them too, Margy. I think you are right...they came back especially for Sissy!GOOD MORNING, SISSY. ((HUGS))
GOOD MORNING, CEIL.
Good morning Wanda. Belle left.
I wonder why we never see our eagle pair bring a fish to the nest, but BWO eagles do it often? Strange.
I just put four up on Yahoo...they were gone for awhile, I was checking out...then had one last loving look, and Voila! Eagle Magic !
The BWO eagles don't bring the fish to their nest they mess up the osprey nest but it feeds a bunch of birds. I hate to go but have doctor appt.Prayers for all.
It is hard to comment on here with my letters showing themselves about 10 seconds after I print them. I don't kknow what the problem is, but, it is driving me crazy. I am going to shut down everything and come back and see if it is any better...I have done this about 4 times. BBL
You are right, Ceil...I never thought of it that way!
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE....
Prayers going out for those in need.
Okay, this is it. Just had a quick look at Snowman Cam 24-hour archive, last night between 7 and 9 pm, there were as many as 7 or 8 deer at the cam At One Time! I see our feathered friends are gone now so I better make a getaway..Eyelids are drooping....It's that time....xox z z z
Wanda, You need to completely shut down every couple of days. That means power off too. The only way to completely clear memory is power off. If that dosen't work then you may have spyware or virus.Sure was good to see our eagles this morning. ☺☺☺
Red, it sure sounded like a virus to me...Wanda run your virus scan:)
Good morning, my friends of fine feathers and fur!
I did get a glimpse of Liberty and Belle this morning.
Everything seems to be working as it should now. Hooray!!!!
Sharon, will Thelma let us know how you are doing after your surgery Wednesday?
Morning all. I guess I am late to the party today--I don't see anything anywhere. BBL
Good Morning Granny...yes you did miss a few visits from our eagles. They will be back, keep your eyes open and listen for someone to HOLLER at you ;)

Good Morning Dave. Understand. We have all dealt with Dial Up and one time or another.
Costume lady; Yes it's a realbummmmmmer. Dave
I am on dial up. That is one reason I am not here more often.Just checked the PA cam again. Did they adjust the view so we can see some skyline?? or did I just not notice before this?
grannybit; that is also why i amnot on here to much, but i hope thatwill change soon.Dave
Good morning everyone. I see your day has started out in a wonderful way. I am going on a little shooting spree myself and hoping for a fun glimpse. MTBR.

Morning everyone, the blogger cop has had it out for me the past couple or three months. Refused to accept anything from me. I became so discourage. I had the email from the blog and saw that the Bluefield Girls needed prayer. Before I sat down here, I just prayed a little prayer that God would help me get on the blog, so I could encourage my sisters from Bluefield, and I got on the first time. I was surprised, but shouldn't have been, when I got on. I pray all of you dear ones have a glorious day and rejoice in it. Lots of huggs Mauley Donna.
I know you will Donna! Without a doubt!
Good to see you on hear, Donna

MONDAY UPDATE FROM ATLANTA.....Monday, November 10Last evening the cub's slumber was broken by a period of activity. Stretching and yawning, and just generally squirming about in the little space he was occupying in the nest box. Suddenly, his left foot became the area of concentration for his kinetic energy. At first small, slow and barely discernible; then, the motion grew and became a rhythmic pattern. He was scratching! One minor technical problem; while most of the required sequences of the action were in place, his foot did not come into contact with any other part of his body. In spite of the ineffectiveness, he continued scratching the floor for a time before sleep overtook him again. While his weight (3357 grams) continues to increase rapidly, motor skills are not as easily gained; they require physiological maturation, a bit of trial and error, and much practice before being mastered.Debbie FordeCuratorial Assistant
I am envying you your weather, Wanda, on Saturday no moisture in the forecast, now tonight, Thursday and Friday. Of course, that can change again, I hope!

Look at that really white stick in our nest.
Good morning all. So many "strangers" back with us this am!Saw one of our beauties in our nest earlier, but all on had already mentioned it so I didn't get on to shout ALERT!!!Sorry about your 'eers, Norma. But congrats to Baltimore fans!!Wind is blowing like crazy again, so you know what I am NOT doing...hoping it dies down.
Paula, maybe that stick has been whitewashed with a poop shoot! ☺ ☼
How much snow is at your house, Deb?
None, Paula. We had 2" and it is gone! The storm was all out west, except for the winds. I think it snowed itself out in the Black Hills.
BLUEFIELD SHARON!!---I'll just keep those prayers coming for you!!---STAY COOL----
DANA---The obit was in the CUMBERLAND TIME-NEWS----(www.times-news.com)

Do you have sound on the Maine cam? I don't have any today.
yes, Deb, I have sound
DEB!!---I don't have sound---but just supposed it was my computer!!ho!
I hear eagles, crows, blue jays and a woodpecker
I'll restart it after the visit and see if that helps.
I don't have any on RP...
Darn, I am missing some great sounds!
also have the sound of something near the mic, fooling with it
I'm in QuickTime Player.
I have it on WMP, tho
I just go to their site with the 15 second cam and click on live feed
I can't zoom in like Margy says she can, I can only enlarge
i just click, too. I can't zoom in either. Strange how we all get a little something different.
Hmmm, I do have sound on my RP at Maine
Sometimes hard for me to tell, sound on this computer is lousy
Big feather fluff and tail wiggle...getting ready to go?
someone is blowing leaves up in Maine
Beautiful eagle fix at Maine. Colors are awesome.

No Holiday for me Norma...sure would like one though...I think Suz and Bob are the lucky ones...
Lun Lun is not having an easy time getting settled with Luney! She has rolled all over the place with him and now carried him into the other den.
think she found a good spot:)
He does not like being held on his back.
he is a mouthful
oh oh he's stuck...nope got himself turned over
lol...here comes the bamboo
It looks like Lun Lun is "fencing" in Luney. He scooted clean out of the cam's range earlier today. I can remember Bai would stop ZZ just as he got himself to the door and was ready to step out...pick him up and bring him back...over and over :)
Did anyone notice that our has color today???
That is CAM has color!!!!
Interesting report on our little Luney....the lack of coordination I guess is typical of all mammals. Thanks for PBS heads up, Helen. Got it scheduled to record!!
EAGLE in Maine nest!
LACK OF COORDINATION...doesn't that pertain to most males? ;)
OF COURSE, I REMEMBER ZZ IS A FEMALE. JUST HAD A SENIOR MOMENT :):)
Wanda, I still think it pertains to most males! ☺
Hi HELEN AND WANDA! Just got home from school and turned on the puter to see an eagle on the nest in Maine. I still can't bring up the live and no sound.15 second update is ok with me right now. OH Poof and the eagle is gone.
Hey SHARON, I read where you are having an operation. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family and all will be ok, I'm sure.
Gosh Wanda, You know me well. lol
I sure can hear those eagles calling at Maine. What music to my ears!Red, I was hoping you were closeby about the male incoordination thing! ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺
Both in the nest at Maine!
RWO EAGLES BACK IN MAINE NEST.
congragulations to you RED and Your CRIMSON tIDE TEAM for their win the other day. The UNC Tarheels won too. Poor NOMRA wasn't so lucky. :(
Thanks Candy, They barely squeeked by LSU. I though they were going to blow it. ☺☺☺
so nice to see living, breathing, moving eagles live!!!!
Looks like he is doing the stick arranging. Reckon SHE will go behind him and fix them right? ☺
of course, she has to, he is not doing it the correct way:)
Well, that was nice! At Maine! I love that Take Off Branch ! Hello Eagle ♀'s and ♂'s ! By the way, I do not have Zoom at Maine, the choices are greyed out, I guess I said it wrong, I can just get full screen or regular screen, I have live feed, and must be just like Hedgie - the sound is quite low so I have to turn my speakers up high to hear the sounds most of the time. xo
Did you all check out Deb's New Pictures from her field trip Sunday ? Awesome !
I have the live cam at both the Atlanta Zoo and Maine. I downloaded a new version of real player, I guess, and that did the ticket.Has anyone checked in on the Snowman cam today. Looks like they had some more snow since yesterday. Better them than me.
Thanks Margy for calling attention to Deb's pictures.Deb they are great. The juvie is a cutie.
Hi Ceil - And aren't those Snow Geese in Formation Awesome? I would Fall Over of I saw something like that !
It's time to start watching the night skies for Tundra Swans migrating towards the Chesapeake from the North....

Hi Candy! Enjoy hour holiday Tuesday, good Special Holiday to be off, sorry you have to work Saturday too....My schedule includes working both Tuesday AND Saturday... but you would know about that since your husband was in the same line of work...♥ ♥
Whenever I know Deb has been on a field trip, I wait with baited breath to see her pictures ! Glo was going on a field trip today too....so we can look forward to those as well!☺ ☺ ☺
I think the weight of the snow at SnowMan Cam is pushing the thermometer over !Gotta start getting ready for work...where is the character for Upside Down Smiley Face ?? xo
EAGLE at BWO
Well, there is an Eagle at BWO so I am all ☺ again TTFN Hope all is well with all our Eagle Buds....
Have a good rest Margy.
RED, No offense...I love men; I married one ;)
My husband and I had some appointments today and as we were going over a bridge a flock of geese flew so close to the car I almost opened the back door to let them in. Not snow geese but also beautiful. Have a good evening all.
Yep, and the DNR would have arrested you, Ceil...lol
Evening Everyone in Eagleland ☺☺☺☺Had ME cam up & now it went black?!Blessings for all those in need♥♥♥Posted some new bird pics on blog---now have to get back to work here at home!
I do think that is is dark in Maine now, no? :):):) They stick out there a little more than the rest of us, so it gets dark earlier there.
Helen I was afraid they were going to hit the car. Figured open door let in. They were just so low. They were landing on the other side of the bridge.
correct, Candy...their sun sets faster there
Candy at one time it was a lighted cam. The first year I watched them all night but I have noticed this year when it gets dark you cannot see the nest.
Hanover Street Bridge.
Hey CEIL, I can just see you and your hubby riding down the road with a car load of EAGLE IN OUR NEST
they turned it off last winter when there was no action....will probably turn it on again, when things start up
MIGHT HAVE BROUGHT SOMEHTHING IN TO EAT
Loretta so cute. Beautiful pics.Thanks.
As I was saying, I could just see you and your hubby riding down the road with a car load of geese honking and sqwaking; feathers flying. :):):)
Deb, just saw your pics---they are great!! Thx
It was sure nice to see a quick visit as I turned the cam on this evening. :)
Thanks, Helen...my day is complete now. I have seen them three times today!
Candy don't think they would have fit. Flock of them. Beautiful. Hi Thelma.
Ceil, I think hunting season has begun, so you probably could have offered them a ride & had goose for Thanksgiving!!!! LOL ☺☺☺
Hi t-bird, the visit was nice even tho short. It did look like they had been working on it some. Don't know if anyone saw them or not. Eagle is still sitting at BWO
Yep visit to fast...had to tend to something in kitchen and when I got back it was poof time
CEIL They were probably working for Aflac and headed for a southern convention. :)
Hello to you, Thelma. Are you going to let us know how Sharon is doing, Wednesday? Bless you for being with her.
Great idea Loretta. Like roasted goose. Going that way tomorrow will be on the look out for them. We live near Fort McHenry and there are hundreds down there. They have been trying to figure out how to get rid of them.
Deer coming into the snowman cam
They can be really stinky and messy
Good evening my Eagle buds!! Been a heck of a day. We got the arrangements finalized and the wake is not until Thursday and funeral Friday. Gonna be a long week for sure. I am gonna take Sher to Charlottesville tomorrow night and come back Thursday morning. Just feel stressed to the max. Need to breath and pray and things will work out.
Good one Candy. Love those commercials.
