Good Morning again...Norma, hope it doesn't snow so much that Gene can't stop at Seneca Rocks and wave at Carol!Hope it doesn't keep him from getting to Deer Camp...He would be a very unhappy camper! ;(

Seneca Rocks web-cam still shows it on August 10th:(
Yep, Helen...it is that time again. Just step into my house and you will signs everywhere. Guns, boots, clothes, snacks and ORANGE, ORANGE AND ORANGE. It is like the Hunters Christmas...they are all so excited :)
That must be a forgotten cam...too bad.
I liked watching the differnt seasons on that cam...may have to try to contact someone to find out why....sure it is a money thing.
Gene will be leaving Wednesday to get the camp ready for the others. Then I will be a Hunter's Widow ;););)
Tom's niece killed a deer Saturday near his mom's house. She was so excited. I just can't imagine doing that!!
WANDA!!---PENDLETON CO. was 1st on the SNOW ADVISORY list in WV---What are they hunting?--TURKEYS or DEER with a bow?----will need his long-johns!!---We had flurries yesterday---& winds---COLD!--It's 39° here!
Hunting used to be a ritual in our family. All the men would be gone for 2 weeks in November. We used to love it. Tom has lost the heart for it now, has no desire to hunt anymore since our dads are gone.
Good morning all! 57 and sunny here in Texas.Presently having our carpet cleaned. I was up early and thought I would get on and see eagles in the nest, but did not make it. NORMA How about our football team?Recorded the eagle program last night, so I will get to watch it later on today. Dentist appointment today. Yuk!Had my two oldest boys here this weekend. Jack babysat so Laurel and I could shop. Bless him! Anyway, those boys are so precious. I layed down with Jacob to get him to settle down to go to sleep. After a short while, it was tap, tap, tap. "Grandmommy, you need to get your PJ's on." Will have them here several days Thanksgiving and then Christmas, I get them all this year. Yea!!!!!
that is all they have been talking about on the snowman cam the last couple of days, their season opened on Saturday.

Hi costume lady; Well it is about 28 with a north-west wind so it'scold;Indiana Nesting Eagles----Dave
No, they don't here, Norma, but Bland County in Virginia, right down the road does. It is a real holiday for them.
Hi, Lolly, those grandsons will give your hands a workout! Tell them they have to be gentle with you so that your hands will be well enough to wrap their Christmas presents! :)
Hi Helen! Took off the ace bandages yesterday afternoon and have not put them back on. They are doing great. They ache and sometimes when I turn them wrong I get a little pain. Just very weak hands and wrists. Wonder how long it will take to be able to do things like open the windows?
2 eagles at BWO now!
Norma, Gene is going deet hunting. He can't use a bow very well anymore, after a nasty fall on frost-covered steps, so he will use his gun.
LOL Good idea Wanda! Wish I had thought of that yesterday! I did have to remind them a couple of times to be careful, but I did have both wrists wrapped so that reminded them.
LOLLY, get one of those little balls to exercise you hands.
MORNIN' LOLLY!!---What was the final score---I didn't stay up--but did notice that HEDGIE said BOO--on her blog last nite!!---So I guessed COWBOYS won!---WOW--DOUBLE--WOW!!----Hope you are feeling better!!!
Thanks! You guys are full of great ideas this morning!
NORMA.....Cowboys 14 Skins 10. ☺
Dave, I stay indoors when it is in the 20's also. Build a fire and read a book or magazine.
eagle coming in for a landing at BWO
Hello all:) Hey Norma, down at the bottom of the screen on your computer there should be a volume or speaker symbol you can click on to control the volume on computer, make sure you don't have the mute button checked,...just a thought. later gators, back out to work.
Carpet all clean! Sure wish it would stay looking like that! You wouldn't think two people could mess up carpet so bad. LOL Just outdoors folks tracking in all the time! But now I am ready to decorate for Christmas as soon as Thanksgiving is over.
NORMA, do you have a 13 yr old kid in the neighborhood, who can show you where you sound button is????
Pretty pair at BWO, eagles at TH as well.
Two eagles at BW now! Got a picture of one looking like it was "ducking" while the other was coming in for a landing. LOL
SISSY---They certainly take deer hunting seriously here too!!---Bd of Education---say they close school for the safety of students waiting on buses!----Every one knows!!---TEACHERS ARE HUNTERS TOO!!----ho!
Jack is not a hunter, and I am so glad. I would not want him to shoot a "deet" and he would not want to shoot a "deet" as well. He will just keep shooting armadillos and traping/killing moles.
Chowing down at BWO
OMG! Just looked at Bob Quinn's latest pictures posted at BW. The sunset pictures are breath taking!!
HEY MEGAN!---I may ADOPT you!!---ho!---no problem!!---thanks--thanks!----I was looking for a button that said 'megaphone'- no markings!!----tried them all!!
LOLLY!!---I always want 'ONE OF EACH' when I look at BOB'S pics!!--I love the sunset too!!!---I have some of his photos!!---He is GOOD!!
HELEN!!---I WISH I had my 10 yr. grandson here or any one else's grand-kids!!----Our area used to be full of kids---now very few!----
Norma, at our dinner Bob donated some pictures and I bought one of a BW eagle, but that sunset pictures "speaks" to me. LOL
UPDATE FOR LUNEYMonday, November 17I - the “absentee aunt” who learns of the family news a bit late - don’t regularly watch Panda Cam or read the updates. I catch up with the cub and Lun Lun on Sunday and Monday nights. The distance serves a purpose. Catching sight of the cub after being away for almost six days renders the changes in his size and development all the more astonishing. At 3.817 kilograms, he has gained almost one pound since I last saw him. Other truly noticeable changes have taken place. A once long, thin, hairless tail, is now the fully furred, broad-based triangular shape characteristic of giant pandas. Head up; eyes alert. Face rounded by thickened pelage. Legs strengthened enough to lift his weight, even if for only a few seconds at a time. Following sounds with directed head and body movements; catching glimpses of motion in the periphery. Each day, each week, each month brings new advances. And soon, a name!Debbie FordeCuratorial Assistant
I had Tom get me some Biofreeze while he was out and it is a miracle!! My back is feeling so much better. Still there but does not take my breath now. I am so impressed!!
Lolly, have you seen the adorable little foxes that he photographed? I have to wonder how on earth he got such a photo without them running away.
Okay, I am making Christmas ornaments for grand-kids and great nieces and nephews. I better get with it, before leaving for the dentists.Jack is out building a new picket fence around my herb garden. ☺ Yea!BBL ♥
Biofreeze, huh, Sissy....my back was killing me last night....will have to go get some....have one of those Therma Care heat wraps on since 3 this a.m.
Yes, Wanda....I saw yours! Fantastic pictures. However, I bought that eagle picture and Jack asked where I was going to hang it. I have nothing I want to take down. Help!!!!
I had heard of it before and heard it was really good but I had no idea. It is a little expensive, $14 for a tube, but worth every penny!!
So, biofreeze is something you rub on your back?
Thanks for the update on Luney!! He really is growing. I dread them changing the cam back to regular time. I will miss him terribly.
panda wrasslin at NZ
WHOA!!---LOLLY--you are a "HAPPY CAMPER" as long as your husband keeps shooting those ARMADILLOS!!!ho!---you are so funny!!----I admit---DEER are more handsome than the ARMADILLO!!
Yeah, it is in a tube. Only sold it at the pharmacy, not Walmart or anywhere like that.
Thanks....sounds like something to keep on hand. Will give it a try!Really do have to go! BBLHave a great day all!!!!
SISSY, my grandaughter works at a Health Spa and she recently brought a Roll-on bottle of Biofreeze for us to try and it is great! $10.00 for the 3oz bottle.
Have a good day LOLLY!
Have a good one Lolly. See ya later.
Little "CC" CUB BOY is now behind bars!!---ho!---He can't climb overthis gate!---He looks so cuddly!!---have a look---SISSY!!----BUT I don't want to see you on a bus headed toward ATLANTA!!--ho!
MOOSE on cam
HEY SISSY!---Does the cream have an ODOR?
Good Late Morning - sorry I missed seeing some of you Momsters/Dadsters.I think I would like some of thatBioFreeze - Sounds as though it has been tested & recommended by my Eagle Buddies!
It does have an odor but it goes away almost immediately. Vanishing odor it says on the tube. I think I love it!!
Suz had sent email with pic that Finney 2008 is up & running again.Primo the moose needs some snow!Maybe the Snowman cam could accommodate him.Clouded leopard pair are resting!Yes, Norma their coats do remind youof a large snake......

Back to Yankton to get the dogs. BBL
Deb - post a pic of your dogs for us.
Tian still wants to play and Mei does not.....
Hubby is doing his LAST LEAF collection he hopes. Trees are almost bare - the last leaf has not fallen yet.
Fish crows on BWO nest.C(°ٿ°)DJim
FYI: Nature's "American Eagle" will play again tomorrow morning at 5am on Directv Ch. 384 & maybe Comcast Ch. 25, and on Sun. 11/23 on DC PBS Ch. 42 on Directv (may be 26 or 44 on Comcast).Don't know what programming Dish or Verizon, etc. may have.Whoa...glad none of us live in Huntington....unhealthiest city in the country!!!Wow, Sharon must really be feeling better to get into a mess like WalMart...hope she's using a scooter!
I read that yesterday, Lynn, they have more pizza places then health gyms...
MITS- Is it harder to run the Panda cams when they are outside compared to when they are in their dens?
yes, Jo it is. So many more cams to follow.
I prefer the late shift:)
My very thoughts, Lynn about the scooter! Bet our gal better take an afternoon nap!
Going in to get dressed for the day & get some lunchBBL

Have only gotten halfway thru' American Eagle...so good!! Cried over the dead female, laughed at the "skaters" and marveled at the way one took the fish out of his talons and ate it in flight!!
Where did everyone go?? I even broke and ate lunch (yum...liverwurst and onion w/ mustard on rye!)....yoohoo!
Lil Luney is all alone, too!
Now Lun is back.

It's my Week-end and I am Magpie !!! Hear me Roar ! xo ♥
Hello Everyone. I've just been luring today. Sometimes I say it best when I say nothing at all. lol
well you are quite alluring, Red.:)
but you were probably lurking:)
Hello Margy, enjoy your weekend:)
Sorry Mits, I dropped the k there and didn't notice it. It should have been LURKING. :)
I know, Red, was just pulling your leg;)
Hi Red And Everyone else Rd, I think you had it right the first time: Luring ! Point us in the direction of what to watch this afternoon ! ♥ ♥ ♥
I mean RED How could I drop the "e" - must be contagious, dropping letters ! xo
I'm enjoying the best cup of coffee of the day, in one of my Momsters Eagle Mugs ! Life is Good !
all this dropping, is like watching the Stock Market:(
BIOFREEZE : Have been using it for months (but I am out right now! ) - It is kinda pricey, but worth every penny...get it at my chiropractors...Now, when THEY use it during a therapeutic massage, that is the best ! Sciatica is a constant Bear for me...I am quite the contortionist when it flares up, trying to find a good stretching routine....ice packs, heat packs, whatever works at the time....
Good One Mits !
Hunting - Have done my share of it over the years, but I was lousy, got one deer, and a few squirrels, but this is how we filled our freezer, and rarely ever had to buy any other kind of meat for the entire year....It is a Country thing I guess...Just getting out in the outdoors was the Best! Noo phones, no radios.....no nothing but nature ! And I always was more interested in bird-watching....not paired up with my hunting partner anymore, but he still shares the wealth with me!xo ♥
I guess Moose Cam is not refreshing, but it is stuck on a beautiful view of Mr. Moose...
Penn. squirrels are getting fat on Penn woods cam.
Time for a visit with elderly neighbor lady - be back later, hopefully in time for an Evening Eagle Visit ! xo
EAgle just landed in Maine....

RED, I don't think Mrs. Red would appreciate that meal...:)
True. She hates hot dogs.

I am back home again. I saw 2 more eagles, one first year from the looks and another adult. The adult was in a tree right next to the highway about 15 miles from here. I figured by the time I turned around and went back he/she would be gone, but it even stayed while I got a few pics of it.Jo, will find a picture of my dogs, or take a new one.
Red, I'll take some seafood, looks like a fun meal!
great pics, Deb:)
Thanks, I need a window mount so I can stabilize the camera when I am in the car--the head is a little fuzzy. :(
Deb - Those photos are Grrrreatt, as Tony the Tiger would say xo Can't wait to see the hounds! ♥
