Okay, I just went over and skimmed the news from yesterday. It looks like we don't have an update on Sandra. My prayers are joining in! Off to fix some breakfast. I'll be back this afternoon.
Good Morning Sunny and Vicky... I just popped right in here on the count of 4! Thank you Steve for this new thread - yesterday's was sluggish to say the least. Off to check out some eagle cams
It's bright outside today! They do forecast for some rain.. Just glanced at Our Nest & I think that is another new large LOG!
I just read previous comments - Candy & Wanda got to see the Royal Couple earlier this morning. They also noticed the LOG - maybe it took both of them to get that up to the nest - would love to have seen it coming in!
Moose cam is running. BWE cam is getting a fix! But the gallery on the BWO page has been updated.
GOOD LAST SUNDAY OF 2007 Thanks, for the thread, Steven. Going to look at some cams. Will be at noon Mass today, to offer up prayers for Sandra and family
Good Morning Mits, Jo, Sunny, Vicky, and earlier in was Wanda and Candy. Good Morning all Watchers.
Yes Jo that is some log. Was just wondering if Belle had Liberty do a re-run of how she picked him as a mate. You know dropping different sizes sticks. Maybe she found the log and said "Honey you catch this one and I know you can still catch our babies". lol Nest cup looks so good and just waiting.
We might get some snow Monday 1"
Going to check mail. Was good to hear that Jill is ok.

Norma- thanks for that heads-up on ZZ. I had never seen that area before. They look comfy but like you, I would like to see ZZ get down when she awakens. Helen said it is easy to go UP but harder to come DOWN.
Wow! Saying hello while I can, bet I get locked out again later. The blog has taken a real dislike to my computer... I need to get DSL and set up my own cams, we counted 34 deer in one herd on Xmas day. I will have a bird feeder cam, a woods cam, hummer feeder cam, goldfinch cam, suet feeder cam, deer cam, etc... have a great day, looks like it may rain or snow later.
Good morning, all. I am back from California and wish I could have brought the weather back with me. It is 1 here this morning, but the sun is shining brightly. I am adding my prayers to a speedy recovery for Sandra.
MEGAN---MORNIN'---It sounds like you have many interesting animals, etc. to watch on your cam!!---But you do need a PANDA!!---ho!---Maybe you could borrow TAI & we will all watch your cam!!--ho! Did anyone see PRECIOUS come down???---I saw BAI come down---Then they switched cams!!---She is so curious about everything---& I think she could have figured it out!!
Welcome Back DEB! Bundle up! We have one LOG in the nest that no one saw it being brought in...Anxious to see what is done with it...& by whom? lol
Norma - I think I looked a little late to see what you wanted me to at ZZ. I only see the adult now eating the bamboo. Flamingos still not wanting to get their feet wet!
MUST GO TO GROCERY MARKET---NEED FOOD!---Think I am going to see my FL Grand-kids tomorrow----unless we get snow!!---Keep fingers crossed!!---Later!!---WILL REMEMBER PRAYERS at noon!!!!!
That was really a sign for all of us. Our eagle appeared just in time for 12noon power prayer and as I said Amen to my prayer - our eagle flew off. That is too inspirational to describe.
JO It must have felt like the eagle was taking your prayers to God and then on to Sandra. When I first saw it, it thought what a beautiful sign it was.
Jo I got all excited. Just as I was about to start prayer for Sandra. Seen LIberty with the stick in his mouth. I got a pic of it because I felt he was trying to tell Sandra you can do it in rehab.
I'll try sending the pic around. I also put it in the album.
Oh My Goodness - SD Panda climbing structure outside...Is that who I think it is waaaaaaaaaay up there?
Going to get some lunch (soup & crackers)! Hubby has horrible cold which is settling in his throat. Will send him to DR tomorrow.... We both had flu and pneumonia shots.
Dana the picture went through the Eaglet Momsters email just great! Everyone can see it now! That was just too cool...... Our eagles very rarely come around right at noon! Ya Know?!!
Happy lunch time everyone,,,I'm in the middle of cooking dinner so will be in and out of the chat for a while,,Hubby not well,, [got cluster headaches in the back of his head and the front of his face and neck] so playing the ill baby card and demanding lots of food in bed !!!!
Talk about our little baby ZZ climbing that tree, I cant believe how advanced she is. been looking in at all the other cams at Washington,, the tamarins are going ape,,, no sign of lions, tigers, gorillas, and the cam to the orang utangs is down, the otters are asleep, but the flamingoes are very entertaining today, Tian still not about,, Mei out cold, and as for gobbo,,Well he just sleeps where he drops with his brand new blue ball. AND I'm running back into the kitchen to look at the food cooking,,,,or I will get sacked.
I see I missed the noon visit by our pair - I'll have to check out the log moving pics!
Meanwhile, I did get my pictures from Seneca Creek uploaded. I put them on my blog, and there is also a link to the album, because you can't view the video clips on the blog.
It was really neat - well worth the visit! It took about an hour to view it all...
Good afternoon dear friends, I took Sandra to the altar with me today in Church. We are continuing our prayer chain for you, dear Sandra, through out the week. Tom and Mom also in our prayers. God honors our prayers. We have been through some peaks and valleys with each other this year. I thank God that I have you ALL for friends and prayer warriors. Christmas and holidays are hard for those of us grieving losses whether this year or in years past. Sometimes it seems like yesterday that I lost my little brother, Mother, Dad, and Sis, and sometimes it seems a lifetime ago. May God richly bless all of you this year and allow our sorrows to make us better and not better. Love to all of you and so grateful for your friendship. Happy New Year!!! donna
Paula, I loved your winter lights. My favorite was the skating on ice. I had never seen the squirrel lights before. Suppose his name is George???? thanks for sharing donna
I missed that operation, Candy, but I just saw her on the ground in the lower l/h corner of the picture ... Bai Yun is chowing down on all that luscious bamboo. Total fiber diet. [:=)}
Good afternoon. Ichecked in and saw Belle and Lib in the next a couple of minutes ago. It's been raining here for about 3 hours, so they're pretty wet. I'm also watching the Redskins game, and it's cold and wet there, too.
Regarding the BWO nest item -- it looked like one of the eagle's brought a duck to eat. There was noticeable blood and a lot of feathers, so I think the one bird had duck for dinner.
MEGAN!!---I bet you husband is loving this "yucky" game!!---ho!--REDSKINS are playing well---DALLAS----not much!---We have lots of injuries!!!---(my excuse--& I am stickin' to it)----
OH MY!!---The 'LITTLE PRINCE' is sleeping with is nose flat on the rock!!!----ho!----MEI---Way back in her room with acres of bamboo!!-----She looks cute too!!
Welcome in NORMA, Lisa, Sunny and Jim. Just checked in to see if anything was going on, and now have to head in to watch Carolina play basketball on Fox. Nests are MT. Bai or someone is chewing on bamboo. Norma, cheer for the Tarheels tonight. Later
Paula when we lived in Georgia. They had the drive through like you went through. How much did yours cost?
They had this frog that jumped off a lily pad on one side of the bridge. It looked like it went under the water. Came up on other side of bridge onto a Christmas decoration. awesome
ANNE As far as I know, Jo hasn't filled us in on anything yet, but she hasn't signed out yet either. Said something about calling Tom and letting us know.
Well, just checked my emails. Don't see anything in our nest or on the Pa cam. Guess I'll call it a night. Everyone has seemed to have flown the coupe; maybe watching football. I go for a blood test tomorrow am so I might not be on early. All have a peaceful and restful night. Tomorrow brings a new day. Prayers for all out there, especially Sandra.
I don't have any update on Sandra. I haven't touched base with Tom today. I am headed off to bed so I'll try to get some info tomorrow. I won't try to visit until I know that Sandra wants company.
Just checking in before I go to bed. I am working tomorrow so I will be able to read the blog but not comment. I will be with you all at 12:00 your time. You too Chrissy. I am going to spend a quiet evening by myself and then head for Santa Barbara the next day when things quiet down.I have a date with Cary Grant! Well almost. Night everyone.
It's too bad that ROBOPANDA is headed for extinction, I was looking forward to a sale so I could buy another one to go with the ones that I sent you all for Christmas......What's that? You say you didn't get yours? Well, I guess we will just have to make a trip to San Diego and check into the matter.
Happy New Year's Eve, World. Weather has got to get better. Had sleet and snow and very heavy pea soup fog coming down here, but MD had almost no snow, just the heavy fog. That stopped before Frederick, sorta immediately. One sec you were in it, next split second it was clear as a bell. They have wet roads here, had rain, but that's all. Took a while getting in, but I made it. Saw Paula's link to the Robopanda article. Well, darn, looks like extinction for that thing! Darn, Wanda, haven't gotten mine yet. I'll try to hang in there without it! Will have to go see what I missed this weekend. All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
GOOD MORNING SUZ... What...you didn't get your ROBOPANDA? Please hang in there, Capt. Eagle and I will stop by San Diego when we are out west in March and she what the hold up is. But, then again, if they are going to be extinct, there probably won't be any left. :( We could fit ZZ in a side compartment of the Eagle Express and everyone could have visitation rights. :)
We have an outside shot of SD. I recall someone saying that ZZ was waaay up a tree yesterday and someone had to rescue her. Maybe she thinks she's and eagle.
OH, morning, Wanda! I SO much like the idea of bringing ZZ back and giving us visitation rights better than the Robopanda! That would be so cool. And yeah, guess they're gonna be extinct. For some reason, that doesn't hurt my feelings! Don't know what kind of view is on SD, but can't see anything, too dark. So haven't seen Bai or ZZ this morning at all. Tai is sound asleep, and he's only turned over, but Mei (I guess) has been pacing for hours.
Wanda, that's too funny! Poor Mei and Jim! I think ZZ better learn pretty quick how to come down! Wonder if a keeper had to get a ladder to get her down. Bet that was fun to watch!
It was either Dana or Candy who saw it, but didn't go into detail. We'll have to ask them if they join us this morning. There is just no stopping her now....she will probably get into more trouble every day until she grows up.:)
It doesn't look like BUTTERFLY MAMA is going to join us this morning. She & Hubby were out late at a party last night with us. CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE,KARLA? :)
We had a really nice time at the party. Some of the women wanted a Pina Colada, so Karla (being a mixologist) made a pitcher full and they were soooo good. She had that long drive home and it was late when she finally got there. I couldn't go to sleep until she called and said she go home safely. It was sleeting when we left the party and the driveway was very slippery, but the roads were ok. Karla said it was pea soup foggy on her mountain.
Morning, Sharon. I came through pea soup fog this morning, in the mtns in PA. Kinda cleared up a bit, but then I got out of it totally before Frederick. Looks like our beautiful Belle just hanging out.
Hi Deb, welcome back! How was your trip? Hope you had a wonderful time. Wanda, think the 2nd visit was Lib, first one was Belle. But I wouldn't swear to that!
Whatever that animal is in Africa, he's running around the zebras. They see him and don't seem afraid of it. He just sorta strolled on by, they kept eating, and now it's going off by the road.
My trip was nice, but way too short. I did put up some pictures, but only got one chance to go and take any. We got to see a Great Blue Heron nest, it was so big!

JIM, NORMA, MITS JO,SUNNY VICKY EAGLE IN NEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eagle Alert
Our Nest
Just in ti9me for Sandra's prayer
That was really a sign for all of us.
Our eagle appeared just in time for 12noon power prayer and as I said Amen to my prayer - our eagle flew off. That is too inspirational to describe.
Eagle alert again
Going to try to move the
LOG......
So far - Not moving!!!!
JO It must have felt like the eagle was taking your prayers to God and then on to Sandra. When I first saw it, it thought what a beautiful sign it was.
May be waiting for some help!
Where did you go Candy????????
I missed him during prayers, but he's back again.... fidgeting with the largish lumber.
Jim
They are probably going to use the "logs" to bolster up the outer part of the nest. The egg cup looks like it is getting nice and soft.
Glad you are there Candy
Want to get some pics when this LOG
starts to move!
TWO CAN DO IT
Hi Jim and Dana
both there now
Maybe it was LIberty that moved the stick for Sandra
Jo I'm letting you snap away lol
The egg well looks great.
JO I got a few pics of the visit this morning that I will put in the album.
The log has been moved more to the outer edge - maybe that is where they want it...... launching pad area!
I seen it being moved Jo thought it was Belle doing it. Until the 2nd one came in and realized Liberty moved it. Think I got the pic.
Both eagles are now on the BWO nest...
Jim
I guess Belle just wants to get the feel of the egg cup and see if it might need any more fluff. Liberty is "living on the edge" again.
POOF !
Libety left
JIM The two eagles at BWO are really a nice looking pair.
Liberty is getting up on his tippy talons! lol
Pushed off and
POOF
BOTH OF OURS ARE GONE NOW. Hopefully they will be back.
I would say that the past 15 minutes has been a healing time for Sandra!
I will try my best to get Tom on the phone sometime today if he doesn't call me.
I still can't get BWE nest to come up. Must be still having problems. Anyone seen any action at Santa Cruz today?
I wonder if the pair on the BWO platform is the
Lady & Lord Blackwater ?????
Well, that was a nice visit :)
Jo I got all excited. Just as I was about to start prayer for Sandra. Seen LIberty with the stick in his mouth. I got a pic of it because I felt he was trying to tell Sandra you can do it in rehab.
I'll try sending the pic around. I also put it in the album.
That was a nice visit. I missed seeing them while I was gone. It was a quick trip and we kept too busy to check cams.
I have not tried, Candy to get the SC nest up.
Oh My Goodness - SD Panda climbing structure outside...Is that who I think it is waaaaaaaaaay up there?

The Patriots game was good! The Giants put up a heck of a good fight.
I got to watch part of the Pat's game last night - that was a good game too!
I take it the Raven's won also!
Hail to the Redskins from my end of the country. Also hoped that the Giants would come through, but they didn't. :(
Hey ladies. It is halftime and we are down to only a 5 point lead. :( GOOOOOOOOOO HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELS! I don't hear you NORMA! :)
I am going to get scared if the other team keeps scoring 3 pointers.
Hey, I did see men working in the SD Zoo around ZZ and Bai and finally get ZZ down.

One deer with glowing eyes
Ravens 27
Steelers 21
Yes but remember the Ravens aren't in the play offs but the Steelers are.
Been watching alot of football this afternoon and evening.
It was cute the one Raven guy that is taking a month to decide if this is his last year. They showed him holding his little boy. Really cute.
I see the deer's ear!
Catching the Amazing Race now. Then going back and forth on football game.
Aha - there she is
LOL - Deer butt!
Deer keeps going in and out of cam view.
Yup - shy little thing!
They love those acorns
Paula when we lived in Georgia. They had the drive through like you went through. How much did yours cost?
They had this frog that jumped off a lily pad on one side of the bridge. It looked like it went under the water. Came up on other side of bridge onto a Christmas decoration. awesome

Any body home? Has anyone heard about Sandra today. I haven't read the blog yet.
Hi Anne!
Dana - the cost was $12/car on Fri & Sat, $10/car Sun-Thurs
LOL - Heidigirl - you are probably long gone!!
I don't have any update on Sandra.
I haven't touched base with Tom today. I am headed off to bed so I'll try to get some info tomorrow. I won't try to visit until I know that Sandra wants company.
Sent out a PPT on today's noon time visit. Hope it comes through for all.
GOOD NIGHT, ALL. Have a great "Just about New year Day."

Bashing the Robopanda
It's too bad that ROBOPANDA is headed for extinction, I was looking forward to a sale so I could buy another one to go with the ones that I sent you all for Christmas......What's that? You say you didn't get yours? Well, I guess we will just have to make a trip to San Diego and check into the matter.
GOOD NIGHT TO EVERYONE
SLEEP TIGHT
ROFLMBO
Good Night
We could fit ZZ in a side compartment of the Eagle Express and everyone could have visitation rights.
Mei must have the same problem as JIM. :)
Yup, I think so too. She's gonna explore everything now. She's gonna be a handful for Bai! But love watching her.
It doesn't look like BUTTERFLY MAMA is going to join us this morning. She & Hubby were out late at a party last night with us. CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE,KARLA? :)
Just now barely getting light at the Maine nest. Looks like it's covered in snow, and the wind is really blowing!
LOL, you mean you partied your DAUGHTER under the table! Oh my...
2 deer in PA!
Make that 3 deer.
Going for coffee now. Maybe LIb & Belle will come while I'm gone. Call me if they do. BB
No eagles, but Tai is now up. Mei is still pacing, and the deer in PA have moved on.
Snowing like mad in Maine.
BRB...
EAGLE ALERT, OUR NEST.
OH, AN EAGLE....
EAGLE ALERT!
I ALMOST MISSED IT....
GOOD MORNING SHARON...
Morning, Sharon.
I came through pea soup fog this morning, in the mtns in PA. Kinda cleared up a bit, but then I got out of it totally before Frederick.
Looks like our beautiful Belle just hanging out.
Mei is trying to get out that little treat door, and still pacing. And now Tai is pacing too.
Good morning Wanda and Suzanne. Happy New Years Eve!
And poof, gone.
Happy New Year's Eve to you too, Sharon! Stay safe today.
BACK!!!!!!
Gonna move some sticks!
OK, I have had my eagle fix. Going to have cup #2 of coffee with the Capt. BBILW
Wanda, think Lib is there now!
Sharon, hope your New Year is a WONDERFUL one.
2 eagles BWO, and Lib still there.
Mei has her morning treats.
Glad you caught me Suz. More eagle fix.
LOL, I tried to yell loud enough, Wanda!
There is no snow in the nest or on the ground. We had snow this morning. Hope that's all we're gonna get for a while.
And poof, gone again.
Was that Belle or Lib?
Gone, again. Glad I couldn't sleep and got to see the visit.
Morning, Suzanne, Wanda and Sharon.
Just when I think I can tell the difference, I can't!
Oh, a dog like animal on Africam! First time I've seen one of them. A wolf maybe?
OH, HI DEB....How was your trip. Hope you have some photos for us.
Looks like a very skinny wolf! Didn't know they had wolves in Africa.
BBILW
Oh wow, folks on the porch, and the zebras are still there grazing. How cool is that!
My trip was nice, but way too short. I did put up some pictures, but only got one chance to go and take any. We got to see a Great Blue Heron nest, it was so big!
They've let Mei out, and she's eating bamboo, but poor Tai is still inside. He's pacing, wants out.
Deer on the motiion activated cam in PA/
