We are home and I see a bobblehead has been spotted. So, we have a first...a hatching with Dad in charge. Interesting!
I need to change clothes and get outside. Have some plants to plant! We found some Holly Fern and some fennel. LOL We plant the fennel for the butterflies and caterpillars.

LOL Yes I found my way. I discovered as I logged in which took a while that once I made a post it came up right after 200. I thought I might disappear until we got a new thread. I also had a special phone call telling me to just post and here I would be. I tried all weekend to check up on Lynn and could never see more than 200 and even googled to find the answer. LOL. All better I guess. Good to be back BUT I do need to see BELLE.

All I can say is that Miss Belle must have a great deal of confidence in her young mate to be gone for so long! This time last year, ALL of the responsibility was on her. Nice that she has someone to share the job this year!

I did call Suzanne and we talked a good
while. We'll see her on the 21st as it now stands. Boxer, her newly house trained feral cat, is doing great. For those of you who remember her cats -
Tinker Bell feels threatened by Boxer and of course Suz said she doesn't like any of the other cats. Boxer, the new guy is in love with Precious. Follows her around everywhere and they talk to each other!

Thanks to Margy I got an email to alert me to the hatch. I thought I saw a pip whenI checked in this morning. A birding day with a friend. And I saw an eagle fly over the lake and scoop up a fish. that was a first for me.

Have been sick, unable to eat, all day. Don't know what's wrong, but suspect pain meds are too hard on my tummy.

Got to see Belle looking at babe, then settle down on the kids. I think she must have raided a hay bale. We may not be able to see bobblehead when she gets up. off to reboot puter--the only way to see the live cam--it won't refresh for me no matter what.
DanaMo...I was thinking the same thing earlier, but this chick looks so big and strog to be a 35 day hatch, I think it is #1 and #2 will make his appearance, maybe Friday, Fingers crossed!

Well, I thought I did see a pip in the second egg when the little boblehead was wiggling. Not sure, but I thought so at the time.

DMO, I didn't even have a snipping tool with my desktop PC that was running Vista, but Judy discovered that she has one and it works and she's running Vista as well. You can always resort to using Print Screen and then paste it to your Paint program - takes a few extra steps but that's what I always did before I got my laptop.
She's not quite ready to settle back down OK maybe this time?.
