his 3rd birthday! He wants to be called Donny - By his age I can remember my broken leg happened and I was in the hospital the day he was born!
Well I am about to start getting ready for a dental visit for a cleaning.

Very peaceful at the nest...Belle continues to watch and is now facing eleven. a bit windy and rather sunny. It is calm and peaceful.
Good luck with the dental visit JO...Do they give you dental floss packages and tooth brushes? I do not know when is the last time I bought either!!! They give them to me at least tw brushes and four dental floss packages every time I go in every six months.LOL

PAULA, Fresh snow on the mountains last night, but rain in town...I would say infront of my flat there is less than a foot left...we have little birds back so I do not think we are going to get another big dump of snow and towards the end of the month I am thinking I will change from my snow tires to the regular tires...SPRING...

Had a procedure done this morning and almost passed out. Was so shaky I couldn't drive home and had to have my mom come and get me. Been on the couch ever since.
Never had something like that happen and certainly didn't expect it. I thought I was going to be back in the classroom by 11:00, my poor aide!

I had uterine biopsy which caused me to almost pass out a couple of times. I had the biopsy because I am going to be having an Ablation done and this was the first step.
The Dadsters are big boys, DanaMo...sure they will care as much as we do....about YOU...hope all will turn out OK +

Shep continues to incubate and is facing noon.It continues to be a peaceful day at the nest. Fish is in the pantry and are they going to start pilling food in there for the little ones when they hatch...maybe it is too early I could hear PAULA telling me...LOL

Yup, sure hope to see a stocked pantry. Don't know if Shep will understand the signs beforehand, but I think the chick will make those instincts kick in...the eggs certainly did.

HODA, I gave up fighting my squirrels long ago! I find that, by giving them their own feeders and food, they leave the bird feeders alone! We all co-exist quite nicely!

Came home to a very heartfelt message on my machine from the vet's office apologizing big time for tacking a vet tech charge onto the dogs' nail trims - said it was a total mistake and they were so swamped that the vet told the receptionist to put the charge on the wrong client's invoice. I can accept that. Bella will be going back to the vet tomorrow afternoon - she keeps shaking her head and digging in her ears - something must be going on in there and the 3 types of ear wash I have at the house aren't clearing it up. Another vet bill - it's a good thing I love 'em so much!!
LORI, a brand spankin' new treadmill! Hope yours doesn't become something to hang the laundry on like ours did - you go, girl!!

WOW, nothing left but some bones and a tail! Belle carries some flugg over to the cup and finally gets back on the eggs - that was a 20 minute dinner break!!

Jumping in to say Good Evening! Long day in the yard and I am pooped. Dinner is in the oven, but I am already in my pj's! My fingers are stiff and my body aches from working on the new flower bed.
DanaMo, sorry you had an unexpected reaction to your procedure. Sounds like all is ok now. Hopefully, you will not have that with the next step.

The frogs the other night were peepers, bullfrogs and mostly woodfrogs. I found a bullfrog and a huge egg mass in the retention pond up the road here, but haven't found any woodfrog egg masses in puddles yet. Haven't heard the frogs again,either, been too chilly at night for them. But come a day or two from now, I think I'll be hearing them again as the weather warms up!
Make that "faces with names" please ;-P
