Based upon the comments made by biologists at NBG about their new female, it looks like our male is the same age....probably just turned 5 this past spring...so he would be 6 this coming spring.

Sad Paula about Turtle Bay probably won't be able to have a cam with nesting already started. Happy though that the eagles have a better tree and stayed in the area. Next season they can put up a cam so we can watch Turtle Bay.

Good Morning Everyone! Sorry I missed the eagle show. We had our own show here this morning.I awoke to sirens, but Fubby was outside and said there had been a gunfire exchange down and across the street, sounding like it came from developement down there.They blocked the entrance there & many police, some ambulances and firetruck went in. Ambulance came out & police eventually started leaving. Fubby spoke to one detective who said policeman had been shot, but would be OK. The perp didn't survive. No other details.
