I'm here for a moment, JudyE....almost sofa time for Jeopardy. As for whatever you wanted to post that was too long, why not copy & paste it into an email and send it to momster mail?
Are you still here, Judy? We just finished dinner and settled down in the family room. Hunter is working on his Lego construction in the living room--he likes to be nearby and there's not much floor space in here.

Ok I have a question I know it was mentioned awhile back but CRS has hit again the barn is it to the right and back of the nest ??? Or it could be sometimers or halftimes either way I really not for sure!!
It was mentioned before and I have the picture in my computer I was looking for a new avatar and saw the picture of the barn and nest and just couldn't remember I know one of the gal will tell The EAGLE FACT document did make it to monsters mail I saw it there
Below the live feed there are pictures of the NCTC buildings and the nest is this what you are thinking of? Are you thinking of the Momsters Photo Album?
yep that the picture I got a clear one of the Eagle Monster blog that is also on the front page of our blog under Steves picture on the list below you can get lost in that blog

It is very pretty My daughter loves barn when we would go on vacations together we would always go the back roads just to get unique picture of barns and other scenery I bet she has hundreds of pictures of barns somewhere
Will try to get a picture of Hunter's Lego accomplishment when he finishes. He doesn't want pictures taken--at least that is what he is saying. Kathryn wants to photograph it for FB.

JudyE--apparently no punishment for the defense; story was that they got caught in traffic, the crowd, and had to wait for elevator to 23rd floor..........DUH, right??? 30 mins??? They should have left earlier!!
Lynn, I was thinking it was for hay. I know tobacco barns have lots of planks that they open in order to allow the tobacco to dry. What was specifically stored in a bank barn? Do you know?
It may well be that the windows allow for free passage of air in a big wind storm so the barn doesn't collapse. Being so broadsided, it could happen easily with a strong wind so maybe it's like a pressure equalizer!
I had surprise company.....Carolyn and Charlie came....he got the corn into feeder...and it won't work. In trying to figure it out int he dark, he thinks there is a squirrel nest in the feeder.....praying that there weren't baby squirrels in there when he poured in 100# of corn......they will be back tomorrow evening to dump it and clean it out. He also patched the hole that the squirrels chewed into the metal, which is how they got in. :(

Okay, the sandperson is creeping down the hall. I recognize the stealthy footsteps.
Need to get some sleep to watch what may be the day Ms. Anthony takes the stand. I'll be surprised but it could happen.
The night light is on for anyone headed to the beach, to the tub, up the stairs, to the recliner, or stumbling in late from the West Coast. Restful sleep for all with hopes for relief from all the aches and pains.
Funny, Judie!!!! "Our" barn is actually on the farmer's part of the property, not NCTC's! But one time Ceil, Jim, MM and I DID drive up onto the bank and and stood in front of the barn!
SHIRLEY - My son Adam used to build such amazing things with LEGO's! I still have a HUGE bin of legos that I saved. I figured they would be great for his kids someday!
well, I'd love to stay and chat (and sing with Linda) but I have WAY over done it today and need to shower and hit the hay, but ice my knees first. Love you all and have a good night!
Lynn....I found the post on the AAWV page and shared it again, about the missing poodle. Thanks for the reminder that it was there!
Thought I had better check in. Still no answers. Have a stress test in the morning. Still don't know why my hemoglobin is dropping so fast. Praying for answers an solutions tomorrow. Please keep the prayers coming.
Hello Eagle Pals... have a whole lot of posts to catch up on...
just had about the best ISS flyover view ever...right on time, right on direction came right through the bowl of the Big Dipper and then 2/3 way across the sky Poof! out like a light bulb James....loved it. We wanted to see if anyone else saw it...or maybe will before the night is over
Alexis was here with her dad this evening and this time we did have spaghetti! Guess what though - Someone forgot the meatballs! She didn't say it until she had eaten a full serving.
Yes I will go to the beach over this holiday.. The weather is to be really good.
Now the celebrations must start for the possible arrival of Nick tomorrow, DRUM ROLL, Ladies and Gentlemen a toast to the most wonderful and excellent home Nick could go to...To Paula and her Roosts...he is one lucky golden retriever Paula.
I hope you and Lynn have a wonderful visit tomorrow and that you bring your new friend home also...let me know so I can have a bowl of pepermint and chocolate chip ice cream...
KAY LOL!!! I hope we have forty more days of summer, this way plants can have a chance and I could consider taking out my beach chair for when I go to the beach...Did I tell you Groundhog and I are distant cousins?
Jo maybe it has been answered: Wabda's avatar is a picture of Rocky, the Shepherd that her greanddaugher Jillian rescued a few years ago, think found it tied to a tree... however now that Jillian lives at the Fire Station, and the dog cannot...Rocky needs a new home... not sure about the costume about the ears though
Wow see that Lolly has seen ISS a couple of time, great !
Lynne know you are probably gone from here for the night... good to hear this evening was a better day, pretty stark report on your day yesterday Know that you have gotten comforting and wise counsel on here from your Fellow Momsters...
HODA, LOL right back at cha' ! Brings a smile to my face to think of "Groundhog Day", The Movie. Were you one of the extras in it ?
Great primer on Bank Barns, gals ! Very interesting. I can't wait for the next drive in the country with the kids where I shall wax eloquent on Bank Barns, for we're bound to see a few. I think the Amish often build that kind of multi-use barn.
LYNN, I've missed something. You have a corn crib or silo or sumthin' ? What's that all about ?
PAULA, will be thinking of you tomorrow, big time ! I'm as excited as I was the day LYNN brought Liesl home. How neat it is that you and she will now share this joyous occasion !
Awww, thanks Hoda! I will post on the blog before we leave the sanctuary!
Margy, thanks for answering Jo's question about Rocky...I forgot to! Wish I had known about Rocky before I saw Nick...wish I could do 2 dogs, but it is really hard for just one person, so I am going to stick with one dog for now.
Yah, big trip to Capon Bridge, Thursday.... Best wishes on everything, Paula... Hope you go up as two (you and Lynn) and return as three (you, Lynn, and Nick !) xoxo ♥
So Jo got away, almost, with no meatballs tonight for Alexis ☺ Enjoy everything about your trip to the Ocean (see how I avoided that B word...) squish your toes in the sand! And leave your cold germy things behind, Way Behind !
Good Evening Everyone in Eagleland! Already had a Panda nap, but night shift probably won't be around for long! Been watching all the Casey trial updates, etc.
Been looking for baby deer---little Spotties. Should be coming out soon. When leaving Park yesterday a group with one Spottie was standing on right side of the road. Most started heading into the woods there, but the one baby ran left across the road, so Monm follwed! Shot a pic thru windshield, but baby way on the edge & Mom blurry from running so fast. Gotta read back, but hope everyone ill yesterday, like Sharon, is feeling much better.
For all those hitting the hay, Pleasant Feather Dreams ;>)
Lynn sounds like a great day for you and Liesl, and a visit from Caro and hubby as well
Well, it might be about time to sign off here... might watch a few cartoons! James and I and other Grandma had a really nice day in Berkeley Springs...swimming and then doing "the usual." (Goodwill, McDonalds)
Have him here for another sleepover, he is on summer schedule, stay up late, sleep in!
Prayers for wellness, and Healing... and for Sweeeeet Sleep God Bless This Nest, and God Bless Us, Every One xoxo ♥
Yeah, that IS pretty Cool, Judie You Rascal! Hey how are the plants doing ???
Oh, ileanthus plant I got from Megan..is about to bloom the most beautiful flower, like a lavendar rose....took one plant to a friend's - his bloomed this morning...spectacular !
Just went back and looked at my cousin Virginia Cornue's information. She got a PhD in cultural anthropology from Rutgers in 2001, so she may know lots of people who are there now.
She got her undergraduate degree in 1967. I think she must like to go to school. But, then I got my undergraduate degree in 1964 and didn't get my graduate degree until 1989. No PhD for me, though.
If the name Jim Spickler sounds familiar in this article, that's because Jim has been helping to band the eaglets on Santa Cruz and Catalina with IWS as well. He was on the Sauces nest this year. Jim really gets around!
Hi, Gang, Checking in to say goodnight. Glad to hear that Sharon did NOT have a heart attack! Hoping for some good answers tomorrow. Prayers!!!
Lynne2, hang in there! My heart goes out to you! Hope you can find just the right new job, and can then tell that stinker to take a hike!
Hoda, love your excellent advice to Lynne2! Right on!
Lynn, so glad you and Liesl had such a nice bunch of visitors today! Bet a certain pup sleeps well tonight!
Margy, so glad that you, James, and the other Grandma had such a good time today!
Paula, will be thinking about you and Lynn tomorrow! Oh, the excitement!
Well, need to get busy doing more transcription. Just in case I don't make it back here, I'm making sure the porch light is on. Enabling both security systems, too. Prayers for everyone, especially those who need healing. Prayers for all creatures, too! God bless, and goodnight! Love all of you! :o]
Linda, I was talking to Diann when I asked how things were in PA!
Would love to see a pic of your red barn! I pass an old barn when I go to town that has the old Mail Pouch Tobacco motif painted on it. Saw someone stopped on the roadside taking a picture of it yesterday!!
Kay, I have a corn feeder that is set on a timer to dispense corn every 6 hrs. Also have an old one that Bill built that the corn just flowed out a pvc pipe into a feed trough....but I was going through WAY too much corn with it, so SIL got me the new one a couple of years ago. Corn prices just got too high to continue with the free-for-all!
Hi Loretta and Margy! Glad you both popped in! Busy ladies!!!!
Did you hear about the Diamondback Terrapins on the tarmac at JFK in NY???? Migrating to the beach....shut down air traffic for half an hour while maint. people put them in trucks and moved them!!!
Nice article about Jim Spickler, Paula. Margy, Wanda......isn't or wasn't that the name of some local person of renown??? I know there was MErle, but isn't/wasn't there a Jim, too?
Oh...just one more thing (Yes, Columbo?)....Mits thinks that the time is VERY close for Mei if it is going to happen! She slept until right before her shift ended!!
Well, here I am dragging tail again. By the time I read all the day's comments, everyone has gone to bed.
Got to GG's today and she had forgotten she was to get her do did. Found her pulling weeds in the hot sun. She could barely get up the porch steps...had to help her. She wiped her face off and I brushed back her hair with my hand and off we went. We were only 10 mins. late...her hairdresser was also running late, so it was all good:) Yes, JUDIE, she is beautiful:) FC/Gene worked in the yard the whole time I was gone and said his Shingles are still not bothering him. I hope he is one of the lucky ones and gets through this without too much pain.
Paula and Lynn, do hope you enjoy your jaunt to Berkeley Springs and that you come home with NICK!
LYNNE, my heart breaks for you...I can't imagine ANYONE speaking to you in that manner. You are so sweet to everyone and don't have a mean bone in your body! You didn't deserve that. Praying that something better will come along and you can leave SIMON LEGREE!
MARGIE, give James a hug from me and have a wonderful day with him♥
Checking in briefly after reading all the posts. No time left to write, but wanted to wish PAULA and LYNN well on their trip to see NICK!
Glad everyone is well for the most part - Sharon still praying for you!
Couldn't get back on last night as Bobby & Alvin were non-stop playing. Had them out three times in 3 hours. Alvin, the tiny one (who eats like a horse) is growing some.
LORI,sounds like the kitties are thriving and losing any feral traits they may have had. No one can blame you for playing with them rather than blogging !!!
SHIRLEY, my son, Lee, is in France for an Anthro conference. When he returns I'll run Virginia's name by him. It's a cinch they know each other !
LYNN, is the corn eaten by deer or by many different birds and animals ? Is your outdoor camera aimed that way ?
Judy grumbled about being up early yesterday and the possibility of being up and the eagles not showing - the Truder popped into the nest not even 20 seconds later.
The calendar here is wide open, LORI. Nothing planned, though I should take another room apart like I did with Seth's room the other night. No furniture moving/rearranging however. If something more appealing comes a long you can bet I'll jump at it !
That weather forecast is a close match for that of Columbus. Should be a clear night for Red, White and Boom, the fireworks display downtown Friday night. Saturday our family will be celebrating Seth's 17th birthday with a poolside dinner. A good weekend ahead. What are your plans for the long weekend and holiday ?
Bobby and Alvin were so cute last night. I'd get them out of their huge crate (it's a huge crate that's even big for FloBear), and they would play and terrorize each other for 40 minutes or so, then I would put them back and they would cry and cry until I picked them up -- put them down and they would cry, so off we would go to play some more. They are just adorable.
I usually go to my parents for the 4th of July big family wing-ding; however, they've been motorhome camping a lot and they want me to meet them at their campground. Not sure about that!
I doubt it KAY. They usually don't go more than 3 hours MAX away. Sometimes they'll camp with their group at people's family camps so they have a pond, a cabin, etc.
There will be firework displays all over the greater Columbus area Friday and Monday. Each suburb having it's own show. I live in Clintonville and the big show takes place a a huge city park 2 miles south of me. Worthington, the neighbor to the north sets off their sizzlers from the H.S. grounds, about 2 miles north of me. There shows are always on the same night and I can hear the boomers from both. It sounds like I'm sitting in the middle of a battleground ! I won't be going to any of them--I love celebrating with D.C., NYC and Boston each year though my TV--no squeeters, no crowds.....
Thought I would hop on and say good morning. They woke me up at 5:15 so I could give myself a bedside bath. Stress test won't be until at least 8:30. Praying for answers today. I love you, my eagle budlets.
I'm with you KAY. When I had horses I always stayed home because I didn't want the barns to catch fire... now I live in the woods and I just don't feel safe leaving.
SHARON, we love you, too and are thrilled to hear from you. Did you request that early wake-up ? It always amazes me that hospitals are set up for bed rest, but they give patients little time to really rest !
I'm going to give them til' 7 o'clock. Want to get to e-mail, newspapers about that time, as usual. I haven't been watching The Trial much, but thought I'd tune in today. The defense should be trying to hit hard as the trial is nearing an end. Sounds like most of their witnesses are turning hostile and doing more for the prosecution than anything else !
Defense resting today ? Wow, seems to me they have not made their case well at all. But, like I said, I've not been a daily 13th juror and don't catch up with it at night like some are doing.
Guilty ! Hard to guess how a jury will react---they don't hear and see some of the evidence we are privy to. Nor do they see Casey's manner and demeanor change when they aren't in the room.
Okay, dear LORI, hopefully someone now lurking out there will come forward to see you through the next two hours. I'm getting too antsy and edgy. Going into LM. I've enjoyed this time spent with you sooooo muchh !
I knew Virginia's mother better than I know Virginia. Her mother was a very unique personality. I think Virginia has followed in her mother's footsteps. I was happy to find Virginia on Facebook. It will be interesting to see what your son has to say.
Kay, I remember taking Rus to see fireworks in Gahanna when he was very young. We were sitting in the car, very close, and he was so frightened that he crawled under the dashboard. We had to move a bit further away.
Apparently KAY's wishes bring good luck! Look who is here!
Hello THELMA & SHIRLEY!
I haven't watched the Casey Anthony trial at all, but am curious about what KAY said - about how Casey's demeanor changes when the jurors are not in the courtroom. Anyway, the Defense has said that it expects to rest TODAY!
Good Morning one and all looks like no visit this am again What is it going to be just a every couple of days visitation from them What do we have to do go to court and get our visitation days on court order
I'm okay Lori, thanks. They are waiting now for them to take her. I'm not sure about the schedule. I think it is when they get ready, you know how that goes.
Hey that sounds like a great plan you all have to go Video HODA and its a public event so invitation not needed LOL you could surprise her Wouldn't that be neat
On Casey Anthony: They have had a lot to say about her demeanor. She shows no emotion when her parents are crying and upset, and she gave a little smirk when her father left the witness stand broken up and crying.
But she cried (it seemed) when a grief specialist was on the stand. It seems that it is hard for her to play-act because she doesn't know the proper reactions. I expect it would be hard to play-act for as long as this trial has gone on.
My gut feeling is that she is guilty, but I think that's almost everyone's gut feeling. Judie says she is a psychopath, and I have heard lots of others say the same thing.
I really think that she has hurt a lot of people over the years.
We will be heading out to Culpeper this afternoon, so I won't see all of today's events at the trial. I am sure there will be a multitude of replays, though.
Casey had a major melt down when her brother cried and broke down so did she but not when her parents broke down HMMMM I really think there was something going on between them What do you all think??

I'm hoping that we aren't going to have a leaf up against the camera lens soon.
Oops--before I sit down comfy...JudyE, your friends hubby is probably okay putting on the cream as long as he washes his hands well afterwards!
One problem with nature cams is that you have to deal with the quirks that nature gives us--ants, spiders, leaves, etc.
KAY you can't fool with mother nature CUTE LM and trial
So true Shirley about the cams and nature...Autumn will soon be upon us and the leaf will be taken care of. I bet the colour will be stunning then. One of the reason it is so noticeable today is the direction of the wind.
Camera shook and big bird shadow flew top of the nest...
Remember one of them flew to the tree last night about this time to but never came down
Yes Judy E I remember reading about that last night when I came back.
Its was beautiful to see one of them fly right when I was look at the cam it scared me my heart skipped a beat
I can imagine as the wing flutter would be sudden and it would take time to foucs and they would be gone...heart beat skip seems like and appropriate response.
Ok I have a question I know it was mentioned awhile back but CRS has hit again the barn is it to the right and back of the nest ??? Or it could be sometimers or halftimes either way I really not for sure!!
I am not sure Judy E where the barn is...maybe some of the locals who have actually visited the site could let us know...
It was mentioned before and I have the picture in my computer I was looking for a new avatar and saw the picture of the barn and nest and just couldn't remember I know one of the gal will tell
The EAGLE FACT document did make it to monsters mail I saw it there

JudyE...can you please delete your post with the group email address from this blog....bots will get it and we will get spammed. Thnak you
Barn is to the left of the nest...off the 9-10 position
Oh, and never post an email address where anyone can see it on the www ☺
yep that the picture I got a clear one of the Eagle Monster blog that is also on the front page of our blog under Steves picture on the list below you can get lost in that blog
JO have fun at the beach! Will you have a houseful?
Hoda, that would be an SD card for your camera.
done and it didn't work any way that is the second time I tried to email something and it didn't go ---- so I ended up just replying one of the existing email and pasted it after I cut out its contents
Can't stay to watch...have to go feed a kitty and some fish...bbialw
Oh Judy E Thank you so much for cathcing Paula's email and acting onit right away...I am forever touched by how we look out for each other on this blog.
or it could be a XD card that is the kind of Sim card mine takes
oh no don't feed the kitty the fish LOL
Thanks, JudyE
Question do lawyers get punished for not being on time like this morning??? they never did say
Talk to you later Paula...We'll let you know if Miss Belle graces us with her presence or if Truder makes an appearance.
I have this picture of the barn and the Sycamore Palace. Took me awhile to find it and post it, so all of the questions might already be answered by now.

I do not know why the barn has so many windows. It is a unique barn for sure. I have always liked it.
It is very pretty My daughter loves barn when we would go on vacations together we would always go the back roads just to get unique picture of barns and other scenery I bet she has hundreds of pictures of barns somewhere
I love the picture on Paula's blog for the Momsters.
I like barns, too.
I love that blog I have looked at some of it the cam view was different years ago
Yes, there have been several different placements of cameras.
Oh no colors are fading this is not good ;o(
I can't believe its almost 9 time flies to fast for me any more
For the newbies, the leaf is something to tolerate. Should have been around when a tree was growing in the center of the nest.
Yes, lawyers can be fined or held in contempt depending on the circumstances and the judge's mood at the time.
Shirley, glad Hunter is occupied and giving you some space. He's a cutie.
Lynn, egg salad it was.
Okay, going to head over to the t.v. to watch something important - NOT.
BBL
OK EAGLES our window of opportunity is closing now so come on down we know you are up there Hoda saw your shadow
I had said something this morning and just after I said it Truder showed up
OK Night vision switch, does not seem like there will be an evening visit.
I think you are right HODA
Well I'm calling it a day Its really been a long one today and I had to grocery shop after work and I dislike that sooo much

Will try to get a picture of Hunter's Lego accomplishment when he finishes. He doesn't want pictures taken--at least that is what he is saying. Kathryn wants to photograph it for FB.
Big Bird/Eagle? flies below the Y branch and below the nest.
I know I was heading out of here but I just had to post this It was just on face book and I thought was tooo funny Move here and they take your doggies DNA for later in case you don't pick up his dropping you get fined
ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR FINE
I do not know why the barn has so many windows. It is a unique barn for sure. I have always liked it.

Right, JudyE---there are no stupid questions.
The barn is what is called a bank barn. Don't know why they have so many "windows" but every bank barn I've ever seen has them.
Lynn, I was thinking it was for hay. I know tobacco barns have lots of planks that they open in order to allow the tobacco to dry. What was specifically stored in a bank barn? Do you know?
BBIALW, gotta go water some plants.
It may well be that the windows allow for free passage of air in a big wind storm so the barn doesn't collapse. Being so broadsided, it could happen easily with a strong wind so maybe it's like a pressure equalizer!
Sorry, just reread, and you said you didn't know. Will have to check it out.
Hmmmm. A bank barn? Well, I think a visit to inspect is in order. Maybe money is stored there.
Bank barns are multi-purpose....built into a bank, they essentially have three levels. Lowest level on the front is ground floor where equipment can be pulled under shelter. On the higher bank side is where the stock could be brought in and sheltered. 3rd level---accessible by pulley in the old days, and nowadays by conveyor, was for hay storage......and yes the windows would help with aeration for it.
Evening All ☺

Hi all! Been weeding since getting home from work, took dogs out for a nice romp in the field, ate dinner. Ready to pass out now!
Funny, Judie!!!! "Our" barn is actually on the farmer's part of the property, not NCTC's! But one time Ceil, Jim, MM and I DID drive up onto the bank and and stood in front of the barn!
Don't know where I should start to catch up on what is going on again.
Really tired tonight, for some reason!
I think emotional stress can really wear you out!
I'm sure I won't get caught up on what is going on, but wanted to say "hi" to everyone and hoping everyone is doing well.
How is Gene doing? Kay's friend and son's MIL?
SHIRLEY - How's the knee?
PAULA - Will be thinking of you and your new addition tomorrow!!
Work was a bit better today, and thank you Hoda for the kind words!
I do think of that place as a temporary job.
Lynn, glad Liesl had such fun with all of the company today! And I sure hope there weren't babies in the corn :(
Light is out...hey, JudyE---don't need to worry about the leaf now!
Hi, Diann!!! How's everything in PA?? Hope you are feeling better.
We just built a barn last fall. It's beautiful. Dennis just stained it barn red and I love it.
It isn't a barn for hay or animals, but more for storage, the truck, tractor and a wood shop upstairs.
SHIRLEY - My son Adam used to build such amazing things with LEGO's! I still have a HUGE bin of legos that I saved. I figured they would be great for his kids someday!
Diann, hope your stressors cease and desist "pronto" as Margy would say!
Judie, sleep tight. I seriously doubt that Casey will take the stand.....I can't wait to see how Ashton tears apart River Cruz!!!
Carolyn's visit topped off Miss Liesl's day! She is out like a light now!
well, I'd love to stay and chat (and sing with Linda) but I have WAY over done it today and need to shower and hit the hay, but ice my knees first. Love you all and have a good night!
Lynn....I found the post on the AAWV page and shared it again, about the missing poodle. Thanks for the reminder that it was there!
LYNNe - Would love to stay and sing with you, too!! I'm too tired as well!! Sleep well, my friend!!
LYNN - Are you talking to Me or to PA Diann?
How is SHARON? Is she still in the hospital?
SHARON - Keeping you in my prayers... I hope you're feeling better and have some answers by now.
Although short, it was nice to pop in and check in on everyone.
I'm exhausted and am heading upstairs for the night!
Will remember you all in my prayers!
Good Night & Love to all.......Linda
Linda, glad you could pop in! Does your hubby do woodworking?
Lynn, thanks for the info on the bank barn!
Last update I heard on Sharon is that she did not have a heart attack.
Thought I had better check in. Still no answers. Have a stress test in the morning. Still don't know why my hemoglobin is dropping so fast. Praying for answers an solutions tomorrow. Please keep the prayers coming.
Hello Eagle Pals...
have a whole lot of posts to catch up on...
just had about the best ISS flyover view ever...right on time, right on direction
came right through the bowl of the Big Dipper
and then 2/3 way across the sky
Poof! out like a light bulb
James....loved it.
We wanted to see if anyone else saw it...or maybe will before the night is over
Sharon posted on FB about 30 minutes ago
Good evening everybody. Been another long day with no answers. Stress test tomorrow and another CBC. Praying for answers.
Alexis was here with her dad this evening and this time we did have spaghetti! Guess what though -
Someone forgot the meatballs! She
didn't say it until she had eaten a
full serving.
Yes I will go to the beach over this holiday.. The weather is to be really
good.
If Hoda sees an eagle shadow does it mean we'll have 40 more days of summer ? ☺
Very sleepy now. I will plan to go to the dentist's with Kathryn tomorrow.
She's going to try to allow enough time to take Hunter and register him at his new school. I have to go along and help establish residency.
KAY LOL!!! I hope we have forty more days of summer, this way plants can have a chance and I could consider taking out my beach chair for when I go to the beach...Did I tell you Groundhog and I are distant cousins?
Jo
maybe it has been answered:
Wabda's avatar is a picture of Rocky, the Shepherd that her greanddaugher Jillian rescued a few years ago, think found it tied to a tree...
however now that Jillian lives at the Fire Station, and the dog cannot...Rocky needs a new home...
not sure about the costume about the ears though
Wow see that Lolly has seen ISS a couple of time, great !
sorry about the typos
Best wishes for tomorrow, for Kathryn and also Hunter, Shirley...and you of course
Thunder and Lightning and a down pour...the skies are awe inspiring... I'll step away a bit from the computer though...BBL
Lynne
know you are probably gone from here for the night...
good to hear this evening was a better day, pretty stark report on your day yesterday
Know that you have gotten comforting and wise counsel on here from your Fellow Momsters...
Hope you go up as two (you and Lynn) and return as three (you, Lynn, and Nick !)
xoxo ♥
Okay, I have the prayer needs in mind now and am ready for a little talk with The Man Upstairs.
Wishing you all sweet dreams !
♥L♥I♥B♥E♥R♥T♥Y !!!!!!!
So Jo got away, almost, with no meatballs tonight for Alexis ☺
Enjoy everything about your trip to the Ocean (see how I avoided that B word...)
squish your toes in the sand!
For all those hitting the hay,
Pleasant Feather Dreams ;>)
Wabda has a greanddaughter! Cool!
YAY, I hit 500. Do I get hit w/something??? LOL
Lynn
sounds like a great day for you and Liesl, and a visit from Caro and hubby as well
Well, it might be about time to sign off here...
might watch a few cartoons!
James and I and other Grandma had a really nice day in Berkeley Springs...swimming and then doing "the usual." (Goodwill, McDonalds)
Have him here for another sleepover, he is on summer schedule, stay up late, sleep in!
Prayers for wellness, and Healing...
and for Sweeeeet Sleep
God Bless This Nest, and
God Bless Us, Every One
xoxo ♥
Yeah, that IS pretty Cool, Judie
You Rascal!
Hey how are the plants doing ???
Oh, ileanthus plant I got from Megan..is about to bloom the most beautiful flower, like a lavendar rose....took one plant to a friend's - his bloomed this morning...spectacular !
Yes you do Loretta
you get hit with a whole bunch of
(( hugs ! ♥ ))
'Night now...
Great Lakes Eaglets
MARGY have fun with James! When do you go back to work?
When does James go back?
I am going to head upstairs before I do a faceplant into the keyboard. God bless and good night. I will see you tomorrow.
IAA flyover here in a few....going to take the dogs out to watch!
Hi, Gang,
Checking in to say goodnight.
Lynn, that's neat that Liesl's foster Mom came by for a visit. Glad she is going to foster more dogs!
Oh Lynn, going to meet you at 2pm tomorrow...gotta go to the bank and grab some lunch before I hit the road!
Going to hit the hay! Need my rest for tomorrow!
(((HUGS FOR ALL♥)))
Hi Loretta and Margy! Glad you both popped in! Busy ladies!!!!
Did you hear about the Diamondback Terrapins on the tarmac at JFK in NY???? Migrating to the beach....shut down air traffic for half an hour while maint. people put them in trucks and moved them!!!
Okay, Paula....2 it is. See you then! BTW---Exit 16E is the second ramp!!
Nice article about Jim Spickler, Paula.
Margy, Wanda......isn't or wasn't that the name of some local person of renown??? I know there was MErle, but isn't/wasn't there a Jim, too?
Hey, Andy! Hope you are settled for the evening! Get Emma in your lap and relax!!
TIme for me to log off. Y-a-w-n! Tired....and excited about tomorrow's adventure with Paula!!!
See you in the AM. Peace, and prayers for all.
Oh, and even tho' I said it in an email--JO---have a great vacation!!!
Oh...just one more thing (Yes, Columbo?)....Mits thinks that the time is VERY close for Mei if it is going to happen! She slept until right before her shift ended!!
Goodnight and God bless to all who have headed up to bed...It is still stormy here tonight, thunder and lightning however have stopped for now...
Headed to the b---- ed! Getting late and
want to rise early
Good night my friends
When away I'll have dial up - you won't here from me too often.
I'll have you in my thoughts & Prayers
Hugs to all ♥♥♥♥♥♥
HEAR not HERE Bad Computer.... ♥
You will be in our hearts and our thoughts JO. Drive Safely and Happy Fourth.
Goodnight
I think I will sign off now...Prayers and God's Blessings to all and will see you in the morning God Willing. Goodnight all.
We were only 10 mins. late...her hairdresser was also running late, so it was all good:) Yes, JUDIE, she is beautiful:)
FC/Gene worked in the yard the whole time I was gone and said his Shingles are still not bothering him.
MARGIE, give James a hug from me and have a wonderful day with him♥
GOODNIGHT MY FRIENDS
PRAYERS FOR ALL
JO, have a fun time at your B---- House...not too much sun!
Love you all! Be safe in your travels today.
Good Morning Early Birds!!!
So grateful we can be together today!
G☺☺D M☼RNING Early Birds !
Best of the morning to you KAY!
Are you rested?
Looks a little breezy at Sycamore Palace. You are cleared for touchdown Belle n' Truder !
Hi LORI ! I am rested, thank you ! Had a better than average nights sleep and am ready to enjoy this last day of June to the utmost ! How about you ?
LOL cleared for touchdown.
Judy grumbled about being up early yesterday and the possibility of being up and the eagles not showing - the Truder popped into the nest not even 20 seconds later.
Ha ! JUDY may be sleeping in as this is a Jordyn day. Hope the beautiful birds will favor us with a visit anyway !
TRUDER, u-whooooooo...Tower calling Belle. Can we have an ETA, please?
We have another beautiful day of mostly mid 80's weather today!
I'll grab the nest forecast.
What's on your agenda, KAY?
I see that Truder landing was at 5:18 yesterday morning. Could happen anytime now !
Independende Day Weekend NEST Forecast
Today: Sunny, with a high near 84. Calm wind becoming northwest between 6 and 9 mph. Lown 53.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 88. North wind between 3 and 5 mph.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. Calm wind becoming west between 4 and 7 mph.
Sunday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 94. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Independence Day: Mostly sunny, with a high near 91.
The calendar here is wide open, LORI. Nothing planned, though I should take another room apart like I did with Seth's room the other night. No furniture moving/rearranging however. If something more appealing comes a long you can bet I'll jump at it !
I do that too, KAY. Look when they arrived last time. Ah, you never know, but a least we have an early start to the day.
I hope HODA got enough info from JUDYE and PAULA yesterday to get a little video.
I may have to go visit and do my own video, HODA! Wanna go, KAY? Guess we should wait for HODA to invite us first. :)
Red, white and BOOM is a great name!
Color bathes the nest. Lovely !
Are your parents camping out in some gorgeous forested and cooler area ? If so, I'd say, go for it !
Pretty windy down there. The camera looks unstable - getting those lines in it and all staticky - no such word, but. . .
Thought I would hop on and say good morning. They woke me up at 5:15 so I could give myself a bedside bath. Stress test won't be until at least 8:30. Praying for answers today. I love you, my eagle budlets.
That is "their shows are.." Should slowdown, preview and edit !
I'm with you KAY. When I had horses I always stayed home because I didn't want the barns to catch fire... now I live in the woods and I just don't feel safe leaving.
WE LOVE YOU SHARON!
SHARON, we love you, too and are thrilled to hear from you. Did you request that early wake-up ? It always amazes me that hospitals are set up for bed rest, but they give patients little time to really rest !
SHARON, lots of prayers for you this week. Let us know how your test comes out. We'll wait to hear from you or SISSY, or THELMA.
Hope you get some resolution to this from your doctor.
Oh,oh, the nest cam is acting up, hope we aren't about to lose it. Could it be so dark due to a storm. That is not in the forecast.
Whew, cam cleared, that's a relief !
Well, KAY, they could still show, but probably not. It's an hour later than yesterday's appearance.
Wonder what they're doing. Hmmmm.
The Defense has said it will rest it's case today! Trial watchers will soon have extra time on their hands.
Defense resting today ? Wow, seems to me they have not made their case well at all. But, like I said, I've not been a daily 13th juror and don't catch up with it at night like some are doing.
What's your gut feeling? Guilty or Not Guilty?
WCV cam still down due to Tuesday night storms. We aren't the only ones who experience this disappointment !
Guilty ! Hard to guess how a jury will react---they don't hear and see some of the evidence we are privy to. Nor do they see Casey's manner and demeanor change when they aren't in the room.
That was my delete, had to rephrase.
Okay, dear LORI, hopefully someone now lurking out there will come forward to see you through the next two hours. I'm getting too antsy and edgy. Going into LM. I've enjoyed this time spent with you sooooo muchh !
Kay,
I knew Virginia's mother better than I know Virginia. Her mother was a very unique personality. I think Virginia has followed in her mother's footsteps. I was happy to find Virginia on Facebook. It will be interesting to see what your son has to say.
Oh, pardon, good morning everyone!
Good morning eagle momsters and dadsters.
Hi Thelma!
Hello Stronghunter. We are waiting for Sharon to have her stress test this morning.
I hope it all goes well, Thelma. Prayers.
How are YOU, T-BIRD?
Is Sharon's test still scheduled for 8:30?
I have been watching the trial recently, though I have by no means seen everything. Don't watch much when Kathryn is here. It's family time.
Hunter isn't interested. I don't want him to be. It is a bit heavy for a kid. Kathryn finds it too upsetting.
Good Morning one and all looks like no visit this am again What is it going to be just a every couple of days visitation from them What do we have to do go to court and get our visitation days on court order
SHARON praying you get good news today
I'm okay Lori, thanks. They are waiting now for them to take her. I'm not sure about the schedule. I think it is when they get ready, you know how that goes.
Yeah, hospitals have an odd way of operating. They do like to wake you up at the oddest hours.
Hey that sounds like a great plan you all have to go Video HODA and its a public event so invitation not needed LOL you could surprise her Wouldn't that be neat
Two questions for our resident expert - JUDIE:
1. Is Ms. Anthony, IYHO, Guilty or NOT Guilty?
2. What verdict to you think the jury will return on the major charges?
OK JudyE - Wanna go? HODA / BC here we come! ☺
You all live closer to her than me Fl little far for a road trip LOL
I think we need more JUDYs/JUDIEs and LYNNs/LYNNEs on here!
JUDYE - we don't have to go tomorrow, someday we'll all be retired and hopefully HODA will still be rowing then!
I'm interested it what Judie has to say, too.
I wonder where Jordyn will want to go today she always says Largo Park that is the really nice one
I will have to wait for the answer as I do have to leave in a few min to pick up Jordyn
Shirley do you have a DVR to record it??
Hello everyone. Dropping in.
The scene on the nest is pretty with a bouquet of leaves right in front of the cam. At least it's not Spidey. No eagles moving around.
I see Sharon needs some prayers.
The hot topic is the Casey trial. Not going to watch that. Too heavy.
I almost missed that squirrel passing by the nest.
I will see you all later off to go get Jordyn for the day
Bye JUDYE! Go to Largo Park if that's her favorite. Have fun and stay cool.
