With this kind of weather, I can't help but picture the BWE nest last year with those 2 little eggs in the nest and snow and ice all around. Then, along came SNOWY AND SNOW WHITE. Nature can be so wonderful and cruel at the same time.
Hey, Sharon...did you see the CONOWINGO videos on facebook? I couldn't help but think of you while we were there. YOU would have enjoyed that so much. I can remember the look on your face when you saw Lib & Belle in our nest (in person) for the first time. PRICELESS! I have photos:)
Oh my goodness...just saw a beautiful shot of Lilly's face..a first for me. She looked as if she could have been giving a good cleaning to a cub or maybe just soothing herself. WHAT A SWEET FACE!
Lily the Black - Bear Lily seems to be in active labor, restless and uncomfortable. Hopefully the waiting will end soon for all of us -- including Lily!
then someone posted that they saw a baby already....don't think so!!
Lynne2 prayers in route for Wendy, family and you. Glad it isn't the worse kind. Praying they can remove and she gets use of that side of her body back.
Oh my dear sweet Hedgie-Lynn. So sorry about Carolyn. Those people she is working with need a reality check; well atleast some of them. Not offering her to join in with them. Put in moldy basement...fry and fire that guy!!!!! Carolny will get something even better. What kind of work is it she does?
I now think that even with the hum and the lower setting for sound on the Lily cam. If she had a cub and it is anything like a panda cub with making noise. We would definetly hear it.

Weather conditions are deteriorating---snow mixing in now. School buses are having trouble getting over the mountain. Yuck.
