My neighbors had to cut their romantic weekend short by a few hours today....their baby, 10 old Jake (stayed with his granny)is really sick. They said he had been fussy Saturday night but no fever or anything. But at his granny's he got much worse so they came back and took him to the Dr. He has 2 infected ears and his tonsils are infected. The Dr. said he may have MONO....will know for sure tomorrow. Not good news for Kelsey or for me having had her all weekend.....Please say a prayer for Jake, he is so miserable. Mom and Dad won't be getting much sleep tonight I'm sure.

Megan, love the avatar! Sweet William Catchfly is my favorite wildflower...we have them growing all over the place in late spring! The garden Sweet William I guess was developed from the wildflower? They smell SOOOO good!
Poor Baby Jake. I haven't heard of a child so young having mono.

I hope it isn't Mono...the Dr did tell her that younger children usually get over it faster than older kids, but better not to have at all!
