Wonder if you folks would do me a favor and check out this new cam my buddies Pete and Rollin posted. They are also starting a blog so please check it out and say hello if you have a chance.
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!---I didn't have time this am to read all the blog!!---I checked the NEW CAM---COOL!----I told them I was looking for JETHRO GIBBS (Mark Harman) working on his boat!--ho! MORNIN' MARGY!---I think PAULA'S 'SNOWMAN' needs to go to the bathroom---He sure acts like he does!---ho!---have a long nap-- until 12:00----
MORNING WANDA!---You are our 'BEST ALL AROUND EAGLETTE' today!!---Sending prayers for GG---She's a 'trooper'--bet she will be up & dancing soon!---She's COOL!
LOL, Norma, Jethro's "boat" room looks awfully empty, doesn't it??? A toy shop now! Hope he starts on a new boat come next year! Missed our bir by about 2 mins., I see...:( Must have been when I was letting dog out. Woof, as Margy says.
Lynn, that does mean they are appearing. Pat actually has an acting part in it - homeless, rock singer, maybe even murder suspect. Anxiously awaiting it for sure! :) He told me on Twitter when they were on their way to film it that he had 15 lines and was freaking out!
MORNIN' HEDGIE!---Love ya!--not many morning folks around!--We are in the 20s---up to 27°---with WIND---I have goofed off!---now--I am under the gun!!---Study group going out for lunch--should be fun!!---This restaurant has 'BLACKBERY PIE' to die for!!!!----takes so little to make me happy! ho!
With the help of a few pain killers, I slept really well last night. Foot seems to have begun to return to normal size and color so hoping it will be usable soon.
Norma, I think Paula's snowman just aced one of my final exams!
So, off to get some coffee and the newspaper. Have missed all the cams in the past four/five days. Did watch Diego's latest exam this morning. What a sweetheart.
Oh yeah, so jealous that I haven't been able to check the nest but happy others have seen our eagles so I know they are busy getting ready to give us a new eaglet family.
Sharon, how amazing that Pat M. would have time to twitter -- you're one lucky lady.
JUDIE!--JUDIE!--JUDIE!---It is just wonderful to have you back on the blog again---Keeping you in my prayers---but WOW!--things must be looking up!!---
HEDGIE!---There is something wrong with this pic----SHARON is TWITTERTNG with the TRAIN'S PAT---& you & I are discussing PIE!!---We need to find a TWITTER TO TWITTER with you and me???????? ho!----(think we are missing out?)
Norma, think I will pass on twittering! FB is bad enough...don't need any more confusion for this brain. Judie, glad you are doing better today. As someone said "your sense of humor is back!" Yippee....sure a good sign for recovery!

There were 3 turkey vultures in the tree across the street yesterday so I went over to take pics of them. I started talking with the neighbor. These 3 actually hatched in the barn on her property and have been living in a barn. The owner of the property, not the person I was talking to, tore down the barn last week so she doesn't know where they are living now. This lady had an accent and I asked her where she was from and she said Australia. I asked how do you end up in Bedford VA from Australia and she actually moved here from Germany with her American husband. Interesting stuff. Anyway, I think the parents of the 3 are the ones we see in the tree most of the time. This is the first time I had seen 3 in the tree.
Hi ya', Mits. Finland was empty when I looked early this AM---except for snow. Sorry I missed the visit. That's interesting, Sharon, that birds that big would roost in the barn! Guess there must have been an opening big enough for them to come and go at will....too bad their home was destroyed...:(
And as I was walking away, I thought "I didn't want to know all of that". then you start thinking how you can build them some place to stay. I would say they will find something but you know, it just sucks!
Sharon, cool about the TVs. Hope you got some good pictures to post! Who had the sickly looking one nearby...was that Loretta? Wonder what became of it?
Feeling a bit better this morning, not coughing so much, at least right now.
Judie, SO glad to see you back and to hear things are returning to normal for your leg!!
Lucky they recovered that camera! Looks like they use all fours for getting around, rather than hopping the way an Australian roo does. Pretty cool animal!
Good morning! Ahhh, a twinkling wreath! Will miss the hyper snowman.
Judie, so glad you see some improvement this morning. Happy you will be with us a little more today.
Wanda, keep us posted on GG. Hope you got a good nights sleep. Jack is! He is still in bed. Yikes! He never sleeps this late. I have read the paper and now on my second cup of coffee.
Good Morning All! Crisp cold morning out there! So good to hear from all of you - Andy got an 'A' ! Thanks for working so hard Andy and making our prayers come true for you! Love the Christmas wreath you put up Paula! I need my 2nd cup of coffee.
I am required to teach my dual enrollment students both APA and MLA documentation. Their textbook says that for APA, an abstract is required. I have heard somewhere, not sure where, that the abstract is not always required, and our librarian says her husband, who just wrote a dissertation, did not have to include an abstract. (He's a smart guy who won at Jeopardy--don't wish to argue with him!)
What do you teach? I know these things change from time to time.
I promise not to ask too many questions like this!
Shutting down so I can finish getting ready to get outta here! See some of you at 1-----wish everyone was able to join us....be back later this afternoon. TTFN!
Hope you found all those ibuprofen Really hate it when I spill pills Afraid the cats will find them... don't think they would eat them - probably just bat them all over the place. lol

Paula, you should see that tree kangaroo fall. It was amazing. The tree was so tall and the fall so long.
Question for Judie:
I am required to teach my dual enrollment students both APA and MLA documentation. Their textbook says that for APA, an abstract is required. I have heard somewhere, not sure where, that the abstract is not always required, and our librarian says her husband, who just wrote a dissertation, did not have to include an abstract.
