The end of another day. Beautiful weather and, I hope, a beautiful end of the day for mr. backyard buck.

Tomorrow will be here soon for me and I will be off to cope the the wannabe adults and several serious wannabe adult problems.

So, turning my light off but leaving the night light on for others. Hope Andrea shows up to take care of security. Good night all and pleasnt eagle dreams.

Till tomorrow sometime.

I will find out the truth, Lynn!!!

Hello Ms. Ceil How are you and on who did you spill the soup!

Mema Jo said...

Nite Judie!

ceil said...

Jo no soup today. Turkey dinners for the shut ins and the elderly who can make it to the Church. Lady gave us frozen milky ways. The shut ins are so appreciative to see us. Close to 200 between shut ins and hall people.

I'm doing a Margy. Talk tomorrow.

Good evening everyone. I am logging on just to say that I got home safely from the SAT class. I do enjoy working with those kids, but it does make for a long day.

See you tomorrow.

Good night.

Sounds like a long day, Shirley.

Had to try and take care of some paperwork tonight...got most of what I wanted done. Still dealing with estate paperwork!

Heading for bed, catch ya'll in the morning! Anyone staying up for the Leonids?

Hugs to all ♥

Lynne - I'll try the elf thing tomorrow, this ol puter can't play it very well. Did you get to look at your pics from Conowingo?

Ms Bookworm said...

Good Evening, Everyone!

Lynn, I didn't feel an earthquake today. Will have to watch the news tonight and see if they mention it.
Hope you're feeling much better tomorrow!

Jo, sorry your Dr. hasn't called yet. I'm sure if something were amiss they would have called by now.

Hubby's Dr. will, hopefully, call him tomorrow morning with an appt. for him. (They're allowed 24 hrs. to respond to a message.) If not, I have threatened to take out the stitches myself! LOL Have taken plenty of stitches out of various cats & dogs, and even a horse! The principle's the same. (Now I've got Hubby worried! LOL ;o])

Will try to see the meteor shower tonight. City lights may interfere, though.

Judie, will be interesting to see whether Mr. Buck shows up again. If he does, will have to give him credit for knowing a good thing when he finds it! Hope all the wannabe adult problems at school get ironed out OK. Bet you can hardly wait for Thanksgiving weekend!

Shirley, glad you made it home OK. Boy, it HAS been a long day for you!
Bet George was mighty glad to see you! Tell him I said "hi", OK?

I need to catch up on the blog and see how Granny Riffe is doing. She's definitely still in my prayers, bless her heart! She's probably having trouble getting a long, uninterrupted sleep. Bet they keep checking vital signs!

Hope Hairy is in the house tonight, and not zooming around the neighborhood. Know how that goes, Sharon! Used to have a Siberian Husky, and on the rare occasions when she got out, she cruised at about 27 mph--literally!
(It was "Never mind running after her--just hurry and get the car started!")

Prayers being said for the little one with the cochlear implant. It's such a miracle! Bet everything sounds REALLY loud to her, though, after not hearing anything at all for her whole life!
Has to be quite an adjustment.

Well, I've talked a blue streak--better shut up now, and give somebody else a chance. Think I'll go watch some TV for a while. The night light's shining brightly, the porch light's automatic, and the eye scanner's enabled. Prayers being said for all; sleep snug as a bug, and will talk to you tomorrow. Love you guys! G'night! :o]

Watched Castle, then the news and fell asleep sometime along the way.
Now to get up and go to bed.

Good night all.

God bless!

Night Everyone! Tomorrow is another day!!

Good morning!

I feel better this morning than I have for awhile. Maybe the medication is finally working.

Put together some questions for my block one students to work on. If they have the good sense they should have at this point in their lives, these questions will make them think very hard. Test on this material tomorrow.

So happy for the little one with the implant.

Jo, I will be thinking about you today. Call the doctor.

Judie, best wishes for a good day with all of those wannabes.

Wish I could have stayed up and done skywatching last night, but I need sleep to get through the day with my own wannabe adults.

Tried to figure out how to set up a blog on Blackboard. Might have to go to Germanna for some refresher help on using that.

Must go. See you later!

Think I will, Norma. But they will be huge and very limited in quantity. They are gonna be a bit of a challenge to make. Hopefully they'll turn out good. Got a frame welded and it looks good, so we'll get the rest made and will only know for sure when I actually try to make one.

Good morning, everyone.

I'm here at the school house and about to start my day. Not looking forward to it, really. Can't wait for turkey day break.

Jo, no news is good news. Doctors call if something is wrong. Will be thinking of you.

Megan, hope the peace wreath is easier than you think and will be a great success.

Andy, don't know about stitches. All my surgeries have ended with being super-glued back together. Weird but easier than stitches.

Mr. Buck was not in the yard this morning. Funny, was so concerned yesterday and disappointed this morning. He was a beautiful sight.

Later,
Judie

Love to hear about your and Shirley's school days! So glad you are both on here to give us insight into the day of a
teacher:)

Good morning. Well, I had a dream that was a little different. I dreamed that I was at Cedar Lakes in Ripley. We went in for breakfast and somebody was sitting at the table singing Amazing Grace. Deb was at the table, looked up at me and was crying. She said she needed to talk to me and then I woke up.

Now, I sleep with my MP3 player going and earphones in. The Amazing Grace was coming from that (Il Divo) but not real sure what made me dream of Deb!

Costume Lady said...

Sharon, play close attention to anything unusual in your life, Deb may be trying to tell you something that is important to her.
We really don't know what happens when someone passes, so I think that it is possible for them to send messages to someone. I got many messages from my Dad and so did Gene.

Costume Lady said...

Sorry....PAY ATTENTION, not Play!

hedgie said...

Good morning, gang!
Hope everyone is perkin' along fine.
Judie, understand your mixed emotion about the deet.
Shar, dreams about those who have passed seem SO real, don't they? But I always wake up crying from them, so guess it's just an on-going part of the grieving process.
Wanda, how long will it take from your house to the restaurant?

Mits said...

good Tuesday a.m. everyone, have a good one

You can come join Steve, Ceil and me on the

Norma, Chincoteague pics were good photos of bad destruction.....so sad. Hope the ponies all survived okay.
NO sun here yet. No point in looking for meteor showers this AM---power outage last night made everyones' sensor floodlights stay on all night until they recycled in daylight. ARGH!

Costume Lady said...

Lynn, it takes about 45 min. to get to Frederick from my house. I could meet you in town...or anywhere you suggest.

Costume Lady said...

My goodness, read my email, started spaghetti and those eagles are still there! Wowsie, as Jo would say;)

We were in Hagerstown and filled my car up with $2.53 gas...$2.73 over here!
