Gus just left with his mom. Needless to say....I am pooped. Not so much Gus and having to put up with Mother when she returned.

I have found the nest at Google Earth before. You can find all kinds of pictues and neat things there.

the last few games people have been bringing paper bags and putting them on their heads, and they started to confiscate the bags at the gates....it has been in the papers and on the local news..

Well this is the last night for Vista for me. Get up graded to Window's 7 at Staples tomorrow morning.Puter is big enough for it. Will be like new puter again. This puter was gotten in April so it's not old'but will be new again.

Wasn't Gus that wore me out. I was reading an emotional book last night, Sarah's Key. It put me in a funk! Fantastic book, but oh, boy, it can play with your emotions.
We have sun today!!!!! Wahoo! Should have sun tomorrow too, and then the rain comes back. Going to get beautiful today. Have an appointment to get my hair cut and high lighted. Wahoo!

I did get to see a moment or two of our eagles this morning, thanks to Megan's alert:)
For those that asked or wondered last night about Capt. Gene's colonoscopy...he got along just fine...found nothing in there!
I had dropped him off at the hospital and came back to the shop...had customers waiting when I left, still there when I got back. Nurse called about 2 hours later and asked me to come and pick up "this whiner":)
He said they kept asking him how he felt and he told them he didn't feel any differently. He told them the anesthetic was not working...Doctor said "yes it is, we are half way through your proceedure:) I guess he is like everyone else, said drinking all that liquid the night before, was the worst part. Don't think I could do it:(
Not raining now, but did during the night...cloudy and gloomy, but in the 50's. Good nap weather---maybe this afternoon!!!

hubby did not have to do liquids for last colonoscopy, took a series of pills....the liquids never bother me...
Oh, Mits! Can not believe that awful stuff does not bother you. The first drink is "okay", but soon I am gagging and it is all I can do! Would dearly love to take pills.

well I have had 4 or 5 colonoscopies...and no problem, pills must be the latest remedy.Guess I will have them my next go around:)
I will ask about them next time. I am several years away, thank goodness!
they have really worked hard on that cam, could not get it right last year, so they took it down till they got it right....:)and waited till this season.
Going to leave this lovely conversation ( lol ) and go eat a bite of breakfast. Have finished my coffee, ready to start the day. Yes, I am a slow starter, but that is what retirement is all about.
