btw.....yesterday on my way home, I stopped at the Queenstown outlets to go to the ladies room...heard the familiar sound of osprey....when I came back outside, they were 2 beautiful osprey flying overhead....I was soooo excited, did not want to leave...yes a panda cub or 2 would be very exciting.

Takes about 3 hours of mowing time Dana.
That's not bad Red Eagle. Use to take me 2 hours and I didn't have but 1 1/4 acres. Lots to mow around.

NORMA there are donkeys everywhere. More than a pace lol
Full moon on Friday, "the buck moon" July is normally the month when the new antlers of buck deer push out of their foreheads in coatings of velvety fur. It was also often called the Full Thunder Moon, for the reason that thunderstorms are most frequent during this time. Another name for this month's Moon was the Full Hay Moon. We have seen several bucks with velvet antlers this week.
Hey Dana- no such luck, haven't done that yet in DC. It's still a new market and it takes time to convince people your product is good quality and to get in the habit of shopping at the mkt. But sales are holding steady, and most people are friendly, so far so good.

Gardens are a LOT of work, but I can't imagine not having one. It is one of the most gratifying things of the summer.

Yep, Wanda, takes a while for people to get to know your product-I'm the only vendor selling flowers, my ionly competition is the store flower section. I already have several regular customers, just takes some time. I'm headed back outside.. need to mulch some garden beds, mow grass, bathe the dog, etc... TTFN!

EAGLET alert here at Patuxent River Park. Our Maint. Mgr. saw BOTH eaglest in early AM flying in the marsh where nest tree is located!!!! That's the first time he saw them since he found the one near the road several weeks ago!
