My Mom is doing good...she is still improving, but it's gonna be a long recovery.
Wanda - Please make sure Gee Gee eats - that is part of what has caused my Mom's problem - that, coupled with the COPD and not seeing the Dr when this all started 2 years ago. It started out with her feet going numb, and has now spread to her legs. At present, she is still not able to stand. I'm not sure what the outcome will be, but I do know that she is working towards going back home. The thought of not going home is upsetting to her.
Didn't mean to go on and on, but just wanted to let ya'll know how she really is. She is improving and her spirits are still good...I visit her to keep her informed and help her with whatever I can, and try to keep her spirits up and let her know that we all love her.

It is really nice up here too, Mits. The moon is so bright, I could throw the balls for the dogs in the backyard when I got home after dark tonight!

I have missed some exciting things on here today. I just looked in on our nest and there is an open space where Spidey once had a big part of his web. You can see the middle of the nest. He must have had a tussle with a BIG bug. Maybe, if I get up early enough, I will get to see our Royal Couple. I hear they have been housecleaning...getting the place spruced up for this weekend.
PAULA...your Mom is getting better because your love and care is giving her a reason to keep trying.
GeeGee is trying very hard to gain weight (says she has gained some more).
I will call it a day now.
