Just had a guy come to give me a price to refinish a fiberglass tub/shower in the bathroom we're remodeling. He was very honest in saying that he could never make it look shiny and white again. I appreciated his honesty ... BUT ... his recommendation is to tear the whole thing out and replace it. Well gee, that only adds another $2000 to the budget!!! RATS!!
These 2 chicklets are growing by the minute. Look at them sitting up so strong! We are so lucky with this weather to be able to see so much of them!
I volunteer PAULA to be the FU+IRST amongst us to go Paragliding...Somehow I think you would very much enjoy it...there are good paragliding instructors in Nelson so you can come out west and take a turn up North and voila and opportunity to paraglide.
Chicklets continue to be untended. I am glad it is a warm day today.

Okay, everyone, I got the first of the family pictures on my blog. Got really frustrated, though, trying to label them. Did a left-to-right list of names, and the goofy thing scrambled them all! Finally gave up, and left the labels out. I know others have had the same problem--any advice?

We really liked this photographer. She did a really good job, and she likes doing outdoor shots. Can't wait to get a CD with all the pictures on it. Our Jen says she'd like to be a portrait photographer someday, and do lots of outdoor locations, too.

Yes ROBYN Shep continues to feed the chicklets. Belle does it more frequently and with more efficiency but he has fed them today.

Shep poofed! Belle just pulled a really old fish out and seems to be picking at it for herself.
Belle dragged the old fish over to 12 and is now feeding the chicklets.
So did the little ones eat all the fresh fish. My gosh they are socking away the food in that nest. All looks good indeed. Hi to everyone. Not reading back much today. Still have the headache although better and no nap.
Glo, Shep delivered a huge fish just a while ago and Belle dragged it to that same spot. I think that's the one she is using to feed A and B, but she also dragged an old fish over there as well. Maybe she prefers 2 stockpiles of food, one at each end of the nest!

My neck is killing me so haven't been on the more I sit here the more it hurts Yesterday doing the stuff in the Dairy Cooler was just to much for me I guess This am when I went to work they told me I had to go back and help label the new freight in the dairy cooler I told them I was hurting now from what I did yesterday that I gave it a try and just it to much for my neck to do So they took it ok
I ended up counting the cooler at the front register with Coke and Pepsi in the you know the ones if you want one at the register well we lost a little over 8,000 bottles in the past year I didn't do Southeast RC Cola yet
New boss was happy I did this otherwise we would have skrank out more Need to count liquor that dept was a high shrink also I dislike inventory so much OK like I say my neck says to go sit on the rocker so I will see ya in the am still have some reading will do in spurts

Rainy and gray in early AM, but when I got to Park. adult eagle was standing at edge of nest looking down into the bowl!Maybe chicklets there!This PM, she was sitting down as usual.Ospreys were busy chirping loudly, flying to trees & snapping off twigs, or carrying fish!Wish I knew when they are vsnapping twigs, could have had camera!

Thanks to LINDA and others who've mentioned me in prayer. Could barely walk yesterday morning and spent much of the day in bed. Did get out long enough to get my taxes prepared and filed. Always so relieved when that task of over for the year. I digress. Your prayers worked and I'm feeling much better now and can tell it's going to be a good day ! Praise the Lord. My cortisone injection will be given tomorrow, appt. at 3:15---told I will be there about 2 hours and must not drive for 6 hours afterward. The instructions also say it takes 3-5 days for it to begin to work. So, perhaps by Monday or Tuesday I'll be joining WANDA in that jig ! ☺

Thinking of my dear parents. They eloped on this day in 1936, taking a street car from OK City to Norman. I was born 10 months later, almost to the day. Mother was only 16 and Daddy, 21. Mother and I grew up together and she was a best friend as well as a terrific Mother !

Shep doesn't wiggle wiggle so much anymore when getting on the eaglets... he does a sort of sway and sway move...bigger wiggles. lol
Both eagles in the nest talking quietly to one another. There is a huge stick that keeps getting moved around - came dangerously close to the kids at one point!

I've already got the floor mopped. You can't, or maybe you can, imagine the hair from the dogs. I'm just thankful to have the willingness to do it every morning. Now I plan on staying on track.

Fog looks like it has lifted from the nest area now
The fish supply seems to be dwindling in the nest don't see as much Shep needs to go fishing again
