Hey has anyone noticed we don't have any commercial when we open the live camera like we use too I wonder why? I like it better this way and no 14 sec pause OK NOW BBL
Judy E maybe the MIDWAY ads are profitable enough they do not need the video ads? Maybe the video ads were pulled because the camera was down and they had no viewers so they pulled them? I do not know, I am glad the camera does not stop at the 14:45 time spot.
This storm was so slow-moving, not even sure whether the worst of it has gotten to the nest... we had pretty good wind The Giants were definitely bowling
lots of lightning might have gotten straight South and missed it
Kay, I disagree---the witness wasn't a buffoon at all....he just helped the prosecution, and made Baez the buffoon!!!!!
Storm was not too bad----hard rain, but little wind....thunder but not house-shaking!
Lynne, can't you do a right click and save on Dave's pic??
Lolly, re: ISS schedule: they only do a week in advance....how long will you be gone? If longer, give me the zip code up there where you are staying and I can text you info---if you get a signal!

Margy, things not going well at home for Caro...:( she probably wishes she was working.
Lolly, what a neat sight you had unfold before your eyes.....and where was your camera??? Like mine---in the house!!! I haven't seen a real roadrunner since 1968 when I was in San Antonio! Poor Jack will just have to make friends with a different lizard!
Hey guys I bought a camera that is always in my pocket it is about 1/2 wide I love it its shock resistant oh its a underwater camera Its a OLYMPUS x560wp waterproof also I got at work also LM watching trial as always
Went in to GG's and she was arranging a beautiful bouquet of huge lilies, which meant she felt well enough to walk around the house...then, I noticed she had pulled all the weeds out of her favorite flower bed so I could plant the flowers that I bought last week. BAD GIRL!! Now, she hurts all over...said she thought she was getting better. Had something on her neck that looked like a burrowed tick. She prodded it with a pin, but couldn't get it out. If it was a tick, it is dead now. Will have Dr. Que look at it tomorrow?? Bought her one of those walkers with 4 wheels and a basket and a seat and hand brakes. (I may need one if I don't soon get this damn (pardon my French) knee fixed)
We had a pretty good storm here, with lots of thunder...saw no lightning. It held off till we got the picnic table cleared off and the grill covered...perfect timing! It has been fun havingt Dustin again, but he is going home tomorrow:( He has a firemen's class Thursday. Says he will be back soon:)
There was a lovely moth that lifted from the branch at six position fluttered for a while and went off the screen top right hand half. Rain must be easing off...
The wind is picking up at the nest, in fifteen minutes or so I will head out to the Dragon Boat and will see you when I come back God Willing. Keep an eye out for them for me...look forward to your notes.

Good Evening Eagle Buds!!! Busy day at Park. The Navy and archaeologists are back again from last summer working on buried ships and/or artifacts in the River from the War of 1812. A news guy and photographer came to look at photo ops at our Rural Life Museums. I showed them all the buildings. They want to interview a lady in the setting of perhaps the Sears Roebuck house. They enjoyed seeing the fold up traveling dentist chair in one museum & said they think the lady went to dental school!Don't know what publication, or station, but will learn of it soon. We are home. On the way to Fort Worth we were headed north and we saw that the south bound interstate was closed. Three helicopters where hovering. Saw three vehicles involved in a fiery crash. Called Laurel and she was watching it on the news. We ate dinner and the interstate was still closed. Had to find an alternate way home. Interesting! We meandered on country roads. Our 20 minute drive home took one hour!!! Checked on line. One person was killed. Amazed that it was not more.

Oh Loretta: James asked the bird leader on Saturday if he thought we would see any Greater or Lesser Yellow-Legs at NCTC. The nice man grinned, and said he thought not. I told James I know of a place where we can see them!
Good Night Everyone... Prayers for Wellness amongst Us
God Bless This Nest, and God Bless Us, Every One xoxo ♥
I've seen the herb snips with the scissor like handles, but I've also seen the same handles on longer types of antique garden tools on Google...but nothing yet that matches EXACTLY!
BTW Margy, we saw SO many wildflowers on our jaunt this weekend but had no time to stop and take pictures. I think we'll be going back up this coming weekend but leaving ourselves some extra time for fun. There are a few houses that I want to take pictures of, too.
and I forgot to mention....NO BREEZE in Terra Alta last weekend! Heavy, humid air mass. Really beautiful clouds hanging in the valleys. And Saturday night, between rain drops, we were sitting outside and and it was SO still, and so quiet except for the sound of far off thunder...so far off that there was not a streak of lightning to be seen. It was eerie and cool!
I have an Alaska knife and bowl type cutting board that I use for herbs. Herb scissors look pretty cool!
Still have not read blog. Skimmed through pretty fast. Love the slippers and the video of the guy wearing them is too funny!
That was the first road runner I have seen on our property. Used to see them frequently on the road back into our development, but have not seen any in a long time. Saw a road runner at Laurel's not long ago. I am still amazed at what I saw. Yep, the camera was in the house.
Trying not to get too depressed. Laurel got over an inch of rain last night. We had a chance today, but nothing!!!! There is still a chance tonight. So, still praying for rain!
We leave Friday morning and will be gone 9 days, getting home a week from Saturday. Going to check for the ISS flyovers right now.
Lynn, zip code for Estes Park, CO is 80511. See that ISS makes a flyover on Sunday the 26th. Will check the schedule again Thursday. I am not sure you can text me, but you can try. Telephone reception will be iffy.
they are actually hoping to move to Talbot Co. MD Paula! So yes, they'd actually be a little closer, and easier to get to in the winter as the snow situation is rarely as obnoxious as it is up there! Still, it would be nice if they were able to stay up there. But the age thing is making it far to dangerous in the winter for them to continue to stay. It's such a beautiful home, and such a beautiful area.
Lynn, didn't realize Liesl had teeth problems. So sorry for you both. Is she trying to compete with Shirley and me? Bless her little heart.
Oh my, so thankful I am not Freudian trained and do not do dream analysis. You're on your own, Lynne2.
Setting up my dog pooper scooper business in the morning. Y'all come if you've got cash. I do not give change.
Hi Diann. Sorry you have to wait for pain relief but hope the updated info. will help with recovery.
Shirley, how nice and unusual for a doctor to call with a personal checkup. I take that as a sign of a caring doctor. Please try to get some restful sleep and all will feel better tomorrow.
Thunder here but no lightning yet. No rain, either. Maybe Margy's slow moving storm hasn't reached N.Va yet.
Oh Wanda, there is just no end to the drama, is there? Happy GG was being active and concerned that she got a tick on her. Sure hope there will be no health issues and that she will use the walking chair. Hugs for Dustin.
Hey, Lowreeda, what a great day. I may have missed a post but are the itty bitties ospreys? How are they doing?
Lolly, sorry for the long-way around to get home but sure am sorry for the loss of life from the accident. Prayers for the victim.
The sandperson has arrived. Reminded me I have to go get my "do" did in the morning.
The night light is on for anyone headed back the hallway (where's Jo), to the tub, up the stairs, to the recliner, or stumbling in from the West Coast (Andy and Jim). Restful sleep for all.
they sure will, if all goes well! and we have discussed the idea of them getting a place with an "in law" type of apartment with it and Steve and I living with them! But the house has to be sold first, and it's STILL no on the market....GGRRRRRRR. So that's likely a year or more away.
if at all at this rate! We would move to Terra Alta if we thought we could make a living there, just so as to be close to them to help them out, especially in the winter, but we aren't spring chickens any more either!
Judy E Thanks fo rthe Dragon Boat video of the races in Florida...They are GOOOOOOOOODDDDD.
Hedgie no we are not as fast as those guys are and our racing team is faster than us.They have a race in August as there are SENIORS GAMES hosted between three communities in the Kootenay Region, this is the region I live in. We might go to a race in September but I do not think I am interested in racing...I enjoyed the video very much... No Eagle visits tonight I see and I much enjoyed catching up with the postings.
Good night to all who have already gone to sleep God Bless.
Hunter's game got called after the second delay for lightning. The game will be played tomorrow. Hunter's team was ahead, I believe by 5-0, but they did not get to finish.
We saw lightning and lots of thunderheads on the horizon.
Yes, Judie, I am impressed with the way they work at my dentist's office. When I called and said that I was in pain, they called the doctor to the phone. At first he said I should call him if I had more problems, then he said that he would be calling me to see that I was okay.
I am still having some pain, but they stuck at least two needles in my gum in addition to all of the other things they did. I will probably be okay by tomorrow. If I am not, I will call again.
We had been seeing another dentist, and he was not so impressive in several ways. We changed several years ago, and it has been a good change.
Another cell coming our way soon. Culpeper, too, Shirley....so then maybe on to F'burg. Wish we could send it all to Lolly! Megan posted on FB that she got good steady rain.....here it was deluge!
Thankful that my shows are replayed later in the week....very disappointing that I couldn't watch them tonight. :(
Hoda, any sign of eagles this evening?? What was your high temp today??
Well, dear ones, I'm heading down to the tub. Been a long day---Liesl woke me at 6:45! And it truly WAS urgent!! And tomorrow evening is her graduation from puppy class!
Prayers for all. Rest well. Thanks for being my oh-so-special friends!
Heading to the shower. Fighting falling to sleep. Up and out early in the morning. Going to mow and then a doctors appointment in the afternoon.
Put on facebook a cute picture of Jacob. Laurel visited today with her best friend since elementary school. They were always "glued together". Neat to see Jacob had a great time with Shelley's kids. Shelley is a teacher, too!
No Hedgie I did not see any eagles this evening when I was out on the lake. The most I saw it on thermometers in three places was 68 degrees. It was posted on the internet as 82 degrees...I think they are out to lunch. Tomorrow is also posted to be in the eighties...I can always hope
Hope it comes soon, Hoda! I agree, the only job where you get paid for being wrong! A Weatherman!
Hitting it here too...work tomorrow, grocery store, then mowing, then gotta finish the potato salad for the weekend...Might have as many as 7 at the beach this weekend!
Hi, Everyone, Looks like I've missed a few people already. Have been very busy today. Made a big pot of split pea soup. Hubby had been asking for some. It turned out yummy.
It's been sunny and warm here today--low to mid-80s. Not my favorite, but could easily be worse!
Pretty tired tonight. Think the warmer weather has something to do with that. Prayers have been said for everyone on the prayer list, and then some. Prayers for all creatures, too.
Lynne2, what an amazing story about the dying man and his dog! Kleenex, for sure! Hope the dog is able to adjust to losing him.
Making sure the porch light is on, and enabling both security systems. Sleep tight, and I will talk to you tomorrow. God bless, and goodnight! Love all of you! :o]
Praise the Lord!!!! It is raining! It is raining all over my yard! Oh, and the wind is something fierce too. We are getting the bottom edge of the storm north of us.
LOLLY got some rain!!!! She says SHHHHHH though so lets keep it a secret!!!LOL. I am glad you finally saw some rain Lolly...maybe it will rain also when you are gone and the grass in the front yard will be OK.
It is GRAND simply GRAND that you are getting a down pour...Now if you send me some of your sun we'll call it even!!!!;^)!!! As if I could have sent you the rain...LOL
The wide angled eagle cam at White Rock has a beautiful view of the solstice sunset. It is 9:34 PM PDT and it is still day light and the cam is in colour.LOVELY
MARGY, yes, the OBX sisters have finally come home...1am this morning. They will be here Friday:) Karla and Hubby are going back in 2 weeks. Wish we could get the Motor Home to where they go, but, it is 4 wheel drive vehicles, only:(
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS SWEET DREAMS PRAYERS FOR ALL
Odd that my computer on of the windows is still froze up I was trying to read the breeding goshawk right before he landed and it froze up my cam and one window so i had to open up another and its so sluggish I can type and the words don't show up for a sec or so
Yep I saw your poop money and I did make a comment about it can't exactly remember what I said without going back and look But I might just start looking in dog poop LOL
Can you believe that? I am still in shock. My oldest thought I should just throw the money away. I washed the 20 under hot water and taped it together. Shows how much my kids value money :(
I found a 20 last week but i found it where Jordyn put it In my piggy bank where I keep change I must of had a 20 laying around She had folded it and put it in the bank I give here change to put in it she must have found it and put it there I was so surprised to see a 20 in my bank I know I would never put a 20 in it and Angie and Carl give her bills to put in her bank She is trying to help me save for my vacation next year for the cruise we are going I guess
Flight Insight is a new thing that came with a update with Norton and I think that is what bogged me down it just came up in the corner and now i run faster I want to disconnect it now didn't have it before the update
JudyE, we have one of those banks too and I had about $450. in it when I turned it in for our upcoming trip to CA. That paid for 3 of our Disney passes.
I got a short video and I posted on facebook I am attempting to put on blog but I am having issues its is acting differently than it has in past the video seems to be uploading differently and when it is done it is doing it odd I say I will keep trying Odd it is downloading like a picture not a video I even thought I had clicked of the download picture icon and not video so I redid and still the same thing It is counting down the MB and it never did that in the past when I downloaded videos
Ok I give up with the video I tried 4 times and its is acting so different not downloading it will try later it is on facebook anyway When I download it count down the MB with a blue bar that shows the download process that was never there before when I Downloaded anything that why I think it is Kaput Its just not downloading them at all
April going with Angie and Carl and a couple other friends 468 for 5 days Its it terrible I can't remember where we are going DUH It fell out of my head I will have to ask Angie I'll get back with the info I guess being its so far in future my brain has filed in somewhere and can't bring it up LOL
Morning all. Catching up....but want to add: I am just sick about the poor MD Goshawk--what a sad turn of events....
And forgot to say about the dog and his dying master in Cedar Rapids...which was my maternal g'parents hometown...the people who adopted the dog live in a small farm community where my aunt and uncle lived: their daughter and her hubby owned the little mercantile there. We spent some glorious summer weeks there one year while Daddy was at the Univ. of Wisconsin for some courses. Kids roamed all day, riding bikes to various farms....and teh Catholic church showed movies on the lawn at night---that was the first time I saw Bell, Book and Candle!!
Good morning! Over an inch of rain last night...yes, it a GREAT morning! 71 and feeling good. We will still try to mow this morning but Jack is still asleep. I have read the paper and on my second cup of coffee.
I have missed the dog poop story. So DanaMo found $ in poop? Yep, I would wash and tape, too!
I remember my grandparents Golden Anniversary. They were old! Here we are at 46, but we are oh, so young! As I sit here in my denim shorts and sleeveless shirt, I think my Grandma would never have dressed this way!
Yes, the judge needs to attend a meeting regarding the judicial budgets for the coming fiscal year. He represents the district or whatever it is he presides in.
Hunter is sleeping in this morning after a late night last night. I do not know what will happen today.
Scheduling the game to start at 8:00 was a problem because the 6:00 game ran late and it was actually 8:30 before they got started.
The rule is that they play 6 innings or 2 hours, whichever comes first, but by the time they had waited a half hour for lightning, we were looking at an 11:00 PM finish time for a baseball game played by kids 8-10 years old.
I have finally read back on the blog. I had missed Robyn's report on Tori. Time for another report! Read Dana's dog poop story. Also, see that our Sharon is having problems. Goodness!
Lynn, just read, too, of Liesl's problem. Poor little pooch!
I had missed so much on the blog and hate to see what I miss while we are gone for a week. Someone is going to have to keep a journal of "highlights" from the blog. LOL
Frustrating when I cannot get Hunter to do something until his mother okays it. It is good that she has a lot of influence on him, but . . .
Had to call Kathryn to get her to tell him to take his medication. He has the late game tonight, needs his ADHD med to be able to focus, and she wanted him to take the medicine late, but previously had commented that he shouldn't take pill after 9:00 because he would be up "all night" if he did.
He flatly refused to take the pill because it was 9:45, and "mom said" . . .
When Hunter was much younger, he chided me for looking at wines at the grocery store. He said, "GRANDMA, that is grown-up drink!!!" Sometimes I think he still hasn't accepted me as a grown-up. Geesh!
Yes, he questioned his mother's reasoning, too. "But you said I would be up ALL NIGHT!!!" I tried to explain that she didn't exactly mean literally "all night." Gotta watch your words when dealing with a kid. (Also, the kid to argue.) just likes

DanaMO, best pooper scooping day you've ever had, ROFL!!! OMG and a $10
Hope everyone's dental wounds heals quickly!
Hope Liesl's surgery goes well!
Lolly, that is too cool about the roadrunner! And Jack talking to Lizards....think he really needs this vacation!
Diann, hope you can get that shot soon!
Hmmm....Lynne.....sending it to a friend who might know.....
I wonder if it could be a hoof trimmer for horses???
Does resemble that, Lolly
Lynn, no where near strong enough to deal with horse hooves..I thought maybe that too but they are quite light.
Lolly, I think that's what they are. So does Dave's sister. In an antique form.
Margy....oh my, you are SO droll. LOL!!!
Well, Lolly may have hit it---does look similar as far as the blade end goes....
Paula, JudyE did post the slippers link (Amazon!).
Wait til Jo sees those slippers!!!
and I forgot to mention....NO BREEZE in Terra Alta last weekend!
Lynne, is your MIL and FIL going to be moving closer to you?
Lynne, hey, they will be on the Eastern Shore!
TRIPLETS EXAM was on face book as I was signing off Good Night Sleep Tight Don't let the bed bugs bite
they sure will, if all goes well! and we have discussed the idea of them getting a place with an "in law" type of apartment with it and Steve and I living with them!
Bear report
I vote for the move to Talbot County, Lynne!
It would be cool to live in a different wildlife area! And near the BEACH!!!! I haven't been to the beach in years!
Stronghunter how lucky to have a caring dentist and someone you can depend on to do follow up...I too hope you are better tomorrow.
Huge storm headed at Laurel. TV says winds up to 60mph. Storms north of us, storms south of us but none coming at us!! Grrrrrr!
Ready to head upstairs. I will see you all tomorrow. God bless and good night.
Lolly, go do a rain dance!
Night all! Sweet dreams!
Very disappointing news....
Goshawk in MD Shot
Heading to bed, good night a prayers for you all!
Sleep well, friends!
(((Hugs for all♥)))
Hello - Hedgie please get a pic of Liesl in her graduation hat!
It has been a busy day but nothing
special to report. And guess what -
tomorrow is another one of those days! lol Loving life.
Good night all and remembering all of our wants/needs in offering up
prayers. Hugs for all ♥♥♥♥♥♥
Goodnight Mema Jo and Paula. God Bless.
I agree a photo of Liesl in graduation hat would be cute...
Hi, Everyone,
Looks like I've missed a few people already.
Well it is officially Andrew's 22nd birthday. Me and Mattie just called and sang to him. We are meeting them for dinner tomorrow.
I"m having trouble trying to stay awake tonight so I'm heading to my recliner.
Prayers for all needs. Sleep well dear friends. See you in the sunlight.
I'll lock the door on my way out since Andy has already checked in.
Goodnight friends.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
LOLLY got some rain!!!! She says SHHHHHH though so lets keep it a secret!!!LOL. I am glad you finally saw some rain Lolly...maybe it will rain also when you are gone and the grass in the front yard will be OK.
I read about Lolly's rain on FB
Hoda, I am still up! LOL It is so exciting to see the rain. I am wide awake now. It has been pouring! The wind is fierce!!!
It is GRAND simply GRAND that you are getting a down pour...Now if you send me some of your sun we'll call it even!!!!;^)!!! As if I could have sent you the rain...LOL
Heading to bed now with a smile on my face! Thanks be to our Creator for blessing us with rain!
Hoda, when we reach Colorado, I will open the car door and blow the warm Texas air your way!
(((Hugs))) Nite!
AMEN to that LOLLY.
Goodnight and God Bless.
The wide angled eagle cam at White Rock has a beautiful view of the solstice sunset. It is 9:34 PM PDT and it is still day light and the cam is in colour.LOVELY
MARGY, yes, the OBX sisters have finally come home...1am this morning. They will be here Friday:)
Karla and Hubby are going back in 2 weeks. Wish we could get the Motor Home to where they go, but, it is 4 wheel drive vehicles, only:(
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS
SWEET DREAMS
PRAYERS FOR ALL
9:53 PM EDT and the view continues to be stunning at the White Rock wide angled eagle cam. Sunset on the Bay
Goodnight Wanda...God Bless.
On the Lower North Shore of Québec we used to say, " Red sun at night sailors' delight, red sun in the morning sailors take warning." Well it is a red sun tonight at White Rock and Victoria, the capital of BC in the background. They will have a beautiful day to be on the water tomorrow I am sure.Night vision has still not come on with the wide angled cam.
Good Morning Eagle Buds MMMM I smell the coffee a brewing

DANA a sec is better that nothing
Excuse me DANAMO - I'd like to set up a visit when I can come over to your house and pick up dog poop.
ROTFLMBO!!!! hahahaha
Had to shut down internet explorer not responding and it still seems somewhat sluggish
Yep I saw your poop money and I did make a comment about it can't exactly remember what I said without going back and look But I might just start looking in dog poop LOL
Can you believe that? I am still in shock. My oldest thought I should just throw the money away. I washed the 20 under hot water and taped it together. Shows how much my kids value money :(
I want to tell my daughter your story also He dog eats all kind of stuff also
I thought you were around JudyE, I just couldn't remember for sure.
Wish Truder would have visited when the color was on, it makes such a pretty picture.
You never know with him, he could be back any minute!
Flight Insight is a new thing that came with a update with Norton and I think that is what bogged me down it just came up in the corner and now i run faster I want to disconnect it now didn't have it before the update
only the past couple of visit he did yo yo or boomerang back
color pretty colors
JudyE, we have one of those banks too and I had about $450. in it when I turned it in for our upcoming trip to CA. That paid for 3 of our Disney passes.
OMGosh over in the OC they still think that is was Lib with a large injury on his head. Geez...why do I even read that?
'caused by the "female" intruder. Yikes!
I guess no one told Truder that he looks better in loving color instead of black and white LOL COME BACK
I don't know about you guys but I really think the name has stuck.

Hi Morning GLori

Same amount of Daylight ☼ today as yesterday according to the DNR calendar...minus a few seconds probably
then we start losing daylight :(
Hope things warm up for Hoda soon !!
Okay, out the door....maybe I will SEE some of you from work
xoxo
♥ ☺
Morning all.
Catching up....but want to add:
I am just sick about the poor MD Goshawk--what a sad turn of events....
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ANDREW CRISCO!!!!! Gee, I've "seen" him go from a teen to a man and soon to be groom!!!! Sharon, you've done good!!
Today would also be my grandparent's 93rd anniversary!!
Remember so well their 50th...when we had a marvelous Golden Anniv. celebration!
Good morning,
Hunter is sleeping in this morning after a late night last night.
And, I can tell you that boys that age are a bit wound up late at night when they are all together waiting to see what is going to happen next.
And you have a bunch of tired parents who have to go to work the next day.
We are headed toward a split that will come very soon.
Yes, you are young, Lolly, and so am I. Definitely.
Good morning, everyone.
So much to catch up on that will have to wait until later.
Off to get my "do" did. Lynn is watching the trial for me.
Wishing everyone a lovely morning.
Need to go wash Hunter's baseball uniform so that we are ready for anything this evening.
Good morning, Judie. Enjoy your trip out. See you later.
LOL
Good Morning to everyone.
I have comments to catch up on.
Lolly I did see said something wrong with Leisel, Sharon, and I need to find out about Tori.
Going to read some catch up comments.
Leaving now to eat a bite and head out to mow. Yep, mowing wet grass this morn, that's for sure! Oh, well!
BBL
The kid just likes to argue.
