My friend Rick actually spoke today! He is showing some signs of cognizant awareness, but still with internal bleeding of unknown origin, plus his always erratic blood sugars. Still on IV antibiotics for multiple infections. They are planning on kicking him out of hospital back to nursing home/rehab in 2 days....MTBR. Thanks for all your prayers, and please continue them.

Glow DID look like from a huge, distant fire, but nothing going on here....has to be something cosmic for so many of us to see it! Does seem to be gone now.

Had a yummy one-dish meal for dinner. Cabbage, pork sausage, and red potatoes. Love that stuff!
Watched the Westminster KC Dog Show--won't say who won, in case some of you didn't watch it live.
Going to watch some more TV and wind down. Prayers being said for everyone. (Glad to hear of Rick's improvement! Hope all goes well, and the improvement continues!) The night light is on, Belle is tucked in nicely, the porch light is automatic, and the eye scanner security is ready to go. Sleep snugly, and warmly, and wishing you sweet dreams. Finished another tray of slides. Enjoyed it, did 1972, the year Laurel was born. Actually, one tray covered just about 2 months. Ohhhh!

Oh, scary news from CRC. So glad the eaglet is okay as well as Savannah and Derek. I saw other eagles in there. Was rather surprised at that.

I wasn't quick enough to get a screen grab of it, but sometime overnight on a quick nature break, I think I saw Belle hop off the eggs, scootch over to the side of the nest ... and take care of a Poop Shoot! Then back on the eggs she went. Was on the still cam only
She seems to be snoozing peacefully now ♥
Time to get ready for work now.
By the way SCOOTCH is a real word, but I think more so as SCOOCH without the T.

Good morning Wiggle wiggle, waddle waddle Thats Belle not me :-) OK it could be me too. She is now rolling those 2 nice eggs :-) I have very high hopes for both of them. Dex and I are off for coffee and dog treats. Spent 3 hours with the local eagles yesterday. only a short couple of weeks left to enjoy them. Thanks to those who stopped by Glo's Glimpses or commented on Facebook photos number 1 and 7 will go into the final set to be judged again. I will post another preset probably tonight or tomorrow morning. Of course there are more from yesterday too to sort through. Eagles everywhere. Well I can't get enough of them. Hope those looking are not bored either. Thanks again.
