Shirley, it's called Fair Access Threshold Policy. Supposedly all satellite internet systems impose a penalty if you use too much broadband time. Penalty is s-l-o-w usage---worse really than dial-up speed was. There is an unlimited usage time frame---now 2AM-7AM (was 3-6 until 1/1/10), but that doesn't help me much! I really don't think I did enough today to violate the allotment........but who knows. I could pay $5 to get back to normal speed.....but won't do it--what a rip-off!

Am 90% sure it's allergy-related, but didn't want to take a chance if it's not. Finally got a Dr. appt. for 11:20 am on Wednesday morning. Good thing someone cancelled an appt., or would have to wait till 2/04, or go to the E.R.! Hopefully, will get meds, and can go to school Thurs. night.
Lynne, hope the Westie makes it OK through the operation! You know, if they ever catch the idiots who mistreated her, they need to shove a stick down their throat, and put them in the trash where they belong! Just can't believe some people--Woof!
