I have to put together a lesson plan for tomorrow before my brain quits. Will try to catch up on the blog tomorrow.
My bridge club dinner was delicious. I took a chocolate cake I picked up at Wegmans. It was the most decadent chocolate cake I have ever tasted. I will have to figure out the exact name and let you know. Oh gosh, was it good. Our hostess sent us home with wonderful homemade cookies.
Good evening, everyone! Took me a while to get back here--my sister-in-law stopped over, and we visited for quite a while. Brother-in-law was having to work late. Lynne, glad your procedure went well, but I'm feeling so sad that Raven hasn't improved much! It's a real heartbreak when our pets are so miserable. You're definitely in my thoughts and prayers, and so is Raven! Prayers too, for Jo's cat, Tigress. Jo, I'm praying for you, too! It's a shame that dogs and cats have such a short lifespan compared to people. Judie, that's really nice that Frank brought home some Chinese food! Sounds yummy! Hoping and praying that you'll be able to get some quality sleep tonight. Lolly, sounds like you and Jack are going to have a fun trip! We'll miss you, though. Wanda, I like your "Tiger" story, but, like Judie, I think there's more to it. We'll just have to let our imaginations run wild... ;o] By the way, I think Dustin is a hero, too! Good for him! Lynn, those lights in the sky are just creepy weird--if Russia really didn't launch a rocket. Hope it isn't extra-terrestrials! Yikes! Dana, I'm still thinking about you and your family tonight! (((HUGS))) and prayers coming your way! Well, I think I'm going to go find some mindless TV to watch. The night light's burning brightly over the nest, the porch light is automatic, and the eye scanner is turned on. Prayers for everyone, and all kinds of needs. Sleep all snug and warm, and I'll talk to you tomorrow. God bless! Love you guys! G'night! :o]
Had to come back and say to Shirley - Glad that you submitted the Eagle Release pic and got recognition for you and the Eagle! Also - now I am graving Chocolate cake.
Paula It was meatball night! Last couple of times it was roasted chicken.
Eagle location - I'll send you directions that were given to me.
LoL Lolly. I finally caught up on the blog and see a lot has been happening on here.
Glad Wanda finally told us about the Tiger. I guess it's now my turn. Will have to get approval from my Jim first.
Got haircut today after my last PT for this year. I'll have to wait 2 weeks for this haircut to look good. ugh! You know, the difference between a good and bad haircut is 2 weeks.
Our insurance will only cover $4,000 per year and I have reached my annual maxmum for 2009. I'll be on my own until after the first of 2010. Now to force myself to do my exercises every day..... I will need prayers and especially encouragement to do this. What a dilemma!
Lynne2 glad to hear you have a could outcome from your tests. But sorry to hear abour Raven. I know what you're going through and only prayers will help you all. You have mine.
I guess I better sign off for tonight. I'm really sleepy and tired. Been a busy few days.
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!---DANA!--Keeping you & your family in my thoughts---You have many-many friends that are here with you--if you need any of us---WE LOVE YOU!!---Be careful when you go out---don't want you to get blown away!---ho!---STAY COOL---GOD BLESS!
LOLLY--You said it!---WE ALWAYS MISS MARGY WHEN SHE ISN'T HERE!!---She keeps us on the straight & narrow!---Enjoy your visit with your family---safe traveling---(will be thinking of you)!!--It is a COLD & WINDY am here in WILD & WONDERFUL WV!!---Our ROYAL COUPLE will need to hold on tight to stay in their nest today!! -- but would be tickled pink if they tried it out for a few minutes!---ho!
WHOA PAULA!---I am going to send you a message when I have my next birthday!!---You cook my kind of food!!!---ho!----(come to think of it--i may not have ANY MORE birthdays)!!!----ASPARAGUS is my favorite food!!
Way cool, Shirley's Eagle Release making the top pictures of the year in Fredericksburg. Bravo Shirley! Hope it will bring a big smile to Judie too....
read the posts, sounds like things went pretty well for everyone yesterday for the most part but still can't get Steve and Lynne and Raven off my mind. Prayers for comfort, friends....
I saw that African Hawk Eagle when Bird Girl was on the other night, but if there is a video somewhere I have not seen that. She was trying to download fraps and it was not cooperating
When I checked earlier---The 'LITTLE PRINCE' in CA was not in the pic!---Did you notice--one can ADOPT a PANDA!---You would receive adoption papers---along with a 'PANDA BEAR'---$50--$100--$1000---the higher the price the bigger the panda!!---ho I did something similar when one of kids was in school!---She received a verified plot in the RAIN FOREST!----deed & all!---She was so proud she framed it!!
Good morning all. Way to go Dustin. So sad to hear about Raven Lynne. It does sound like now he needs you to give him that final gift. MeMa Jo Glad you found some warm snuggly time for you and Marvin.
Its bitterly cold here, below zero; but snow has finally stopped and winds will be half as strong today but still around 20 mph. Dex and I are in for another long day I am afraid. Bundling up and heading out to shovel a path from my house to the dorr across the street for coffee and dog treats. That will warm up the whole morning. :-)
Norma Marvin is MeMa Jo's kitty cat. OK got the feet bundled and the forcast listened too. oh well it is what it is. On with more clothes. Catch ya later.
Good morning. Getting ready to have my eyes checked. Will come back later. Lens fell out of my glasses again last night. That keeps happening. Time for new glasses, I am sure.
On Dustin--I have seen so many kids stand on the sidelines, sometimes egging things on, when there is a fight. Even caught one recently who was recording it on his cell phone. (Confiscated that phone!)
Not many step in to break things up--it is not an easy thing to do. Good for Dustin!

Thermometer is almost gone on Snowman. It is a wet, sticky snow that is really clinging to everything.
