Temperature here now is 53°. 85 miles north in Nashville it's 32° and freezing rain. I believe there's a cold front between us. lol
Red my neighbor had a tarantula. She was very upset when it died. Her son had a snake that got out of the cage. It has never been found. I expect it to show up in my basement one of these days.
Margy, you may do anything you wish with the BWE photos. I tried to make a new album, but Eaglet Cop wouldn't let me...that's why they ended up where they are. That site has always frustrated me.

The last time I tried to post a photo on the Eaglet's Albums, I ended up puttin on a photo of my grandaughter and her boyfriend...it was supposed to be of one of our nests. I haven't tried since. When I "Browse", I can't see the photo, only a number. So, "what you get, is what you see"?? LOL

Lots of eggcitement this am with that 2nd egg at BWE.
I had to go ut to the bank- just got back. The back roads are awful-very slippery and our road into town is still snow covered- main roads are messy, but I saw lots of plow and salt trucks, so if you have to go out, drive slow, if you can stay home, DO! Only problem I had was several 4 wheel drive and pickup truck drivers who believe they can go the usual speed and either try to push you along or out of their way...
yes, Megan, hate those idiots, they are the ones causing the accidents, drive like it is sunny and 80°.

Good morning!!!! Have been reading through the blog....two eggs. WOW! And snow on our nest! Brrrrrr!! It is 32 here and wet, temp is supposed to drop. Laurel just called and she and the boys are home. They are an hour north (the far frozen north!) LOL There really is a difference in our weather. She is icy and in the upper 20's. Lots of times she gets snow while we do not.

I just read that Citigroup was told by the WH- no way they can buy that new jet since we just bailed their butts out- so our plane trip is off..
Other eagle flew into WE couple of seconds ago. Blogger froze. Wiggle down into nest cup to get it just right.

I'm born and raised in Alabama but I never had grits as a child. My mama's thing was oatmeal. I do like grits but have to have lots of butter, salt and pepper.
I fix a fantastic dish that has sausage severed on top of parmesan cheese grits. It is sooo good.

I was thinking it was a long time to sit on those eggs when I remembered a friend of my DIL. They dismissed her from the hospital Monday. She is 33 weeks pregnant with twins, and she has been in the hospital in bed since 21 weeks. Can you imagine?! They dismissed her because if the babies come now they are big enough. (Hopefully!)
Lolly, I think my pick-up was 20' off the ground, we were so excited!

We've just put up the schedule for our 9th Annual Eagle Festival on March 14, and it includes many fun events for both adults and kids.
Snow pictures are fun, it is just getting your camera to focus on what you want and not a snowflake that is hard!
