Yea! I finally got an animated Santa to work. The first one would not cooperate!

He's a jolly Santa! I am partial to Santas. They are the only thing I collect...or should say used to collect. Don't need anymore. My house will soon have hundreds of Santas on display. Many stay out all year.

I heard about the Walmart tragedy. What a shame.
Mits collects snowmen...I collect nutcrackers.
I read about that Deb, and saw it on TV.....the people would not leave the store, even when they were told the employee had been killed...I would have arrested them for trespassing...or the very least made them put down their packages and close the store for the rest of the day....but then once again we have people who don't want to obey the law, and just plain be mean and vicious
yep snowman collector here....can't wait to bring the little buggers down, and then to see the girls drag them all over the house:)

I collect snowmen, too. It got to the point I had so many, I didn't know what to do with them all. So I went through them all and kept my favorites and put the rest on a rummage sale. I think I sold over 100 of them.
Santa needs to whittle down his waist! We are going to get busy around here tomorrow, getting out the decorations. I have a party here on the 11th. Gotta get with it!
Jack groans when I start getting out my Santas. I will take pictures of them and put them on my blog. I really have a lot and in all forms.

More often than not Lun Lun is the one that initiates the nursing sessions. The cub is normally asleep, and when Lun Lun is ready she just curls up with him in what has become her nursing position. If he is hungry, he starts to root around for a nipple. Once found, the nursing session begins. Sometimes he gets his fill and falls asleep in her arms, whereas other times she determines he has had enough and leaves him to eat or sleep by herself. Then he falls asleep by himself. Last night I guess he was too hungry to wait for Lun Lun. While she was away enjoying a snack of her own, he started to vocalize in the adjacent den. At first Lun Lun ignored him and continued to eat; that was until he got a little louder. At which time she stopped in mid-bite and quickly returned to him. She curled right up with him and he was able to have his fill. Just reminds us all of what a good mother Lun Lun is!

Jo, I collect frogs/toads, too!!
And my favorite Christmas collection is trees.
One time I had the grandgirls search all over the house and count anything frog/toad related...took them awhile, and they compared notes to make sure they both had gotten them all...it was alot of fun! Count was somewhere around 180.

Dana, my 'puter keeps freezing up on me. I don't know what on earth is going on, but it has been doing this for a while now. I have had to shut it down 3 times this morning. Trying to put on a new avatar...at this rate, Christmas will be over before I can get it up and running.
