Cool article, Margy! Very interesting. I am always so worried about something happening to one of my babies and I wouldn't know what to do. Maybe they will do that around here someday. I usually Google what I think is wrong to find what to do!
I thought it was a cool idea too Sissy, always thought there could be a bigger business/market for Pet restraint systems in cars....have seen some, but not enough....
I just put a few pics of the Train concert on Sissy's pics. I know not everyone over here is on Facebook and wanted to share them with ya! Mattie is absolutely a great kid and her and Taylor had a blast!!
Good morning everyone. Please be sure to report when the sky is no longer falling. Heard sad WV news as I woke up this morning about a fireman who rescued a couple of folks but boat flipped. The folks he rescued survived but the fireman was lost. Immediately I thought of Magpie working and thought oh don't let it be near her or on her shift. Sinus and inner ear stuff happening here. I hate feeling dizzy but it usually comes on for a while in the spring. This is your chance to call me a dizzy dame. WEll enjoy your day and please report at some point that the rain has STOPPED!!!!
It isn't raining here right now but looks like it will in a minute. The river in my back yard is not as fast as it has been, so maybe it is letting up a bit!!
Good morning! How is everyone doing withone less hour of sleep? Sorry, Glo---still raining. Sad about the FF, for sure. Not here.....down in southern part of state. Hope your sinuses clear up, but for now we'll put up with you being a dizzy dame.
The CPR class for petowners was a really cool idea. I do know that you have to cover the entire snout (holding it closed, of course) with your mouth for mouth-to-snout resps.
Rest of Today Showers. Highs in the upper 40s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 90 percent.
Tonight Cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers. Lows in the upper 30s. Northwest winds around 10 mph. Monday Cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers. Highs around 50. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
Monday Night Cloudy. A chance of showers in the evening. Lows in the upper 30s. North winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent. amen
Good Morning All! Today I shall brighten my day by seeing Alice In Wonderland.. Not going to 3-D presentation - just the regular. Six of us are going so that should be fun in and of itself.
Sounds from what Mits printed that #3 is in the nest at NBG. Maybe the last 2 can control #1 from Pecking!
Still cam is working it is me. I guess that hour of sleep I didn't get. Messed me up. I'm the one with the wrong time lol Can't help laughing at the dumb thing I did. Ok I can admit it here: Yesterday thought I'd get ahead of schedule. Set clocks....now they all have the wrong time. Resetting :( tee hee at me!
Dropping in for a moment to say hello--time change sure messed me up, and must hit the road running. Have lots of studying to do before we meet my Sis-in-law. We're doing something together today.
Have been studying for a test on Wednesday night--must learn all 12 blood coagulation factors for a 'matching' portion of the test. Yikes!
Hope all of you have a wonderful Sunday, and I hope I am able to get back here tonight to talk a bit. Right now, must pay some bills online. God bless, and have a good day! :o]

I dig all that foundation junk out & put top soil & bone meal in each hole. Now have to keep the bulb nibblers away. Don't think we have armadillos, but someone ate a few last year.
Mema Jo can you put the little blue link up in here. For the update of Adobe Flash Player. The place if go it says it successfully downloaded but the video doesn't show on the page.
Well Sissy - I know what you mean about Hornby. Did you see any hint of a 3rd on the the NBG nest - I didn't!
Those Heron best get out of the Osprey nest... Mits caught a pic of them yesterday. The eagle 10 sec cam on Lake WA was stuck - is it going again, Margy?
That's all I saw, Sissy. Just 2. I had to peek before leaving.
I am trying to get the MN Bound Eagle cam up with Momma Owl... Can't open it for the life of me yet is says there are 4 viewers on.... GRHHHHHHHHH or whatever you say when you're frustrated.

Yes, Judie, I have been working on the assignments. Good thing I checked in. They want two messages posted this week rather than just one, and the first one is to be posted today.
Only two people have posted so far. I am trying to do some reading first, so I can post an intelligent comment. I'm also trying to think how to put together the final project so that it looks good, but also so that I can actually use it for my classes.
The phone just rang for that Susanna person again. Not only do they call here repeatedly, they call and put the message on hold.
Judie, if you can put together a WebQuest on Into the Wild and find a way for students to respond to it using Web 2 tools, we might just have a deal! I have been trying to learn about Prezi. Of course, I did put together a blog last semester that I might be able to alter for the presentation tool.
Word at NBG is three bobble heads confirmed during feeding moments ago. I was watching but could only detect two. NBG says #3 still weak so not popping up so much.
Hi all! I was watching the feeding at NBG. One eaglet was getting most of the food as normal. One time, on the left side of the egg cup, I saw the third little head pop up and go back down,.
Well, never mind, Shirley. I'm too technology challenged. Topic: use four different theories of personality to explain the same person's behaviors (life history provided to them as a case study).
Think I'll go to the kitchen and do something fun -- food!
YOU are the only one that I can address right now when I say Eagle ♂'s !! I don't see any other Dadsters on here -
Howdy Hey !
Hope we hear from Bob Quinn this afternoon....I posted once before I thought his eye surgery was Monday but now I am not so sure of my memory, but it's soon....
Oh, I was snookered while out at the store...their clock had NOT been moved forward, came home thinking it was an hour earlier than it was :( The Day Bandit.....it's getting me !
Yes, Jim, I know Bob is probably a little nervous about it, but you are right, the science is there for success. I know he was going to be at the Blackwater Eagle Festival, with a table of his things, and I think he said it would be soon after that.
Okay, Dadster, nice talking to you!
Has anyone seen the picture on Google Home page today? Reminds of the book heavy on math and physics talk that I am reading "A Beautiful Mind"
Got a nap and a shower, but did contemplate my WebQuest. Perhaps I should post some of my contemplations so that I have posted today. I am not sure if the other post is supposed to be a new one or a response to someone else. I will try to figure that one out. I know we are supposed to post on different days.
Okay, now my contemplations are posted. Will and I are thinking about dinner. That is a nice thought. I got Will to feed George so that he would get off the mouse pad.
So how is the paper chase going, Judie? What is the count now?
They have been seeking Susanna for a couple of years now. At least it seems that long. When I talk to them, I do tell them that there is no Susanna here, but once I started asking questions about who the heck they were, and they hung up.
I am sure mockingbirds would imitate eagles if they had the opportunity to hear them. That would be something, wouldn't it?
I have actually been seeing some mockingbirds at my feeder recently. Those rascals are feisty. Will and I once picked up a baby mockingbird because we thought it might need rescuing and we were dive-bombed by the parents. We decided that the baby was just fine. Nothing was going to bother it with mom and dad around.
I just have to remember to post some more stuff on my class site tomorrow. I actually posted before I had read the assignment, but decided I had done okay anyhow. Just went back and added a couple of sentences. Wouldn't advise my students to write an answer without reading the question first, though.
Howdy. Day trippers are home. Flooding not anywhere near as bad as I have seen it on several occassions, but river lots are inundated. Most RVs moved out or up, so mostly damage will be to docks and gazebos, etc. Water quite swift in some places with some white caps in areas w/ rocks or other obstruction. Creeks have actually receded from yesterday, and even river is going down a bit. We traveled the entire northwest part of the county, into Morgan Co., and then over to Williamsport, MD. Rain off and on, a wee bit of sun a couple of times. Will try to put up some pics tonight.
LOL I have had the nest on live for the last 2 hours. Didn't hear a drop for quite some time and so enjoyed our eagle :-). I did hear what I hope is a passing shower start though and when I went to close the cam the computer was frozen so have restarted the whole thing. Live cam is off now but thats ok. I did enjoy our nest for a while. :-)
Sorry to read that you have lost a friend, Lynn. Prayers for the family.
Guess I am going to be spending laundered money for awhile. That is what happens when you don't look carefully in your pockets before washing your stuff.
Shirley, when I was a kid we had a mockingbird who thought our chimney was his private perch, and our yard his realm. He would divebomb Mom when she was hanging out clothes, and the dog whenever she barked. Funny...but not so much, as the kids say.
Oh, oh, Shirley.....Judie should be able to come up with an excellent defense or alibi for your laundering habits!!!
Yep, Mits....too many....but when I stop and think that we at one time employed 1600 people, I guess it's probably to be expected. We opened in '68, and many of the initial ee's were already "young" retirees from Mack Truck and Fairchild Aircraft in Hagerstown. Those people are all in their 80's now, and the ones who came in out of high school are in their 60's.
MOCK yeah ING yeah BIRD yeah yeah YEAH MOCKINGBIRD now everybody have you heard....
my song for the blog! We've got a noisy pair across the street, too!
Just pooping LOL in to say HELLO! Off to watch some TV. Just got home from a great afternoon of friends and food! Haven't caught all the way up yet on the blog, but I checked nests....saw nothing too interesting except and egg roll and wiggle wiggle by the MN GHO!
Thanks for the musical selections Megan Loved them both!
Alice in Wonderland - quite a show I'm glad I read the book first lol The film uses a technique of combining live action and animation. Very well done.
Will and I had dinner at Red Lobster. Brought home enough food for another meal. Yes, I am wondering what Judie will have to say about money laundering. I just kept finding one dollar bills on the bottom of the washer. Now, I can say if I was going to do illegal money laundering, I would not be messing around with singles.
Hi all! Jack and I had one fantastic time. Lots of good wine and good food. The music was Fantastic!!! Loved it! First we shared a plate of sausage, cheese, bread, crakers, bistro pecans, grapes and raisens. (with a bottle of wine) Then later on we had a JAZZ hamburger (with a bottle of wine!) We had fun, the band was great. Oh, and we were outside. Fantastic weather.
Lolly I checked the Maine Forum looking for some clues about Okla nest, it says "new site is up but it is not working yet." Well, it WAS working briefly last night, I think, unless it was reruns!
Jo I understand what you meant earlier now about the still cam for LW...just wasn't figuring it out at the time.
Maine Forum also has some pretty cute pictures of the three eaglets at Norfolk...some on here saw them for real but I missed it
Yep, hear those peepers all righty...from the NCTC site...
just wondering if I am going to hear them around HERE sometime, maybe on the way to work
the parent eagle left our nest very briefly around 8:45 then the same one or another one came back with something and gnawed on it for a few seconds then back to the roosting
It has been so long since we have been out and enjoyed ourselves. Love the Trinity River Whalers. They really entertain. And, you know they are good....never have seen a whale in the Trinity.
Greetings from south central PA. Blessings for all in need/want.
Jim and I have been temporarily sidetracked with new laptops and I always come back to this pc .. go figure.
PBS has a special on today about the Irish in PA. Since Jim's great-grandfather was an immigrant miner in the coal region this was very appropriate viewing. I ordered the DVD.
I've read many books on the Irish in Ireland and PA when doing his family genealogy and this special showed people and places we have visited and have many fond memories. Where did the time go???
Lynne2, I love the musical references. Makes me chuckle.
I saw the 3 chicks at NBG this afternoon and notice the latest is still a bit weak, but still an awesome site. Hopefully, we will soon have a little fuzzy to oooh and ahhh about.
Have our spring break planned. We will meet Laurel and the boys for the Fort Worth Zoo on Tuesday. They are staying her Tues. nite, then Wed. we are going to the Fort Worht Museum of Science and History. Then...another "sleep over". Laurel was telling Jacob of the plans. He said, " I have an idea....after that, let's go to Colorado." lol That my boy!
I had grandparents and great grands with the names Sweeney and Flynn..I have (maternal) Grandmother Flynn's wedding band...a rare 22-k band which I really like nice report Pa Nana Diann about the show, woulda been nice to see, hope they show it again. I like your avatar and all the other Irish ones on here too.
Did some nice shopping today...bought Michael 2 suits, 4 shirts and 2 ties...he's all set for his conference.
Came home and made some nice ribs, green beans & taters and cornbread for dinner. Now I am too tired to make dessert...maybe tomorrow night or Tuesday!
Lolly, so happy you enjoyed the day. Nothing like a fun Sunday afternoon with nice weather.
I can really keep my mouth shut for a price -- was about to call my friend at Interpol -- money laundering is right up there with major cases. Okay, Shirley, the game's up -- hand over the cash or else! And don't try using George as your alibi. Sitting on the mouse pad is NOT an alibi!
Ooooh! Jo, thanks for mentioning Cold Case. Was about to turn off t.v. but will tune in -- maybe it will have to do with an unsolved money laundering case -- we'll be looking for you Shirley.

Thanks Ceil! Good morning! Thanks for the new thread Steve!! Happy Sunday everyone!
Hey Sissy still cloudy here Have a good day.
Good Morning Eagle ♀'s and ♂s
I see our Queen of the New Threads is back in business! Hi Ceil ☺
Cool story in our local newspaper about a Pet CPR and Medical Emergencies class conducted yesterday in Martinsburg:
Man's Best Friend
lots of high water here too, some pictures from some of my favorite places on this blog link
Berkeley County High Water
Ceil: one of the streets near is "Baltimore Street" - cool, huh?
Cool article, Margy! Very interesting. I am always so worried about something happening to one of my babies and I wouldn't know what to do. Maybe they will do that around here someday. I usually Google what I think is wrong to find what to do!
Best wishes for a good safe day, and that the water problems hereabouts do not present any serious problems
TTFN xoxox
I thought it was a cool idea too Sissy,
always thought there could be a bigger business/market for Pet restraint systems in cars....have seen some, but not enough....
my computer is throwing websites up without my asking it to do so
:(
I just put a few pics of the Train concert on Sissy's pics. I know not everyone over here is on Facebook and wanted to share them with ya! Mattie is absolutely a great kid and her and Taylor had a blast!!
AND, ALL YOU WONDERFUL PEOPLE OUT THERE......

Nice pictures Sissy, thanks for putting them up.
see you great people later on
xo
WV won? Cool!
Good morning!
Oh no! Judie, don't freeze the coleslaw. Just leave it in until the wet paper towel freezes. Just get the slaw good and cold.
Good Sunday a.m. everyone, have a good one.
NBG..back on:)
back on but with problems..still
Good morning everyone.
Raining here. Very dreary looking out there.
Good morning! How is everyone doing withone less hour of sleep?
Sorry, Glo---still raining. Sad about the FF, for sure. Not here.....down in southern part of state. Hope your sinuses clear up, but for now we'll put up with you being a dizzy dame.
See that the blog numbers are all messed up on the last thread---seems like a pattern now. Dumb blog cop.
Where was it Lynn? Not here I pray!!
Kanawha County, I believe! Wow, how sad is that! That is the danger these wonderful men and women put themselves in every day for us!!!
LOL...Sissy, noticed that on your profile that you don't have Train listed as "favorite music"!! Nice pics----love the trio shot.
http://sundaygazettemail.com/News/201003130215
I reckon I better fix that, huh? I created that profile before I ever knew Train existed!!
The CPR class for petowners was a really cool idea. I do know that you have to cover the entire snout (holding it closed, of course) with your mouth for mouth-to-snout resps.
Yeah, Sissy, you'd better!!!
Whoa, an early thread...thanks Steve.
I hate losing an hour of sleep!
NBG back on what a pretty pic, but mine keeps freezing up...
NBG down.....wonder if #3 has made its appearance yet?
OK, they are still having problems....I keep getting the same thing over and over and over.
from NBG....
Folks, I am certain you were watching chick #3 being fed. Eyes not open yet,
by Reese at 3/14/2010 1:17:38 PM9:17 AM
Mine is stuck on a loop too! I wish I was watching a chick being fed!!!!
Good morning!
Thank you, Steve. Have a nice day.
Will catch up after coffee and newspaper.
Shirley, I won't freeze the food part -- just the towel.
I only go to a few games -- like mom showing up unexpectedly for the wannabes.
Okay, back under the covers with my coffee/newspaper. Not raining but looks like it wants to.
Meanwhile, wishing everyone a wonderful day.

Hay a #3 at NBG awww eyes aren't open.
I need to go look at these concert pictures. Plus Margy's water adventures.
Lib just arrived with something small, belle is wolfing it down
I think she wants more, she's giving him a mouthful...and off she goes.
Paula don't know why. I just can't seem to get the live cam anymore. Just "as the circle turns".
Good morning my fine eagle momsters and dadsters.
Pulled up the still cam. Time there is showing 11:20:16AM and Belle sits there with back to us.
My arms are out like a little kid saying "all brooked".
Will someone please tell me What Time Is It here in Martinsburg, WV
part of the Eastern Panhandle lol ty
Hi Thelma didn't even see you sneak in there. Looked back and there you are. Are you tired?
Dana, I slept really late this morning so I'm pretty much recouped. Is that even a word? : )

I opened LW from the WW site and went to live stream, then I also have it on favs and it seems to be running on there also JO...
The Bird Cam Forum did have some pics of Snowflake and Dan being at the nest box in recent days. Sure hope she lays a second clutch.

I wouldn'ta though to check if Mits had not sent out the info as you mentioned Jo...

Link Adobe flash player
I meant the 10 sec image update on the Lake WA eagles is not working. That is the cam that lets you see down into the nest.
Time for me to get ready for the afternoon. Will touch base when I return...
Well, I just got really blurry at NBG!!
I still only see 2 at NBG!!
BBL
Both BW chicks being fed.
Haven't seen NBG chicks yet...
And our poor damp Belle is just sitting and sitting...praying for a chicklet...
Happy afternoon!
Only saw two at NBG. Hoping to see the third, of course.
Jo, have a nice afternoon out.
Margy, I think you are headed to work -- hope it's quiet.
Shirley, are you working on your assignment? Will trade you -- have 45 papers left to grade.

Forty-five papers? What is the topic?
Word at NBG is three bobble heads confirmed during feeding moments ago. I was watching but could only detect two. NBG says #3 still weak so not popping up so much.
Going to go take a shower and think about WebQuests.
I guess it would be normal for the third chick to be weak.
Hi all! I was watching the feeding at NBG. One eaglet was getting most of the food as normal. One time, on the left side of the egg cup, I saw the third little head pop up and go back down,.
Got my green on, Jo. We are leaving at 3. Came home from church and changed to party!
Well, never mind, Shirley. I'm too technology challenged. Topic: use four different theories of personality to explain the same person's behaviors (life history provided to them as a case study).
Think I'll go to the kitchen and do something fun -- food!
66 here and bright sunshine, Dry! Dry! Dry!
Well, Judie, that sounds pretty challenging for this brain. Guess we have to stick to our own jobs.
NBG is still having problems. Keep loosing the picture. Whoops, back now.
Think I am going to go eat a bite of lunch.
Looks like it has stopped raining here--at least for the moment.
There is that baby at NBG! Wasn't satisfied till I saw it myself!!!
Okay, so call me Margy2. Back to report I did see a third fluff ball at NBG just a minute ago.
Now I really am going to the kitchen.
GOOD AFTERNOON EAGLE BUDDIES!---HOW about 'them' WEST VIRGINIA MOUNTAINEERS??----
They won the 'BIG EAST TITLE'!!!----LIFE IS GOOD in the MOUNTAIN STATE!---WHO DA THOUGHT????----

Have a good "rest of the day."

Jim
Hey, thanks for the beautiful "eagle issue" of the WV magazine, Norma.
C(°ٿ°)D
Jim
We are off......! See you later Gator!
Hi Jim.
Hi Norma, since I don't have my GU players to cheer for I'll holler for the Mountaineers -- woof woof woof. Congratulations to them.
Raining again -- would so like to see some sunshine.
G'day, Judie.
We're kinda cloudy today too, Judie, but none of them are slated to drop anything in this area. Warming later into the 70's ... we'll see.
C(°ٿ°)D
Jim
Sunshine ALMOST popped out here now rough looking clouds prevail
No didn't have to go to work - yet - Judie - it looms at midnight unless someone for the 6 pm shift calls off sick
We'll just have to be satisfied with Lolly's sunshine report and her avatar
I'm always complimented when you pull a Margy, Judie ☺
I've seriously been trying to behave myself - it's difficult !
Old habits are hard to break
Good Afternoon Eagle ♀'s and ♂'s
Jim
YOU are the only one that I can address right now when I say Eagle ♂'s !! I don't see any other Dadsters on here -
Howdy Hey !
Hope we hear from Bob Quinn this afternoon....I posted once before I thought his eye surgery was Monday but now I am not so sure of my memory, but it's soon....
Need to get some things ready for the mail...will check back in awhile...
if I start checking cams I'm done for...
TTFN xo xo
Oh, I was snookered while out at the store...their clock had NOT been moved forward, came home thinking it was an hour earlier than it was
:(
The Day Bandit.....it's getting me !
yackity yack think I missed an egg check or an Eagle reposition at our nest
Hi, Magpie.
I read that Bob had the cataract, but unfortunately I don't have a clue when his surgery is.
I hope it goes well for him. But they have the techniques refined so much now that there are seldom problems.
C(°ٿ°)D
Jim
Yes, Jim, I know Bob is probably a little nervous about it, but you are right, the science is there for success. I know he was going to be at the Blackwater Eagle Festival, with a table of his things, and I think he said it would be soon after that.
Okay, Dadster, nice talking to you!
Has anyone seen the picture on Google Home page today? Reminds of the book heavy on math and physics talk that I am reading
"A Beautiful Mind"
sun is shining at BWE...
hope it's coming our way !
Got a nap and a shower, but did contemplate my WebQuest. Perhaps I should post some of my contemplations so that I have posted today. I am not sure if the other post is supposed to be a new one or a response to someone else. I will try to figure that one out. I know we are supposed to post on different days.
George is sitting on the mouse pad. He is making my blogging more difficult. I think he means to.
BBL. Must post some contemplations.
Magpie, you know John Nash is from Bluefield?
Never read that one, Magpie, but I saw the movie, which did not deal much with the actual mathematics part. Good movie though.
C(°ٿ°)D
Jim
I've got to go, but take a look at the BWE chicks.
C(°ٿ°)D
Jim
Yes, Thelma, did know after reading the Foreward, and then Sharon also told me....
pretty amazing, isn't it....
the book...is pretty complicated and quite scientific, I am trying to plow through it but might have to bail and just get the movie...
sounds complicated to me Shirley...
but you know you can always respond to us without trying to figure out what day it is ! ☺
Hope that telephone caller finds Susanna soon and leaves you alone !
My accomplishment level is zilch, took me one entire hour to type and recompose and print one letter...
hard to proofread your own stuff sometimes
good to see T-Bird and Everyone else!
Loved that picure of you and Sharon and Sissy on Sissy's pics
Jim was right, have a look at BWE - very cute little eaglets
what eaglet is NOT cute !
The movie is really good Magpie.
That's what I hear, T...
from everyone...know it was out several years ago...I am a little bhind with the times ☺
been wondering, mockingbirds imitate so many birds, wonder if they ever imitate an Eagle ?
I'd probably have a heart attack if I heard one here do that !
looks like Reese is scanning the NBG area, showing people where things are located.
We lost another retiree yesterday. Only 63. Seem to be in one of those cycles where it's one every week.
Saw a TV while out, but he flew out of the road before I could get a pic.
Chili is heating up...hungry here!! BBL.
sorry about the loss of another friend, Lynn...
sounds as though your outing was good, I am surprised the waters have already receded some, with the rain we continued to get
will look forward to pictures
I need to saw a few logs before midnight shift...
hope the cam watching is fun, and that peepers are peeping loudly tonight for many of you
Hope it has been a good day, not too much hard work for anyone
xoxo
I hope we can tell Glo soon that the rain has stopped for sure...
when I see the sun I might believe it
LOL I have had the nest on live for the last 2 hours. Didn't hear a drop for quite some time and so enjoyed our eagle :-). I did hear what I hope is a passing shower start though and when I went to close the cam the computer was frozen so have restarted the whole thing. Live cam is off now but thats ok. I did enjoy our nest for a while. :-)
Well Glo then you should hear the Peepers pretty soon at the nest...
lovely springtime sound
xo Good Night xo
Sorry to read that you have lost a friend, Lynn. Prayers for the family.
Guess I am going to be spending laundered money for awhile. That is what happens when you don't look carefully in your pockets before washing your stuff.
Will BBL.
Hope is in view. She is adorable. Getting big
sorry about you friend, Lynn, just too many..:(
Shirley, when I was a kid we had a mockingbird who thought our chimney was his private perch, and our yard his realm.
This is JMO, but does it seem to anyone else like Dr. Lynn Rogers is making too many treks to the den???? I sure hope it doesn't start annoying Lily.
MOCK yeah ING yeah BIRD yeah
yeah YEAH
MOCKINGBIRD now everybody have you heard....
my song for the blog!
Damn...saw that spider running up the branch and now here he is...
mockingbird♫♪♫
Boris the spider♪♫
Shaking off wings and then an egg roll. That spider is really blocking my view now. Wanna reach out and flick him off the lens.
Jo and Judie.....new Cold Case coming on at 10!
Thanks for the musical selections Megan
Loved them both!
Alice in Wonderland - quite a show
I'm glad I read the book first lol
The film uses a technique of combining live action and animation. Very well done.
Wanted to see that movie last weekend, still haven't made it there yet.
Got you Hedgie! Can't wait!
I know I confused Judie last night when I said I was watching Cold Case -
Rerun of course.
Megan - Jenny said her peas and lettuce didn't wash out with this rain.
Hedgie - You & I just don't read the funnies before the obits! It's that time of our lives! It does hit you hard when you see someone you have known.
Well, I see parts of Spidey. Not too bad!
Hear the peepers!
How many bottles of wine, Lolly?
Glad to hear it, Jo. Got my lettuce sprouting in the gh right now.
phooey can't sleep
Lolly
I checked the Maine Forum looking for some clues about Okla nest, it says "new site is up but it is not working yet." Well, it WAS working briefly last night, I think, unless it was reruns!
Jo I understand what you meant earlier now about the still cam for LW...just wasn't figuring it out at the time.
Maine Forum also has some pretty cute pictures of the three eaglets at Norfolk...some on here saw them for real but I missed it
Yep, hear those peepers all righty...from the NCTC site...
just wondering if I am going to hear them around HERE sometime, maybe on the way to work
Only two!☺ That covered three hours!☺
I think if I had a bottle or two of wine earlier I woulda been able to sleep, for a loooooooong time
the parent eagle left our nest very briefly around 8:45 then the same one or another one came back with something and gnawed on it for a few seconds then back to the roosting
that was when Boris was taking a break, too bad it wasn't gnawing on Boris
It has been so long since we have been out and enjoyed ourselves. Love the Trinity River Whalers. They really entertain. And, you know they are good....never have seen a whale in the Trinity.
Shirley
I love finding clean money in the washing machine, hightest I ever found was a fiver
it's mostly pennies :(
Margy, enjoyed your water pictures. Just wish I had picture of YOU out taking the pics!
L8r
I think we should start rumors about Shirley laundering money.☺
Glad you and Jack had a great day!
You really need one of those every other month or so! lol
I agree Lolly. Of course we can keep our mouths shut for a price. : )
Almost time for me to go see Cold Case (new)
I will return!
P>S> Did Boris block your view last night? He did mine until real late. EEEEWWWWW hate spiders!
bbl
Ok, what was that about?
I hear eagle talk.
Oh, yes, Spidey was very present and accounted for last night. Block our view and grossed us out!
Shirley, Jack is asleep in his chair. Shhhhh!
I had grandparents and great grands with the names Sweeney and Flynn..I have (maternal) Grandmother Flynn's wedding band...a rare 22-k band which I really like
nice report Pa Nana Diann about the show, woulda been nice to see, hope they show it again.
I like your avatar
and all the other Irish ones on here too.
glad you and Jack enjoyed yourselves today Lolly
our birdie moving around
bet Paula was busy shopping with Michael today, sure that was some fun times
Good night all. Don't let the bed bugs bite. Magpie have a good shift.
thanks T, about to start guzzling the coffee here soon...
remember you were always up early getting to go make dough !
ha ha ha..nice memory
Evening, all.
Did some nice shopping today...bought Michael 2 suits, 4 shirts and 2 ties...he's all set for his conference.
Came home and made some nice ribs, green beans & taters and cornbread for dinner. Now I am too tired to make dessert...maybe tomorrow night or Tuesday!
getting ready to go make dough that is, thought for some time you worked in a bakery !
I told you that before I know...
Lolly, cute comment by Jacob :)
tell us about the ties, Paula!
I was hoping you would show up.
Sounds great All of it !
