Thank you, STEVE ! We always like a nice new thread. Hope your Christmas was joyful !
Congrats on the beautiful new feather, MARGY !
HODA, early this a.m. I wrote:
HAPPY BOXING DAY, HODA ! What are your plans for the holiday ? Do you make the rounds tipping some folks and do children go door to door as in Halloween trick or treating here. I used to work with several Englishmen at Harrah's in NV and they spoke of these customs in Jolly Old England.

Happy Boxing Day. Yes indeed a day to remember the less fortunate. Traditionally LORI servants waited on rich households on Christmas Day. The 26 th was a day off where they were given the day off to visit family. They were given boxes with left over food, gifts, bonuses to take with them.
So far everyone posting reports having had a wonderful Christmas Day and that's so good to hear !
JUDY's having yet another grand day with Jordyn and puppies ! Yeah !
MARGY, here's hoping there are no huge problems to work with at work today ! Thinking of JEWELS as she enjoys a few days off. Hope all is well with her, Charley and the girls.
SANDI, how special--dinner at the home of a former 5th grade student ! What a compliment that is to you, your teaching skills and the caring way you take care of your young charges.
I checked out the Outdoor Channel but no cam as of yet - I guess we are gong to use it again this year..? I usually read the comments and the comment was from Judy about one of us visiting the nest and seeing a juvie and then an adult... Dated June 15 - Wow I really got excited before I realized the date! lol
KAY THANK YOU. You first asked about Boxing Day A day of service a day to extend a hand. Also the MAD CRAZY SHOPPING stores discourage returns because sales are high. They allow returns after Boxing Day
HODA, we'll look forward to your return ! We Momster's certainly GET the meaning of EXTEND A HAND, both here on the blog and in our families and communities. We can all celebrate the spirit of Boxing Day, British origins or not !
Taking a bit of time to recover from all of the activity. Rus is still here, but he is crashed in Kathryn's bed since she's not here.
We will have to travel north at some point. Somehow Susan took his car keys with her, so we will need to go up there and get them since she works until 9:30 tonight. I am having trouble believing the hours Rus said Susan is working today--5:00 AM until 9:30 PM? Makes me tired to think about that.
Kathryn and Hunter have arrived at their destination--a friend's house in Florida, but I don't have more details. I expect they visited awhile then went to sleep. It was a long drive.
I hope everyone is having a good day after Christmas.
Back with you after a brief visit with Julie, Hugh and Seth. The HD box for my TV burned up and they brought the one they had in storage since buying a new TV. Thanks to Hugh I'm back in business.
Avatar is a gorgeous Arizona Eagle--may have gotten the pic from Delphia or one of you.
Showed the kids the still cam view back when there was obvious movement. I've watched for a while now and think it's now a frozen cam. The time keeps going and refreshing, but the pic doesn't change.
I'm listening to "On Point" on NPR. The hour is devoted to Audubon, his life, work, paintings....Very interesting.

now you can't even see the tip of the wing that was shorter I have taken spins and will put in album So odd just to be standing there maybe waiting for food delivery and someone got hung up in traffic LOL
Good late afternoon to all! Eagle activity! Soon they will be there often enough for ALL of us to catch a look.

How sad. The NBC news piece was from Utah where they said 12 bald eagles have died this MONTH alone. One family rescued a adult eagle that was unable to fly and rescuers came and got it. They've done tests on all or most of the birds and don't yet know what's killing them.
Janet...sounds refreshingly serene for you during the Christmas School break....hope all the good times-feelings extend well into the New Year
Lori, thanks for the links, I'll try to check that out here pretty soon...sounds like some sad eagle tales though....will be eager to hear the information on what is happening
Getting on to say good night. Now that the hustle bustle of Christmas is over I am going to enjoy my winter evenings reading. I have three books lined up as well as many on my kindle.
What has been Wanda's problem. I see on fb that she has not been feeling well. Can not have that!
Good evening all. Sad tonight. The son if a 97 year old friend of mine from California phoned tonight to say his mother died. She was a very Gracious Lady and I shall miss her.
Just got back from a trip to Northern Virginia with Rus. Last night, he was looking for his keys, which were nowhere to be found. Then he got a message from Susan who said she'd found his keys in her purse. Of course, she was at home by then.
So, he called his work and told them he was "kind of stranded" in Fredericksburg. Tonight, we went to Susan's work, got the keys and had dinner. Then, Rus went back up north to his home.
We figure that the keys were on the counter and somehow got knocked off and landed in the purse sitting below.
Did find out why Susan worked such long hours today. She has two jobs. I had forgotten that she took a job in a pet store in addition to the one she has selling children's clothes.
So, when she is not working at one of her jobs, she is climbing mountains, learning to ski, or working at her volunteer job at with raccoons. Good grief.
While we were at the pet store, we met one of the cats they have up for adoption. Poor thing had been adopted earlier in the week and returned today.
It was one angry cat, just meowing and hissing. I really suspect an injury. It was alternately meowing and lashing out at anyone who got near. They were going to get in touch with the rescue group that owns it. I think a vet visit is in order. Poor kitty.
Oh my, I just looked down at the rug by my bed and there is Lucky curled up and sound asleep. He is missing his Mommy Kathryn. I had left the bedroom door open so I could keep a ear open for him.
Posted a picture of Lucky sleeping by my bed on my blog for the non-Facebookers. The picture below is a picture of Susan's "laser kitties" as she called them. I tried to do a screen grab, but I didn't get it centered properly so it's a mess.
I'm still so happy I got to see the eagles yesterday....wooooohooooo!
JUDYE, your days off landed perfectly this year - enjoy today with Jordyn & the pups.
SHIRLEY, for some reason I thought Susan worked at a women's clothing store. Glad you got the keys back. Long drive. Susan is a busy lady! Have you heard from Kathryn and Hunter?
SANDI, it has been a few days - wondering how the name Grandma is sitting with you now. :)
Oh my. I have four cats sitting here staring at me. Guess it's time for their breakfast.
Good Friday morning Lori, Margy, and all my eagle friends.
Lori, my sister's kids call me Anny Nanny (one of them couldn't say Aunt Sandi when s/he was younger). I'm thinking I could be Nanny. I called my own grandmother Nanna. It won't be Grandma or Granny or Granny.
Heading home today. Last night was lovely catching up with my former students Matt and Arty who are 29 and 33 (they were 10 when I last saw them) and with their parents. Sadly Amy had already left to go back home to Connecticut - she was the first of the Comer children I taught. Amy is an electrical engineer, Arty works with his dad, and Matt is a helicptor pilot in the US Navy, currently stationed in Chicago. All successful young people. Nice evening and a nice reminder of why teaching is worth all the hard work.
It could be worse, we could have no cam....it's an old tree, and a few years ago there were signs the eagles were losing interest, but they did stick with this nest after all... that was when Liberty was still with us
LORI, I watched that NBC News report last night, too. Here's hoping the "disease" doesn't spread beyond Utah and that the cause is found soon. Very sad. Eagles are no longer endangered, but they are federally protected and we don't want to lose even one ! Great mental image of you with four hungry kitties sitting in front of you.
SHIRLEY, Lucky is a most attractive cat ! "The Mystery of the Missing Keys" turned into quite an odyssey. Had keys fallen into most ladies purses it might have been days or weeks before they were found ! Upside, it gave you extra time with Rus !
MARGY, thanks for the morning nest report--seeing them morning, noon and night is encouraging !
Oh, and LORI, what I understood from STEVE via JO or PAULA was that the cam had to be repositioned and that's the best they could do. Seems the old tree is terribly diseased and perhaps it's only a matter of time til' it must go. Another sad circumstance in the offing.
SANDI, the matter of what a grandparent is to be called is always an interesting process. Nanny sounds like a good bet for you--what does Dubby want to be called. Eileen was the first grandbaby on both sides so we got to be the "deciders". I called my parents, Mother and Daddy--so they were dubbed Grandmother and Granddad. My husband's parents wanted to be Grandma and Grandpa, so everyone was happy. When my first grand was born his paternal grandparents were already Grandma and Grandpa to several and Eileen wanted to honor my late mother by having him call me Grandmother. Sounds formal, but it also sounds so sweet being mouthed by very young children who at first slur it as Granmuer.
KAY, lmbo about the finding things in the purse comment - or as you said NOT finding things in your purse. I lost my ID and door card for school and searched everywhere, tore my purse apart several times, then one day about a month later I merely looked in my purse and there it was! I'm sure we all have similar stories.
LOL, LORI ! I've always been a frequent purse changer, however, a couple of times I lost something for a while inside the lining of an old purse. Big arrrrgggh when that happens !
Merry Christmas everyone! Yes, Dad came home for 4 hours on Chrismtas Day and we all spent Christmas eve at the hospital. It was a wonderful day and we are expecting dad to be home right Jan 2. Hopefully, no more bumps in the road. Of course, we have no idea what is going on with the cancer while we have been dealing with these other issues.
JudyE love your eagle avatar!
I always wondered what Boxing Day was, thanks for the information.
Lori, Susan did work at a women's clothing store previously. She was at Talbot's for awhile. She took advantage of the opportunity to manage her own store when she made the change to children's clothes.
So happy you got to spend some Christmas time with your dad, Dana.
I am "Grandma." My former husband is "Grandpa." Tom's parents are "Nana" and "Pawpaw." I think Lois (my ex-husband's wife) is "Grandma Lois." Things just fell into place that way. Tom's parents were already grandparents, so their names were established.
DANA, I think you know how it delights me to see you here, even briefly ! I still glow when thinking of the Easter visit with you and Annemarie a couple of years ago ! I'm also glowing over the report on your dear dad ! Prayers have been answered and more are continued !!!
Kathryn is posting her location on FB. No pictures or anything like that yet. I think she's too busy having fun for that. This is a very quick trip. They will be home Sunday night.
I am going to chime in on grandparents' names. Mine were Nanny and Pa, on Mommy's side, and Mimaw and Papaw, on Daddy's side. Mommy and Daddy were Granny and Pappy, except Adam called Daddy "Hokey". Donna was DoaDoa. I started calling her Doa when I was little and Andrew decided to double it when he was little and called her DoaDoa.
Those grandparental names do seem to just fall into place with each family. I've known several Nana's and Papa's, lots of Grandma's and Grandpa's, a couple of Grannies, a Granny Annie, a Mamou and Papou. Seth occasionally calls me Gmuzzer and Hugh refers to me when talking to Seth or Malcolm as "G". All of those expressed with great love and that's what counts !!!
SHAR, I love to hear the names used in your family and I can tell how much love went into all those relationships !
HODA, thanks for dropping by so we know you're okay ! I'm wondering if you're being contemplative for Kwanza. Whatever the reason for staying off line, we respect that and you know we love you !!!
Family names--Will recently called Susan "Sister Unit." And Susan sometimes calls me "Birthgiver." :) As long as the names are nice and said respectfully, all is well.
Good morning! Still morning here! My turn to chime in. Jack and I are Grandmommy and Granddaddy. My mother was Mimi and she was still with us when all three of our grandboys were born. Jack's parents were Grandmommy and Granddaddy but they were gone. In respect and love to them we decided to take their titles. I am with you Sandi. Did not want to be Grandma! LOL
I have a lot of house straightening and putting away today. Not Christmas decorations, not yet anyway, just stuff! When we got home yesterday we just sort of collapsed!
Hated reading that about the eagles in Utah. Hope they find out fast what the problem is. Loved the video of that family rescuing the eagle. How awesome!
Andrew calls me Madre. :) Becky, Mattie and Justin call me and Sis "Sissy". I am Big Sissy and Beverly is Little Sissy, and that is because I am larger than her. :-( Daddy always called me Charlea and Mommy called me ShaLea. Donna and Sissy called me Sher. Some of my recovery friends call me Shurnlea.
Not sure if you really wanted to know all this but I figured I would share anyway. Oh yeah, Lynn/Hedgie always called me Shar so that is where that came from.
I chose Granny because we had living Grandmother, MeeMaw, MaMaw, Grandma, Grandmom in the family. My mother was Didi, her family nickname. I have a friend who is Honey to her gradchildren. I guess the name isn't really important, the love is.
I really don't like to complain b/c I'm happy that we're even able to see our eagles coming to the nest, but the part of the nest that is cut off seems to be where they both like to be. I wonder if the camera can be zoomed out any to provide a view of more of the nest?
Just finished dinner, one of Kate's famous salads with turkey, yummy. They don't eat a lot of salad in PA, where my folks live. Or, it's not the staple like meat and potatoes is there.
I've been playing around on FB for a lot of the day. So fun to have time to just sit and read, and be curious about things not required for school the next day. :) Very happy. So nice to be home, but I'll head back up to PA tomorrow, so I can start on my big case study report.
Good evening all. Sounds like a good day here on the blog.
All is well here. Continuing with prayers, meditations and reflections. Many friends died in 2013. Some were born. Some successes Some failures. Within it all the overwhelming connection is GRATITUDE.
Seemed like today was Monday with the Christmas holidays.... Tomorrow it's dinner out with hubby's brother and wife before they go back to FL. Dutch's it is!
I will look forward to getting back into my blog habits. Please know that I miss chatting -
Goodorming Judy and all my eagle friends! Nest looks MT right now.
Lynne, yes I am going to be a grandmother but do not want to be CALLED a grandmother. :) Sorry to hear about the upstairs noise but you can count down the days til it will no longer be a problem for you and Steve! And happy anniversary!
Lori, safe travels today. I'm so glad you were able to take some time off from schoolwork and relax this past week.
Has anyone heard from/talked to Judie?? She should be celebrating her retirement by now!
Lazy day here - didn't schedule any tennis for this weekend b/c I wasn't sure when we'd get back from Baltimore. Have a bunch of stuff to haul to the thrift store to get one last tax deduction for 2013. That and doing laundry are the extent of my agenda today - maybe Denny and I will take a hike somewhere this afternoon.
Goodorming Good morning Finally looked at email. Had some wonderful Christmas Wishes.
Yes missing JUDIE. Am wondering could she be in the middle of a move? Thought did cross my mind! Unless she has some visitors from hell? Unless she is simply taking a break ? I miss JUDIE.
Seems mild out! Sipping on my morning Earl Grey Delicious
Was Paula's family going to be in Paradise this weekend?
Picked up my brother Steve yesterday ..and Michael and Laura arrived yesterday about dinner time. My gf and her hubby came over..and Larry here too. We ordered Chinese and had a really nice evening talking and laughing .
Big dinner of rib roast and opening presents later today. Heading back to paradise tomorrow .
I had a wonderful e-card from our Judie right before Christmas. She is in retirement and doing great ♥ We should expect her soon to return to our blog. I really miss her also ♥
Paula enjoy your extended Christmas celebration - sounds like it's a family affair with friends. That's the best ♥
Safe travels Lori - I can't imagine how hard it was to leave and go back to the books! It is going to be so worth all the time you are putting into your schooling. ♥
I'm over on FB enjoying Kathryn and Hunter's 56 photos with the dolphins and other species of nature - fins and feathers. I am so very happy for them and what they are experiencing. ♥
Good Morning Eagle Buds !!! I know we'll split soon so this is for those who backtrack.
LYNNE and STEVE are doing the Anniversary Waltz today ! Congratulations !!! 2014 is going to be a wonderful year for you as you move out from under those scumbags ! Wish it could be TODAY !
LORI, you're just going to have to become the salad maker back at Pauxatawny (sp.?). Your parents just need a little edjumacation, that's all ! I can't imagine a meal without salad and I love a meal that is ALL salad---I often add turkey, cheese, chicken or tuna to my whole meal salads for the needed protein. Sorry you have to go back to the grind, but wish you well as you resume your studies !
SHIRLEY, glad Kathryn n' Hunter have been having such a good time and that they got to "visit" with the dolphins. I loved those shows when I was there, but there is now a big brouhaha hanging over the animal cruelty issue. And, in part due to some deaths and injuries to the human performers since, in fact, the dolphins are wild animals and you can't train that out of them ! Well now, aren't I a Grinch ! Taking the experience from joy to gloom and doom. Sorry about that, but it's something we animal lovers need to think about I guess.
Just lit my daily candle with love and prayers for all EM's. I "see" JIM there as he has remained so faithful in lighting candles for us all ! It assures me that he's okay and I hope he'll return once we have a live camera again.

Wonderful to have a new fresh thread Congratulations on the feather, Margy
Hello Kay
Thank you Steve for the new thread on this day after Christmas -
Hoping that one and all had a beautiful holiday
Happy Boxing Day.

Good morning,

MARGY
is my eagle moving for you all???
Thanks Steve for the new thread and Margy for the call over!
Happy to hear that Kathryn and Hunter are safely in FL.
Lori, terrific news about the math test scores!! Hope you get more relax time than work time this coming week.
Read on FB that Dana's dad was able to spend the day at home yesterday - what a great gift for the whole family.
Saw a few flurries this morning but the sun is out now. Cold day outside.
Later all!
Need to post again to check the box for comments to my email.
Yes, JUDY, your eagle avatar is moving beautifully.
SANDI, thanks for sharing DANA's super news ! So happy for them all that Dad/Grandpa was able to join them for Christmas.
There is an eagle in the nest.
And POOF !
EAGLE IN NEST
Thanks, SHAR ! I finally got a peek at a little bit of an eagle---so good to know they're sticking close by !
still there tail at 12
both are there
Yep, it came back ! Wish it would move on down giving us a better look !
Aha, all I had to do was ask !
Oh
I just a chance to check
I did see two...just a minute ago,
now...
part of one and most of the 2nd one
a tip to of the tail at 12 and the other at 1 head not in sight
Looks like two eagles---one almost in center and a head showing up at 12.
if only we could see boht tail we may have something to compare to
Two eagles in the nest.
JudyE
Your eaqle's head was moving for me at home, now here, it is not
Good Morning More Eagle Pals :)
I think the one at 12 poofed
Thanks for the Eagle alert, Sharon
Tails it is... lol
Whoo Hoo
2 tails in the nest
both in now
Do you think that is Belle or Shep's head
The tail we now see - I think that is Belle's
Yes that is Belle
Judy - relying on you to be snapping pics
Belle went POOF
WOW There she is again on the refresh
Had a phone call
What did I miss
What a beautiful sight--a midday visit--I love it !
So HAPPY to see Belle in the nest!
2 tails in the nest!
1250 eagle in nest
Ohhh, I see an eagle in our nest!!
Wondering why the eagle hasn't moved.
Okay, a small movement this refresh, so all is well.
I was thinking the same thing SHIRLEY
Can't believe there's still an eagle in the nest!
was going to put pic in album here but don't have the link to it on Angie computer so will email to my house and do when I am home
Debi on Eagle cam feels that the cam is frozen ?????????? It wasn't earlier when both eagles were there..
Keep an eye on it.........
I am thinking the image is frozen also, Jo....I have not seen any change for awhile
I need to leave for a few
Will check cam upon my return
walking back by to check on the puppies and I see we still are with EAGLE
there has been a slight movement
Back with you after a brief visit with Julie, Hugh and Seth. The HD box for my TV burned up and they brought the one they had in storage since buying a new TV. Thanks to Hugh I'm back in business.

I'm listening to "On Point" on NPR. The hour is devoted to Audubon, his life, work, paintings....Very interesting.
I just took a snip and one 3 min ago and you can tell there has been movements the black part of the tail feather is shorter in pic
They just played the bald eagle sound and detailed the fact that Audobon's favorite eagle pic is one with an eagle eating a catfish. Some folks consider it gory, but it's reality as we well know.
still in the nest notice now how small the little piece of tail feather is that is how I have been telling its updating a bit ago it was longer
now you can't even see the tip of the wing that was shorter I have taken spins and will put in album So odd just to be standing there maybe waiting for food delivery and someone got hung up in traffic LOL
still there now the tail feather is back to long and a movement again
Your young eyes are far better than mine, JUDY ! I'm taking your word for it.
I am seeing sunshine and shade at different times at the nest. I think our eagle has just been admiring their kingdom.
And just moved closer to 12 o'clock.
You girls are sooo right ! It took a more dramatic change for me to see it, but there has been significant movement now !
I come back to see POOFED on us huh
Judy, no poof, still there at 11 o'clock.
Workday almost over for me...
Seems like we had some Happy Eagle Cam Watchers today :)
Good Evening Wishes, Eagle Pals
Special Sweetie Evening Wishes to You, Paula ☺ ♥ ☺ ♥
xo ttfn
Yup, eagles can just stand there for a looong time!
Thanks, Margy!
Catch ya'll later!
Good late afternoon to all! Eagle activity! Soon they will be there often enough for ALL of us to catch a look.
Beautiful day today. It is in the 40's and sunny. When I got in from work I scooped the yard, Tom and I emptied the water off of the pool cover, I chatted with the neighbor....and now I'm having a few lazy moments before I straighten few more things up
Tom cleaned the house up today. :)
THANK YOU for the info on boxing day. It makes sense now!
Not a lot else going on. Enjoying the down time that no school for Livvy and Tom provides for ME! I can get home and not have to worry about running here there and everywhere!

NBC Nightly NEWS (network news) is doing a piece tonight on what's "grounding" bald eagles in the west. One family rescued one.
******
Hi all! We are home! Laurel and I did a little shopping today. She had some shopping to do and I tagged along. We had given her some cash and she spent it on two pairs of new shoes. Comfy shoes for her teaching.
Went back to the house, had another Turkey and Dressing dinner, and then loaded up and came home. We had a great time, but now certainly ready to rest up. We do go to Dallas Sunday to have another gift exchange and Christmas fun with Ellis east!
Evening folks. Good birding day for me. I got a good view of eagles in our nest on the cam and a view of a Snowy Owl just about 20 minutes west of here. I posted a picture of the snowy on FB, but since it was taken with my iphone, you have to enlarge and use your imagnation!
Exciting that you saw our eagles today.
How sad. The NBC news piece was from Utah where they said 12 bald eagles have died this MONTH alone. One family rescued a adult eagle that was unable to fly and rescuers came and got it. They've done tests on all or most of the birds and don't yet know what's killing them.
Make that 16 eagles that have died this month...they're worried it will spread. Pray not.
Cut and paste this to see the story.

Congratulations Grannyblt Lynne1!!
So happy you have seen your long-awaited Snowy Owl....
Megan is on the watch for them also....I am not sure what kind of wilderness I would have to search out to find one around here
Welcome Home Lolly and Jack...sounds like a Marvy visit with Laurel and family, and now
yes start resting up for the Ellis East gathering
Good Evening, Eagle Pals....

SED and AOYP
So glad to have seen our eagles ♥
Looking forward to viewing them again tomorrow.
I love us ♥
Getting on to say good night. Now that the hustle bustle of Christmas is over I am going to enjoy my winter evenings reading. I have three books lined up as well as many on my kindle.
What has been Wanda's problem. I see on fb that she has not been feeling well. Can not have that!
Night all! SED!!
Good evening all.
Sad tonight. The son if a 97 year old friend of mine from California phoned tonight to say his mother died. She was a very Gracious Lady and I shall miss her.
Quiet meditative day.
Prayers and Blessings.
Good night
God Bless Us All
Good evening,
Just got back from a trip to Northern Virginia with Rus.
Poor kitty.
On the way home, we went by Annandale, Judie's home. I sent a mind message of good wishes as we passed by. I hope she got it.
So sorry to read of so many eagle deaths. I will be interested in finding out if the reason is discovered.
I seem to be the only one awake, so I will say good night now. See you all tomorrow. Rest well, friends. SED.
Good Red Friday Morning everyone!
BBL
SHIRLEY, sweet pic of Lucky.
LOLLY, are you baking anything for New Years?

Two Eagles !
Have a great day all.
Have a great day all.
Belle on the right,
Shep on the Left
I Think !
Oh Hello Sandi!
Sounds like a lovely visit...
Happy Traveling...
I hope you stay connected here to see the Eagles
both are still there....and I gotta run !
xo
Does anyone know if there are plans to adjust the cam so we can see the whole eagle, head to tail?
SANDI, I'm sure whatever name or title you're comfortable with will be fine. Don't think I could be a "Grandma" either.
a quick and chilly good morning to all. 24 here at my house. going into the 50's today.
tgif. red tgif. go to work, then gd amelia is coming overto send a couple of nights.
hope everyone has a lovely day!
light, love, hugs, and smiles to all!
Good Red Friday morning to all ♥
I have an early appointment and will check in as soon as I get home.
Lori - Steve said the tilt of the
cam is as good as it can be.. :(
Let's hope the egg cup is close to 6:00.
BBL
MARGY, thanks for the cam info - that stinks...glad to have the cam, but why is the angle so different this year? Hmmmmm.
Nothing on my agenda today. I need to get back to PA so I can start working on that humongous 30 - 40 pg case study report.
Good Morning Eagle buds got my laptop running their phone is the pass work same as mine and I for got LOL old age I guess
pass word not work
pass word not work
pass word not work
got the pic of the non moving eagle in the album since I have lap top up
We have an eagle in our nest.
eagle in
HI SHAR can you tell which it is
I don't see the spot yet
ok I sort of see spot
eagle in full view in area of 4 but in the nest
I see the Eagle, also...
taking a sunbath :)
Lori: It was Jo not I that had the cam info....
It could be worse, we could have no cam....it's an old tree, and a few years ago there were signs the eagles were losing interest, but they did stick with this nest after all...
that was when Liberty was still with us
Good Morning, More Eagle Pals
xo
Has any one heard anything about the LIVE cam yet????? Just curious !!
and POOF
Not poof for long
:)
There's still a tail up at 11 - 12.
Thanks MARGY for the correction.
Thank you JO for the cam info. :)
oh I see tail at 12ish
Good RED FRIDAY morning Eagle Buds !!!
Wahoo, Belle and Shep are surely getting ready for action when they appear at the nest so often !
KAY, lmbo about the finding things in the purse comment - or as you said NOT finding things in your purse. I lost my ID and door card for school and searched everywhere, tore my purse apart several times, then one day about a month later I merely looked in my purse and there it was! I'm sure we all have similar stories.
eagle tails still sat 12
LOL, LORI ! I've always been a frequent purse changer, however, a couple of times I lost something for a while inside the lining of an old purse. Big arrrrgggh when that happens !
Hey JUDY, glad you and your camera are keeping an eagle eye on the nest ! We all owe you a big thank you for all the pics 2013 !
Good Morning
Love and Light to all
Off line today
Good morning,
Lori, Susan did work at a women's clothing store previously. She was at Talbot's for awhile. She took advantage of the opportunity to manage her own store when she made the change to children's clothes.
So happy you got to spend some Christmas time with your dad, Dana.
Names for grandparents:
Have a Nice Evening, Eagle Pals...
worktime almost over for me :)
lots of fun Grandmom and -Dad names
being shared
xo
Is that a eagle at 11

Boy, that was quick! Hi Judy!
Oh, still there - just couldn't see him/her.
I see head at 12
now turned and I see tail and some body
I'm thinking this is Belle - white tail feathers are more straight across???

Can't see an eagle on this last refresh.
did get a chance go grab a pic this time darn it
Jordyn feel asleep on couch waiting for Angie and Carl
I really don't like to complain b/c I'm happy that we're even able to see our eagles coming to the nest, but the part of the nest that is cut off seems to be where they both like to be. I wonder if the camera can be zoomed out any to provide a view of more of the nest?
didn't get a chance is what I wanted to say I dislike this small keyboard on my lap top
I think the zoom is out as far as it can
Yep I could see a small peice of with at 10 for aver a hour just before showed up in middle of nest
white not with silly RKS
Just finished dinner, one of Kate's famous salads with turkey, yummy. They don't eat a lot of salad in PA, where my folks live. Or, it's not the staple like meat and potatoes is there.
I've been playing around on FB for a lot of the day. So fun to have time to just sit and read, and be curious about things not required for school the next day. :) Very happy. So nice to be home, but I'll head back up to PA tomorrow, so I can start on my big case study report.
I don't want to leave! Boohooo.
Oh, Lori! Know that you have really enjoyed being home. Hang in there!! You are doing great! The light at the end of the tunnel will come! ((hugs))
Good evening all.
Sounds like a good day here on the blog.
All is well here.
Continuing with prayers, meditations and reflections.
Many friends died in 2013.
Some were born.
Some successes
Some failures.
Within it all the overwhelming connection is GRATITUDE.

AOYP and I love us ♥
I am cracking up a this grandparent talk! Mine were Gramma and Pap Pap.
Sounds like everyone is having a great Christmas week...but I am really far behind catching up.
Sandi....are you going to be a GRANDMOTHER???
Hoda, so sorry about the passing of your friend.
Had to call the police on the upstairs neighbor tonight, second time in less than 2 weeks.
Seems that April has moved in some drunk who has his friends over all the time for drunk-a-thons and the noise has been insane.
Haven't seen her kids hardly at all. No idea where they have been. Have been worried about them.
Need to get to bed.
SED everyone!
Brain is running down. Must sign off. SED everyone.
Getting on to say good night. Nose in book all evening. It was great!
SED!!!
Getting the do done tomorrow!!!
Good Morning Eagle Buds
So sorry didn't check in last night when I got home from Angies but had stuff to do before heading to bed and ran out of time
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY LYNNE AND STEVE
Have a great day all!
Goodorming
Good morning
Finally looked at email.
Sipping on my morning Earl Grey

Best Wishes for a Marvy Day ♥ ☺
xoxoxo
JO, so glad JUDIE intends to get back to us ! I know we all wish her a happy retirement ! I think it's a great life myself !
Just lit my daily candle with love and prayers for all EM's. I "see" JIM there as he has remained so faithful in lighting candles for us all ! It assures me that he's okay and I hope he'll return once we have a live camera again.
Watch out for the split!!!
Good dorming!
