its been a lovely day here....bright and sunny now and almost 70. i just might get those tomatoes in the ground..... :) been packing more stuff, there isn't a lot, but for example, it dawned on me......we didn't have a toaster in the camper.....so i got one and put one in there!
i guess i will have to take some pix of the inside of the camper and show you all?
only 2 more massages then i am on vacation!!!! til monday!!!! by 10:30 tomorrow morning, i will be "on vacation"!!!
and of course.....getting the puppy (seven is her name) on wednesday....so i bought some puppy stuff as well...its quite a week!

I was wondering if that was a fish laying in the nest...apparently so, the eagle from 1 came into the nest and is now eating it. I think it's Shamrock, but not positive.

Judy, I found a great $99 camera on the clearance table at Wally World, I am a happy camper. It's still just a point and shoot, but I've been camera-less for awhile now.
But it's a nice point and shoot :)

Rain rain and rain...it took me forever to walk home from errands as things are in bloom more and more and I had to stop and just look about. The iphone did not do the blossoms justice...Oh it is like a London rain today...
No brownies for me JUDYE. It was an honest mistake...I did however have an asthma attack during the Garden Fest on Saturday as someone toked up close to our booth and my oh my did I have a reaction.I used my inhaler. The By-law officer gave a warning and put a stop to it. I think this is why I had been so tired on Saturday.

The annual Peregrine Falcon banding event will be held Tuesday, May 21 at 1:00 PM in the Rachel Carson State Office Building Auditorium in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The event will be produced and live webcast by Commonwealth Media Services from the DEP Falcon Page. DEP is inviting teachers, with their students and non-formal educators to attend, through a pre-registration process. Biologists will weigh, examine and band the soon to be nearly four week old eyases.

I will stay there till 4:00 PM and then go to Yoga. After yoga there is a Bhajan Concert till 9:30 PM. By then the results of the elections should be close to being declared and there is a gathering for all the volunteers to watch the results come in...I am not sure I will last to attend that gathering...I need to be able to function on Wednesday so I am almost sure I will not go...9:30 my time most of you will already be asleep. So do not worry if I do not log in...if the polls are slow I will use my cell phone to let you know I am alright.

Thinking of doing the annual cleaning of the patio today. It is a big job...haul all furniture off, then scrub the tile and let dry and then reseal and let dry. While it is drying scrub all the furniture and then move it back. It looks so nice when finished!
All the oak pollen has fallen and most of the pecan pollen, so think today will be a good day. Rain possible tomorrow. I say possible as the all the news is about how dry we are. Big fire at Possum Kingdom lake where there was a big fire two years ago. Dreading this summer. Water rationing has already started in some areas.

I do hope Dana and Monte had a good celebration yesterday. We hit 48 next month. Two more years and then the big 50. Our plans are to go to Italy...Tuscany here we come!! I also want a beach vacation with the whole family. Doesn't that sound fun! Have already told Michael and Ashley.

one is plotzed in the middle of the nest the other is at 12 now was doing some wingersizing and got air once
bad spot to be laying almost got stepped on again LOL

Lolly, now that the pollen is finished, Denny needs to pressure wash the outside of the house and the porches so we can get the screen panels in the screened porch and be ready for summer. Speaking of summer, highs were in the 50s yesterday, 60s today, and going up to 80 tomorrow!

OK, think I'll go stick my body in the bathtub and my nose in a book. Long day - one of my special ed. kids punched another kid in the face and is getting a 3-day "vacation" from school. Another just got up and walked out of class and told the teacher to "get out of his face." A 3rd kept putting his head down and falling asleep in each of his classes! The kids are SO done! And so am I!!

Now that I've riled up the dandy lion folks; how do you feel about lilies of the valley? I feel they are as aggressive as dandy lions. Give them an inch of flower bed space & next year they've taken over a foot. Grrrrrrr. :o)
OUCH - after battling the l.o.t.v. I attempted to trim an old (30-40 yrs) gnarled lilac tree. Each year a few more branches die. I wait until tiny leaves form & flowers start to determine which branches are dead. Mistook my finger for a branch(nt really) & sawed a jagged cut across the top of it. Enough yard work for tonight.

I left at 7:30 in the morning and just got in and it is 9:55PM my time.
I think it was a good day and I am tired. I need to rest a bit before the morning.
I went to yoga and an excellent Kirtan concert, Bhajans and they were terrific.
I need to find out how big a percentage our candidate won with...I am hoping 65% we certainly put in the work for such results.
Will let you know.
Our candidate won her seat.
Resutls are still coming in but she is so far ahead there is no way it can be turned.
The party however did not get majority in the province so we are not forming the government...
Glad and sad at the same time!
Oh well we tried our best!

good wednesday morning! sunny and 60 here!!! ITS PUPPY DAY!!!! i may have completely lost my mind....getting a puppy for Scout. lol.
Tuesday was nice, finished my massages, then was quite busy finishing up packing the camper. Went to granddaughter's talent show and came home and did some light housework... sure didn't feel like i was "off work" lol.
I will check in before we leave today. I do not think there is wireless out at the campground....i will have my phone but checking the blog is a pain! it uploads oddly. i will check in on facebook as that loads very quickly and easily.

Early Friday afternoon we leave to pick up Zacharooski. Taking him camping in East Texas and taking a ride on a steam engine train. We will be back Sunday.

Just finished my walk. Eagles must have heard my complaint. Whole family was in the nest. Parents flew in with a whushi delivery. Not sure who brought it in. Feeding going on at the top of the nest. Looks like Belle from the tail.
No choc chips here. Would like some but will refrain. Trying to keep the girlish figure...you know. :)
Now time to go get street ready!
