Jo, I first posted that picture two years ago on our 45th. We were married June 20, 1965. We got married on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00. It was also Father's Day.
Just received email from Ceil that I'll share with you........
Jo, We had a great time at the osprey banding. Greg banded 3 nest. Greg is amazing. I got to hold one. It was great to see Loretta. When we got back to the dock I tried to see her but she was gone It was about 5:30.
Paula and Suzanne one year helped Greg with the osprey banding.
WOW, Shep just arrived at the nest with a HUGE fish!! He's panting - must have taken some effort to get that big thing up and into the nest! No kids in sight - just Shep and a fish!
Interesting news is that traffic will be stopped both ways around 1:15 on the Bay bridge and around 3:15 on the FSK Bridge during passage of a marine vessel carrying four large cranes. The reason is to ensure that drivers are not distracted while driving across the Bay and Key bridges during the passage of this marine vessel transporting four large, 14-story cranes up the Chesapeake Bay to the Port of Baltimore Makes sense to me as I am always looking over to see how many ship, barges, sailboats I can spot when I am not the driver of course!
Thanks Jooo for all the news... about osprey banding, Ceil, and the big cranes traveling up the Chesapeake....I'd love to see that !!! all those things you talked of... xo

Thank you for my e-card!
Good hot, humid morning. It is surely summer in Virginia. Air conditioning kind of day for us.
Congratulations, Lolly and Jack.
