Thanks for the confidence in my reporting. I second guess myself often and try not to say anything unless I feel fairly certain so I appreciate your kind words.
Sandi-yes Catholic Schools Week starts today. It's career day. An easy morning for me, but it causes a disruption in my schedule. My hubby is coming in to talk to the kids as one of the speakers. He will do Food Science and has some experiments making yogurt and sour cream. I can't wait to hear the other speakers as well.
Tomorrow is the tough one. Parent visitation. We have parents who come and spend the entire day observing in the classroom. It's tough to be on your game for 5 straight hours! But I'm old hat at it now.
Lyyn-I didn't know when Adam picked The Catcher in the Rye that was a banned book. It actually sounded very interesting and I might just have to read it myself. he was a tough author, but I have confidence that the term paper will net a good grade.Hopefully there won't be any MLA errors. Those are the worst! And I only know APA. Salinger was interesting as an author as well. I couldn't get "audio" versions of the book because Salinger never allowed it. Wow that was a disappointment.

kids were over for dinner on saturday - nothing fancy, spaghetti (choice of alfredo or tomato meat sauce), salad, bread adn chocolate brownies with peanut butter frosting (yes JUDYE the kind mom made!)....yesterday, Sunday was clean the nasty house....and then I had a staff meeting last night @ work...
And we are full steam ahead into another week.....

I thought I would let you all know that I will not be at the open house It a financial issue if I have to take a pay cut I will have to really watch my money from now on I think it is best I would love to come up and meet more of you I just loved that I got to meet 8 of you and am sadden that I can't meet the rest Even with air fair , car rental and hotel would be to expensive I was going to drive but that would be expensive also so I thought I would let you know to count me out I was just going to charge it but still paying for this past vacation I really really want to come up maybe I can find a sugar daddy somewhere LOL Just kidding

I see that I have missed an early morning visit already.

If you was married for at least 10 years to the man. If you are 62 (I would check might have to be 65 but possibly not). You can claim on his Social Security if he made more money than you. That is why I was asking. If you never re-married. Also if you never re-married and the man is dead (now not that you would like him dead) he has to be really dead. You can collect before 62 (I believe) on his Social Security.

Pension you get 1/2. Social Security it is more. I know with Ed passing he turned 68 Sept. 30, 2009 and passed Nov. 25, 2009. So I got more in Social Security than if I claimed mine or if I claimed SSD. I was only 60 yrs old when Ed passed away.

JudyE at our WalMart in Martinsburg not the one at Spring Mills. I have a friend (older man and lady that use to rent off of us) he is a Greeter. I ask him about anyone mentioning doing away with his job. He said "NO" and he is good friends with those in management he said so if there was going to be anything happen he would know about it.
I just don't understand why your store in Florida is going through all this mess. That they are creating for their workers.

We had a mini blizzard here yesterday evening, white outside but in the 50's later this week--spring weather for sure.
Before the clipper came through, I checked out the eagle nest that is about 8 miles from here, but didn't see any eagles, hawks and some rare Canada geese is all.

TA-DA!! St. Anthony did his job! FOUND the PUZZLE! Had a brainstorm a couple of minutes ago----could the stool under the dining table possibly have pushed it onto the crossbar???? YES it DID! And tablecloth completely hid it----even when changing the cloth last week, I can't see under the tabletop!! WHEW! Mystery solved.

although I have tried not to hound Steve with too many questions or emails, in fact I've only sent ONE, I did have a response to a question I asked, and here is his response, with permission to do so:
" I have seen a number of adult and juvenile bald eagles down in Loudoun county this winter. I expect there are also some "homeless" birds around here as well. With the success of the eagle populations, comes increased competition for nesting habitat. The intruder last week was ejected rather violently I thought, so hopefully it moved on. Only time will tell if we have a more peaceful season. We all hope we will here. "

That is good you don't have to leave home for PT and Insurance pay 100%. I am just wondering would it be the same PT you would get at a Rehab Center? For one thing there they have the bars that you hold onto and walk. Another thing they have is a step. Which they have you use different ways.
Just as long as they get that knee straight and leg straight when you can walk without a walker. That is a MUST!!!

Today is MICHAEL day, or Gotcha Day. 43 years ago today I became a mommy when they placed him in my arms. Remember that moment like yesterday. Oh, it makes me want to cry!!!
Today would also have been my parents 74th anniversary. When I called them to tell them about Michael they had gone out to eat in Mexico and my brother was at the house babysitting our grandpa.

All if my friends that have had knee replacements have had their therapy at home. Mary B has had both of her knees replaced. At our last retreat she was one of the ones climbing to a top bunk. I expect to see Wanda dancing around!
