OOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPSSSS!!! I tried to go out and look at the stars and my head got stuck in the door frame!!!!! LOL!!! I appreciate it JUDYE and MARGY...Life is good and we are all inspirational in each others lives...so here is for a group{{{{{♥H♥U♥G♥S♥}}}}}
MARGY---it's too cold to be outside!!! Brrrrrr......thermometer says 30° but it feels SO much colder. At least the wind has died down.
Hoda, a unique perspective, and I'm glad it works for you. I, on the other hand, aniticpate the mail greatly in Dec. and open cards immediately!!! Thanks for yours, and to all others, as well!!!
Ouch! Getting your head stuck in the door can be very painful!
Shows are all re-runs....sorry to report.
Bet Linda and Dennis are enjoying his son's visit. And I'm sure that Sharon is very anxious for Andrew's arrival tomorrow. Wonder if he's gotten the results of his MRI?
From Blackwater: We know folks are anxious about the Eagle Cam going live. In the past week the delay has been a sudden issue with the flag pole at the Visitor Center causing interference with our microwave transmitter/receiver, which we believe our cam technician has just fixed.
Wanda - So happy to hear Karla is doing a little better. Nausea after abdominal surgery is no fun.
Lynn - Good to hear you got some better nausea meds as well. Glad you could enjoy some pan pizza today. ♥
I agree, too, that HODA has such encouraging, inspirational, uplifting things to say that make us feel so much better............but MARGY......so do you. You are so amazing with your kind thoughtful, inspirational words, too. You just warm me up inside!!
Would you believe I am barely done writing thank you cards from my Mom's funeral and I have yet another funeral to attend tomorrow??
Dennis' best friend from childhood lost his mother on Christmas Day. They lived right across the street from Dennis growing up and this lady was so nice. She was younger than Dennis' Mom and was so wonderful about looking out for her as she aged and started having difficulty.
She always welcomed us over to her home when we would visit Dennis' Mom. The two families were close. Her name is Betty and she was 81 years young!
I don't know if I am ready for another funeral home visit and another service, but we have to do what we have to do, right?
Oh, Linda, you have had your share of funeral homes recently. I am sorry you are faced with this again. I guess you can understand better than many the comfort friends bring at a time like this.
aw, Linda, sorry about Dubby's BBF's mother passing.
And HELLO!
Hey, I was just finally checking my Yahoo mail, and I tried to email Chrissy. Twice. And I am getting a not deliverable message. Anyone know what's up?
So Lynn - How are you feeling? I haven't been able to keep up as much on the blog, and when I do read, I miss some of the important stuff.......like YOU!!
Hi Lynne!! I was happy to hear you had a good Christmas, despite Daisy's escaping and your fingers almost getting cut off!! Sounds like it was good to get away!
LOL Linda...It was very nice to get away for a couple of days. It meant an awful lot to Steve to spend Christmas with his mom for the first time in many years! And we could have done without the drama from Daisy.
I would like 2012 to be a year of more good and far LESS drama! For ALL of us!
OK I just tried a third email to Chrissy, being very careful with the address, and from my gmail instead of yahoo, and still it's coming back undeliverable. ???
LINDA your strength comes from the BRIGHT STAR in your avatar. I love the symbolism of the two you have lost guided by the ONE LIGHT, The LORD who brings us all strength...Thinking of you in regards attending another funeral...
Drinking a cup of hot barley substitute to caffein, so I do not wake up in the middle of the night looking for a cup of tea...butr my tea does taste GREAT...
PAULA has not chimed in yet...
Good to see LYNNE here and how did you celebrate your anniversary? Is STEVE home from work yet?
LOLLY has not been on this evening yet either...I hope I am not confused and missing posts...
This is really good news STEVE's job through January. God Bless him and I hope since he has his foot in through the door that they keep him in mind as something else comes up...HE DESERVES THE BEST OF WHAT THERE IS, so do you LYNNE.
Hoda, we didn't really celebrate today....we'll be finding some outdoorsy thing to do this coming weekend. And we'll be having NYE dinner with our good friends. And then it's my birthday the following weekend! Sort of a very extended celebration of events!
Thinking back on the Wedding Day....we were only 6 weeks from first official date to proposal, and then 6 weeks from YES to I DO! We knew we were taking a chance having a wedding smack in the middle of Holiday week, and on such short notice for everyone. It was small wedding. 40 close friends and family invited. We knew the weather might play a negative role in things as many of our guests were coming from pretty far. But not only did EVERYONE make it except my aunt in Dallas and my uncle in CA, but the temperature that day was a balmy 70 degrees!
Good night LYNNE extended celebrations are good. I wish you both well. I love your words about your wedding and you both looked GREAT from the picture you had as an avatar a few times.BLESSINGS to you two.
Good evening all. Just touching base right before bedtime...its taken me 30+ min and several emails to Judy to figure out where to find this "leave your comment"....not a computer geek here...First off, many thanks for the warm welcomes. Briefly, I am married, live in Nashville TN, have 3 children (25, 21, 10) and 2 grand children (4 & 5) I work 4 days a week @ Massage Envy Bellevue (m-t-th-f 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and on Wed I have private clients in the mornings. Two weekends a month are taken up with Reiki of some sort, either a Reiki Share or a class....and in between there, I try to spend time with my husband, my daughter still at home, a few friends, do yard work or tend my six furbabies....(3 dogs 3 cats and a foster puppy)...so I will pop in here and read some posts, maybe peek in the webcam....but I am glad to be here and looking forward to getting to know people, even though, admittedly, I will be slow in doing so! Have a great night! Almost beddy bye time. ! :)
GDub lost to Alabama Birmingham. They tried hard, though.
Lori, maybe Brandon? And, thanks but two panthers are about my limit. At my age, it's like having two very active grands under foot.
Great news about Tori. She sure is a fighter. Hugs to her and prayers for continued progress.
Lynne2, enjoy whatever plans you have and good news for Steve. Here's hoping he will be offered something beyond Jan. Fingers crossed.
Hoda, once again has inspired the spirit of enjoying each day to the fullest. Here's raising a glass of barley stuff to you. By the way, how does one get one's head stuck in a door frame? Hope it didn't hurt.
Judy, I think any kind of marshmallows would be tasty. However, I add a tbsp of bourbon to my sweet potatoes and a tad of cream -- Southern is as Southern does.
Linda, so sorry about Betty. Hope this will be the last of the funeral homes for a long while. Give Dennis an extra hug, please.
Dana, congrats on being able to discontinue a med.
Sandi, I teach the psychology of violent criminal offenders to undergraduates and police officers. Fun topics. I especially enjoy telling the wannabe adults solving crimes is like t.v. shows - NOT!
Well, I am sort of caught up. Will send an email to Chrissy tomorrow to see if I can get through.
Oh good grief! The sandperson is skulking down the hall and I can hear the whispering of my name. So, the night light is on for anyone who is headed back the hallway, down to the tub, up the stairs to bed, to the kitchen for a late snack, or arrives late from the West coast. Restful sleep for all.
JANET - Sounds like you do have a busy life, indeed! We're happy to have you join in whenever you have the time. This is a great group of friends.......as I am sure Judy has told you!
JANET your comment is posted and it shows on the blog...you have to refresh sometime to get the updated posts. Press F5...Yet if it is not refreshing on its own you will not see this post...Maybe I will try your email.
JUDIE when there is too much praise it is a common affliction that one gets a swollen head. This was my experience this evening... LOL...I have not tried to negotiate the door since but I feel a reduction in size already!!!LOL
Linda...always a treat to see you pop on here...talk about busy, that's YOU too...honestly, with all of the Momsters...your days seem to fill more than 24 hours, and your weeks, more than 7 days... I am in amazement of it all...
I am sorry about the loss of Dennis's best friend's Mother, Linda.... Prayers for peaceful comfort for all and (( Hugs ♥ )) for you and Dennis both...
I am so sorry I missed Lynne. That is really exciting news and surely an answer to prayer that Steve's job is coninuing. We will continue to think positive thoughts with you, Lynne!
Jo, Wanda...and all that I cannot name because I'm about half asleep...
Thinking of you....
Playday with James coming up Thursday, better go store up some energy for that....
My sister, Annandale Anne, had funeral services for their son-in-law today....who died December 22 following a long illness with Cancer....he leaves behind his wife, four sons, and many relatives....including a brother who also has Cancer.... This has been on my mind for days, just could not bring myself to post it....
Please, prayers for their comfort and peace at this difficult time, and thank you....
I saw your comment LINDA and there was a counter motion to reduction in swelling!!!LOL I smiled and worked really hard to not letting it get to my head...the blog is not good for my waist line and my swollen head...whenever anyone here writes about food I feel I need to have some of it!!! NOT !!! It was murder when LOLLY, LYNN and PAULA and SHIRLEY and CAROLANNE were discussing Christmas baking...Then the praise oh my!!! What a big ego I have and I have to remember that ALL PRAISE IS FOR GOD... So I did not make a comment back...Thanks though and I will stay away from the door for a while longer LOL!!!
PRAYERS MARGY...thank you for sharing and wished you had shared earlier...we are here for you and for your sister and family
LINDA, LYNNE'S STEVE is working for Random House unpacking boxes of books and sorting them out on conveyor belts...he said he wants more challenge but is happy to have the job as I would be too...
I am thinking about going back to my book. Downloaded another book on my Kindle today. It was a special today for 99cents...Pictures of You. Sounds good.
Well it is time for me to hit the pillows as well. I'm tired, but have enjoyed the last couple hours with those of you here this evening.
Thanks for the friendships here.
Praying that KARLA is feeling better and was able to stay another day, if they felt that was the best. Keeping TORI in prayer as well as she faces challenges day by day. Praying for Capt GENE, and answers for what to do next regarding that protein in his urine. We're ready for good news in 2012!!!
Praying for our Lynn as she continues her treatment. May her spirits be high and may her body be healed.
So many other healing prayers being offered up for our momsters, their family and friends. Lord we ask that you guide and protect us one and all.
Thanks LYNN I di dnot know what was going on and glad you wrote an email to LYNNE.
Our radio is talking of avalanche hazard is high on highways and in the back country...fresh snow over a sheet of ice from the rain...a few highways around here were closed during the afternoon...I do not have to go anywhere and so I will just pray for others safety.
Margy, I pray that Anne's SIL's family is at peace now that he is....I know it's been a rough road for them all. I am glad that you shared the burden with the rest.
I see that Janet popped in again....she'll learn the blog ropes soon! Hope the blogger cop doesn't nab her and cause frustration.....JudyE should warn her about him!
Tonight is return to BED night!!! Bedhead won't matter when I don't have to leave the house until after noon! Plenty of time to do the do. Sure hope I sleep good!
JO and LYNN I wish you both a very good sleep...and I hope that JO you are not in pain...YAY LYNN for tomorrow and the rest of the treatment in the afternoon...Good night to you both. God's Blessings.
Oops...Linda, I am doing okay. Not great, but not bad, either! Thanks!
Do wish we would hear form Wanda about how Karla is.
Jo, I think it is time to call the doctor for something else for the pain. When does PT start? Hope you get some pain relief and can rest tonight.
Hoda---sorry, will repeat for all....Chrissy's email server went down for maintenance the middle of last week. Advance warning.....she asked for how long and the response was "for as long as it takes." I bet she is hot, hot, hot!
I missed your post about your sister Annadale Anne's son-in-law funeral services today and their family. Praying that they find peace and comfort in the days to come holding on to those happy memories.
Praying for you as I know you would want to be there for your sister. That is just the loving caring person you are. I don't know how you have so much love to share!!
Been a busy evening, laundry, some chores, friend stopped by, phone calls...
Hope to catch up more tomorrow, but maybe not, Michael coming down with GF...we are visiting friends Friday night, then they are headed back on Saturday for a NE eve party.
Last load of laundry is calling...sleep well friends, see ya tomorrow.
Thank all of you for your prayers for my Karla. Mine has been answered! I prayed that she would be able to stay in the hospital at least one more day...and that has come to pass:) She wrote this in facebook a few hours ago:
Karla Wright Adams
Get to stay in hospital another night, which is good. Lungs aren't full yet, pain is getting better and BP is rising :) Thanks to Bev, Mary Lou, Carman and Trish for keeping me company today and bringing pretty things xoxo.
Good Grief! It's tomorrow already, but must send a tad late HAPPY ANNIVERSARY WISHES TO THE GREAT KIDS, LYNNE AND STEVE!
Wanda, hope Karla feels better asap!
We went to Red Lobster tonight and Fubby had promised to take me there or to Outback for Mother's Day!! DUH Sherry packed up 2 huge boxes of things she can't take on plane, so they will go to UPS in AM. They have to leave for airport at 1PM TH. Plane goes at 3, I think. If there's room for me to go to airport, I always have to wait until plane is IN the air before I leave. Boo Hoo :>(
I know I've got a lot of catching up to do on Blog, but for now prayers for ALL and Pleasant Feather Dreams;>)
WOW! I sit here and read the blog in the silence of the early morning, sometimes not so quiet with cats playing, but I am so awed by all the wonderful people and friendships we have on this blessed blog! What a great feeling it is just to be a small part of it. Thank you ALL!
MARGY, sorry you had a difficult time posting about Anne's SIL's passing. Prayers for his entire family and gratitude that he is at peace, as is Linda's MIL's friend.
LINDA, I know the family will be very grateful that you and Dennis are there for the funeral, knowing all you have been through recently.
LOLLY, glad you appreciate your nothing time! And thanks for the book tip. I really do need to settle and just read sometime. :)
Oh, Diann, you would love this new little guy. I will get his "before" pictures today. He is quite a mess, now. The vet was so surprised he had such a temper and attitude for a male kitten! He just thinks life is an adventure, and I hope he keeps that thought while I'm giving him a bath, probably tomorrow.
Don't like to be a 'downer' but these past couple weeks have not been the best. Today was especially bad, thus the reason I'm still up. Had to take pain meds.
I don't like to air my ills since mine are not as serious as others. My mother always told us that no matter what happens to us, there is someone worse off.
I haven't changed his name, yet. Margy suggested Brando, and I like that...but nothing firm yet. You know how it is...you name a pet, the two days later think you should have named it something else. lol
I understand your thinking, DIANN, but everyone here REALLY CARES and would like to pray for you, too. YOU ARE FAMILY, and it's not complaining! (((BIG HUGS)))
And, you don't have to read all or any of the blog to check in. We all understand you have a lot to deal with now. We love you and are just happy to know how you are doing.
Yes, it was easy naming the foster kittens we got on Father's Day - we had a theme; hence, Bobby, LeRoy and Andie. They are HUGE kittens. Only 8 1/2 months and are going to be soooo big! LeRoy has feet like a Clydesdale horse!
Thanks, Diann! It has been wonderful chatting with you. I had been thinking I wish someone was up and you popped on! Much love and pain relief for you.
I use a vet who works out of her truck/big van unit. It's just so much easier than taking all these guys to the vet where they don't like going anyway. The cats aren't thrilled with the big truck either, but the dogs love it!
Hi, Everyone, Have been hiding out and taking it easy the last couple of days. My allergy meds have finally kicked in, and I'm feeling ever so much better! Fell asleep with Emma in my lap in front of the TV, and woke up at about 1 a.m. Have taken quite a while to try to catch up, but have just skimmed through, really. Too sleepy to post much tonight, so will do so in the morning light. Praying for all, and for all creatures, though. Making sure the porch light is on, and both security systems are enabled. God bless, and goodnight. Love all of you! :o]
Checking in with the morning crew! Good Morning Lori, anyone else here?
I love Wanda's expression last night "slam worn out"! I can hear her saying it!
Glad Karla is doing well. PA Nana prayers to you, never feel like you can't tell us what's going on. That's what's so great about everyone here, they care. No matter how big or how small our problems are we can bring them here and have the comfort and support of our friends.
I just learned how to do it yesterday! LOL! I always feel like I can't find posts about people when I'm reading back. I saw others do it at times and it helps to find comments. So I thought I would give it a try.
You are so lucky that your vet comes to the house. Mine is only minutes away so I usually take one at a time. I schedule the appointments so I can go, run back home, and go back again. I rarely take the puppies together, too hard to control! They get each other all wound up!
Bella is a little better each day. Her appetite is completely back to normal - inhaling her food again. She remains crated and sedated (still on 3 meds); the sedated will come in handy as she starts feeling more like her old self and we have to keep her quiet and still. Thanks for asking. Read about your feisty little Brando Commando, or whatever name finally fits him. DMo, please tell me you are NOT going into school today or tomorrow!! I have not left the house since we got back from balto. Monday night. I have tennis at 9am so I can't just sit around all day today!
Hey guess what I have learned and did I can put music on the You Tube videos and I did some of them this was no keys clicking I love it Its just hard to figure out some of the names of music I never heard of I pick lost of orchestra music softer of the video
Hail, Hail, a bunch of Early Birds are here ! So nice to "see" you !
Have been catching up on posts from yesterday afternoon onward. Will not comment on all, but join in the adulation for HODA, sympathy for LINDA and MARGY, prayers for TORI, DIANN and LYNN, joy over LORI's latest rescue, elation over STEVE's job extension, the big welcome for JANET.....the list just goes on and one ! Love you all and do so enjoy hearing it all, the good, the bad and the ugly ! Fortunately most is "all good" and "cool beans", outweighing the bad and the ugly by far !
Magpie: so sorry to read of the death in the family. JudyE and I both know/remember how hard it is, espeically at the holidays to have a death and a funeral. Our Dad died @ Yule, just before Xmas. Still tough sometimes. Sending you and yours light, love and blessings.
Hopeing every one has a fabulous day. In the 50's here today; 29 this morning. WIll touch base tonight! :)

Prayers for all.

Thank you both, Shirley and Lynn. I hold on to my faith and the knowledge that Betty is in Heaven and no longer suffering either.

Hey Guess What: Valentine's Day things are showing up on the store shelves..... ♥
Sharon
Hello Mattie !!
And so happy your Andrew and Kelsey will be at your Roost Thursday xoxo ♥ ☺
I think Hoda's was inferring that her head was swelling...? When her head got caught in the doorway?
Am I right Hoda, because of things we say about you... ☺
Or were just pulling a clumsy on yourself ?
Thanks, Margy!! I miss you!! Our paths haven't crossed the few times I have had a chance to pop in!
So nice to see you! ♥
I just love all my momsters! ♥♥♥
Glad that Judie could see the GDub folks playing the hoops, sorry they lost...but sure they were GLAD to see the Professor there !!
OH dear, I shoulda read back, Hoda answered the quiz before I posted...
Hoda - Did you see my comment earlier to you!! I swelled your head, too!! You're amazing!
Howdy Hoda! I have been reading tonight. Have been really lazy all afternoon and evening. Just enjoying having nothing that has to be done immediatly!
You are right MARGY...
I was not pulling a clumsy even though I have on occasion been clumsy, another story though!!!
guess I was right though, Hoda... wink wink
Missing a few tonight, including Paula, Jo, Lolly...
seeing many but not all...
Hoping that All is Well in all our Eagle Corners !
Sounds like good news for Lynne's Steve at Random House...and nice anniversary plans for the week-end ♥♥
I am still looking forward to some "nothing" time. It just isn't time, yet!!
I am so sorry I missed Lynne. That is really exciting news and surely an answer to prayer that Steve's job is coninuing. We will continue to think positive thoughts with you, Lynne!
Nothing time is soooo wonderful. I have worked word games and read. It is wonderful!
And there you are Lolly!
Howdy
What kind of job was it for Steve? I remember hearing he got something that would last through the holidays, but they weren't sure after that.
Is there a chance for this job to be permanent?
Hoda, our yoga expert, I do not see you as clumsy!
I just wanted you to know I love you, HODA, for all the love and support you offer to me and the rest of us!!!
His job is to last to the end of January, and Lynne is hopeful for longer. Pray, girls, pray!!☺
I wonder if Lynn fell asleep after her tub time!!
Sweet dreams, Lynn......if you don't make it back ♥
Prayers for all...
for our many needs of the heart, soul, and body....
Love you all...and I cherish the comfort and fellowship on here...
God Bless This Nest, and
God Bless Us, Every One
xoxoxo ♥
Oh, Margy, so sorry for the family. And, such sadness at Christmas time. That is rough. Prayers for sure.
I has missed what exactly his job was, thank you, Hoda for explaining.
Playing catch-up again! Polished off another recorded movie. Think I only have one left!
Thanks, friends.....
I feel your lovins'
and I know how our prayers work amongst us
xo ♥
Good Night....
Sent Lynne an email telling her about Chrissy's email problems.
LOLLY clumsy happens and then I have uncontrolable laughter...it never fails...
I am thinking about going back to my book. Downloaded another book on my Kindle today. It was a special today for 99cents...Pictures of You. Sounds good.
Judie, you have email, too!
Sorry about the game...:(
Knock on wood, it has been a while since I have fallen. I am very cautious.
Love you all......
Night ♥
Hi Lynn, nice and comfy after your soak?
There you are, Lynn!!
Thought you fell asleep!
You doing okay?
Thanks LYNN I di dnot know what was going on and glad you wrote an email to LYNNE.
Our radio is talking of avalanche hazard is high on highways and in the back country...fresh snow over a sheet of ice from the rain...a few highways around here were closed during the afternoon...I do not have to go anywhere and so I will just pray for others safety.
Thanks Steve for the fresh thread!
Open House in 2012 is on the 3rd Saturday which is the 21st of April..
I am glad for Karla's improvement.
I have been sitting must of today - my

I would love to read back - but I am going to be lying down - Just need to be comfy
Love you all and prayers are being said.
♥♥♥♥♥♥
Margy, I pray that Anne's SIL's family is at peace now that he is....I know it's been a rough road for them all. I am glad that you shared the burden with the rest.
I see that Janet popped in again....she'll learn the blog ropes soon! Hope the blogger cop doesn't nab her and cause frustration.....JudyE should warn her about him!
Tonight is return to BED night!!! Bedhead won't matter when I don't have to leave the house until after noon! Plenty of time to do the do. Sure hope I sleep good!
Yea! Sleep good, Lynn! (((Hugs)))
I really am returning to my book now.
Night all! Sweet dreams!
And prayers for all needs!
(((((HUGS))))) to you and your family!
Lynn, hope you sleep ggod. Glad you got new nausae meds!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY LYNNE AND STEVE!!!
I keep pulling a Margy, too!!
Lynn - Glad you can rest in your bed and not worry about getting bedhead!!
I know you're strong and you'll hang in there, buy I hate that you're having to go through this.
How many weeks of the radiation and chemo do you have to go through?
Been a busy evening, laundry, some chores, friend stopped by, phone calls...
Hope to catch up more tomorrow, but maybe not, Michael coming down with GF...we are visiting friends Friday night, then they are headed back on Saturday for a NE eve party.
Last load of laundry is calling...sleep well friends, see ya tomorrow.
Jo - Read tomorrow......sleep tonight!!
Praying for the pain to subside so you can sleep tonight.
Sweet restful sleep ♥
Thanks for checking in Paula!! Enjoy your visit with Michael and GF.
It's still a busy holiday time for most of us.
Okay, now I'm heading upstairs. I am feeling that tightness in my neck and don't need to get a migraine!!
Love you all.......
Dear hearts and gentle people, I will say my goodnights, too. Thanks for being my friends. Love you all!!
Thanks LYNN. I should have remembered that about Chrissy's server provider being down...
My book calls. Goodnight and sweet dreams all
God Bless.
I hope ANDY checks in soon.
Thanks JUDIE for setting the light and the security systems.
WANDA prayers continue for KARLA'S helaing.
Prayers for MARGY'S sister's family.
Restful sleep JO and LYNN.

I'm slam wore out, just like Sharon...headed for bed and some sweet dreams. Wishing Sweet Dreams for all of you and saying prayers for us all♥
DUH
Sherry packed up 2 huge boxes of things she can't take on plane, so they will go to UPS in AM.
Hi Lori!
Saw you have a new addition to your meow group. Pictures please.
You know I love cats.
DIANN!!!
I've finally been able to post and it's too late for almost everyone.
Thank God you're an early bird, Lori.
So much has taken place on here that I'll never be able to catch up with everyone, but the love is still there.
Yes, it's me. Too early for coffee or tea as I haven't been to bed yet, and just waiting for the sandman.
DIANN, everyone wonders and asks all the time how you are feeling. So, how are you feeling?
Can't wait to see him. Have you changed his name yet?
I hope sleep comes soon for you, Diann. I know that can be so frustrating.
Give it a few days and maybe he'll do something that'll make you call him.
That's how my Missy got her name. Was always after her and I'd say "no you don't missy" and it stuck.
Bandit is a black & white male and he has a black mask, thus "Bandit."
They're 7 now but still can be a handfull. They are like my shadows at times and seem to understand some directions which makes like a bit easier.
Yes, it was easy naming the foster kittens we got on Father's Day - we had a theme; hence, Bobby, LeRoy and Andie. They are HUGE kittens. Only 8 1/2 months and are going to be soooo big! LeRoy has feet like a Clydesdale horse!
You're probably getting ready for work so I'll go to my recliner and try to get to sleep before the rest of the household awakes.
Max will be here Friday for the weekend so I'll need lots of rest.
Have a good day. God bless
(((hugs))) ♥♥♥♥
OH, before I go... how do you get a vet to make housecalls?
Thanks, Diann! It has been wonderful chatting with you. I had been thinking I wish someone was up and you popped on! Much love and pain relief for you.
I use a vet who works out of her truck/big van unit. It's just so much easier than taking all these guys to the vet where they don't like going anyway. The cats aren't thrilled with the big truck either, but the dogs love it!
The bonus is, if you can call it that, is that if anyone needs to be put down, it's done here at the house.
Hi, Everyone,
Have been hiding out and taking it easy the last couple of days.

Wow Andrea was up really late!
Good Morning DanaMO and your fancy blue underlines! Doesn't that take a long time? :)
Or should I write, good morning DanaMo! lol, I don't even know if this is the right tag.
I'm a copy CAT!
I just learned how to do it yesterday! LOL! I always feel like I can't find posts about people when I'm reading back. I saw others do it at times and it helps to find comments. So I thought I would give it a try.
LOL! yes you Copy Cat!
You are so lucky that your vet comes to the house. Mine is only minutes away so I usually take one at a time. I schedule the appointments so I can go, run back home, and go back again. I rarely take the puppies together, too hard to control! They get each other all wound up!
We had so many eagle visits yesterday, I know JudyE is still hoping we get as many today for her day off. I hope so, too, Judy!
Morning Lori & DMo! Anyone else here? Gotta feed the dogs and then read back. Sounds quiet at the nest this AM.
Good morning Sandi.
Great Morning to you, Sandi! What's the Bella report?
Bella is a little better each day. Her appetite is completely back to normal - inhaling her food again. She remains crated and sedated (still on 3 meds); the sedated will come in handy as she starts feeling more like her old self and we have to keep her quiet and still. Thanks for asking. Read about your feisty little Brando Commando, or whatever name finally fits him. DMo, please tell me you are NOT going into school today or tomorrow!! I have not left the house since we got back from balto. Monday night. I have tennis at 9am so I can't just sit around all day today!
G☺☺d M☼rning eagle buds the last delete was mine because I sent the mssge in blue and as u can see can't see the ☺ or ☼

Hail Hail the gangs all hear LOL Gotta step away for a sec keep a ear and a eye out
Good Morning, KAY!!!
DanaMo, PLEASE, pretty please with sugar on top, will you put your dogs on the sofa pic on your blog here?
Good Thursday morning to one an dto all.
Magpie: so sorry to read of the death in the family. JudyE and I both know/remember how hard it is, espeically at the holidays to have a death and a funeral. Our Dad died @ Yule, just before Xmas. Still tough sometimes. Sending you and yours light, love and blessings.
