She was earlier rolling her back and arching.. but i myself am not sure if thats a sign of laying an egg or not. but something is occuring for sure. She as not moved for the last couple hours i have to go to work soon in this mess. Keep it dry Belle and warm..Hope Liberty keeps bringing in the Food..
Hi Gang! I haven't peeked in for a few days, and I was surprised to see someone in the nest in this weather. I take it we're just waiting and watching at this point? Those eggs surely do like to arrive in snowstorms, don't they?
Hi Sunny! You always show up at the most important times! Our new Live Feed has been great (except for the 10 min refreshing) Hope you have been well and so glad you have joined us today.
Paula, I love my laptop too! Such handy inventions! Jo - Hi! I've seen that there are eggs over at BW. but I thought I t was a little early for us. I was shocked to look in and see someone on the nest. Will start watching more often!
Good Snowy Afternoon Eagle/Panda, etc. Lovers. Got home at 1:30. At least a 1 hr.+ drive. As exciting an perilous as bungi jumping!Didn't look like anything had been plowed. The driving wasn't as bad as some of the drivers. On main highways that almost had 2 lanes, were several people w/4 way blinkers on going 15 - 20 mph tops. They were backing up many cars and then would slow down! Was a line of rear end collisions waiting to happen. They should have gone in the shoulder & let others pass them. Changing lanes was not always easy as you have to ride over higher, icy ridges. Altho I don't have 4-wheel drive, got new tires, so no real problems. Our Maint. Leader came in about an hour after I really wanted to leave & plowed our Park road & I followed Greg out so he could blaze a tire track trail! We should have never gone in. It was then annmounced our couty Park & Rec places would close at 1PM!!!!We were in trouble by 11!!
Are the Polar Plungers still going today!!Probably precip there, too. Weatherman was wrong on the extent and amount. We had flakes at Park around 8:30, then started for real at 9:30. On way in saw what I thought was white eagle head in nest, but it's a space btween branches & sky in betweeen. BOO They should be laying now. Then saw gorgeous red fox in road, but he scurried into woods.Tried to get his pic, but it's a blurry orange fuzzy thing. Later saw total of 3 eagles fly over the river.
Well i see Belle is off the nest for a Strecth and i am off to work. Jus wanted to take a peek before i left. I also see others chatting about other cams on Nest what are the Links for those. Thx be safe if you go out on roads.. Mark
Helen, see the plungers did go! Great video & found Maggie's family! I must send this to friends in Cape Ste. Claire who have a niece in OR w/ DS. They might have even been there! Gotta eat lunch I brought back home~~~~~
Stopping by to check the nests. Snow everywhere. NBG blowing in the wind and snow. Missed the earlier activity at NCTC. Still snowing heavily here. Got food cooking just in case power goes out -- can reheat on grill.
Hi Jo. Yep, I too heard Lily's cub making I want attention noises and then started humming along.
Hi to those I do not know -- Sunny and Vickie.
Hi Wanda. Glad you're home safely. Guessing you went to GG's. How's she doing today?
WOW, we just went 4 mile round trip to store and back and roads are TERRIBLE... Looks like the county was caught off guard. I always say, NEVER TRUST A STORM FROM THE SOUTH. Our main road hasn't even bee salted and people are stuck on small hills. Prayers that everyone gets home safe!
I see Geula has joined us! Hi!! Don't miss the snow??? Can't blame you there! Also Eaglecamfan, Donnie, Vicky, Delphia (how's the baby dove?) and Sunny! Busy day!
Well, I have been on the phone with the college kid since Belle left! Been watching, tho. Guess she was protecting the egg cup.
Jo, thanks for the polar bear plunge link, showed it to Michael, he got to see it and Maggie's video, which is showing at the bottom of the page as well.
Stopping by to say howdy. We made our shopping run this morning, and now in about a half-hour will probably be going to the cheap movie theater. $4.00 for seniors isn't bad!
Have so many different meds on board I feel a bit like a zombie! Sinuses are feeling a lot better, but still have hay fever.
Hope you're having a good day, Megan! Sounds like you've been pretty busy so far--hope the gh is doing OK with the snow. Gosh, our nest is pretty much buried right now! Hope Belle delays egglaying for a bit!
Well, gotta run. Have a great, snowy Saturday! (It's NOT snowy here, but rain expected by Monday night.) Take care! :o]
Quick stop before I go out for the next round of shoveling. Hope everyone is staying warm. If you're shoveling - pace yourself. No heart attacks please!
Got home from the basketball game. They are undefeated! When we got home Joseph took over the computer. Jacob and I built a dragon with his blocks. Just now got as sec to peek in and I see the snow. Yuk!

I think that was Lib that just left
Me too
Almost missed it all - was checking out to see if any news coverage on TV
Could only get VA news - Tai was on again.
Wonder if anything is going into that egg cup for Megan's b-day? Could be!
Hmmmm tenting over the egg cup...sure hope she's not gonna lay an egg today!
She has been there for awhile. I have to assume that eggs come when they come, just like babies.
Snowing to beat the band. Almost 2 inches already. Temp holding at 17. Margy is getting very busy....wrecks and traffic tie-ups everywhere. Crazy.
Looks like she is staying there..could it be today???
Looks like our beautiful Belle has taken up nesting in the snow. Stay warm Belle . Go get her a nice meal Lib
Lib just flew in with food for her
Lib just arrived back with more food!
Bit of a discussion, then off he flew
OK, i can record video now...still working on getting the sound to record...
Glo do you use snagit?
Was on the phone with Germany. Snowing over there - for the past couple days.
Goes non stop - Christine said you just learn to deal with it.
I see Belle still in the nest.
I'm sure there will be lots of traffic tie ups - everyone went out this morning thinking that the snow missed us!
Whoo hoo, think I got it now...
I have about 1/2" of snow now....more than I thought we would get
We have lots of snow here. We haven't measured yet. Still snowing. Not quite as hard at the moment, but hard enough.
BWE cam is up again. BWO still down
Excuse me BWO cam is also up
Time for a 'shake off' Belle
Belle is making this look like a very real possibilty, doesn't she?
Oh my Hedgie she sure is looking like the "real thing!"
Could there be a Egg today ??
I would not be surprised!
Guess that should be, "isn't she?"
Will we SEE an egg in the snow??? Hope her body heat melts out the cup!
Miss Vicky!!! Hey, gal! Welcome "home"! You spend all your time on FB!!!
She is not moving at all..she is either keeping the Snow out of the Egg cup or she is laying the first Egg..hope she keeps it Warm..
Any signs to look at to determine if she is laying an egg?
You need to look at BWE
She/He are doing a great job -BUT
I sure wish a 'shake off' would occur.
We really could use a Snowy Day Thread.
I watched a video from Norfolk. I see that they refer to "labor."
Hi VIcky! If she does lay the egg today it will be a M-egg-an's Egg!
Norfolk nest filled with snow and has no eagles.
Our nest, filled with snow but with a snow-covered eagle sitting in it -- is there an egg???
Will figures we have about 6 inches of snow.
Hi BG--that is the question of the day.
It is still snowing pretty hard here.
I sure hope the Polar Bear Plungers get home warm and safe later today.
She could just be trying to keep the egg cup dry...or she's waiting for an egg to come out.
She moved and the snow fell off
No egg in our nest as far as we can tell. If there is an egg - there will eventually be an Egg Roll.
Lib has kept her well fed the past few days. After the egg comes they will switch shifts - then we know for sure in case we haven't seen any egg.
Wow- she's still there...had to go clean snow off the gh. what a pain in the rump.
Belle is looking good
I wish Lady Blackwater would do the same
Hi Gang! I haven't peeked in for a few days, and I was surprised to see someone in the nest in this weather. I take it we're just waiting and watching at this point? Those eggs surely do like to arrive in snowstorms, don't they?
Snow is very powdery here. Not a heavy wet snow.
Hey there, Sunny:) You got it, we're waiting and wondering...
Have safe travels to work Eaglecamfan.
I guess you are local and in this snowy mess.
Love having this laptop in the kitchen...can finally cook and watch...

Hi all, just checking in on all the Snowy Eagles.....19 and snowing like mad here....about 3 inches so far and still coming.
Well. she just took off.
Belle is up, and flew off
Belle gone...and egg cup melted out---at least for now!
Hi, Sunny! Been quite awhile since you've joined us, too! Vicky took off already!
Sunny - Our eggs start after BWE's have been here for awhile. Then Norfolk should start. Not sure about ME
BWE - ROFLMBO - They really look like twins!
"Which one has the eggs covered"
Really wish they would keep our egg cup dry - just in case! But I'm sure they know what is going on.
