She is not moving at all..she is either keeping the Snow out of the Egg cup or she is laying the first Egg..hope she keeps it Warm..

Norfolk nest filled with snow and has no eagles.
Our nest, filled with snow but with a snow-covered eagle sitting in it -- is there an egg???

Hi BG--that is the question of the day.
She was earlier rolling her back and arching.. but i myself am not sure if thats a sign of laying an egg or not. but something is occuring for sure. She as not moved for the last couple hours i have to go to work soon in this mess. Keep it dry Belle and warm..Hope Liberty keeps bringing in the Food..

I sure hope the Polar Bear Plungers get home warm and safe later today.
She could just be trying to keep the egg cup dry...or she's waiting for an egg to come out.
She moved and the snow fell off
No egg in our nest as far as we can tell. If there is an egg - there will eventually be an Egg Roll.
Lib has kept her well fed the past few days. After the egg comes they will switch shifts - then we know for sure in case we haven't seen any egg.
Wow- she's still there...had to go clean snow off the gh. what a pain in the rump.

Hi Gang! I haven't peeked in for a few days, and I was surprised to see someone in the nest in this weather. I take it we're just waiting and watching at this point? Those eggs surely do like to arrive in snowstorms, don't they?
Snow is very powdery here. Not a heavy wet snow.

Good Snowy Afternoon Eagle/Panda, etc. Lovers.
Got home at 1:30. At least a 1 hr.+ drive. As exciting an perilous as bungi jumping!Didn't look like anything had been plowed. The driving wasn't as bad as some of the drivers. On main highways that almost had 2 lanes, were several people w/4 way blinkers on going 15 - 20 mph tops. They were backing up many cars and then would slow down! Was a line of rear end collisions waiting to happen. They should have gone in the shoulder & let others pass them. Changing lanes was not always easy as you have to ride over higher, icy ridges. Altho I don't have 4-wheel drive, got new tires, so no real problems.
Our Maint. Leader came in about an hour after I really wanted to leave & plowed our Park road & I followed Greg out so he could blaze a tire track trail! We should have never gone in. It was then annmounced our couty Park & Rec places would close at 1PM!!!!We were in trouble by 11!!

Weatherman was wrong on the extent and amount. We had flakes at Park around 8:30, then started for real at 9:30.
On way in saw what I thought was white eagle head in nest, but it's a space btween branches & sky in betweeen. BOO They should be laying now.
Then saw gorgeous red fox in road, but he scurried into woods.Tried to get his pic, but it's a blurry orange fuzzy thing.
Later saw total of 3 eagles fly over the river.

WOW, we just went 4 mile round trip to store and back and roads are TERRIBLE... Looks like the county was caught off guard. I always say, NEVER TRUST A STORM FROM THE SOUTH. Our main road hasn't even bee salted and people are stuck on small hills. Prayers that everyone gets home safe!

Stopping by to say howdy. We made our shopping run this morning, and now in about a half-hour will probably be going to the cheap movie theater. $4.00 for seniors isn't bad!
Have so many different meds on board I feel a bit like a zombie!
Sinuses are feeling a lot better, but still have hay fever.

Got home from the basketball game. They are undefeated! When we got home Joseph took over the computer. Jacob and I built a dragon with his blocks. Just now got as sec to peek in and I see the snow. Yuk!
