The dog has been sent to bed... showed hubby the e-mail( where is that Nilla?), so far he's OK. I do have lots of chocolate chip cookies in the freezer, still not quite ready for one.....
Well, my stupid butt has been sitting here for hours playing solitaire. Now my neck and back are killing me. Think I will stretch out and find something to watch on TV. If I happen to fall asleep, I hope you all have a wonderful night. If I don't fall asleep, I will check back in a little bit.
Well, the gedunk I got from Beverly's actually wasn't gedunk at all. I got celery, an orange and a banana. I ate the celery and saved the orange and the banana. I just finished eaeting Wise White Cheddar Popcorn. Good stuff. And of course, I am drinking my lovely spot of tea!
Mits, do you get Breyer's Extra Creamy Vanilla ice cream. I used to love that before my gastric bypass, that and the Breyer's peach cause it has chunks of peaches in it.
I said something to Mattie and Beverly the other day about wishing I could eat a big bowl of ice cream and drink a big glass of milk. Mattie said "Sissy, why didn't you just go to Weight Watchers or something and not had that surgery. Then you could eat anything you want". Out of the mouths of babes. I tried every kind of diet there was before having the surgery but I thought that was so neat for an 8-year-old to say.
I do have some coffee cake here, but kinda stuffed from dinner..pizza at my favorite place here..Lombardi's....Megan, ROFLMBO!, you sent the dog to bed and he listened.
Sharon, I love the creamy vanilla/half the fat Breyers...I put it in a mug and pour diet soda over it and make a "skinny cow" You have to pour the soda real slow over it so it makes nice frothy bubbles like an ice cream soda...I can then pretend it is one:):):.
Mits, I think the dog wanted to go to bed anyway, he rarely listens. LOL.
Howdy, all. Just got home a little while ago. Came home and threw the ball for the dogs...then went out shopping!! Stopped by Son's and STBDIL and Grandson, had some dinner..and for dessert....hot fudge chocolate brownies w/ ice cream...yum!
Glad I didn't see Nilla's email yet or read this blog before I had dinner..LOL
And yes, the poll is still Open, Jo. Guess I did it wrong...should have only given everyone one guess!

Was hoping to stop by BW on the way home tomorrow, but weather might not be so good, it was beautiful today, almost 60°'s, Hubby and I sat down on boardwalk in the sun eating Thrasher French Fries, an OC tradition.

Good morning everybody. I fell asleep last night watching TV. Mattie was spending the night with a friend. She called me about 1:30 a.m. saying "can I come home?" So she came home in the middle of the night. She is such a sweetheart most of the time.
I do not know why I didn't save a pic of Belle last night. I was so shocked to see her there. I thought birds didn't fly at night too but Belle is the exception to most of the rules of birds I guess!
:):):), why would you ever think to snap a pic that late at night, she shocked us all. I had a hard time getting to sleep, wondering if she came back.

Blessed sabbath to all of you. I am at work no snowstorm , no ice storm, but temp is 1 degree, and windchill is minus 20. I am glad to be inside, although clients here are all asleep still, I think they think its too cold to get out of bed today. They are so right.

It seems like Steven said the batteries are solar powered and where they have gotten weak, the camera tends to go out at night. Not sure if I am remembering the whole thing correctly, but that is what I recall. He also said the voltage regulator was bad and they have ordered a new one.
They just had a changing of the guards at BW.

Oh no sounds like expensive repairs. They said before that they had hired someone who knew a lot about doing the tree cams, didn't they? I sure hope all this expense isn't going to discourage this project - we need to raise more money for them! Sponsors would be great...other cams have them, but not sure I want them telling us when the cam can be on - I am NOT happy with Atlanta Zoo's sponsor - who's idea is it that noone can watch on weekends?? That is nuts...
Well I have to go now - errands to run since the weather is not icky after all - I was looking forward to a stay in and watch the snow sort of day - reminds me want to check the snow levels on your JeffCam before I head out - a whistful view of the snow before I head out - Have a great afternoon all - bblater I hope

Oh Paula I am one lol have been since I got to watching the cams. Sorry I just get so disappointed everyone in the NCTC cams. Just don't want to go there talking about them ok.
Like I had said last season I was stuck on watching and still am. When we drive looking for "hawks" love watching them.
If eagles were plentiful I would be driving and watching for them.
I'll bb after I finish Sunday paper so sister-in-law can have it (I give newspapers to her when finished so she doesn't have to paid the price for them). bb soon
