Good morning. I guess I have lots of time to continue to get some projects done that needed taken care of a long time ago. Hope your sat gores well. I work tomorrow so except for a ocuple of quick stops to see whats going on in here, I will wish you alla great weekend. Remember "There is always Monday". BW has two eggs and every now and then that camera captures an awesome close up fo the action at the nest.
Keep your snuggies handy as we are in for a major deep freeze, coldest of the season starting some time tomorrow and conticnuing into next week. More than likely it is headed east from hear. Think we need to keep Our Belle lovin and lfyin for another week at least.
Yes, Disappointed here too for sure...third weekend in a row with no cam..I'll keep checking just in case someone happens to stop in at NCTC and flip a switch or two today...
I'll try to get some pictures uploaded later today.
Morning all been looking at cams now I need to catch up on blog.
What a huge dissappointment...no cam. Beautiful day at ocean, very calm, warm sun for this time of year, no wind, but they have obviously had some nor'eaters this winter, dunes are covered with sand, but nature has a way of cleaning them up in spring with west winds:). Have a good day, hope someone goes over to NCTC and pushes the re-set button...fortunately there are all the other eagle cams and zoo cams. TC!

Wow they are getting a pour down at SC nest, 2 Hs has eagle in it neat...I think it is eating yes it is.
I would love to know how many new sticks these eagles carry to the nest to refurbish it! Much, much hard work, that is for sure!

Absolutely Dana, everybody has a right to their own opinion and it is all good! For me personally, this nest is the #1 for me and I want to watch every second I can.
2 Harbors Eagle is eating they have those orange tabs on the wing. Yet they are still beautiful eagles.

Belle preening again
Eagles lay eggs 5-10 days after successful copulation. Just a little FYI I just learned.
I started a post back when you were talking about snoopy and friends. Since then Home Health service and several other people have been here.
I see our camera is up and both are init. I'll have to catch up on other news.
Megan, did you get my e-mail? Is that kind of info any use to you?
Incidentally, my family calls me Lucy -- bossy and crabby.
Both L&B still in the nest....just sitting and looking around...I am headed out to get something to eat...someone else needs to hold down the fort...Sharon? Or anyone else. Thanks.

She moved off of it and now it looks like he is working on it!
NOw he is back at noon and she is at the launch pad....can't believe how long they have been at the nest. About 2 1/2 hours.
And what do ya know! As soon as I finished typing that, they are gone!! LOL.
I have been watching them, went to file a report, minimized the screen and they were gone. Bummer but what a joy it was to see them that long! Love it, Love it!

A Gedunk bar or geedunk bar is the canteen or snack bar of a large vessel of the United States Navy. The term was popular during World War II.
The gedunk bar was usually open for longer hours than the mess. The name is allegedly derived from the "gee-dunk" sound which vending machines installed there made when operated.
My daddy was in the Navy and I always thought that gedunk was a word he just made up for snacks. A couple of years ago I decided to go to Google and type it in and low and behold, it is a real word.

Andrew had auditions this morning for All County Band. He got 2nd chair in the county so that is not too bad. I think he was a little disappointed for not getting 1st Chair but it is all good.
Well, we were gonna have pizza, she got about 2 bites in, and the rest is history...now I'm not really hungry myself, if you know what I mean. Gotta say, my head aches now. Hope she isn't gonna pass around some kind of viral joy. Better eat an orange.
