They sure are making a star out of him, and he's probably thrilled that his suicide by cop will be seen by millions.... and every broadcaster with an opinion is getting their 15 minutes of fame for speaking the obvious to masses. A lady was walking her dog and all a sudden it was going nuts over a man hole cover well guess what there were a bunch of baby ducks 15feet down in the hole the lady called 911 (should have just called the station) but they sent fireman and ladder to rescue the ducks
I'm watching - have been doing school work. Now I need to get dinner started but will have the laptop in the kitchen!

Dennis used to be the PIO (Public Information Officer) for the FLPD (Ft.Lauderdale), and he said they have to let the press know some of this information. Something about the freedom of information act, which can really get ridiculous.
You are right that it just gives these wackos their claim to fame before they go out in their glory. Not only that, there is a fine line they do not want to cross when it comes to keeping their tactics under raps. Too much information out there is what causes these copy cat incidences.

SANDI you did the RIGHT THING...no teacher has to put up with abuse and I have done the same and insisted that a councellor a VP or a Principal be present for any interaction I had with an abusive parent. The administration feels uncomfortable but it is their job. Stay within the professional guidelines and do not allow for any interaction that could be taken out of context. Nerve racking the whole process is but it works. It stops the abuse!
I love my electric tooth brush...I keep finding reasons to use it and my teeth feel great with it. My enamel sensitivity is gone with its use and I find that the use of something called MI PASTE has taken it away completely. Very happy I went to the dentist in January and that this was the solution she gave me. Much improved.

Susan's adventures today:
I received the most interesting package ever in the mail yesterday. I had ordered a tank top and shorts from Victoria's Secret over a month ago. I never received the package, and they sent me a new one. So yesterday I finally got the first package. It contained, a packing slip for some video games a guy in PA ordered from Walmart, a packing slip for some makeup a lady in MD ordered from company called Top Beauty Supply, and a stamp from Vista print, for yet a third person. The package had clearly been opened and taped back up. It's like my package got opened, and someone just walked around the post office and collected random things to put in it.
The 3rd little one needs to come soon. It is going to be 3 days smaller than egg 2 already :-(. I like the triplet effect LOL. AEF 3 last year were all within about 26 hours. They all had pretty equal chance size wise anyway. The personalities come out no matter the size though.

We had the laptop at the table, Lolly, but it looks to me like Belle is completely flaked out. I guess that does not mean she won't wake up and lay an egg at any moment.

Well I have been kind of thinking, that after that second egg was laid, the nest cup became much more like home to the egglets...
and maybe Belle and Shep figured their little family was complete like that, with two.
so I would not be too surprised if we don't see a third.

Hunter just leaped over a chair on his way into the room. He was on his way to raid the refrigerator and finish off the broccoli. Yes, broccoli. I buy broccoli for this kid. He has eaten it since he was quite small and his parents told him he was a dinosaur eating trees.

LORETTA - I made Red Beans & Rice for Mardi Gras Eve last night and we had leftovers tonight. It was even better tonight!!
MARGY - It was definitely a fox we heard. Anyone who heard it can google the sound a fox makes and you will hear the exact same thing!
I only know because we heard the same scream last year and Paula told us it was a fox!!

Poor Flash is having problems tonight. Obviously in pain. Kathryn gave him a muscle relaxer and a pain pill. I think he is settling down now. Vet visit likely tomorrow. This came on suddenly, as he has seemed fine, but he does have back problems.

I just had a scallop and collard greens and onion and garlic and ginger in a miso sauce and yum yum yum was it delicious. Too bad I did not have enough for a second bowl.

As to Victoria Secret and all it is Valentine's on Thursday. My health food co-op phoned to see if I wanted to attend a class tomorrow to learn about erotic herbs! I almost cracked up laughing and declined to attend as I have a prior engagement I said. Could you imagine what JUDIE would have done with that after the Nelson Video...I thought of the Dame in Downton Abby and her saying " At my age one must ration one's excitement!!!" Flash is young. About 5, I think. But he has fused discs in his spine. Took him for x-rays and treatment a few months ago. We have some pain pills, etc., on hand.
