And the SPLIT was in fact here just like that !!! Pretty impressive, nothing, most of the day....and now lots of Mrs. Sycamore Palace time this evening
Judy, when I taught elementary school, I often went to Halloween parties at students' houses, ballet recitals, baseball/soccer games, etc. You get a lot more attached to parents and students when you have the same group of kids all day long. How special for Jordyn that her teacher will be partying with her tomorrow!
Judy, at one time, I had three daughters of my bridge friends in my classes, so I played bridge at their homes with their moms. My own children went to the school, too, and so I had both children of my friends and friends of my children in my classes.
Very worried about JO in ICU. Is it a secondary infection she picked from the first stay as SANDI suggested? Is it an effect of the laser knife she had done? Is her immune system so low that she is picking infections...PRAYERS PRAYERS PRAYERS. KAY said it very well on MOMSTER EMAIL. AMEN KAY.
LYNNE I am so glad ANDY was on your FB work page. Glad PAULA found her and sent a message. I hope all is well.
Great work out this morning. Because the pool is now closed they gave me a Gym Pass and did not deduct any of the three uses I had in the pool. I had a good instructor. I did some weights and stretches and used their equipment. I liked it best on the bike. I did 5 KM in less than half an hour and did get my heart rate up there. Good work out.
The Dragons are going skiing tomorrow and I finished renting my skis and am very happy with the service in the second store. The first store had a poor selection and the guy did not really know what he was doing. I look forward to tomorrow...Excited.
See Belle is not spending the night. Boo. We've had tiny snowflakes for over an hour, but think they've stopped. Love Paula and Larry's lighthouses! I have one about a foot tall on the mantel, but it's really supposed to be a birdhouse!
Hoda, are you in training for some Triathalons??? Be careful skiing. My very tall former plastic surgeon went skiing in CA and some idiot came out on the course. Dr. ran into him and got his leg broken. He didn't want any med. procedures out there, so flew home w/leg out in the aisle and probably in pain!
Prayers for JO!!!! ☺ ♥ ps: I bet she could have caught something at the hosp., too. :>(
JudyE that's great that her teacher will be at the party. I go to soccer games, baseball games and dance recitals. I've been invited to birthday parties, but just haven't made any this year with so much going on.
I will be careful Lorretta. It is so funny to think I am training for anything other than staying healthy...I laughed at the thought of a Triathalon!!1 Not in this life time.I am sorry for the doctor and his leg. Yes it must have been painful. I am going with several women from the Dragon Team and it is only 15 minutes out of Nelson and within easy access to the hospital in case I need to go there...It is all good. I know it has risks but I think not very high...it is cross country skiing and I am with others. When I was younger I went out alone several times and the reason I had given up this activity is because I am not familiar with BC back country and now I have people I can go with I think it is OK. Wish me well it will work out. Please God!
PAULA I very much like the Light house that LARRY is making for you. I like the shades of blue too and it will be great with the light actually in it. Talented man he is.
for those of you aren't on Eagle on Alliance on facebook they just posted this ""Guess what??? We just got permission from the Norfolk City Manager's office a few minutes ago to look for potential nesting sites on Norfolk City property! Yay! Yay!!""" They had a meeting last week with them and went great
apparentely they are gonna try to build a nest for them in a area outside a one mile zone around the airport try to keep them from crossing over the airport
See where Belle was in the nest for a while. We are on our way home! Left Zach in bed and the other two boys going down for ice cream and cotton candy! That place is a riot at night! Had fun!
Yes, the Brother Bowl...is one of the names for the Super Bowl. I would love to see the Ravens win.... also remembering the Baltimore Colts and Johnny Unitas from days of old
We are home and I am oh so ready for bed. Jack did not get in the water, but I did the wave pool and the lazy river many many times with Zach. Ashley did not swim as she is still getting over the flu. Michael and Laurel were doing all the slides with the boys. All three boys LOVE the slides. Zach was so tired and his room had a bunkhouse like cave and he was sleeping in the top bunk, so he was anxious to get to bed. Jacob, too, had the top bunk in their room and he was excited about that.
Yes, Great Wolf Lodge is all over the states. Google it and see. It really is an amazing place with so many activities. Water park closed at 9, but children were all over the hotel in pj's and casual clothes. Some were in the lobby for story time at the treehouse.
So I guess I'll take the Oatmeal Creme Pies out of the freezer soon. Might not be around the computer watching the nest at game time though, on Sunday. Got some James time coming up, going to see Wreck It Ralph for the 3rd time at an old-timey theater in Berkeley Springs in the afternoon Of course James wants the Raisins to win, as do both his parents and all his grandparents
Terrific report, Lolly... James has been to Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, Va, and I am Jonesin' to go !!! Sounds perfectly wonderful, for your kids and grandkids !! ☺♥
OUT DAMNED PNEUMONIA, OUT!! Wondering if all of those treatments (cyber knife) that JO had has left her with a weakened immune system...she's really having a tough time with this cold/turned into pneumonia. Hoda can tell the nutritionists at the hospital what to feed Jo to get her back to her TOUGH OLD SELF!
Turning in early. Good night dear friends...love and prayers for all♥
Took some more time to send more stuff to the insurance company. I am in the pestering-them-to-death mode because I am sensing they are trying to ignore me.
Kathryn, Hunter, and I took a drive all around the Williamsburg Great Wolf parking lot. Just admiring the place. We have not been indoors yet. Looks like fun.
Good Sunday Morning. Prayers for Jo, Lori's dad and all others needing them. I have a busy day ahead which I don't like on a Sunday. Would rather have nothing to do and feel well rested for the week. Oh well, not to be.
Time to start getting ready for mass. Really don't want to go out in the cold today. It's a whopping 21 degrees out there right now. Just a little dusting on the ground. Calling for snow again Monday night into Tuesday.
Sometimes pneumonia develops in those with restricted lung capacity if physical activity is not possible. I suspect that is what happened with our Mema Jo.
Continue to wish the best for all in need -- especially Jo and Lori's dad and Dana's dad.
Snow all around this morning but street is clear. Cold and very wintry looking with some random flakes floating down.
Hoda, you could (if you dare) be justified in cheering for the 49ers as they and you are on the West Coast. However, in the interest of self-preservation it would be best for you to join in a cheer for the Ravem Raisins. Sandperson is not nice to those who oppose.

Thanks SANDI for the feed back
OK, time for me to feed dogs and finish fixing dinner. Rats - thought we might get an egg! Think I'll keep the live cam up, just in case ...
Later!
I just got a notice in my email that the Harrison Bay Eagle cam is up and running now
Judy, at one time, I had three daughters of my bridge friends in my classes, so I played bridge at their homes with their moms. My own children went to the school, too, and so I had both children of my friends and friends of my children in my classes.
Dang I am so sorry to read Jo is in ICU. Prayers Jo!
Dana, my apologies....I thought AnneMarie was in the light purple sweatshirt. I see she was the one in white.

Hoda, the cross country skiing sounds fun. Glad you found some people to go with.
Today was clean out kitchen cabinets day. Got a couple of boxes for Goodwill, trashed some stuff, and have a couple of things for the kids.
Sounds like a great day PAULA.
Just so I would know: Who are we cheering for tomorrow for the Super Bowl? I take it The Ravens?
Am I right?
I see SNOW flakes very few but I see them on the camera not here in Fl
Hoda...yes, I think most of us want the Ravens to win:)
GO RAVENS!!
OK GO RAVENS!!!
I hope the brother coaches get along well after this.
Snowing here too JUDYE. Not much.

Drive safely you two. The pictures looked GREAT LOLLY.
That is good news LOLLY but how will the eagles know that the nest is theirs if they have not built it...too late for this season is it not?
I hope JO is resting well at the hospital and that they are dealing with the pneumonia...
PRAYERS SURROUND YOU MEMA JO
Goodnight.
PRAYERS♥
Seeing some random snowflakes at the nest.
Ravems! One of the players is a local guy--Torey Smith.
And Jo is a Ravens fan, too.
I guess the correct spelling is Torrey Smith.
Yes, the Brother Bowl...is one of the names for the Super Bowl.
I would love to see the Ravens win....

We finally starting getting a little snowfall around 9:30.
It was beautiful, so still and
dreamy, but all done now. For Now.
Took me so long to park my hiney at the computer I think I missed everyone
:(
We are home and I am oh so ready for bed. Jack did not get in the water, but I did the wave pool and the lazy river many many times with Zach. No, Margy, I am still here, but saying good night. I feel water logged!
Prayers for Jo! Yes, I wondered about her getting on so early this morn, but did not think about her getting sick again.
Night all! SED!!!
Terrific report, Lolly...
James has been to Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, Va, and I am Jonesin' to go !!!
Sounds perfectly wonderful, for your kids and grandkids !! ☺♥
And you too !
I know Jo was getting up early to take medicines, so I was not too surprised at the early post from Jo...

Okay, Ravens it is, Margy.

I have a busy day ahead which I don't like on a Sunday. Would rather have nothing to do and feel well rested for the week. Oh well, not to be.
Good morning, Dana.
I was thinking about Jo and Lori's dad this morning, too, Dana.
A bit of snow at the nest. Just a few flakes.
I am hearing something at the nest. At least I think it's at the nest.
Not sure if it ie eagle cries or something else.
Good morning eagle buds I also thought I heard eagle cries as I walked in to living room

Good snowy, Super Bowl Sunday morning Dana, Shirley, Judy and all my eagle friends!
Go RAVENS!!
I hear occasional eagle calls near the nest but not coming from the tree - farther away.
Special thoughts and prayers for Lori's dad and for Jo today.
Tennis on my agenda at 9 - nothing else. Thought we might take a hike to the local eagle nest this afternoon but it's too cold for this wimp.
Margy, I'm going with the 5th for the first egg. That will be 365 days from the last first egg.
EAGLES!
Eagle alert! Both at nest.
Both digging at the egg cup.
Good morning, Judy and Sandi.
ealge cry
Belle has something hanging
from her heak see it
should have been beak and Shep grabbed it
hp
Geez...that looked a little rough.
Beaking and then
HP
poof both
And both poof.
So, they just stopped by for a little early morning sex and now they're out and about again! Alrighty then!
Good morning my eagle peeps.
We got, I would say, 5 inches of snow yesterday and through the night.
It is so peaceful and beautiful.
It isn't sticking to the tree limbs or power lines so hopefully no one lost any power.
It is the big game today-GO RAVENS!!
The only reason I want the Ravens to win is to represent my eagle peeps and other friends. I respect and like both teams.
Good morning Thelma! I heard last night on TV that RGIII won the Rookie of the Year Award! Congrats!!
Yes, that is great Sandi.
HERE IS THE VIDEO FROM THIS AM WATCH AS SHEP PICK SOMETHING OFF HER BEAK SHE COULDN'T SHAKE LOOSE AND HP AT END
This am adventures of Belle and Shep
I need to hit the news to see who won what. Peyton Manning won come back player and Adrian Peterson won MVP-I think.
I sure wish I would have taken the time to watch the show. I hope it will be replayed.
Time to start getting ready for mass. Really don't want to go out in the cold today. It's a whopping 21 degrees out there right now. Just a little dusting on the ground. Calling for snow again Monday night into Tuesday.
I have hungry animals to take care of this morning.
Yes, plenty cold out there, Dana.
Hearing sirens, wondering what is happening.
Geese.
And other birds.
Good morning.
The cardinal is for Jo.
Sometimes pneumonia develops in those with restricted lung capacity if physical activity is not possible. I suspect that is what happened with our Mema Jo.

Snow all around this morning but street is clear. Cold and very wintry looking with some random flakes floating down.
Hi Judie,
We have a dusting of snow here. I am hearing all kinds of birds and a train at the nest. Thought I heard a siren earlier. It is noisy there.
Eagle!!!!!
EAGLE IN THE NEST! CALLING OUT!
Loud cries!!!!
BELLE!
Something happening for sure !
Eagle in nest calling out very loudly!
Aha, it's Belle calling out, Shep just brought her a fish! Yay!
And Shep!!
AND NOW SHEP ARRIVES WITH FOOD, WHICH BELLE PROMPTLY SNARFS!!
He's learning well, isn't he :)
Brlle manteling.
OK, THIS IS GOOD NEWS - A FOOD DELIVERY!! GET THOSE OATMEAL CREME PIES READY, FOLKS!!
BELLE IS MANTLING OVER THE FOOD BUT NOT EATING.
Hoda, you could (if you dare) be justified in cheering for the 49ers as they and you are on the West Coast. However, in the interest of self-preservation it would be best for you to join in a cheer for the Ravem Raisins. Sandperson is not nice to those who oppose.
What a commotion.
Another dusting of snow here in Emmitsburg. I see some flurries at the nest.
Belle still in full mantle ☺
Yummy fish. MINE!
NOW SHE'S EATING!
And I'm outta here - gotta be on a tennis court in 5! Later!
Belle tearing into it now...chirping too.
Eat that fish, Belle. Make eggs.
Nice color on the cam this year.
Hey ya'll, new thread, come on over!
Shep working on the cup. Belle stops eating and chirps at him for a moment.

Lazy day here. Will watch the Puppy Bowl then the Super Bowl. BBQ ribs and slaw.
Oh, GDub lost against LaSalle yesterday but halftime was a fantastic treat. Armed Forces recognition day with the silent precision rifle/bayonet drill team. Seemed the louder the crowd the better they performed. National Anthem sung by an Army Major - beautiful voice, acappella, and he didn't lip sync.
