That new Wellness and Fitness Center near the hospital in Winchester. Is so so great !! I just love the pool for exercising and walking.

Oh Norma back then Sandra said Nilla spent almost all day there with her working on that computer.
Norma sweetie I don't have to try them on. Hee hee just went by the size of my old one. I brought it back in 2007. So just searched the internet stores and yla ordered. Then last week saw another I like plus hubby needed one so just put in my order. Store called when it came in and just went and picked up. Well give this new one a dip in the pool today.

Dana, you are right, we haven't heard from Nilla in a long while. She pops on from time to time and then disappears. I think she has some health and family issues. That sweet little Jasmine keeps her busy.

I also have Ad-Aware, Paula, and I like it, but it takes a while to scan.
I usually use this free stuff I got from AOL..."AOL Spyware Protection." It only takes a less than a minute, and you wouldn't believe how many pieces of spyware it catches some days.
I also use Windows "Internet Options" to remove cookies very often. Cookies are necessary briefly when you are opening a site, but they carry the spyware stuff and are of little value once the site is opened; so OUT THEY GO on my computer.

Some cookies are good...can save your login info, etc. I let the spyware get rid of the bad ones.
You can also adjust the settings so it runs faster Jim, but it will slow your computer down...

I know Norma, I do need to keep it up but that is impossible to do that and work too. It is my pedal foot (the one that stops and starts the doctor's voices). If it is still this bad in the morning, I may go back to the ER. Would rather be shot than go there though!!

Yesterday, the cub had another check-up from our veterinarian, Dr. Sam Rivera. Once again, a clean bill of health was given. He received his third distemper vaccine and another round of measurements was taken. The measurements are as follows: body length: 58.5 cm (23.03 inches); tail length: 6.5 cm (2.56 inches); neck girth: 29.5 cm (11.61 inches); chest girth: 43.5 cm (17.13 inches); abdominal girth: 49 cm (19.29 inches); nose pad width: 4.8 cm (1.89 inches). You can scroll down to the Nov. 23rd update to see how much the cub has grown in the past 2 weeks. His weight was 5.023 kg (11.07 lbs).

Paula, I ran freebie software for several months including Ad Aware and I continued to have problems intermittently. Finally someone convinced me to purchase Counterspy. I uninstalled all the freebie stuff and installed Counterspy and on the first scan it found 43 spyware files the others had been missing. I'm not saying freebie software is worthless but you can pay a little and get much better protection.

Andrew has gone to Manassas today with the Concord band for their Christmas parade tomorrow. Sure do wish I was there to see it this year but not menat to be. Andrew called earlier, was in McDonald's in Woodstock, VA and Ralph Stanley came in the restaurant. I think Andrew was tickled to death to see him. Didn't ask him for an autograph though because he didn't want to interrupt him eating. I thought that was pretty thoughtful.

Ralph Stanley is the one that sang Oh Death on O Brother Where Art Thou.
They are suppose to announce today which puppies are leaving this Sun.
Also I think they are going to tell us which one they decided to keep.
Those little guys tire me out just watching when they are in their playful moods. The new owners have been there in the evenings playing with them & even an article of clothing from one of the new owners is in their pen so they get use to their smells... I've really enjoy this cam
